Detailed Description
In order to make those skilled in the art better understand the technical solution of the present invention, the technical solution in the embodiment of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiment of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiment is only a part of the embodiment of the present invention, and not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, an execution subject of the method may be a server, where the server may be an independent server, or a server cluster composed of multiple servers. The method can be used for alarming.
Fig. 1 is a first schematic flow chart of an alarm method provided in one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 1, the method at least includes the following steps:
s101, acquiring monitoring data corresponding to a preset monitoring index.
For example, taking the server performance index as an example, the server performance index may be a minimum throughput index (the minimum value of throughput in a period of time, if the minimum value is close to 0, it indicates that the system has a stuck phenomenon), a maximum response time index (the maximum value of response time, which reflects the slowest processing capability of the server), a CPU occupancy rate of the local computer, a memory occupancy rate, a storage space available for a disk, a read-write index of the disk, and the like.
In implementation, non-invasive methods such as monitoring application logs, processes, port networks and the like can be adopted to obtain monitoring data corresponding to the preset monitoring indexes.
S102, determining whether abnormal monitoring data exist in the monitoring data according to a monitoring threshold condition corresponding to a preset monitoring index.
Specifically, for example, by taking a preset monitoring index as the maximum response time index, a corresponding monitoring threshold condition may be set for the number of times that the response time exceeds the maximum response time, where the threshold condition is 10 times, and when the number of times that the response time exceeds the maximum response time reaches 10 times or exceeds 10 times, it may be determined that abnormal monitoring data exists in the monitoring data.
Taking the lowest throughput index as an example, a corresponding monitoring threshold condition may be set for the number of times that the minimum value of the throughput in a period of time is close to 0, and if the threshold condition is 5 times, it may be determined that abnormal monitoring data exists in the monitoring data when the number of times that the minimum value of the throughput in a period of time is close to 0 reaches 5 times or exceeds 5 times.
Taking the index of the available disk space of the server as an example, a monitoring threshold condition may be set for the available disk space of the server, where the threshold condition is that the available disk space of the server is greater than 10%, and when it is detected that the available disk space of the server is less than 10%, it may be determined that abnormal monitoring data exists in the monitoring data.
S103, if abnormal monitoring data exists in the monitoring data, generating original alarm information based on the abnormal monitoring data, preprocessing the original alarm information to generate target alarm information, wherein the preprocessing comprises one or more of invalid information filtering processing, redundant information merging processing and alarm information content selecting processing.
The filtering processing of invalid information in the preprocessing includes deleting noise data, instantaneous fault information, repeated information and the like. The noise data refers to data generated due to hardware failure, transmission error, data loss, and the like, and most of the data is incomplete and may even contain erroneous information. The instantaneous fault information is information generated by an instantaneous fault, and the instantaneous fault generally has short duration and small influence on the operation of network services, so the instantaneous fault information can be automatically recovered in a short time.
In addition, due to the polling of the failed devices or other reasons, the alarms for the same failure tend to be repeated in large numbers, and the number of these redundant alarms is usually very large. Therefore, the preprocessing of the original alarm data may include merging processing of redundant information, specifically, the same original alarm data may be screened out according to the alarm type, the alarm start time, the alarm end time, the address of the specific server where the alarm occurs, and the like, and merged, and the data size may be reduced by performing the merging processing on the same original alarm information.
In addition, because the attribute fields contained in the original alarm data generated according to different monitoring indexes are different, and not all the attribute fields help the analysis data of the later-stage workers, the alarm information content can be selected in the process of preprocessing the original alarm data, so that the length of the alarm data is further reduced, and the waste of space resources is avoided.
In implementation, the process of preprocessing the plurality of original alarm information generated within the preset time period may be: firstly, noise data, instant fault information and repeated information can be filtered for a plurality of original alarm information, then the original alarm information after the filtering processing is merged according to the alarm type, the alarm starting time, the alarm ending time, the alarm generating address (the address of a specific server) and the like, and finally the alarm information content contained in the original alarm information after the merging processing is selected to finally obtain the target alarm information. Therefore, by preprocessing the original alarm information, the problems of large alarm data volume and more redundant events in the system are effectively reduced, and a certain help effect is provided for the analysis and processing of the subsequent staff on the fault.
And S104, sending the target alarm information to the message pushing system through the message queue so that the message pushing system gives an alarm based on the target alarm information.
Wherein the message queue may be a Kafka message queue. Specifically, in order to reduce the interactive coupling with different servers, the generated target alarm information may be sent to a message queue, then a message push system may obtain a proper amount of target alarm information according to the processing performance of its own system, and finally, the message push system may send the target alarm information to a corresponding worker in a short message or mail manner based on the target alarm type and the communication number or mailbox address of the worker corresponding to the target alarm type, so that the worker receiving the short message or mail can process the target alarm information in time.
As can be seen from the technical solutions provided in the embodiments of the present specification, by acquiring monitoring data corresponding to a preset monitoring index, and according to a monitoring threshold condition corresponding to the preset monitoring index, determining whether abnormal monitoring data exists in the monitoring data; if abnormal monitoring data exists in the monitoring data, original alarm information is generated based on the abnormal monitoring data, the original alarm information is preprocessed, and target alarm information is generated, wherein the preprocessing comprises one or more of invalid information filtering processing, redundant information combining processing and alarm information content selecting processing, and then the target alarm information is sent to a message pushing system through a message queue, so that the message pushing system gives an alarm based on the target alarm information. Therefore, by the method for generating the target alarm information by preprocessing the original alarm information, a large amount of redundant alarm information is eliminated, so that the consumption of a large amount of resources of a network management system is reduced, and the quick positioning of the fault by the staff is facilitated.
In addition, the target warning information includes associated information, where the associated information is used to indicate warning information having a predetermined association relationship with the target warning information.
In implementation, in order to quickly locate an alarm (root alarm) having a main effect on a fault from a large amount of original alarm information generated in a network, after the generated original alarm information is preprocessed to generate target alarm information, correlation information needs to be generated by correlating a plurality of target alarm information, wherein the correlation information is used for indicating alarm information having a predetermined correlation relation with the target alarm information. Therefore, when the staff analyzes the target alarm information, the root alarm having the main influence on the fault can be quickly positioned through the associated information contained in the target alarm information, so that the fault can be positioned as soon as possible.
In S103, the selecting process of the content of the alarm information on the original alarm information to generate the target alarm information includes:
extracting information corresponding to a key field contained in original alarm information based on a preset key field, and generating target alarm information based on the extracted information, wherein the key field comprises: one or more of an alert type, an alert time, and an alert location.
As shown in fig. 2, the step S101 of obtaining the monitoring data corresponding to the preset monitoring index includes:
s1011, acquiring monitoring policy configuration information, where the monitoring policy configuration information includes: the information of the preset monitoring index and the monitoring threshold condition corresponding to the preset monitoring index.
And S1012, acquiring monitoring data corresponding to the preset monitoring index through the message queue.
Specifically, according to the method for acquiring the monitoring data corresponding to the preset monitoring index through the message queue, on one hand, the interactive coupling between the monitoring device and the plurality of servers is reduced, and on the other hand, the pressure of the monitoring device on the monitoring data to be processed is reduced, so that the monitoring device can acquire the monitoring data corresponding to the preset monitoring index in a proper amount from the message queue according to the performance of data processing of the monitoring device.
As shown in fig. 3, after the step S103 of generating original alarm information based on the abnormal monitoring data, preprocessing the original alarm information, and generating the target alarm information, the target alarm information further includes:
and S105, storing the target alarm information in a preset database according to the alarm type of the target alarm information, and recording the data state information of the preset monitoring index corresponding to the target alarm information as an abnormal state.
As shown in fig. 4, the method further includes:
s106, obtaining current monitoring data of a preset monitoring index corresponding to the abnormal monitoring data, and searching data state information of the preset monitoring index corresponding to the abnormal monitoring data, which is stored in a preset database, if the current monitoring data is determined to be normal monitoring data according to a monitoring threshold condition corresponding to the preset monitoring index.
In implementation, taking the preset monitoring index in the above S102 as the maximum response time index as an example, when the monitoring device obtains the current monitoring data of the response time index corresponding to the abnormal monitoring data according to the alarm type and the alarm address (server IP address), if it is detected that the number of times that the response time exceeds the maximum response time is 2 times and is less than the monitoring threshold (10 times) corresponding to the maximum response time index, it is determined that the current monitoring data is the normal monitoring data, and at this time, the data state information of the maximum response time index corresponding to the abnormal monitoring data stored in the predetermined database is searched.
And S107, if the found data state information is in an abnormal state, updating the abnormal state to a normal state, and sending the message of updating the data state of the preset monitoring index to the message pushing system through the message queue, so that the message pushing system outputs the message of updating the data state of the preset monitoring index.
In implementation, in order to facilitate the detection of whether the solution adopted by the staff for the fault problem corresponding to the processed target alarm information is valid, the monitoring device determines that the current monitoring data is normal monitoring data according to the monitoring threshold condition corresponding to the maximum response time index, and when the data state information corresponding to the maximum response time index is found to be an abnormal state in a predetermined database, the abnormal state is updated to be a normal state, and the message of updating the data state of the maximum response time index is sent to the message pushing system through the message queue, so that the message pushing system notifies the relevant staff of the message of updating the data state of the maximum response time index in a mail or short message manner.
