Abstract
The invention relates to a method, a device and a storage medium for one-key copy maintenance of order process. Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of order maintenance, and in particular, to a method, an apparatus, and a storage medium for one-key copy maintenance of an order process.
Background
In the production process of the server, in order to meet different demands of clients, the server configuration of the same machine type is various, and the relative process file needs to contain all configurations according to the assembly requirement description of the machine, so that the process file has more contents, staff needs to find the assembly requirement description of the corresponding configuration from the process file according to the actual configuration of the machine during the assembly operation of the machine, and the operation is carried out according to the assembly requirement; the same configured machine can be produced in different factories, different workshops and different line bodies, and the condition of inconsistent assembly of the same configured machine can occur due to different understanding degrees of each staff to the process files; the assembly process can only control the consistency of orders, when the orders of the same configuration are produced by a plurality of wire bodies, staff cannot know the assembly conditions of other wire bodies, so that the consistency of the machines of the same configuration cannot be ensured, the machines can be intercepted only by a rear-end aging program, the machines are reworked in batches if the machines are light, and customer complaints are caused if the machines are heavy.
At present, order process maintenance is led in from an MES system in order to solve the problem that staff understand inconsistencies, namely, a process engineer maintains the installation positions of all components according to actual configuration of orders, and staff operate according to maintenance contents displayed by a foreground of the MES system during actual operation. In the actual maintenance process, the same sales order is often split into a plurality of production orders for placing, which leads to the need of repeated maintenance for the same configuration order by a process engineer. In the MES system, for a plurality of orders with the same configuration, firstly, one order is maintained as a reference order, then, the material difference points between the two orders are compared through an order BOM comparison function in the MES system, the condition that the material codes are inconsistent is eliminated, under the condition that the materials selected by the two orders are completely consistent, the content maintained in the reference order is copied into another order by using a copy maintenance function, the copy maintenance function can only copy the maintenance content of the material with the same code, and can only copy the material with the same code at one time, if the material selected by the two orders is not a code and is a substitute material relation, the copy maintenance function can not copy the maintenance content, and manual input is needed; when a plurality of substitute materials are continuously copied and input is received, the condition that input errors occur possibly, once the input errors occur, production line staff operate according to maintenance content, whole sheets can be assembled in error, if the whole sheets are flowed to a client, customer dissatisfaction is caused, and customer complaints are caused.
