Description

Monitoring method, device, equipment and medium applied to data processing
Technical Field
The present application relates to the field of data processing technologies, and in particular, to a monitoring method, an apparatus, a device, and a medium for data processing.
Background
In order to make the diggings digital economy and boost transformation and upgrade, the digital transformation strategy of the bank becomes a necessary trend. In order to realize digital transformation, on one hand, a new assessment dimension and assessment index system need to be established, and digital construction is comprehensively promoted; on the other hand, deep mining in the fields of payment, passenger obtaining, credit, intelligent investment and wealth management and the like is needed. Therefore, a stable and efficient data processing system is becoming an urgent need.
At present, a bank generally applies a customer data basic system and an index system, and applies data drive to fine operation, data drive to user operation, data drive to internet product operation, data drive to activity operation and data drive to financial product operation. The above-mentioned operation process has some problems in common:
1. the processing time of mass data is long, and the method cannot adapt to the processing of data with high timeliness
2. The discarded dirty data accounts for a large proportion and directly influences the accuracy of the data;
3. the data processing process is lack of monitoring, so that the processing index is unstable.
The above all affect the application, data analysis and data mining of the data processing system. To address the above issues, data analysis and data mining-like systems can handle massive and complex data in a processing mode of batch jobs. The processing modes of batch jobs are generally divided into real-time batches, quasi-real-time asynchronous batches, and daily end-of-day batches, with online small batches driven by online transactions to respond to customer demands in real-time, but more big-data related batches are quasi-real-time asynchronous batches and daily end-of-day batches. The carding complete data processing link comprises five links: the method comprises the steps of source data arrival, source data loading, index processing, result generation and file pushing. Abnormal scenes which may occur in each link include file missing, empty file, file structure change, abnormal termination of batch operation, uneven indexes, operation delay and abnormal pushing. Once the above abnormal conditions occur in the data processing flow, the timeliness is affected slightly, and the data accuracy is affected seriously, so that the deviation of the whole digital guide is caused.

The first preset terminal may be a terminal of a technician related to the project group, and after receiving the notification of the warning short message, the technician may log in the operation and maintenance system to check the corresponding event tracking list. The technician can send and record the processing process information and the processing result information of the abnormal state of the operation link in the event tracking list until the event tracking list is closed.
S140: and terminating the batch operation when the type of the alarm short message is determined to be a preset type.
The types of the alarm short messages are divided into main alarms and secondary alarms, and the types of the alarm short messages can be determined according to different objects to which the alarm short messages aim. In the embodiment of the application, the alarm short message aiming at the file storage link or the index condition detection link is used as a main alarm; and taking the alarm short messages aiming at a file reaching link, a file content detection link, a file operation link, a report updating link and a file pushing link as secondary alarms.
In an embodiment of the application, the terminating the batch job when determining that the type of the warning short message is a preset type includes: and terminating the batch operation when the alarm short message is determined to be the alarm information aiming at the file storage link or the alarm short message is determined to be the alarm information aiming at the index condition detection link.
It should be noted that the primary alarm directly terminates the batch operation, and the secondary alarm does not terminate the batch operation. Specifically, in the data processing process of batch operation, when the file reaches the link, the file content detection link, the file operation link, the report updating link or the file pushing link is abnormal, the batch operation can be continuously checked or automatically restarted; and when the file warehousing link or the index condition detection link is abnormal, interrupting the batch tasks and forcing technical personnel to check.

The preset states may include a false positive state and a rerun state. A technician checks and processes the event tracking list, and if the technician sets the state of the event tracking list to be a false alarm state, the technician automatically stops the task of the last batch operation and continues to execute the batch operation; and if the technician sets the event tracking list state as the re-running state, automatically starting the running batch master control and re-executing batch operation. The running and pulling functions of the operation can be processed by linkage of the event tracking sheets, so that the operation and maintenance pressure can be reduced.
In an embodiment of the present application, the monitoring method further includes: updating the information and the state of the event tracking list in response to the registration operation of a user on the event tracking list; and when the state of the event tracking list is changed, sending a notice to a second preset terminal.
As indicated previously, the first predetermined terminal is a terminal of a technician associated with the project group. Here, the second preset terminal is a terminal of the other member of the project group. After receiving the notification of the alarm short message, a technician can log in the operation and maintenance system to check the corresponding event tracking list, and sends and records the processing process information and the processing result information of the abnormal state of the operation link in the event tracking list. And sending related notifications to terminals of other project group members, group leaders and other personnel in the project group at nodes of event tracking list establishment, record of processing process information, record of processing results, abnormal processing timeout aiming at the operation link and the like.
In an embodiment of the present application, the monitoring method further includes: and recording the polling information registered by the user at the key time point to generate a manual polling list.
The key time points can be the time points at the end of the month, at the end of the quarter and at the end of the year. There is the manual work to patrol and examine at key point to the manual work of record is patrolled and examined the list, and it generates and preserves the flow and can include to patrol and examine single flow: technical inspection, inspection list registration, inspection list rechecking and inspection list warehousing.
The following describes a specific process of the monitoring method applied to data processing, where the process includes the following steps:
s201: and detecting whether a preset file arrives or not in the file arrival link.
In step S201, when it is determined that the preset file does not arrive, generating alarm information and an event notification sheet for a file arrival link of the job link; and when the preset file is determined to arrive, continuing to execute the step S202.
S202: and in the file content detection link, detecting whether a preset file is an empty file.
In step S202, when it is determined that the preset file is an empty file, generating an alarm message and an event notification sheet for a file content detection link of the job link, and sending an alarm short message to a first preset terminal; and executing the step S203 when determining that the preset file is not an empty file.
S203: and in the file warehousing link, detecting whether warehousing records of preset files are normal.
In step S203, when it is determined that the warehousing record of the preset file is abnormal, generating an alarm message and an event notification for the file warehousing link of the operation link, sending an alarm short message to a first preset terminal, terminating the batch operation, and then executing step S208.
In step S203, when it is determined that the warehousing record of the preset file is normal, step S204 is executed.
S204: and in the file operation link, detecting whether the operation condition of the preset file is normal.
In step S204, when it is determined that the running condition of the preset file is abnormal, generating an alarm message and an event notification form for the file running link of the job link, and sending an alarm short message to a first preset terminal; and when the running condition of the preset file is determined to be normal, executing step S205.
S205: and in the index condition detection link, detecting whether the preset indexes of the preset file are balanced.
In step S205, when it is determined that the preset index of the preset file is not balanced, an alarm message and an event notification form for the index condition detection link of the operation link are generated, an alarm short message is sent to a first preset terminal, the batch operation is terminated, and then step S208 is executed. In step S205, when the preset index of the preset file is determined to be balanced, step S206 is executed.
