Abstract
The invention provides a CNC four-side processing auxiliary clamping jig which comprises a disc, a vertical fixing plate, a horizontal fixing bottom plate, a supporting arm and a three-jaw pressing plate, wherein the disc is fixed on the horizontal fixing bottom plate; one side of the disc is connected with the CNC processing shaft, and the other side of the disc is connected with the vertical fixing plate; the supporting arm is movably connected to the top of the vertical fixing plate, the horizontal fixing base plate is connected to the bottom of the vertical fixing plate, and the three-jaw pressing plate is placed on the horizontal fixing base plate. The CNC four-side machining auxiliary clamping jig effectively solves the problem that a product to be machined is easy to deform in the machining process, reduces the clamping difficulty, improves the production efficiency, fully ensures the product quality, and develops the safe driving and the protective navigation for a company.

Background
The general CNC machining generally refers to computer numerical control precision machining, also called numerical control machining, and generally includes a CNC machining lathe, a CNC machining milling machine, a CNC machining boring and milling machine, and the like.
The numerical control machining is machining using a numerical control machining tool. Numerically controlled machine tools are programmed in a numerically controlled machining language, usually the G code. In view of the above disadvantages of the prior art, the present invention provides a CNC four-side processing auxiliary clamping fixture, which is used to solve the problems of easy deformation, low efficiency and high cost in the product processing process in the prior art.
In order to solve the technical problem, the invention is realized as follows: a CNC four-side processing auxiliary clamping jig comprises a disc, a vertical fixing plate, a horizontal fixing bottom plate, a supporting arm and a three-jaw pressing plate; one side of the disc is connected with the CNC machining shaft, and the other side of the disc is connected with the vertical fixing plate; the supporting arm is movably connected to the top of the vertical fixing plate, the horizontal fixing bottom plate is connected to the bottom of the vertical fixing plate, and the three-jaw pressing plate is placed on the horizontal fixing bottom plate; the top of one side of the horizontal fixed bottom plate is connected with a plurality of connecting columns; one side of the vertical fixing plate, which is far away from the disc, is connected with a fixing arm seat, and a horizontal fixing arm is arranged on the fixing arm seat; one end of the horizontal fixing arm is movably connected with the fixing arm seat, and the other end of the horizontal fixing arm is connected with the connecting column; the top of the three-jaw pressure plate is provided with a plurality of first spherical positioning grooves, and steel balls are arranged in the first spherical positioning grooves; the bottom of the horizontal fixed arm is provided with a plurality of second spherical positioning grooves, and the second spherical positioning grooves correspond to the steel balls; the horizontal fixing arm is connected with the three-jaw pressing plate through the steel ball.

As shown in fig. 1 to 2, the invention provides a CNC four-side processing auxiliary clamping fixture, which comprises a disc 1, a vertical fixing plate 2, a horizontal fixing bottom plate 3, a supporting arm 4 and a three-jaw pressing plate 5. One side of the disc 1 is connected with the CNC processing shaft, and the other side is connected with the vertical fixing plate 2. The vertical fixing plate is connected with the other side of the disc 1 in a positioning way through 2 positioning pins 21, so that the vertical fixing plate is convenient to disassemble and adjust. The supporting arm 4 can be movably connected to the top of the vertical fixing plate 2, and the three-jaw pressing plate 5 is placed on the horizontal fixing bottom plate 3. The horizontal fixing base plate 3 is connected to the bottom of the vertical fixing plate 2, thus forming a support surface in two directions. Two spring support brackets 41 are provided in the support arm 4.
The surface of the horizontal fixing bottom plate 3 is provided with three supporting points, and three acting points of the three-jaw pressing plate correspond to the three supporting points one by one, so that the stress points of the product 9 to be processed are reduced and the deformation caused by clamping is reduced after the product is placed.
The top of one side of the horizontal fixed bottom plate 3 is connected with 1 connecting column 6. The side of the vertical fixing plate 2 far away from the disc 1 is connected with a fixing arm seat 7, and a horizontal fixing arm 71 is arranged on the fixing arm seat 7. One end of the horizontal fixing arm 71 is movably connected to the fixing arm base 7, and the other end is connected to the connecting column 6 through a bolt.
In order to prevent dislocation, 2 first spherical positioning grooves are arranged at the top of the three-jaw pressure plate 5, and steel balls 8 are arranged in the first spherical positioning grooves; the bottom of horizontal fixed arm 71 is equipped with 2 spherical constant head tanks of second, and the spherical constant head tank of second corresponds with steel ball 8. The horizontal fixing arm 71 is connected to the three-jaw pressing plate 5 through a steel ball 8.
After the product 9 to be processed is placed on the horizontal fixing bottom plate 3, the three-jaw pressing plate 5 is used for fixing. After the three-jaw pressing plate 5 is placed, the horizontal fixing arm is placed flat, the steel balls 8 accurately fall into the first spherical positioning groove of the three-jaw pressing plate 5 and the second spherical positioning groove of the horizontal fixing arm 71 through stress, and then the other end of the horizontal fixing arm 71 is screwed up and connected to the connecting column 6 through screws.
Therefore, the accurate compaction of the three-jaw pressing plate 5 and the 3 supporting points of the horizontal fixed bottom plate 3 is ensured, the deformation of the product 9 to be processed is reduced, and the method is the fundamental basis for ensuring the stability, reliability and consistency of the product.
After the bottom of the product 9 to be processed is fixed, the supporting arm 4 is laid flat, and the supporting points on the two spring supporting frames 41 are respectively contacted with the product 9 to be processed, so that the upper part of the product 9 to be processed is stably supported by uniform stress.
Because the shape of the product 9 to be processed is generally similar to a U shape, after the bottom of the product is fixed, the mouth part of the upper end of the product can deform after being stressed when being processed, so that the supporting arm 4 also has the function of reducing the deformation of the product, and the stability, reliability and consistency of the product are ensured.
In conclusion, the CNC four-side machining auxiliary clamping jig effectively solves the problem that a product to be machined is easy to deform in the machining process, reduces the clamping difficulty, improves the production efficiency, fully ensures the product quality and develops the safe driving and protecting navigation for a company. Therefore, the present invention effectively overcomes various disadvantages of the prior art and has high industrial utilization value.
