Technical Field
The invention relates to a label feeding device, in particular to a label feeding device for an abdomen cushion machine.
Background
Generally, when in puncture biopsy, a patient needs to cooperate to adopt a prone position, a bolster is arranged on the abdomen of the patient to reduce bleeding complications and improve the success rate of biopsy, and at present, most of abdomen cushion production adopts manual production and processing, so that the labor intensity of workers is high, the production efficiency is low, and the actual production and processing requirements cannot be met, therefore, an abdomen cushion machine is designed for automatically producing the abdomen cushion, but at present, no label feeding device for the abdomen cushion machine capable of automatically putting two stitched labels into cloth is available.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide the label feeding device for the abdomen cushion machine, which is convenient and labor-saving to operate and can automatically feed two labels into cloth after being sewn.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme: the abdomen is cushioned and is used and send mark device, including frame, seam mark machine, sliding guide, send cotton mark mechanism, send gluey mark mechanism, cotton mark and send mark machine, gluey mark and send mark machine and supply mark subassembly; the machine frame is provided with a label sewing machine, and the front end of the label sewing machine is provided with a sliding guide rail which is transversely arranged; the sliding guide rail is provided with a cotton mark feeding mechanism and a glue mark feeding mechanism which can slide relatively; one side of the cotton mark feeding mechanism and one side of the glue mark feeding mechanism are respectively and correspondingly provided with a cotton mark feeding machine and a glue mark feeding machine, and the two mark feeding mechanisms are respectively positioned at two sides of the sewing machine; one side of the sliding guide rail is also provided with a label supply assembly; the cotton label feeding mechanism and the glue label feeding mechanism feed corresponding labels into the label sewing machine, stitch the corresponding labels together and then feed the labels out through the label feeding assembly.
Preferably, the cotton mark feeding mechanism comprises a cotton mark feeding bracket, a cotton mark feeding rotary cylinder, a clamping jaw cylinder, an upper compacting plate and a lower compacting plate; the cotton feeding mark support is slidably arranged on the sliding guide rail; the cotton feeding mark bracket is provided with a cotton feeding mark rotary cylinder; the cotton feeding mark rotating cylinder is provided with a rotatable clamping jaw cylinder; an upper compacting plate and a lower compacting plate are respectively arranged on the two clamping jaws on the clamping jaw cylinder.
Preferably, the glue feeding mark mechanism comprises a glue feeding mark bracket, a glue feeding mark rotating cylinder, an L-shaped suction plate and a vacuum suction mechanism; the glue feeding mark support is slidably arranged on the sliding guide rail; the glue feeding mark bracket is provided with a glue feeding mark rotating cylinder; the adhesive feeding mark rotating cylinder is provided with a rotatable L-shaped suction plate, and a plurality of suction holes are formed in the L-shaped suction plate and connected with the vacuum suction mechanism.
Preferably, the label supply assembly comprises a label supply bracket, a label supply sliding rail, a label supply supporting plate, a compression cylinder, an adsorption plate, a vacuum suction mechanism and a supporting plate; the label supply support is provided with a label supply sliding rail; the label supply sliding rail is provided with a slidable label supply supporting plate; the front end of the label supply support plate is provided with a vertically arranged compression cylinder; the lower end of the compression cylinder is provided with an adsorption plate; the adsorption plate is provided with an opening, and the opening is connected with the vacuum suction mechanism; the lower part of the adsorption plate is provided with a supporting plate connected with the label supply bracket, and the supporting plate is positioned at the front end of the adsorption plate.
Due to the application of the technical scheme, compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
the label feeding device for the abdomen cushion machine can automatically feed the cotton labels and the rubber labels to the sewing machine for sewing, and then feed the cotton labels and the rubber labels into the cloth through the label feeding mechanism, is convenient and labor-saving to operate, improves the production efficiency of the abdomen cushion machine, and meets the production requirements of enterprises.

Referring to fig. 1-5, the label feeding device for the abdomen cushion machine comprises a frame, a label sewing machine 1, a sliding guide rail 2, a cotton label feeding mechanism 6, a glue label feeding mechanism 7, a cotton label feeding machine 3, a glue label feeding machine 4 and a label feeding assembly 5; the machine frame is provided with a label sewing machine 1, and the front end of the label sewing machine 1 is provided with a sliding guide rail 2 which is transversely arranged; the sliding guide rail 2 is provided with a cotton mark feeding mechanism 6 and a glue mark feeding mechanism 7 which can slide relatively; one side of the cotton mark feeding mechanism 6 and one side of the glue mark feeding mechanism 7 are respectively provided with a cotton mark feeding machine 3 and a glue mark feeding machine 4 correspondingly, and the two mark feeding mechanisms are respectively positioned at two sides of the sewing machine 1; one side of the sliding guide rail 2 is also provided with a label supply assembly 5; the cotton label feeding mechanism 6 and the glue label feeding mechanism 7 feed corresponding labels into the sewing machine 1, stitch the corresponding labels together and then feed the labels out through the label feeding assembly 5.

The label supply assembly 5 comprises a label supply bracket 50, a label supply sliding rail 51, a label supply supporting plate 52, a compression cylinder 53, an adsorption plate 54, a vacuum suction mechanism and a supporting plate 56; the label supply bracket 50 is provided with a label supply sliding rail 51; the label supply sliding rail 51 is provided with a slidable label supply supporting plate 52; the front end of the label supply support plate 52 is provided with a vertically arranged compression cylinder 53; the lower end of the compression cylinder 53 is provided with an adsorption plate 54; the adsorption plate 54 is provided with an opening, and the opening is connected with a vacuum suction mechanism; a pallet 56 connected with the label support 50 is arranged below the adsorption plate 54, and the pallet 56 is positioned at the front end of the adsorption plate 54.
The label feeding device starts working: the glue label feeding machine feeds out the glue labels, the L-shaped suction plate adsorbs the glue labels, then the glue labels rotate to a set position through the glue label rotating cylinder and slide to a designated position through the sliding guide rail, and one end of the glue labels is positioned at the position of the sewing machine; and then the cotton label feeding machine feeds out the cotton labels, the clamping jaw air cylinder starts to work, the upper pressing plate and the lower pressing plate clamp the cotton labels, the cotton label feeding rotary air cylinder rotates to a designated position and slides to the designated position through the sliding guide rail, at the moment, one end of each cotton label is positioned at the position of the corresponding label sewing machine, the cotton labels are positioned at the lower end of each rubber label, and then the two labels are sewn together through the corresponding label sewing machine.
The glue mark feeding mechanism and the cotton mark feeding mechanism return to the original positions; the label supplying assembly starts to work, the label supplying sliding rail drives the adsorption plate on the label supplying supporting plate to move forward, when the adsorption plate moves to the upper side of the cotton label, the compression cylinder starts to work, the adsorption plate is driven to move downward to adsorb one end of the cotton label, then the adsorption plate moves back to the cloth through the label supplying sliding rail, then two seamed labels are placed on the cloth, one end of the cotton label is arranged on the outer side of the cloth, and one end of the rubber label is arranged on the cloth.
The length of the two stitched labels is longer, and the supporting plate is arranged to support the unadsorbed end of the stitched labels.
The label feeding device for the abdomen cushion machine can automatically feed the cotton labels and the glue labels to the sewing machine for sewing, and then feed the cotton labels and the glue labels into the cloth through the label feeding mechanism, is convenient and labor-saving to operate, improves the production efficiency of the abdomen cushion machine, and meets the production requirements of enterprises.
