(4) scouring cotton and linen fabrics: padding the cotton and linen fabric in boiling-off liquid, steaming and washing, wherein the boiling-off liquid is a solution containing 20g/L of caustic soda and 10g/L of penetrating agent, the temperature during steaming is 100 ℃, hot water is used for washing once during washing, and cold water is used for washing three times;
(5) bleaching cotton and linen fabrics: padding the cotton and linen fabric in bleaching liquid, and steaming after padding is finished, wherein the bleaching liquid is a solution containing 35g/L of sodium chlorite and a proper amount of activating agent, the steaming temperature is 100 ℃, and the steaming time is 60 min;
(6) preparing an antistatic solution: mixing calcium nitrate tetrahydrate, triethanolamine acetate and water, wherein the content of the calcium nitrate tetrahydrate is 60 parts, the content of the triethanolamine acetate is 24 parts, and the content of the water is 600 parts;
(7) antistatic treatment of the cotton and linen fabric: placing the terylene fabric into the prepared antistatic solution for soaking, and then drying;
(8) preparation of a treatment liquid: mixing the pre-catalysis high-reaction non-ironing resin, the cotton fiber protective agent, the heat stability softening agent, the anti-pilling agent and the penetrating agent, wherein the dosage of the pre-catalysis high-reaction non-ironing resin is 80g/L, the dosage of the cotton fiber protective agent is 60g/L, the dosage of the heat stability softening agent is 20g/L, the dosage of the anti-pilling agent is 80g/L, the dosage of the penetrating agent is 2g/L, and the temperature during the preparation is below 30 ℃;
(9) anti-pilling and anti-wrinkle treatment of the cotton and linen fabric: placing the cotton and linen fabric into the treatment fluid to carry out soaking and rolling treatment, wherein the rolling residual rate of the cotton and linen fabric is 70 percent, the PH value is 5-6, the drying temperature is 100 ℃, and the cotton and linen fabric is slowly dried.

(4) scouring cotton and linen fabrics: padding the cotton and linen fabric in boiling-off liquid, steaming and washing, wherein the boiling-off liquid is a solution containing 10g/L of caustic soda and 5g/L of penetrating agent, the temperature during steaming is 90 ℃, hot water is used for washing once during washing, and cold water is used for washing three times;
(5) bleaching cotton and linen fabrics: padding the cotton and linen fabric in bleaching liquid, and steaming after padding is finished, wherein the bleaching liquid is a solution containing 40g/L sodium chlorite and a proper amount of activating agent, the steaming temperature is 100 ℃, and the steaming time is 80 min;
(6) preparing an antistatic solution: mixing calcium nitrate tetrahydrate, triethanolamine acetate and water, wherein the content of the calcium nitrate tetrahydrate is 10 parts, the content of the triethanolamine acetate is 4 parts, and the content of the water is 400 parts;
(7) antistatic treatment of the cotton and linen fabric: placing the terylene fabric into the prepared antistatic solution for soaking, and then drying;
(8) preparation of a treatment liquid: mixing pre-catalysis high-reaction non-ironing resin, a cotton fiber protective agent, a heat stability softening agent, an anti-pilling agent and a penetrating agent, wherein the dosage of the pre-catalysis high-reaction non-ironing resin is 100g/L, the dosage of the cotton fiber protective agent is 80g/L, the dosage of the heat stability softening agent is 40g/L, the dosage of the anti-pilling agent is 100g/L, the dosage of the penetrating agent is 2g/L, and the temperature during the preparation is below 30 ℃;
(9) anti-pilling and anti-wrinkle treatment of the cotton and linen fabric: placing the cotton and linen fabric into the treatment fluid to carry out soaking and rolling treatment, wherein the rolling residual rate of the cotton and linen fabric is 70 percent, the PH value is 5-6, the drying temperature is 100 ℃, and the cotton and linen fabric is slowly dried.

(2) singeing the cotton-flax blended fabric: carrying out positive and negative singeing on the cotton and linen fabric by using a gas singeing machine;
(3) desizing of the cotton and linen fabric: padding the cotton and linen fabric in the treatment solution, drying the cotton and linen fabric, and finally washing the cotton and linen fabric with water;
(4) scouring cotton and linen fabrics: padding the cotton and linen fabric in scouring liquid, and steaming and washing;
(5) bleaching cotton and linen fabrics: padding the cotton-flax fabric in bleaching liquor, and steaming after padding is finished;
(6) preparing an antistatic solution: mixing calcium nitrate tetrahydrate, triethanolamine acetate and water;
(7) antistatic treatment of the cotton and linen fabric: placing the terylene fabric into the prepared antistatic solution for soaking, and then drying;
(8) preparation of a treatment liquid: pre-catalyzing high-reaction non-ironing resin, a cotton fiber protective agent, a heat stability softening agent, an anti-pilling agent and a penetrating agent to be mixed;
(9) anti-pilling and anti-wrinkle treatment of the cotton and linen fabric: and putting the cotton and linen fabric into the treatment fluid for soaking and rolling treatment.
2. The production process of the antistatic high-strength fiber cotton and hemp industrial cloth according to claim 1, characterized in that: in the step (1), the content of the terylene is 35 percent, and the content of the cotton fiber is 65 percent.
