A device for saving life in a water area as claimed in claim 1, wherein a through groove (25) penetrates through the rod body of the electric push rod (7) near the free end thereof, the central axis of the through groove (25) is perpendicular to the central axis of the electric push rod (7), the electric propeller (8) is disposed in the through groove (25), and the algebraic sum of the length value of the electric push rod (7) when completely contracted and the height value of the servo motor (6) is less than or equal to the depth value of the annular groove (3).
4. A device for lifesaving in water area as claimed in claim 3 wherein said through slots (25) are provided with corresponding filtering blocks (26) at the slot openings at both ends thereof.
5. A device for saving life in water areas as claimed in claim 1 wherein the annular groove (3) has a set of drainage grooves (27) symmetrically formed in the side walls of both the inner and outer rings near the bottom wall.
6. A device for saving life in water area as claimed in claim 1 wherein said power module (21) is a lithium battery, said processing module (22) is any one of a single chip microcomputer or PLC, and said indicator light (18) is an LED light.
7. A device for saving life in water areas as claimed in claim 1, wherein the outer circumferential side wall of the floating ring (1) is further provided with a fixed ring (28).
8. A device for saving water as claimed in claim 7 wherein the retaining ring (28) is of a flexible material.
