Specifically, the kiln body 2 in the embodiment of the invention is a carbon steel structural framework in the middle of an aluminum alloy outer plate of a stainless steel inner container, the kiln body 2 in the form of heat insulation cotton is filled in the kiln body, and the kiln body is built by stainless steel and aluminum alloy anticorrosive materials.
In a more preferred embodiment, the bamboo material carbonizing and drying apparatus according to the embodiment of the present invention further includes a waste water discharging device 8 disposed on the bottom surface of the kiln body 2. Specifically, the waste water discharge device 8 in the embodiment of the present invention is a floor drain, and is mainly used for discharging sugar decomposed by carbonization of bamboo in the kiln body 2, condensed water in the kiln body 2, and the like.
As a more preferable embodiment, a sealing strip 21 is provided between the sealing door 1 and the kiln body 2 in the embodiment of the present invention. Avoid the loss of heat and save energy.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a bamboo carbonization and drying processing method, which comprises the following steps:
s1: stacking the bamboo wood in a bamboo wood carbonization drying device, and closing the sealing door 1 and the gas exchange device;
s2: carbonizing treatment, starting the heating device 3 and the circulating fan 5, controlling the temperature in the kiln body 2 to be 90-120 ℃, and keeping for 1-2 hours; controlling the temperature in the kiln body 2 to rise to 110-130 ℃, controlling the humidity to be 75-85%, keeping the temperature for 2-3 hours, intermittently starting the steam injection device 4 in the temperature rise stage, and injecting steam as protective gas;
s3: and (3) carbonizing and cooling, closing the steam injection device 4 and the heating device 3, opening the moisture discharging device 63 and the circulating fan 5, and cooling the air in the kiln body 2 by stages until the temperature reaches the room temperature.
S4: before drying treatment, a gas exchange device, a circulating fan 5 and a heating device 3 are opened, the heating device 3 heats moisture in a kiln body 2, the moisture in the kiln body 2 forms steam and is exhausted through a dehumidifying device 63 at the top of the kiln body 2, the high-temperature drying and exhaust temperature is controlled to be 110-125 ℃, the high-temperature drying and exhaust temperature lasts for 1-1.5 hours, the circulating fan 5 and the gas exchange device continue to work, the heating device 3 stops working for 1-2 hours, and the drying and exhaust temperature stops when the air humidity in the kiln body 2 is 5-15%.
S5: and (3) drying, namely starting a circulating fan 5 and a heating device 3, controlling the temperature in the kiln body 2 to be 100-130 ℃, controlling the humidity to be 5-15%, and finishing drying when the moisture content of the bamboo wood is detected to be reduced to be below 12%.

Claims (9)

1. A bamboo wood carbonization and drying device comprises a kiln body (2) provided with a sealing door (1);
the heating device (3), the steam injection device (4), the circulating fan (5) and the gas exchange device are arranged in the kiln body (2);
the heating device (3) is arranged on one side of the kiln body (2) and is used for heating air in the kiln body (2);
the steam injection device (4) is arranged at the top of the kiln body and is used for humidifying the bamboo wood;
the circulating fan (5) is used for accelerating air circulation in the kiln body (2);
the gas exchange device comprises a gas exchange device and a gas exchange device,
the air inlet (61) is arranged at the bottom of the kiln body (1), and the air inlet (61) is communicated with the outside through an air inlet valve;
the exhaust port (62) is arranged at the top of the kiln body (2), and the exhaust port (62) is communicated with the outside through an exhaust valve;
and a moisture removing device (63) arranged at the top of the kiln body.
2. The bamboo carbonization-drying device of claim 1, further comprising a control system;
the control system is respectively connected with the heating device (3), the steam injection device (4), the circulating fan (5) and the gas exchange device.
3. The bamboo carbonization and drying device as claimed in claim 2, further comprising a transportation device,
the transportation device comprises a plurality of transportation devices, wherein,
the slide rail (71) extends into the kiln body (2);
the bamboo wood harvester is characterized by comprising a trolley (72), wherein a plurality of layers of supporting partition plates (73) used for placing the bamboo wood are arranged on the trolley (72);
and the driving device (74) is connected with the control system, and the driving device (74) drives the trolley (72) to move on the sliding rail (71), so that the trolley (72) can go in and out of the kiln body (2).
4. The bamboo carbonization and drying device as claimed in claim 2, further comprising,
a detection device connected with the control system, the detection device comprising,
the temperature sensor is connected with the control system and used for detecting the air temperature;
a humidity sensor connected to the control system for detecting the humidity of the air;
and the moisture content sensing probe is connected with the control system and is used for detecting the moisture content of the bamboo.
5. The bamboo carbonization and drying device as claimed in claim 2, wherein the steam spraying device (4) comprises,
the steam nozzle is arranged inside the kiln body (1);
a valve disposed at the steam head;
the pre-evaporation device is connected with the evaporation nozzle;
a water tank connected to the pre-evaporator;
wherein the valve and the evaporation device are connected with the control system.
6. The bamboo carbonization and drying device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein,
the outer plate material of the kiln body (1) is an aluminum alloy material;
the middle layer of the kiln body (1) comprises a framework and a heat insulation layer filled in the framework;
the inner plate material of the kiln body (1) is made of an anti-corrosion material.
7. The bamboo carbonization and drying device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5, further comprising a waste water discharge device (8) disposed at the bottom of the kiln body (1).
8. The bamboo carbonization and drying device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that a sealing strip (21) is arranged between the sealing door (1) and the kiln body.
9. A bamboo carbonization and drying processing method comprises the following steps:
s1: stacking the bamboo wood in a bamboo wood carbonization drying device, and closing the sealing door (1) and the gas exchange device;
s2: carbonizing treatment, starting a heating device (3) and a circulating fan (5), controlling the temperature in the kiln body to be 90-120 ℃, and keeping for 1-2 hours; controlling the temperature in the kiln body (1) to rise to 110-130 ℃, controlling the humidity to be 75-85%, keeping the temperature for 2-3 hours, intermittently starting the steam injection device (4) in the temperature rise stage, and injecting steam as protective gas;
s3: carbonizing and cooling, closing the steam injection device (4) and the heating device (3), opening the moisture discharging device (63) and the circulating fan (5), and cooling the air in the kiln body (1) in stages until the air reaches the room temperature;
s4: before drying treatment, opening a gas exchange device, a circulating fan (5) and a heating device (3), heating the moisture in a kiln body (1) by the heating device to enable the moisture in the kiln body (1) to form steam and be discharged through a moisture discharging device (63) at the top of the kiln body, controlling the high-temperature drying and discharging temperature to be 110-125 ℃, continuing to work for 1-1.5 hours, continuing to work by the circulating fan (5) and the gas exchange device, stopping the heating device (3), continuing to work for 1-2 hours, and stopping when the temperature and humidity in the kiln body are 5-15%;
s5: and (3) drying, namely starting a circulating fan (5) and a heating device (3), controlling the temperature in the kiln body (1) to be kept at 100-130 ℃, controlling the humidity to be 5-15%, and finishing drying when the moisture content of the bamboo wood is detected to be reduced to be below 12%.
