Background
With the rapid development of the overall economy and the continuous progress of the automobile industry, the intellectualization and safety of the vehicle are the focus topics which are much concerned by the consumers. The blind area monitoring system is configured for protecting the safety of drivers and passengers; the configuration is used for sweeping the blind area of the outer rearview mirror, detecting overtaking vehicles in the blind areas of the rearview mirrors on two sides of the vehicle through the ultrasonic radar and reminding a driver, so that collision accidents caused by the blind areas of the rearview mirrors in the lane changing process are avoided.
Because the EOL electric detection of the whole vehicle cannot avoid the problem of misjudgment in the interaction process with the ultrasonic radar, the blind area monitoring system fails, and the detection of the function by the field road test runway requires the cooperation of a double-lane field and a plurality of whole vehicles, and has potential safety hazards.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the technical problems, the invention provides a detection device which can simulate the use of a blind area monitoring function under the driving condition of a client and can be used for activating and detecting the blind area monitoring function by using a detection device, so that the detection device is convenient for the blind area monitoring function of the whole vehicle.
In order to solve the technical problem, the invention aims to realize that:
the invention relates to a detection device convenient for monitoring blind areas of a whole vehicle, which comprises:
the sucker is adsorbed on the surface of the vehicle body;
one end of the angle-adjustable bracket is connected with the sucker, and the other end of the angle-adjustable bracket is fixedly connected with a detection baffle;
the detection baffle is arranged opposite to the ultrasonic radar arranged on the vehicle body and used for reflecting the ultrasonic waves emitted by the ultrasonic radar.
On the basis of the above scheme and as a preferable scheme of the scheme: the sucker comprises a negative pressure chamber and a connecting part, wherein the negative pressure chamber is used for forming a holding force with a contact surface of a vehicle body, and the connecting part is connected with the angle-adjustable bracket; the negative pressure chamber is defined by an externally disposed flange in contact with the vehicle body to form a sealed region.
On the basis of the above scheme and as a preferable scheme of the scheme: an accommodating space is arranged inside the connecting part and communicated with the outside.
On the basis of the above scheme and as a preferable scheme of the scheme: the angle-adjustable support 2 comprises a first connecting rod piece and a second connecting rod piece which are fixedly connected with each other, and a connecting block is fixedly arranged at the end part of the second connecting rod piece; the connecting block is in interference fit with the accommodating space.
On the basis of the above scheme and as a preferable scheme of the scheme: one end part of the first connecting rod piece is connected with the detection baffle through a baffle connecting rod.
On the basis of the above scheme and as a preferable scheme of the scheme: the end part of the first connecting rod piece is provided with a nut which is in threaded connection with the threaded connecting baffle connecting rod.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
(1) the detection device can effectively simulate the use of the blind area monitoring function of a customer in the driving process;
(2) the detection device adopts a sucker type, so that the falling off caused by bumping in the running process of the whole vehicle can be effectively avoided;
(3) when the sucker can rotate, the use of any vehicle type can be effectively solved;
(4) the failure rate of the ultrasonic radar of the blind area monitoring system can be effectively avoided;
(5) the safety performance of the whole vehicle can be effectively improved;
(6) the driving safety of the customer is improved, and the customer satisfaction is improved;
(7) potential safety accidents caused by the fact that 2 vehicles are required to be matched for detection in an original detection mode are effectively avoided (labor cost is saved by about 12 ten thousand yuan/year);
(8) the energy consumption cost of the whole vehicle is effectively reduced; (2 KW.h/car is used for single detection of each car on average, 5 ten thousand cars are calculated per year, and 100000 yuan is saved per year).
