2) Fig. 5 is a schematic view showing a position where the cutting angle is an acute angle α. The angle α is typically 15 ° to 90 °, also known as the small angle cut, and preferably 35 ° to 90 °.
The material guiding assembly 10 is driven by a guiding and opening angle rotation driving device 23, rotates along the cutting rotation central shaft 21, and is guided and opened at an angle alpha with the cutting assembly, so that the calendered cord fabric is guided and opened at an angle alpha with the cutting line through the material guiding assembly 10. The material pulling assembly 110 pulls the material along the alpha direction, and the material pulling assembly 110 is driven by a double-shaft servo to realize the alpha-angle material pulling. The cutting assembly cuts the cord fabric with an angle of alpha degrees. The second conveying mechanism 40 conveys the cord cut to alpha degrees to the splicing position of the crimping assembly 50 and enables the stub bar to be accurately stopped at the splicing position. The crimping unit 50 is driven by the joint angle rotation driving device 24 and rotated along the joint rotation center axis 22 so that the crimping unit 50 forms an angle α with the cutting line. The second transfer mechanism 40 includes a feeding conveyor belt composed of a plurality of strip-shaped expansion belts. The strip-shaped telescopic belt is connected with the rotating beam of the crimping assembly 50 through a guide rail sliding block. The strip-shaped telescopic belt synchronously extends and retracts along with the rotation of the rotating beam. The feeding conveyer belt can stretch according to the cord fabric cutting angle alpha, so that the bevel edge of the cord fabric stub bar can be close to the joint at the minimum distance. Similarly, the first conveying mechanism 30 conveys the cord fabric with the joint angle of α degrees out of the joint position of the crimping assembly 50, and the tail is stopped at the joint position accurately. The first transfer mechanism 30 is composed of a plurality of strip-shaped stretchable belts. The strip-shaped telescopic belt is connected with the rotating beam of the crimping assembly 50 through a guide rail sliding block. The strip-shaped telescopic belt synchronously extends and retracts along with the rotation of the rotating beam. The first conveying mechanism 30 can be extended and retracted according to the cord fabric cutting angle alpha, so that the cord fabric is close to the joint with the minimum distance of the trailing bevel edge. The material head and the material tail of the cord fabric with the alpha degree are lapped through the material pressing component. The continuous cord fabric strip is adhered to the adhesive tape adhering component 130 and finally wound to a reel by the material collecting component 120. The cutting joint process requirement of small angle alpha degree is realized.
The invention has the outstanding characteristic that the automatic cutting joint of the fiber cord fabric with small angle is realized by adopting the structure that the feeding conveyer belt and the discharging conveyer belt stretch together along with the rotation of the joint device. The joint quality is improved, the labor intensity is reduced, and the automation of product production is realized.
