Specifically, in some possible embodiments, based on the start information of starting scanning the paper, the step of determining whether the front and back sides of the paper have the content to be stored includes:
acquiring image information of a front page and a back page of the paper;
Acquiring preset invalid page image information;
sequentially comparing the image information of the front page or the back page of the paper with the preset image information of the invalid page;
When the image information of the front page or the back page of the paper is inconsistent with the image information of the preset invalid page, judging that the content to be stored exists on the page corresponding to the paper.
When the image information of the front page or the back page of the paper is consistent with the image information of the preset invalid page, judging that the corresponding page of the paper does not have the content to be stored.
When the front page image information and the back page image information of the paper are not blank, namely, the front page image information or the back page image information of the paper is inconsistent with the preset invalid page image information, a system judgment result is formed, and the content on the front page and the back page on the paper is the content to be stored. When the image information of the front page and the image information of the back page of the paper are blank, namely, the image information of the front page or the back page of the paper is consistent with the image information of the preset invalid page, a system judgment result is formed, and the content on the front page and the back page on the paper is the content which does not need to be stored. When the front page image information of the paper is not blank and the back page image information is blank, a system judging result is formed, and as a result, the content on the front side of the paper is the content which needs to be stored, and the content on the back side is the content which does not need to be stored, and vice versa.
When the specific seal does not exist in the image information of the front page and the image information of the back page of the paper, that is, the image information of the front page or the image information of the back page of the paper is inconsistent with the preset invalid page image information, a system judgment result is formed, and the content on the front page and the back page of the paper is the content to be stored, and vice versa.
Specifically, in some possible embodiments, when the front and back sides of the paper have the content to be stored, the step of sending control information to the printing machine to mark the front or back side of the paper having the content to be stored includes:
Acquiring date information;
correspondingly generating a marked page number based on the date information and the marked page number generation sequence;
acquiring a judging result of whether the content to be stored exists on the current scanning paper or not;
when the judgment result shows that the content to be stored exists on the paper, sending control information and marking the marking page number on the corresponding paper page through the printing machine;
And when the judgment result shows that the content which does not need to be stored exists on the paper, sending prompt information and recording the content on the page of the paper.
The method comprises the steps of acquiring date information of a currently used machine through a date and time preset by a system, and correspondingly generating a marked page number based on the date information and a marked page number generation sequence. For example, the current system time is 12 months and 24 days in 1991, and the marking page generation sequence is started after the start information of the paper is started to be scanned is initially acquired, when 20 sides of 10 paper sheets enter the machine identification, and when 2 sides of the paper sheets are judged to be the content which is not required to be stored, the computer sends control information when the judgment result is that the content which is required to be stored exists on the paper sheets, the printing machine marks the marking page number 199112241 on the corresponding paper sheets, and when the 2 sides of the paper sheets are judged to be the content which is not required to be stored, the printing machine skips until the printing machine marks the marking page number 1991122418 on the corresponding paper sheets, and the marking and filtering of the 10 paper sheets are completed. And the content which is not required to be stored is stored in addition on the paper which is obtained through identification, so that a subsequent user can conveniently check pages which are not identified and stored, important content is prevented from being lost due to system identification errors, the user can conveniently monitor the system in real time through prompt information, and the continuous loss of operation errors is avoided.
Specifically, in some possible embodiments, when the determination result is that there is a content to be stored on the paper, the step before the step of sending the control information to mark the marking page number on the corresponding paper page by the printing machine includes:
a plurality of printable areas capable of printing mark page numbers are preset on the corresponding paper page;
Sequentially identifying whether content exists in the printable areas according to the priorities of the printable areas;
When the printable area has content, sending a marked page number overlapping prompt message;
when the printable area does not have content, sending printable prompt information
When the judgment result shows that the content to be stored exists on the paper, the printable areas with a plurality of printable mark page numbers are preset on the corresponding paper page before the mark page numbers are marked on the corresponding paper page by the printing machine through sending control information. Sequentially identifying whether content exists in the printable areas according to the priorities of the plurality of printable areas, when the content exists in the printable areas, continuously searching the printable area with the next priority, continuously judging whether the content exists in the printable areas until the content does not exist in the printable areas, and sending printable prompt information by the computer
Specifically, in some possible embodiments, the step of sequentially identifying whether content exists in the printable area according to priorities of the plurality of printable areas includes:
acquiring position information of printable areas of a plurality of printable mark page numbers;
setting a sequencing order number of the printable area according to a space sequence from bottom to top and from right to left based on the position information of the printable area;
And based on the sequencing serial numbers of the set printable areas, comparing the sequencing serial numbers, and selecting the printable area with the smallest serial number as a printing position of the priority mark page.
Among them, it is preferable that printable areas where printable mark page numbers are set on four corners of a sheet page, that is, position information of printable areas where a plurality of printable mark page numbers are acquired is at four corner positions of a sheet page image. And judging whether the printable area of the paper page at the lower right corner has content according to the spatial sequence from bottom to top and from right to left, wherein the position of the lower right corner of the paper page is number 1, the position of the upper left corner is number 4, and when the printable area image is blank, the position of the paper page at the lower right corner is the printable area. And when the printing area image is not blank, judging whether the printable areas of the left lower corner paper page 2, the right upper corner position 3 and the left upper corner position 4 have contents or not in sequence until the current position is set as the printable area when the printing area image is not blank. When the four positions are not blank, prompting error reporting information.
Specifically, in some possible embodiments, the step of sorting the contents on the plurality of tag information corresponding to the paper page based on the contents on the tag information corresponding to the paper page includes:
Acquiring contents on a paper page corresponding to a plurality of mark information;
Acquiring a first field and a last field of content on a paper page based on a reading sequence;
When the first field of the content on the paper page and the last field of the content on the other paper page are combined into a fixed vocabulary, the content on the paper page with the last field is arranged before the content on the paper page with the first field.
After the content on the page with the marking information is scanned and stored, the first field and the last field of the content on a plurality of paper pages which are stored electronically are identified and acquired based on the reading sequence from left to right and from top to bottom, and when the first field of the content on the paper page and the last field of the content on another paper page are combined into a fixed vocabulary, the content on the paper page with the last field is arranged before the content on the paper page with the first field. For example, the content on the first sheet page is "cat" and the first field is "cat", the last field is "love", the content on the second sheet page is "this bear", the first field is "this", the last field is "bear", and when the system identifies that the first field of the first sheet "cat" and the last field of the second sheet "bear" can be combined to form a fixed vocabulary retrievable by the database of "panda", the system sorts the content on the first sheet page to the content on the second sheet page. When the content on the page of the third paper is 'small', the first field is 'the' and the last field is 'small', and 'kittens' can form a fixed vocabulary, and when the third and the second conflict, judging according to the time stored by scanning input, automatically carrying out connection sorting in a short adjacent time, and continuously carrying out field sorting of the matched fixed vocabulary on the other conflict page.
Specifically, in some possible embodiments, the following steps further include:
