The present invention provides a premix feed ingredient mixing apparatus and a feed production system by improving, as shown in fig. 1 to 9, it can be implemented as follows;
as shown in FIG. 1: a premix feed ingredient mixing apparatus 400, said ingredient mixing apparatus 400 comprising two parts, an ingredient mixing combination mechanism 400A and an agitated output mechanism 400B;

when the mixing is finished, the upper end 26 of the support body 24 can be connected with external air injection equipment or spraying equipment, and the control valve 27 corresponding to external control is opened, so that the interior of the ingredient stirring combination box body 1 can be cleaned by air blowing or humidifying spraying through the ventilating or humidifying spraying port 25 at the bottom of the chassis 23.
The invention provides a batching and mixing device for premixed feed through improvement, compared with the existing paddle rotating and mixing device; the invention has the following improvements:
one is as follows: the invention comprises a material mixing and stirring combined box body 1, wherein a material mixing and placing opening 2 with an inclined opening is fixed at the top of the material mixing and stirring combined box body 1, and a material mixing and driving mechanism is arranged in the material mixing and stirring combined box body 1; the invention has simple integral structure, can ensure that the feed raw materials are fully mixed, and is suitable for large, medium and small feed processing enterprises.

the dust removal system 800 comprises a bag-type dust remover 81, a fan 82, a chimney 83, a dust removal pipeline 84, an electric butterfly valve 85 and a dust removal control cabinet 86; the bag-type dust collector 81 is respectively connected with the lower end of the feeding port 100, the discharge end of the output auger equipment corresponding to the raw material bin 200, the discharge end of the batching scale 300 and the output end of the batching mixing equipment 400 through different dust collecting pipelines 84; each dust removal pipeline 84 is provided with a group of electric butterfly valves 85; meanwhile, the fan 82 is externally connected with a chimney 83.
