The controller 15 is provided with a rising and falling mark of the left driving motor 13, a starting and stopping mark of the motor 3, a rising and falling mark of the right driving motor 14, a starting device of the electric water valve 17 and a starting mark of the stirring shaft 8 (namely, the stirring shaft is extended or shortened). When the materials at the bottom of the stirring chamber 2 cannot be discharged, the left driving motor 13 is turned on to ascend and the right driving motor 14 is turned on to descend simultaneously, so that the stirring chamber 2 inclines rightwards, and the materials are discharged out of the stirring chamber; when the material is completely discharged, the left driving motor 13 is turned on to descend and the right driving motor 14 is turned on to ascend, so that the stirring chamber 2 returns to the original state. The structure can discharge the materials in the stirring chamber as far as possible, does not need manual processing, reduces the difficulty for subsequent equipment cleaning, saves the materials and reduces the cost.
As shown in FIG. 1, a discharging device is provided at the bottom of the right side of the mixer body 1. The discharging device comprises a discharging plate 22, a discharging baffle plate 21 and a discharging hole 20, the discharging hole 20 is rectangular and is arranged at the bottom of the right side of the stirrer body 1, the discharging baffle plate 21 is arranged inside the discharging hole 20, the discharging plate 22 is connected to the outside of the discharging hole 20, and the discharging plate 22 is inclined downwards. The top of the left side of the stirrer body 1 is provided with a feeding hole 19.
As shown in figure 1, the stirring shaft 8 is connected with the stirring sheet 10 through a fixed disk 9, and the top end of the stirring shaft 8 is clamped on the fixed disk 9 and can move up and down. When the stirring chamber 5 inclines rightwards, the fixed disc 9 inclines rightwards due to the action of gravity, and then the stirring sheet 10 is driven to incline rightwards, so that the device is prevented from being damaged because the stirring sheet 10 touches the stirring chamber 2.
As shown in FIG. 1, a bracket 23 is provided between the lower end 24 of the left support leg 11 and the lower end 24 of the right support leg 12, and the motor 3 is fixedly mounted on the bracket 23. Left and right support legs 11, 12 are divided into an upper end 24 and a lower end 25, wherein upper end 24 is raised and lowered and lower end 25 is stationary.
