Abstract
The invention discloses a device for testing the grinding performance of a quick grinding wheel. Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following positive effects: the workpiece driving mechanism of the device provides polishing pressure and polishing speed, and the polishing speed and the polishing pressure during actual polishing operation are simulated by adjusting the rotating speed of the motor and the pressure of the pressurizing device. The grinding wheel is driven to rotate by the workpiece driving mechanism, and the working principle of the grinding wheel is the same as that of the grinding wheel in actual operation. Meanwhile, the device is matched with an electrical control system, the actual polishing pressure, the actual rotation speed and the like of the grinding wheel can be measured in real time, the hydraulic pressure and the workpiece rotation speed are adjusted in real time, the grinding wheel abrasion ratio close to the actual polishing operation is finally obtained, and the polishing performance of the rapid polishing grinding wheel is scientifically and accurately reflected.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a device for testing the grinding performance of a quick grinding wheel.
Background
With the rapid development of high-speed and heavy loads in railway transportation in China, the damage of the steel rail caused by the contact friction of wheel rails is more and more serious, diseases such as corrugation, cracks, fat edges, peeling and the like occur, and the grinding of the steel rail is the most economic and effective measure for maintaining and maintaining the surface of the steel rail. The rail grinding can prevent and eliminate the damage on the surface of the rail and prolong the service life of the rail, and is an effective and economic maintenance means.
The rapid grinding wagon drives the grinding wheel to run at a high speed, and the steel rail is ground. The grinding wheel is arranged on the rapid grinding wagon at a certain angle, and certain pressure is applied to the grinding wheel through the rapid grinding wagon to be in contact with the surface of the steel rail; meanwhile, the rapid grinding wagon advances along the steel rail to perform grinding operation on the steel rail line. The interface of the steel rail and the grinding wheel has complex material removal and tribological behavior in the steel rail grinding process.
The rail grinding technology in China starts late, the technology is not mature abroad, although the research on the rail quick grinding technology and the grinding performance test device is developed domestically, a test platform for a small sample test is used, and the difference between the rail quick grinding technology and the grinding performance test device and an actually used grinding wheel is large; and the rotating speed of the workpiece is slow, the advancing speed of actual polishing operation cannot be simulated, and the polishing performance of the rapid polishing grinding wheel cannot be scientifically and accurately reflected. In addition, the existing test device for the grinding performance of the rapid grinding wheel has the condition that the structural design is unreasonable and contradicts with the actual grinding operation condition. Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following positive effects:
the workpiece driving mechanism of the device provides polishing pressure and polishing speed, and the polishing speed and the polishing pressure during actual polishing operation are simulated by adjusting the rotating speed of the motor and the pressure of the pressurizing device. Detailed Description
A test device for the grinding performance of a quick grinding wheel is shown in figure 1 and mainly comprises: the device comprises a workbench, a workpiece driving mechanism, a measuring system, an auxiliary device and an electric control system. Wherein:
the workbench mainly comprises a grinding wheel 12, a grinding wheel clamp 13, a mounting platform 16 and a platform support 17. The structure of the grinding wheel is shown in fig. 2, and comprises a friction body 121, a sleeve 122, a rolling bearing 123 and a mandrel 124, wherein the mandrel 124 passes through the center of the rolling bearing 123, and the two are in interference fit; the rolling bearings 123 are arranged at two ends of the sleeve 122, the rolling bearings 123 are in interference fit with the sleeve 122, and the friction body 121 is embedded on the sleeve 122. As shown in fig. 4, the grinding wheel 12 is mounted on a grinding wheel holder 13, a through hole is reserved in the grinding wheel holder 13, and the grinding wheel holder 13 is fixed to a mounting platform 16 by a bolt. Two grinding wheels are symmetrically arranged below the workpiece 11, the relative positions of the grinding wheels and the workpiece are shown in fig. 3, in the actual grinding process, the grinding wheels are not vertically contacted with the steel rail, an included angle exists between the grinding wheels and the steel rail, so that the grinding wheels need to be obliquely arranged relative to the workpiece, and in order to reduce the resultant force of the grinding wheels on the workpiece as much as possible, the grinding wheels are symmetrically arranged relative to the workpiece. When the workpiece 11 in a rotating state is contacted with the friction bodies 121 of the two grinding wheels 12, the workpiece 11 drives the grinding wheels 12 to rotate and generate a grinding effect, and the linear speed of the workpiece can reach 80 km/h. The actual grinding pressure of the grinding wheel can be measured by a second pressure sensor 14 mounted under the grinding wheel holder 13.
The mounting platform 16 can be suitable for mounting a rapid grinding wheel with the outer diameter phi of 120mm and the outer diameter phi of 160mm, the grinding wheel clamps 13 only need to be replaced, grinding wheels of different models can be tested, and the workbench is not driven.
The workpiece driving mechanism mainly comprises a position adjusting device 6, a grinding motor 8, a workpiece clamp 10 and a workpiece 11. Grinding motor 8 is fixed on installation frame 9, has the guide rail in position adjustment device 6 vertical direction, and installation frame 9 can drive grinding motor 8 on the guide rail and move together, and grinding motor 8's rotational speed can be adjusted through operation panel 20. As shown in fig. 5, a workpiece 11 is connected to a spindle of the grinding motor 8 through a work holder 10 to rotate with the grinding motor 8. The workpiece clamp is connected with the main shaft in a flange-like manner, and the workpiece is fixed by a screw through a circle of reserved round holes.
The measuring system comprises a grinding wheel crushing identification sensor 7, a first pressure sensor 5, a second pressure sensor 14 and a rotating speed sensor 15, and the state, the hydraulic cylinder applied pressure, the actual grinding pressure and the grinding wheel rotating speed during grinding of the grinding wheel are measured respectively. The first pressure sensor 5 is arranged below the oil cylinder 4 and used for measuring the pressure provided by the hydraulic cylinder to the grinding motor 8, and the second pressure sensor 14 is arranged below the grinding wheel clamp 13 and used for measuring the actual grinding pressure; the positions of the grinding wheel breakage identification sensor 7 and the rotating speed sensor 15 have no hard requirements, and relevant test quantity can be sensed. Each measurement data is displayed on the touch display screen of the console 20.
The auxiliary devices comprise a pressurizing device, a dust collecting device 18 and a safety protection baffle plate 19. The pressurizing device comprises a hydraulic station 1, an oil pipe 2, a supporting frame 3 and an oil cylinder 4, wherein the oil cylinder 4 is arranged on the supporting frame and is connected with the hydraulic station 1 through the oil pipe 2; the piston of the oil cylinder 4 pushes the motor mounting frame 9 to move on a guide rail of the position adjusting device 6, the second pressure sensor 14 starts to collect test force after the workpiece 11 is contacted with the grinding wheel 12, the hydraulic station 1 is provided with a needle valve control device, and the required test force can be adjusted in real time through the force value collected by the test force sensor. The pressure can be adjusted according to the operation table 20; the safety guard 19 prevents sparks from splashing and fragments from flying out when the grinding wheel is broken.
The whole control system comprises electric elements such as an industrial computer, a display, a board card and the like, controls and displays various parameters in a test in real time, draws a data curve, visually checks the test process, and prints the test data curve after the test is finished.
The working principle of the invention is as follows:
1) the rotating speed sensor 15 is arranged on the mounting platform 16 of the workbench, so that the actual rotating speed of the grinding wheel can be accurately obtained.
2) When in polishing, two grinding wheel samples 12 are symmetrically distributed on two sides of the workpiece 11, and are subjected to a grinding test simultaneously, and the states, the actual polishing pressure and the rotating speed of the two grinding wheels are measured respectively. Compared with a single grinding wheel test mode, the condition that the error of a test result is large due to the fact that the workpiece is stressed on one side is avoided.
3) Compared with the existing polishing device, the linear speed of the workpiece of the device can reach 80km/h, and the actual polishing advancing speed can be simulated.
4) The following compositions were used: the grinding wheel with the size of 1 is used for carrying out experiments, so that the interaction between the steel rail and the grinding stone in the field grinding process can be simulated more truly, the experimental result is more reliable and accurate, and more reliable experimental basis can be provided for the field steel rail grinding operation.

the measuring system comprises a grinding wheel crushing identification sensor, a first pressure sensor, a second pressure sensor and a rotating speed sensor, wherein the grinding wheel crushing identification sensor, the first pressure sensor, the second pressure sensor and the rotating speed sensor are used for measuring the grinding state of a grinding wheel, the pressure applied by a hydraulic cylinder, the actual grinding pressure and the rotating speed of the grinding wheel respectively;
the pressurizing device comprises a supporting frame and an oil cylinder arranged on the supporting frame, the oil cylinder is connected with the hydraulic station through an oil pipe, and a piston of the oil cylinder pushes the motor mounting frame to move on a guide rail of the position adjusting device.
