Abstract
The present invention relates to the field of integrated circuits. The circuit comprises a shell and a WIFI module main body arranged in the shell, wherein a mechanical key is arranged at a position, opposite to a switch unit of the WIFI module main body, on the shell; the WIFI module comprises a WIFI module main body, and is characterized by further comprising an electrostatic buffer loop, wherein the electrostatic buffer loop comprises an electrostatic absorption capacitor arranged on the WIFI module main body, and the electrostatic absorption capacitor is communicated with a grounding copper sheet of the WIFI module main body to form a loop; the electrostatic absorption capacitor is positioned opposite to a gap between the mechanical key and the shell. The WIFI module main body anti-static device can effectively prevent external static invasion, plays a role in protecting the WIFI module main body, greatly improves the anti-static performance of the WIFI module main body, and is simple in structure, low in cost and easy to layout.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of integrated circuits, in particular to a circuit for improving electrostatic protection capability of a WiFi module.
Background
With popularization of electronic devices such as smart televisions, the WiFi module is used as a key component of the smart television, and plays an increasingly important role in the smart television. In general, in order to avoid that the television screen shields the WiFi module from receiving wireless signals, the WiFi module is installed at a position below the television screen. People can often touch the module shell, human static electricity can enter the inside of the module through a gap of the module shell, and the static electricity sensitive devices in the module are damaged. Especially in autumn and winter with dry weather, human static electricity can reach more than 15KV, if the module is not subjected to static electricity protection, the WiFi module is easily damaged, and the intelligent television cannot work.
Currently, wiFi modules on the market generally improve the electrostatic protection capability of the module by adding ESD tubes to the terminals of the module connector. However, this protection only improves the electrostatic protection of the module connection terminals, and does not protect against static electricity entering from the module housing gaps. In order to improve the electrostatic protection capability of the gap of the module shell, most of the modules on the market currently adopt a scheme of adding an antistatic rubber pad at the gap of the shell, but the antistatic rubber pad has high cost and complex structure, the shell structure of the whole module needs to be modified, and meanwhile, the position of a printed board component needs to be modified, so that the change of the performance index of the WiFi module can be caused; therefore, how to provide a simple, effective and low-cost electrostatic protection scheme is a major problem to be solved in the industry.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a circuit for improving the electrostatic protection capability of a WiFi module, which can prevent external static electricity from entering the WIFI module from a gap of a shell, reduce the influence of the static electricity on the function of the WIFI module, has a simple structure, does not change the structure of the original WIFI module, and is low in cost and convenient to popularize and apply.
In order to achieve the aim of the invention, the invention adopts the following technical scheme: the circuit for improving the electrostatic protection capability of the WiFi module comprises a shell and a WIFI module main body arranged in the shell, wherein a mechanical key is arranged at a position, opposite to a switch unit of the WIFI module main body, on the shell;
the WIFI module comprises a WIFI module main body, and is characterized by further comprising an electrostatic buffer loop, wherein the electrostatic buffer loop comprises an electrostatic absorption capacitor arranged on the WIFI module main body, and the electrostatic absorption capacitor is communicated with a grounding copper sheet of the WIFI module main body to form a loop; the electrostatic absorption capacitor is positioned opposite to a gap between the mechanical key and the shell.
Preferably, the mechanical key is a shrapnel area surrounded by a U-shaped gap on the shell.
Preferably, the electrostatic absorption capacitor includes a capacitor C1 and a capacitor C2, and the capacitor C1 and the capacitor C2 are opposite to two sides of the U-shaped slot, respectively.
Preferably, a groove cavity for accommodating the WIFI module main body is formed in the body of the shell, the WIFI module main body is located in the groove cavity, and the mechanical key is located on the upper portion of the body; the top of body still is provided with the safe edge, and the lower part of body is provided with the safe edge down.
Preferably, the WIFI module main body is provided with a shielding cover on the inward side.
Preferably, the WIFI module body is provided with a module connector.
The beneficial effects of the invention are concentrated in that: can effectually protect external static invasion, play the effect of protection WIFI module main part for the antistatic performance of WIFI module main part obtains very big promotion, and simple structure, with low costs, easily overall arrangement. Specifically, in the use process, when a user presses a mechanical key, static attached to the hand is firstly collected in the static absorption capacitor to be stored, then gradually discharged through the grounding copper sheet, and therefore static sensitive devices in the WIFI module main body can be protected and prevented from being damaged by static, and the effect of protecting the safety of the WIFI module and the intelligent television is achieved. Meanwhile, the invention only needs to widen and lengthen the grounding copper sheet of the WIFI module main body, and then adds the electrostatic absorption capacitor corresponding to the position on the grounding copper sheet.

Detailed Description
1-4, a circuit for improving electrostatic protection capability of a WiFi module comprises a shell 1 and a WIFI module main body 2 arranged in the shell 1, wherein the shell 1 is used for installing the WIFI module main body 2, a groove cavity for accommodating the WIFI module main body 2 is formed in a body 5 of the shell 1, the WIFI module main body 2 is positioned in the groove cavity, and a module connector 9 is arranged on the WIFI module main body 2 and used for being connected with a smart television; generally, the WIFI module main body 2 is provided with a shielding cover 8 on an inward side. The top of body 5 still is provided with safe edge 6, and the lower part of body 5 is provided with safe edge 7 down, first crimp 6 and safe edge 7 attach on the TV casing down, realize stable installation. Of course, in order to cooperate with smart televisions of different models for installation, the shape of the housing 1 can be adaptively designed. The position of the shell 1, which is opposite to the switch unit of the WIFI module main body 2, is provided with a mechanical key 3, and the mechanical key 3 is positioned on the upper portion of the body 5.
The switch unit may be a reset switch unit, a power switch unit, or other switch units that need to be physically operated, and the mechanical key 3 is used to operate the switch unit. The mechanical key 3 may be in the form of a rocker, a pin, etc., and the present invention may be used in any form as long as a gap is reserved in the housing 1 to satisfy the action of the mechanical key 3. As shown in fig. 1, the mechanical key 3 is a spring plate area surrounded by a U-shaped slot 0 on the housing 1, and the switch unit is operated by pressing the spring plate area, in this process, static electricity attached to a hand may enter the WIFI module main body 2 through the slot 0, and damage is caused to the static electricity sensitive element.
To this end, the invention also includes an electrostatic buffer circuit, the principle of which is shown in fig. 4. The electrostatic buffer circuit comprises an electrostatic absorption capacitor 4 arranged on the WIFI module main body 2, and the electrostatic absorption capacitor 4 is conducted with a grounding copper sheet of the WIFI module main body 2 to form a circuit. The electrostatic absorption capacitance 4 is located opposite to the gap 0 between the mechanical key 3 and the housing 1. In the structure of the mechanical key 3 shown in the figure, since the mechanical key has the U-shaped slot 0, in order to ensure the protection of the slot on two sides against static electricity, the electrostatic absorption capacitor 4 includes a capacitor C1 and a capacitor C2, and the capacitor C1 and the capacitor C2 are respectively opposite to two sides of the U-shaped slot 0.
In the use process, when a user presses the mechanical key 3, static attached to the hand is firstly collected in the static absorption capacitor 4 for storage, and then gradually discharged through the grounding copper sheet, so that static sensitive devices in the WIFI module main body 2 can be protected, and the static sensitive devices are prevented from being damaged by static, and the effect of protecting the safety of the WIFI module and the intelligent television is achieved. Meanwhile, the invention only needs to widen and lengthen the grounding copper sheet of the WIFI module main body 2, and then adds the electrostatic absorption capacitor 4 corresponding to the position on the grounding copper sheet. After the protection scheme of the invention is adopted, electrostatic damage below 20KV can be generally resisted, the highest 15KV static generated by a human body is not basically influenced, the model of the electrostatic absorption capacitor 4 is changed, even the electrostatic absorption capacitor can be further adapted to higher electrostatic voltage, and a person skilled in the art can select the electrostatic absorption capacitor 4 according to actual conditions.
