Detailed Description
At present, in the traditional warehouse management, the printing, inputting and management of the electronic archive of important data such as various forms and the like are processed in a manual mode. The traditional management mode of warehouse management information has low efficiency, is easy to make mistakes, has high cost, and is more and more difficult to adapt to the requirements of mass cargo management on modern production, manufacturing, logistics transportation and other activities on warehouse management.
According to the embodiment of the invention, through the information identification of the electronic archive of the paper forms, the forms belonging to the same batch can be automatically classified and merged according to the associated information in the forms; meanwhile, whether the sequence information of the identified forms conforms to the sequence setting is detected according to the preset sequence setting of the management forms, such as the template sequence characteristic. If so, judging that the form to be judged currently is received correctly; if not, the form to be currently determined has a receiving error, for example, a front-back order error in the forms in the same batch. When the same batch of associated forms are identified and non-associated forms are identified, whether the batch of associated forms are received correctly or not is detected, correct archiving is carried out, and wrong manual screening judgment is carried out. Therefore, automation and accuracy of warehousing form archiving management are achieved, low efficiency and high error rate caused by manual management of electronic archiving of each form are avoided, and meanwhile, the cost of warehousing management is also reduced.
In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present invention comprehensible, embodiments accompanied with figures are described in detail below.
Example 1
As shown in fig. 1, a form archiving method according to an embodiment of the present invention may include the following steps:
step S101, receiving initialization configuration information of a job;
the initialization configuration information includes: after a scanner is configured to scan a paper form, a storage path of an electronic form is stored; the contact information of the user, such as mailbox email and mobile phone number, and some management information of the batch of forms, such as belonging warehouse, storage time, goods name, etc. The configuration information can be selectively input according to the actual needs of the user.
These initial configuration information is first entered into the system by the user before the job is started, providing the necessary preparation for the subsequent steps of form recognition and the like. Through inputting corresponding management information, the summary information of the form single group can be automatically generated, and convenience is provided for subsequent tracing management.
Step S102, receiving paper forms, and scanning the paper forms in sequence to carry out electronic archiving;
after a user puts a plurality of paper forms to be scanned and archived into a paper feeding column of a scanner, the scanner automatically and sequentially carries out electronic scanning on each paper form. Whether a new picture is generated under the storage path of the paper form is judged within a preset time, such as 10s, and the new picture is used as a basis for successfully obtaining the paper form. If the paper form does not have electrons within the preset time, whether the scanner has paper jam or other abnormal conditions is further detected. If the abnormality is detected, the user is notified through a contact way in the configuration information, such as a mail and a short message way. After the abnormality is removed, returning to the step S101 for re-receiving and continuing to execute; otherwise, if no abnormity is detected, the intelligent automatic electronic archiving of the paper form is determined to be completed, and the whole operation flow is finished.
Step S103, identifying target information in the electronic archive;
in the warehouse management system of the present embodiment, the startup function of the printer and the smart recognition function are bound together. When the job is started in step S101, one-touch start is automatically realized at the same time. Upon successful receipt of the form via step S102, the stored electronic archive of forms is automatically subjected to text recognition.
In one embodiment, the target field information on the form may be obtained by invoking an Optical Character Recognition (OCR) Recognition template function of the form. The target field information includes association information for identifying the same batch of association forms, and order information for identifying the order of the forms in the association forms.
Step S104, judging whether the current form to be judged and the former judged form belong to the related forms or not according to the related information;
after the associated information of the target information in the electronic document of the form is obtained in step S103, it can be determined whether the form to be determined currently and the previously determined form belong to the associated form.
For example, the associated information may specifically include time of the form and form number id, and form header information head _ info, etc. In practical application, a delivery order of a warehouse usually has a plurality of forms in one delivery order, but each form has the same header information, and document numbers and the like in the header information are the same and unique. Through the document numbers, the header information and the like, which forms are related to each other and belong to the same list of the same list can be judged.
Through the above analysis method, multiple paper forms of a single form can be associated and matched, and forms belonging to the same form can be classified together and stored in the list form group file (for example, list [ ". x. jpg", ". i. j pg",. ] is a set belonging to the same file). If the form to be judged currently and the form judged before belong to the related form, the step S105 is executed; if not, the process proceeds to step S107.
Step S105, judging whether the current form to be judged accords with the sequence template setting of the associated form or not according to the sequence information;
the sequence information may be page number or format information of the form, and is used to represent the sequence of the form in the same form group, and further determine whether the sequence of the form conforms to the template sequence characteristic of the list form group, that is, the sequence template setting of the associated form. If yes, the receiving is correct, otherwise, the wrong form appears.
In a specific implementation, the electronic archive picture information of the form needs to be added to the list form group, that is: the list in the python data structure adds an element operation list. For the condition of correct receiving, adding the electronic archiving picture information of the form into a list form group, and then archiving electronic archiving; and for the condition of receiving errors, the electronic archived pictures are stored in time, and the list pictures and the abnormal error information can be submitted to a background in the following period so as to be compared manually in the later period and perform exception handling.
Step S106, identifying a receiving error;
for the case of a receiving error, an abnormal identification bit flag of the list table single group file is marked as abnormal at the same time, so as to display that the form receiving error occurs in the current list group, that is, the flag is equal to F.
Step S107, judging whether the previous batch of forms are correctly identified;
and if the current form to be judged and the previously identified forms do not belong to the associated forms, the previous batch of associated forms are completely received, and the current form is the top page of the new batch of associated forms. Therefore, whether the previous batch of associated forms are received correctly can be judged by detecting the abnormal identification bit flag of the current list single group as T or F. If it is correct, the process proceeds to step S108, otherwise, the process proceeds to step S109.
Step S108, archiving the previous batch of related forms;
in this embodiment, the delivery outlet of the scanner is connected to the conveyor belt. Paper retaining grooves are uniformly distributed on the conveying belt, and the width of the paper retaining grooves is 1.5 times of the size of the paper feeding opening. The conveyor belt is controlled by two relays, one is positive and controls positive transmission, and the other is negative and controls negative transmission.
If the abnormal identification bit flag of a single group of file of the list table is equal to T, a forward transmission relay of the conveyor belt is started, the paper form is transmitted to a paper receiving column on one side of the conveyor belt in a turning mode, meanwhile, the form pictures stored in the group of list table are combined into a pdf file, the related attribute, the initialized attribute and the storage path of the pdf file are stored in an electronic archive library, and meanwhile, the archiving processing of the paper form and the single electronic archive of the paper form is realized.
Step S109, transmitting the previous batch of correlation forms to manual screening;
and if the abnormal identification bit flag of the single group of file of the list table is F, starting a negative transmission relay of the conveyor belt, turning to the transmission to the paper receiving column on the other side of the conveyor belt, and submitting the form pictures and abnormal error information stored in the list to a background to wait for later-stage manual abnormal processing.
By judging the abnormal flag of the list single-group file in the step S109, the situation that the OCR form recognition template in the step S103 cannot be recognized can be distinguished from the paper form judged to be received abnormally after recognition, so that the error cause can be more clearly and accurately located.
And step S110, resetting the list table single group.
And (3) as the recording of a new batch of associated forms is started, emptying the list form group, adding the current electronic filing scanning piece picture of the forms into the list, and identifying an abnormal identification bit flag as T.
After step S110, the processing program will continue to run, and wait for the subsequent form recognition and archiving task. Through step S102, it is detected whether a new picture is generated in the preset storage path within the preset time as a basis for successfully acquiring the paper form, so as to determine whether all the forms are processed. And if all the programs are finished, sending a notice to an operator, and manually closing the whole program operation.
