Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the related technical problems in the prior art, the invention provides a regional management platform applying block chain storage, which can perform on-site identification on whether each vehicle in an outdoor parking lot stays in a parking region where the vehicle is authorized to stay, so that electronic regional management of the outdoor parking lot is realized.
Therefore, the present invention needs to have at least two important points:
(1) performing segmentation operation on the outdoor parking lot picture subjected to the targeted processing based on the relative positions of different parking areas in the entity in the outdoor parking lot to obtain different sub-pictures, wherein each sub-picture corresponds to one different parking area;
(2) when the situation that vehicles which are not authorized to stay in a parking area exist in the parking area is detected, the vehicles are identified as malposition vehicles.
According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a partition management platform applying blockchain storage, the platform comprising:
the button video recording mechanism is arranged on a vertical rod in the center of the outdoor parking lot and used for performing imaging operation on the outdoor parking lot in a downward shooting type imaging mode so as to obtain a corresponding outdoor acquisition picture;
the arithmetic mean filtering equipment is arranged on the vertical rod, is connected with the button video recording mechanism and is used for executing arithmetic mean filtering processing on the received outdoor collected picture so as to obtain and output a corresponding arithmetic mean filtering picture;
the directional blurring device is connected with the arithmetic mean filtering device and is used for executing directional blurring processing on the received arithmetic mean filtering picture so as to obtain and output a corresponding directional blurring picture;
the gradient filtering device is connected with the directional blurring device and is used for executing gradient sharpening filtering processing on the received directional blurring picture so as to obtain and output a corresponding gradient filtering picture;
the image segmentation mechanism is connected with the gradient filtering equipment and used for performing segmentation operation on the gradient filtering image based on the relative positions of different parking areas in an entity in the outdoor parking lot to obtain different sub-images, and each sub-image corresponds to one different parking area;
the parking number database takes the area number corresponding to each parking area as an index to store each license plate number of each vehicle allowed to stay in each parking area;
the data searching mechanism is connected with the block chain storage nodes through a network and is also connected with the picture dividing mechanism and used for searching license plate numbers of each sub-picture, and when the searched license plate numbers are different from the license plate numbers stored in the index corresponding to the parking areas corresponding to the sub-pictures, a parking dislocation command is sent out, and meanwhile, the searched license plate numbers are sent out as the dislocated license plate numbers;
the data searching mechanism is further used for sending the searched license plate number as an occupied license plate number when the searched license plate number is the same as a certain license plate number stored in an index corresponding to the parking area corresponding to the sub-picture;
the data searching mechanism is composed of a searching execution device, a number comparison device and a data output interface.
According to another aspect of the present invention, there is also provided a regional management method using blockchain storage, the method including using a regional management platform using blockchain storage as described above to perform on-site authentication on whether each vehicle in an outdoor parking lot stays in a region where parking is authorized to be performed.
The partitioned management platform and the method for applying block chain storage are intelligent in operation and wide in application. The parking area management system can carry out on-site identification on whether each vehicle in the outdoor parking lot stays in the parking area authorized to stay, so that electronic regional management on the outdoor parking lot is realized.
Detailed Description
Embodiments of the partition management platform and method for application blockchain storage according to the present invention will be described in detail below.
The parking lot is a place for parking vehicles. The parking lot has a simple parking lot without management and charge by drawing parking spaces, and also has a charge parking lot with entrance and exit gates, a parking manager and a time-keeping cashier. Modern parking lots often have automated time-based charging systems, closed-circuit televisions, and video recorder systems. The legal responsibilities of the parking lot owner and the administrator are usually only provided for the driving person to park the vehicle, the damage and the vehicle loss responsibilities are not guaranteed, and generally, the legal responsibilities are attached to the exemption terms outside the parking lot gate and are referred by the owner. The parking lot intelligent equipment refers to a modern computer network monitoring and commanding system for parking management, and comprises multifunctional equipment consisting of an intelligent timing and charging management system, a network multipoint operation information transmission system, an automatic computer operating system, a fire alarm system, an anti-theft alarm system, a television monitoring system (visible and invisible) and an intercom system. The intelligent equipment is divided into a main system and subsystems, wherein the main system is a central control room, and the subsystems operate independently according to programs, feed operation information back to the main system in time for gathering, and send out new instructions.
At present, because different parking areas in an outdoor parking lot have different parking spaces, different parking spaces and different old and new parking spaces, charging strategies and management modes are different, so that different vehicles need to be parked in the parking areas matched with license plate numbers of the vehicles, a normal parking order can be kept without being disordered, however, an effective management mechanism for the parking order is absent at present.
In order to overcome the defects, the invention builds a regional management platform and a regional management method for applying block chain storage, and can effectively solve the corresponding technical problems.

the button video recording mechanism is arranged on a vertical rod in the center of the outdoor parking lot and used for performing imaging operation on the outdoor parking lot in a downward shooting type imaging mode so as to obtain a corresponding outdoor acquisition picture;
the arithmetic mean filtering equipment is arranged on the vertical rod, is connected with the button video recording mechanism and is used for executing arithmetic mean filtering processing on the received outdoor collected picture so as to obtain and output a corresponding arithmetic mean filtering picture;
the directional blurring device is connected with the arithmetic mean filtering device and is used for executing directional blurring processing on the received arithmetic mean filtering picture so as to obtain and output a corresponding directional blurring picture;
the gradient filtering device is connected with the directional blurring device and is used for executing gradient sharpening filtering processing on the received directional blurring picture so as to obtain and output a corresponding gradient filtering picture;
the image segmentation mechanism is connected with the gradient filtering equipment and used for performing segmentation operation on the gradient filtering image based on the relative positions of different parking areas in an entity in the outdoor parking lot to obtain different sub-images, and each sub-image corresponds to one different parking area;

the data searching mechanism is connected with the block chain storage nodes through a network and is also connected with the picture dividing mechanism and used for searching license plate numbers of each sub-picture, and when the searched license plate numbers are different from the license plate numbers stored in the index corresponding to the parking areas corresponding to the sub-pictures, a parking dislocation command is sent out, and meanwhile, the searched license plate numbers are sent out as the dislocated license plate numbers;
the data searching mechanism is further used for sending the searched license plate number as an occupied license plate number when the searched license plate number is the same as a certain license plate number stored in an index corresponding to the parking area corresponding to the sub-picture;
the data searching mechanism is composed of a searching execution device, a number comparison device and a data output interface.

Those of ordinary skill in the art will understand that: all or part of the steps for implementing the method embodiments may be implemented by hardware related to program instructions, and the program may be stored in a computer readable storage medium, and when executed, the program performs the steps including the method embodiments; and the aforementioned storage medium includes: Read-Only Memory (ROM), Random Access Memory (RAM), magnetic or optical disk, and other various media capable of storing program codes.
