The knuckle bearing 28 is a special bearing, and the inner sphere of the knuckle bearing can rotate, so that the front sorting trolley and the rear sorting trolley can rotate freely when being connected in series to form a loop line for conveying. Two groups of joint bearing spacers 23 are respectively connected with two ends of a joint bearing pin shaft 24 so as to limit the inner rings on two sides of the joint bearing 28. After the knuckle bearing 28 is installed and positioned, the knuckle bearing pin 24 is placed in the pin square groove 401 of the trolley frame 20 through the knuckle bearing pin 24 and the knuckle bearing pin 24 is fixed and locked through the pin bolt 33.
The two ends of the knuckle bearing pin shaft 24 are of an eccentric square shaft structure. The end of the knuckle bearing pin 24 designed by the present application is an eccentric square shaft structure, the pin center line 419 is the axial center line of the pin itself, and the square shaft center line 418 is the axial center line of the square shaft, and both have a certain deviation value M. Three different trolley pitches can be designed through the deviation value M. For example, the end of the spherical plain bearing pin 24 has a first fastening surface 404, a second fastening surface 405, and a third fastening surface 406, while the pin channel 401 has at least one mounting base 422, a first mounting side 424, and a second mounting side 426.
When the first fixing surface 404 and the mounting bottom surface 422, the second fixing surface 405 and the first mounting side surface 424, and the third fixing surface 406 and the second mounting side surface 426 are mounted in a mutually matched manner, the pin shaft center line 419 is coincided with the square shaft center line 418, and the pitch of the sorting trolleys connected in series front and back is the pitch A;

when the third fixing surface 406 and the mounting bottom surface 422, the fourth fixing surface 423 and the first mounting side surface 424, and the first fixing surface 404 and the second mounting side surface 426 are mounted in a matching manner, a deviation negative M exists between the pin shaft center line 419 and the square shaft center line 418, and the pitch of the sorting trolleys connected in series front and back is the pitch C;
the two mounting methods are used for adjusting the overall offset mounting pitch. Because each pitch is a fixed value, the number of the sorting trolleys needing to be adjusted can be quickly known through accurate calculation, so that large deviation caused by error accumulation when the sorting trolleys are connected in a closed loop mode on site is avoided.
The walking wheel assembly 21 comprises a rotating shaft 35, a rotating shaft pressing sheet 36, a rotating base 37, a walking wheel shaft 38, a walking wheel shaft pressing sheet 39, a rotating shaft compression screw 40, a spacer bush 41, an oil-containing bearing 42, a walking wheel 43 and the like. The rotating shaft pressing piece 36 is clamped on the upper end surface of the rotating shaft 35, the rotating shaft 35 is installed in the trolley frame 20 in a penetrating mode, and the rotating shaft 35 is tightly connected to the trolley frame 20 through a spacer 40.
The front end of the rotating base 37 is provided with a traveling wheel shaft 38 and a traveling wheel shaft pressing sheet 39, in order to ensure that the traveling wheel assembly cannot be abraded with the trolley frame 20 during operation, an oil-retaining bearing 42 is arranged inside the rotating base 37, and the rotating shaft 35 penetrates through the oil-retaining bearing 42 in the vertical direction. The secondary plate 29 is integrally cast and formed and has a T-shaped structure, the secondary plate 29 is provided with a horizontal mounting surface 408, a plurality of groups of top mounting holes 407 are formed in the mounting surface 408, and the secondary plate 29 is fixed inside the first profile groove 410 of the secondary plate mounting profile 25 through T-shaped bolts 514. The secondary plate 29 with the T-shaped structure not only has remarkably increased structural strength compared with the prior art, but also reduces the installation accumulated error of a split structure, and ensures that an effective safety clearance can be always kept with the linear motor during subsequent loop operation. The integrated secondary plate 29 is simple and convenient to mount and dismount in the follow-up process, and the workload for field assembly and maintenance is reduced.
The secondary plate mounting section bar 25 adopts a die sinking aluminum section bar piece, the surface of the secondary plate mounting section bar piece is provided with a plurality of groups of grooves, including a first section bar groove 410 on the vertical surface and a second section bar groove 411 on the transverse surface, so as to conveniently and fixedly mount elements such as a secondary plate 29 and an electric control box.
The electrical control box can randomly select the installation positions of the first profile groove 410 and the second profile groove 411 of the secondary plate installation profile 25, and is convenient and quick in practical use. Such as the drive box 46 and the profile box 45, are respectively fixedly mounted on the side and the top of the secondary plate mounting section 25 by the drive box bolt 413 and the profile box bolt 427.
