2. Cutting apparatus for the production of bags according to claim 1, characterised in that the transfer means (4) comprise:
the top side of the bracket (3) is connected with the servo motor (41);
the mounting plates (42) are connected to the two sides of the top of the base (1);
the conveying cylinders (43), two conveying cylinders (43) are rotatably connected between the mounting plates (42);
a first full gear (44), a first full gear (44) is connected to one of the transmission cylinders (43);
the output shaft of the servo motor (41) is connected with a gear lack (45), and the gear lack (45) is meshed with the first full gear (44);
a rotating shaft (46), wherein one mounting plate (42) is connected with the rotating shaft (46) in a rotating manner;
a gear set (47), wherein the gear set (47) is connected between one transmission cylinder (43) and the rotating shaft (46);

the mounting seat (51) is connected to both sides of the top of the base (1);
the operating cylinders (52) are rotatably connected between the mounting seats (51);
the sliding rail (53) is connected between the bottom sides of the working tables (2);
the cutting knife (54) is connected between the slide rail (53) and the operation cylinder (52) in a sliding way;
the second full gear (55) is connected to one mounting plate (42) in a rotating mode, and the second full gear (55) is meshed with the missing gear (45);
and a second belt transmission component (56) is wound between the second full gear (55) and the operating cylinder (52).
4. The cutting machine for the production of hop-pockets according to claim 3, characterized in that it further comprises a pressing mechanism (6), the pressing mechanism (6) comprising:
two sliding seats (61) are connected to two sides of the sliding rail (53);
the two sliding seats (61) on the two sides of the pressure rod (62) are connected with the pressure rod (62) in a sliding manner;
the first spring (63) is wound on the two sides of the pressure lever (62);
the top sides of the pressure rods (62) are connected with the connecting plates (64);
the top side of the wedge block (65) and the cutting knife (54) are connected with the wedge block (65).

the push plates (74) are connected with the slide plate (73) in a sliding way, and the slide plate (73) is internally provided with two push plates (74);
the second springs (75) are connected between the outer side of the push plate (74) and the inner wall of the sliding plate (73);
the inner sides of the wedge plates (76) and the guide rails (72) are connected with the wedge plates (76);
the mounting rack (77) is connected to both sides of the top of the base (1);
the mounting rack (77) is internally and rotatably connected with the rotary disc (78), and the inner side of the rotary disc (78) is connected with the outer side of the connecting rod (79);
