an operator turns on the emergency stop main switch SB1 to switch on an internal circuit of the mounting clamp;
an operator presses an SB2 starting switch, the intermediate relay KA1 is conducted to be electrified, so that a self-locking contact of the intermediate relay KA1 is closed, an internal circuit is continuously conducted, the SB2 starting switch conducts self locking, meanwhile, a normally open contact in the intermediate relay KA1 is closed, the electromagnetic valve YV1 is conducted, the first air cylinder 201 starts to work, and the pressing plate 203 is pushed to move downwards;
when the pressing plate 203 moves downwards until the proximity switch sensor S1 at the end of the first linear sliding block 207 sends a switch signal, so that the time relay KT1 is kept conducted, the normally open contact inside the time relay KT1 is closed after 2 seconds, the electromagnetic valve YV2 is kept conducted, the second air cylinder 218 and the third air cylinder 214 are driven to move, the second air cylinder 218 drives the L-shaped pushing block 209 to push the air bag buckle to press into the clamping groove seat, meanwhile, the third air cylinder 214 pushes the stop block 216 to abut against the clamping groove seat, and the L-shaped pushing block 209 is matched to push the buckle to press into the clamping groove seat;
when the buckle is pressed in place, the proximity switch sensor S2 detects the position of the second linear slider 207 and sends a switch signal, so that the intermediate relay KA2 is kept on, the self-locking contact inside the intermediate relay KA2 is closed, the time relay KT2 is kept on, the normally closed contact inside the time relay KT2 is disconnected after delaying for 8 seconds, the electromagnetic valve YV2 is disconnected, the second cylinder 218 and the third cylinder 214 are automatically reset, and the stop block 216 and the L-shaped push block 209 are driven to leave the clamping groove seat;
meanwhile, after the time relay KT2 is switched on, the internal normally open contact of the time relay KT2 is closed after 8 seconds of delay, so that the time relay KT3 is kept switched on, the internal normally open contact of the time relay KT3 is closed after 2 seconds of delay, the normally closed contact of the time relay KT3 is opened, the intermediate relay KA3 is switched on, and the electromagnetic valve YV1 is switched off;
when the intermediate relay KA3 is switched on, the normally closed contact of the intermediate relay KA3 is disconnected, so that the intermediate relay KA1 is powered off, the intermediate relay KA1 releases self-locking, and the whole circuit is powered off; meanwhile, after the electromagnetic valve YV1 cuts off the current, the first air cylinder 201 drives the pressing plate 203 to ascend and reset, then the product is taken down from the inside of the clamp, and the next production cycle is repeated again

when the pressing plate moves downwards until a proximity switch sensor S1 at the end part of the first linear sliding block sends a switch signal, a time relay KT1 is kept conducted, after 2 seconds, a normally open contact inside the time relay KT1 is closed, an electromagnetic valve YV2 is kept conducted, and a second cylinder and a third cylinder are driven to move, the second cylinder drives an L-shaped push block to push an air bag buckle to be pressed into a clamping groove seat, and meanwhile, the third cylinder pushes a stop block to abut against the clamping groove seat and is matched with the L-shaped push block to push the buckle to be pressed into the clamping groove seat;
when the buckle is pressed in place, the proximity switch sensor S2 detects the position of the second linear sliding block and sends a switch signal, so that the intermediate relay KA2 is kept on, the self-locking contact inside the intermediate relay KA2 is closed, the time relay KT2 is kept on, the normally closed contact inside the time relay KT2 is disconnected after delaying for 8 seconds, the electromagnetic valve YV2 is disconnected, the second cylinder and the third cylinder are automatically reset, and the stop block and the L-shaped push block are driven to leave the clamping groove seat;
meanwhile, after the time relay KT2 is switched on, the internal normally open contact of the time relay KT2 is closed after 8 seconds of delay, so that the time relay KT3 is kept switched on, the internal normally open contact of the time relay KT3 is closed after 2 seconds of delay, the normally closed contact of the time relay KT3 is opened, the intermediate relay KA3 is switched on, and the electromagnetic valve YV1 is switched off;
when the intermediate relay KA3 is switched on, the normally closed contact of the intermediate relay KA3 is disconnected, so that the intermediate relay KA1 is powered off, the intermediate relay KA1 releases self-locking, and the whole circuit is powered off; meanwhile, after the current of the electromagnetic valve YV1 is cut off, the first air cylinder drives the pressing plate to ascend and reset, then the product is taken down from the inside of the clamp, and the next production cycle is repeated again.
