Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of conveying belts, in particular to a special conveying belt for a quick connector and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The fabric core rubber conveyer belt consists of dipped canvas, covering layer and rubberizing layer, the dipped canvas is the skeleton material of the conveyer belt and provides the mechanical performance of the conveyer belt, and the power for driving the conveyer belt is transmitted to the skeleton material, i.e. the dipped canvas, via the lower covering rubber integrated with the adhesive layer of the dipped canvas.
Traditionally, fabric core conveyer belt joint mainly includes hot vulcanization joint, cold bonding joint and belt buckle joint, wherein hot vulcanization joint mode practice proves that the joint is an ideal joint mode, can ensure joint efficiency, is relatively stable, has long joint service life, but has the defects of troublesome process, high cost, long joint time and the like, belt buckle type joint is a mechanical joint mode, the joint mode is convenient, fast and economic, but has low joint efficiency and easy damage, and simultaneously has certain damage to the strength of the conveyer belt, the belt buckle is made of metal materials, the long-time operation can cause the abrasion and even damage of the carrier roller, the cold bonding joint adopts cold bonding agent for joint, the joint method has high efficiency and is relatively economic compared with the belt buckle joint, and a relatively good joint effect can be obtained, but from practice, the process is difficult to master, and meanwhile, the quality of the adhesive has great influence on the joint, so the adhesive is not stable, from the prior view, the hot vulcanization joint is more common in the application of the conveyer belt joint, but when the high-temperature resistant conveyer belt joint exists, the condition that the traditional butylbenzene heat-resistant conveyer belt and a novel ethylene propylene diene monomer heat-resistant conveyer belt are mixed in a certain conveying line, the conveyer belt joints of the two vulcanization systems can not reach satisfactory joint efficiency all the time, the sealing part of the joint is easy to crack, the conveyer belt joint is indirectly damaged in advance, and in addition, the difficulty of hot vulcanization is higher in places with higher requirements on joint conditions such as coal mines and the like.
