The left side and the right side of the angle adjusting rotating component 02 have the same function and are symmetrically arranged at two ends of the transmission connecting shaft 0201. At the right side portion of the angle adjusting rotary assembly 02, the rotary disc 0204 and the worm wheel 0106 are coaxially fixed on the rotary shaft 0203A, so that transmission of power from the angle adjusting rotary hand wheel 0103 to the rotary disc 0204 is realized. Meanwhile, the angle adjustment bevel gear 0207 and the worm wheel 0106 are coaxially fixed on the rotating shaft 0203A and are engaged with the angle adjustment transmission bevel gear 0208 fixed at the right end of the transmission connecting shaft 0201, and the transmission connecting shaft 0201 penetrates through the transmission supporting rod 0202 to realize axial positioning and radial positioning and is connected with the right side part and the left side part of the angle adjustment rotating assembly 02, so that transmission of power from the angle adjustment rotating hand wheel 0103 to the right side part of the angle adjustment rotating assembly 02 and then to the left side part of the angle adjustment rotating assembly 02 is realized. The rotating disc 0204 is provided with a groove along the diameter direction, two ends of the groove are provided with a butt joint screw rod support 0209, and two sides of the butt joint screw rod support 0209 are provided with lug seats provided with through holes and used for penetrating bolts to fixedly install the butt joint screw rod support on the rotating disc 0204. The front and rear adjusting component 03 of the rotation center comprises a power transmission driving straight gear 0303 fixedly arranged on the angle adjusting rotating hand wheel 0103 and is meshed with a power transmission driven straight gear 0305 fixed on a power transmission shaft 0304. The power transmission shaft 0304 penetrates through the transmission support rod 0202 and is axially and fixedly installed in the front support block 0101C and the rear support block 0101D. The first power transmission bevel gear 0306 is coaxially fixed to the power transmission shaft 0304 together with the power transmission driven spur gear 0305, and is engaged with the second power transmission bevel gear 0308 fixed to the upper end of the adjustment support shaft 0307. The adjusting support shaft 0307 is axially and fixedly installed on the support bottom plate 0101, and the second power transmission bevel gear 0308 is coaxially fixed with the rotation center adjusting ellipse 0301, so that power is transmitted from the angle adjusting rotating hand wheel 0103 to the rotation center adjusting ellipse 0301. The sliding shafts are arranged in the sliding grooves in the rotating center adjusting ellipse 0301, the sliding bottom plate 0102 is also provided with the sliding shafts, the adjusting connecting block 0302 is sleeved on the sliding shafts of the rotating center adjusting ellipse 0301 and the sliding bottom plate 0102 at the same time, and the rotating center adjusting ellipse 0301 is connected with the sliding bottom plate 0102, so that the sliding bottom plate 0102 moves along with the rotation of the rotating center adjusting ellipse 0301.
The left and right sides of the rotation center up-down adjusting assembly 04 have the same function and are symmetrically arranged at the left and right ends of the transmission rod 0401. In the right part of the vertical adjustment assembly 04 at the center of rotation, the adjustment rod 0402 is fixed on the right side of the support base 0101 and internally provided with a cylindrical hole, and the lower part of the double adjustment rod 0404 is provided with a stud which is engaged with a central threaded hole provided in a rotating spur gear 0403 which is axially and fixedly installed on the top end of the adjustment rod 0402, and penetrates into the cylindrical hole of the adjustment rod 0402, so that the double adjustment rod 0404 moves up and down along with the rotation of the rotating spur gear 0403. The transmission spur gear 0406 fixedly installed on the first transmission support rocking post 0405 is engaged with the rotation spur gear 0403, and the first transmission support rocking post 0405 is axially and fixedly installed on the support base 0101. The left part and the right part of the rotation center up-down adjusting component 04 are connected through a transmission rod 0401, and through holes at two ends of the transmission rod 0401 are respectively coaxial with rocking handle through holes on the first transmission supporting rocking post 0405 and the second transmission supporting rocking post 0408, so as to form a parallelogram transmission mechanism. On the right side of the vertical adjustment assembly 04 at the center of rotation, the first transmission support rocker 0405 and the adjustment rocker 0407 are kept fixed, and the right end of the transmission rod 0401 and the adjustment rocker 0407 are rotatably mounted, so that the first transmission support rocker 0405 and the right end of the transmission rod 0401 are linked. On the left side of the vertical adjustment assembly 04 at the center of rotation, the second transmission support rocker 0408 and the connecting pin 0409 remain fixed, and the left end of the transmission rod 0401 and the connecting pin 0409 are rotatably mounted, so that the second transmission support rocker 0408 and the left end of the transmission rod 0401 are linked. The adjustment rocker 0407 serves as a power input, thereby enabling power to be transmitted from the adjustment rocker 0407 to the right side portion of the rotation center up-down adjustment assembly 04 and then to the left side portion of the rotation center up-down adjustment assembly 04.
The left and right parts of the clamping and disengaging assembly 05 are arranged symmetrically with the same function and are connected by a locking telescopic rod 0501 and a locking telescopic cylinder 0502. In the right side portion of the clamping release member 05, a support shaft 0203B is provided integrally with the rotary shaft 0203A, and a screw hole is provided in the support shaft 0203B and passes through a cylindrical through hole provided in the rotary disk 0204. The stud provided in the rotary support screw shaft 0505 is engaged with the internal thread hole of the support shaft 0203B, and moves up and down in the support shaft 0203B while rotating with the support adjustment handle 0506 fixed thereto. The rotary clamper 0503 is fixedly connected to the rotary support connection bracket 0504 supported on the rotary support screw shaft 0505, so that the rotary clamper 0503 is rotated by the rotation of the support shaft 0203B. The front and rear extensible devices 0507 include rotation connection holes 0507A and front and rear extensible cylinders 0507B, and the left and right extensible devices 0508 include elevation connection shafts 0508A and left and right extensible cylinders 0508B. The rotary clamper 0503 is fixed with a rotary connecting rod 0509, the rotary connecting rod 0509 passes through the rotary connecting hole 0507A and is engaged with the rotary connecting hole 0507A through an annular groove, so that the rotary clamper 0503 is rotatably connected with the rotary connecting hole 0507A. The internal thread of the rotary fixing handle 0510 is meshed with the external thread on the rotary connecting rod 0509, the rotary fixing handle 0510 rotates and enables the rotary fixing handle to move up and down on the rotary connecting rod 0509, the aim of clamping or loosening the connection between the rotary clamping device 0503 and the rotary connecting hole 0507A is achieved, and therefore the rotating position of the rotary clamping device 0503 rotating along with the supporting shaft 0203B is determined or the rotary clamping device 0503 can rotate relative to the rotary connecting hole 0507A, namely the rotary clamping device 0503 is not limited by rotation when rotating along with the supporting shaft 0203B. The longitudinal rod and the transverse rod of the follow-up telescopic rod 0511 are respectively arranged in the front and rear telescopic barrels 0507B and the left and right telescopic barrels 0508B in a penetrating mode, and the rotary clamping device 0503 is not limited by the horizontal position when rotating along with the supporting shaft 0203B. One end of the lifting connecting shaft 0508A is provided with a threaded through hole which is mutually meshed with a lifting screw shaft 0513 which is axially and fixedly arranged on a lifting support shaft 0512, a lifting bevel gear 0517 is fixedly arranged on the lifting screw shaft 0513, the lifting bevel gear 0517 is mutually meshed with a lifting transmission bevel gear 0518 which is fixed on the right side of the lifting linkage shaft 0516, the lifting linkage shaft 0516 is connected with the left part and the right part of the clamping and disengaging component 05, and a lifting adjusting hand wheel 0525 is fixedly arranged at the right end of the lifting adjusting hand wheel 0525, so that when the lifting adjusting hand wheel 0525 is rotated, the lifting connecting shaft 0508A moves on the lifting screw shaft 0513, namely, the front telescopic cylinder 0507B, the left telescopic cylinder 0508B and the following telescopic rod 0511 move up and down along with the rotation of the lifting adjusting hand wheel 0525, and the power input from the lifting adjusting hand wheel. The lifting support shaft 0512 penetrates through the lifting adjusting rod 0514, is axially and fixedly arranged on the lifting adjusting rod 0514, is fixedly provided with a lifting linkage support 0515, penetrates through the lifting connecting shaft 0508A, and is sleeved on the periphery of the lifting linkage shaft 0516, so that the axial positioning and the radial positioning of the lifting linkage shaft 0516 are realized. The inside cylinder hole that is equipped with of two regulating arms 0404, lift adjustment pole 0514 lower part is equipped with the lead screw axle, with axial fixity install the central screw hole intermeshing that sets up in the breaking away from regulation straight-teeth gear 0519 on two regulation poles 0404 tops to penetrate two regulation poles 0404's cylinder hole, make lift adjustment pole 0514 along with the rotation that breaks away from regulation straight-teeth gear 0519 and reciprocate in two regulation poles 0404's cylinder hole. A disengaging linkage spur gear 0521 fixedly installed on the first supporting rocking handle 0520 is engaged with a disengaging adjustment spur gear 0519, and the first supporting rocking handle 0520 is axially and fixedly installed on a rocking handle support 0522 fixed on the upper part of the double adjustment rod 0404. The disengaging linkage transmission rod 0523 is connected with the left part and the right part of the clamping disengaging component 05, and through holes at two ends of the disengaging linkage transmission rod are respectively coaxial with the through holes on the first supporting rocking handle 0520 and the second supporting rocking handle 0524 to form a parallelogram transmission mechanism. On the right side of the clamping disengaging assembly 05, the disengaging adjusting rocking column 0526 and the first supporting rocking handle 0520 are kept fixed and rotate relatively to the right end of the disengaging linkage transmission rod 0523, so that the right ends of the first supporting rocking handle 0520 and the disengaging linkage transmission rod 0523 are linked. On the left side of the clamping disengagement assembly 05, the disengagement adjustment connecting pin 0527 and the second support rocking handle 0524 remain fixed and rotate relative to the disengagement linkage driving rod 0523, so that the second support rocking handle 0524 is linked with the left end of the disengagement linkage driving rod 0523. The disengagement adjustment rocker 0526 acts as a power input, enabling the transmission of power from the disengagement adjustment rocker 0526 to the right hand portion of the clamp disengagement assembly 05 and then to the left hand portion of the clamp disengagement assembly 05.
The left and right parts of the spin welding assembly 06 are identical in function and symmetrically arranged, and are connected by two ends of a spin linkage shaft 0601. The rotation welding shaft 0602 is located on the right side of the lifting adjusting rod 0514, the left end of the rotation welding shaft 0602 is fixedly installed in the part, located on the right side of the lifting adjusting rod 0514, of the lifting supporting shaft 0512, and the right end of the rotation welding shaft 0603 is fixedly installed on the inclined right side. The rotating bevel gear 0603 is engaged with a lower rotating transmission bevel gear 0605 fixedly installed at the lower end of the rotating upper and lower transmission shafts 0604, the upper rotating transmission bevel gear 0606 fixed at the upper end of the rotating upper and lower transmission shafts 0604 is engaged with a rotating linkage bevel gear 0607 fixed at the right end of the rotating linkage shaft 0601, and the rotating linkage shaft 0601 and the rotating upper and lower transmission shafts 0604 are axially and fixedly installed on the lifting adjusting rod 0514, so that power is transmitted from the right side to the left side of the rotating welding component 06. The left side of the rotating motor 0608 is fixed on the lifting adjusting rod 0514 through an ear seat provided with a through hole, and the right rotating end is fixed on the rotating welding shaft 0602 and serves as a power input source to input power to the right side of the rotating welding component 06.
The left part and the right part of the angle change compensation adjusting assembly 07 have the same function and are symmetrically arranged, power is transmitted to the two sides by a transmission bevel gear 0701 fixed at the rear end of a power transmission shaft 0304, and the power of the transmission bevel gear 0701 is transmitted to the power transmission shaft 0304 by an angle adjusting rotating hand wheel 0103. At the right side part of the angle change compensation adjustment assembly 07, a right transmission bevel gear 0703 fixedly installed at the left end of a horizontal power transmission shaft 0702 is meshed with a transmission bevel gear 0701, and the horizontal power transmission shaft 0702 is axially and fixedly installed in a right support rod 0101B. A first angle adjusting bevel gear 0704 is fixedly mounted at the right end of the horizontal power transmission shaft 0702 and is meshed with a second angle adjusting bevel gear 0706 fixedly mounted at the upper end of the angle adjusting vertical telescopic rod 0705. The vertical telescopic rod 0705 for angle adjustment is axially and fixedly installed on a telescopic rod supporting shaft 0707 fixed in the right supporting rod 0101B, and a spline shaft arranged at the lower end of the vertical telescopic rod 0705 for angle adjustment penetrates into a spline hole of a vertical telescopic cylinder 0709 for angle adjustment, which is axially and fixedly installed on the fixed base plate 0708. The fixed base plate 0708 comprises an angle adjusting support rod 0708A, a size adjusting support rod 0708B, a long axis adjusting support rod 0708C, a short axis adjusting first support rod 0708D, a short axis adjusting second support rod 0708E and a short axis adjusting third support rod 0708F. A third angle adjusting bevel gear 0710 is fixedly mounted at the lower end of the angle adjusting vertical telescopic cylinder 0709 and is meshed with a fourth angle adjusting bevel gear 0712 fixed at the rear end of the adjusting bevel gear support shaft 0711. The adjustment bevel gear support shaft 0711 is axially and fixedly mounted in the angle adjustment support rod 0708A, and a fifth angle adjustment bevel gear 0713 fixed to the front end thereof is engaged with a sixth angle adjustment bevel gear 0715 fixed to the adjustment cam support shaft 0714. The size adjusting block 0716 is provided with through-hole ear seats on both sides for inserting bolts to fixedly mount it on the fixed base plate 0708, the adjusting cam support shaft 0714 is axially and fixedly mounted on the upper portion of the size adjusting block 0716, the angle adjusting cam 0717 and the sixth angle adjusting bevel gear 0715 are coaxial, the groove ring of the inner ring is sleeved on the protrusion on the periphery of the adjusting cam support shaft 0714 to form rotary transmission with the adjusting cam support shaft 0714, so as to realize power transmission from the transmission bevel gear 0701 to the angle adjusting cam 0717, that is, the angle adjusting cam 0717 rotates along with the transmission bevel gear 0701, and the angle adjusting rotary hand wheel 0103 is used as power input, so that the angle adjusting cam 0717 rotates to the angle rotated when the welding circular tube 0214 is welded.
The left part and the right part of the size change compensation adjusting component 08 have the same function and are symmetrically arranged. At the right side part of the size change compensation adjustment assembly 08, the lower end of the first transmission support rocking post 0405 is provided with a spline hole which is sleeved on the periphery of a spline shaft arranged at the upper end of the size adjustment telescopic rod 0801. The size adjusting telescopic rod 0801 is axially and fixedly arranged on the fixed base plate 0708, a first size adjusting bevel gear 0802 is fixed at the lower end of the size adjusting telescopic rod, and is meshed with a second size adjusting bevel gear 0804 fixed at the left end of a size adjusting horizontal transmission shaft 0803. The size adjusting horizontal transmission shaft 0803 is axially and fixedly arranged on the size adjusting support rod 0708B, a third size adjusting bevel gear 0805 is fixed at the right end of the size adjusting horizontal transmission shaft, and two sides of the third size adjusting bevel gear 0805 are respectively meshed with the first long-axis adjusting bevel gear 0806 and the first short-axis adjusting bevel gear 0807. The first long shaft adjusting bevel gear 0806 is fixed at the rear end of a long shaft adjusting longitudinal transmission shaft 0808, the long shaft adjusting longitudinal transmission shaft 0808 is axially and fixedly arranged on a long shaft adjusting support rod 0708C, and the front end of the long shaft adjusting bevel gear 0808 is fixedly provided with a second long shaft adjusting bevel gear 0809 which is meshed with a third long shaft adjusting bevel gear 0811 fixed at the upper end of a long shaft adjusting vertical transmission shaft 0810. The long axis adjustment vertical drive shaft 0810 is axially fixed to the fixed base plate 0708, and a fourth long axis adjustment bevel gear 0812 is fixed to the lower end thereof and is engaged with a fifth long axis adjustment bevel gear 0814 fixed to the size adjustment screw shaft 0813, thereby realizing power transmission from the rotation of the adjustment rocker 0407 to the rotation of the size adjustment screw shaft 0813. A first stub shaft adjusting bevel gear 0807 is fixed to a front end of a stub shaft adjusting longitudinal drive shaft 0815, the stub shaft adjusting longitudinal drive shaft 0815 is rotatably installed in the stub shaft adjusting first support rod 0708D, and a second stub shaft adjusting bevel gear 0816 fixed to a rear end thereof is engaged with a third stub shaft adjusting bevel gear 0818 fixed to a left end of the stub shaft adjusting transverse drive shaft 0817. A short shaft adjusting transverse transmission shaft 0817 is rotatably mounted on the short shaft adjusting second support rod 0708E, and a fourth short shaft adjusting bevel gear 0819 fixed to the right end thereof is engaged with a fifth short shaft adjusting bevel gear 0821 fixed to the rear end of a short shaft adjusting longitudinal telescopic cylinder 0820. The short shaft adjusting longitudinal telescopic cylinder 0820 is rotatably arranged in the short shaft adjusting third support rod 0708F, a spline through hole is formed in the short shaft adjusting longitudinal telescopic cylinder 0820, and the short shaft adjusting longitudinal telescopic rod 0822 provided with a spline shaft penetrates through the short shaft adjusting longitudinal telescopic cylinder 0820 and is matched with the spline hole in the short shaft adjusting longitudinal telescopic cylinder 0820. The sixth short shaft adjusting bevel gear 0823 fixed at the front end of the short shaft adjusting longitudinal telescopic rod 0822 is meshed with the seventh short shaft adjusting bevel gear 0824 above the sixth short shaft adjusting bevel gear 0823, and the seventh short shaft adjusting bevel gear 0824 is fixed at the lower end of the short shaft determining lead screw 0911E, so that the power transmission from the rotation of the adjusting rocking column 0407 to the rotation of the short shaft determining lead screw 0911E is realized.
The lifting compensation implementation assembly 09 comprises a lifting telescopic rod 0901, wherein a first compensation transmission bevel gear 0902 is fixed at the upper end of the lifting telescopic rod 0901 and is meshed with the rotating bevel gear 0603. The lower end of the lifting telescopic rod 0901 is provided with a spline shaft which penetrates through a spline hole in the upper end of the lifting telescopic cylinder 0903, the upper end of the lifting telescopic rod is axially and fixedly provided with a limiting ring 0904, and the limiting ring 0904 is sleeved on the periphery of the right end of the rotating welding shaft 0602, so that the up-and-down movement of the first compensation transmission bevel gear 0902 is limited, and the first compensation transmission bevel gear 0902 and the rotating bevel gear 0603 are always in a mutual meshing state. The lifting telescopic cylinder 0903 is axially and fixedly installed on the fixed base plate 0708, a second compensation transmission bevel gear 0905 is fixedly installed at the lower end of the lifting telescopic cylinder, and the left side and the right side of the second compensation transmission bevel gear 0905 are meshed with a third compensation transmission bevel gear 0907 fixed at the right end of the left compensation transmission shaft 0906 and a fourth compensation transmission bevel gear 0909 fixed at the left end of the right compensation transmission shaft 0908 respectively, so that transmission from the rotating motor 0608 to the left compensation transmission shaft 0906 and the right compensation transmission shaft 0900608 is realized, that is, power output by the rotating motor 0908 is transmitted to the left side and the right side of the device through the third compensation transmission bevel gear 0907 and the fourth compensation transmission bevel gear 0909. The right compensation transmission shaft 0908 penetrates through the transmission shaft support 0920 and is axially and fixedly mounted on the transmission shaft support 0920, and the compensation rotating disc 0910 is fixedly mounted at the right end of the right compensation transmission shaft 0908, so that the compensation rotating disc 0910 rotates along with the rotating motor 0608. Two grooves which are perpendicular to each other are formed in the compensation rotating disc 0910 in the diameter direction, the long shaft connecting pin 0921 and the short shaft connecting pin 0922 are respectively slidably mounted in the two grooves of the compensation rotating disc 0910 and are respectively and axially fixedly mounted in the long shaft generating block 0911B and the short shaft generating block 0911C, so that when the rotating motor 0608 is rotated, the long shaft connecting pin 0921 and the short shaft connecting pin 0922 respectively slide in the two grooves of the compensation rotating disc 0910, and the long shaft generating block 0911B and the short shaft generating block 0911C are driven to move up, down, left and right, namely the compensation generator 0911 moves up, down, left and right. The transmission shaft support frame 0920 is fixed on the first compensation telescopic rod 0916 and the second compensation telescopic rod 0917, the two ends of the lower surface of the compensation implementation block 0913 are fixedly and symmetrically provided with a first compensation telescopic cylinder 0914 and a second compensation telescopic cylinder 0915, and the first compensation telescopic cylinder 0914 and the second compensation telescopic cylinder 0915 are respectively and movably sleeved on the peripheries of the first compensation telescopic rod 0916 and the second compensation telescopic rod 0917. Meanwhile, the upper end and the lower end of the outer side of the generator outer frame 0911A are respectively provided with a sliding block which is in sliding connection with the sliding support frame 0912 and the sliding groove in the compensation implementation block 0913, so that when the compensation generator 0911 moves up and down, the generator outer frame 0911A slides left and right in the sliding support frame 0912 and the sliding groove of the compensation implementation block 0913, and the compensation implementation block 0913 is driven to move up and down. The first compensation telescopic rod 0916 is provided with a through hole at the same height as the short shaft adjusting longitudinal telescopic rod 0822, and the first compensation telescopic cylinder 0914 is correspondingly provided with a through groove which is tangent to the through hole on the first compensation telescopic rod 0916, so that the compensation generator 0911 cannot be limited by the first compensation telescopic cylinder 0914 and the first compensation telescopic rod 0916 when moving left and right. The right end of a right lever telescopic rod 0918C is hinged with a compensation implementation block 0913, the left end of a left lever telescopic rod 0918A is hinged with a support bottom plate 0101, the right end of the left lever telescopic rod 0918A and the left end of the right lever telescopic rod 0918C respectively penetrate into the left end and the right end of a lever telescopic cylinder 0918B, the middle of the lever telescopic cylinder 0918B is hinged with a lever support shaft 0919 to form a lever mechanism, the lever support shaft 0919 is fixed on a fixed bottom plate 0708, a compensation support telescopic cylinder 0923 is fixedly arranged on the lower surface of the support bottom plate 0101, the compensation support telescopic cylinder 0923 is sleeved on the periphery of a compensation support telescopic rod 0924 fixed on the fixed bottom plate 0708, and therefore the support bottom plate 0101 and the compensation implementation block 0913 can move up. The left end of the left compensation transmission shaft 0906 passing through the compensation support telescopic cylinder 0923 and the compensation support telescopic rod 0924 is the same as the right end of the right compensation transmission shaft 0908 and the functions thereof are the same, and the description thereof is omitted.
Referring to fig. 8 and 10 again, in the present embodiment, the lower portion of the left side of the clamping moving device 0205 is fixed with an automatic limiting telescopic cylinder 0211, and the automatic limiting telescopic cylinder 0211 passes through the docking screw bracket 0209 and is sleeved on the periphery of an automatic limiting telescopic rod 0213 which is hinged to the center block 0212. When the welding device is in an initial state and the angle adjusting rotating assembly 02 has no rotating angle, the clamping moving device 0205 is positioned at the top end of the thread of the docking lead screw 0206 close to one side of the docking advancing hand wheel 0210, and the automatic limiting telescopic rod 0213 completely extends into the automatic limiting telescopic cylinder 0211; when the angle adjusting rotating assembly 02 rotates by a certain angle, the automatic limiting telescopic rod 0213 is drawn out from the automatic limiting telescopic cylinder 0211, and the movable clamping moving device 0205 enables the automatic limiting telescopic rod 0213 to fully extend into the automatic limiting telescopic cylinder 0211 again. The automatic limiting telescopic cylinder 0211 and the automatic limiting telescopic rod 0213 of the left part and the right part of the device can realize that when the automatic limiting telescopic rod 0213 completely extends into the automatic limiting telescopic cylinder 0211 again, the welding elliptical oblique section of the welding circular tube 0214 with two sides aligned and fixed with the automatic limiting telescopic cylinder 0211 just completely coincides with the symmetrical plane of the device, namely coincides with the vertical plane where the welding laser head is located.
Referring to fig. 8 and 10 again, in the present embodiment, the clamping moving device 0205 includes a clamping fixed block 0205A, the lower end of the clamping fixed block 0205A is slidably disposed in the groove of the rotating disc 0204, the upper end of the clamping fixed block 0205A is axially and fixedly mounted with a clamping rotating screw 0205B, a first clamping moving block 0205C and a second clamping moving block 0205D, which are oppositely disposed and have opposite screw threads, are engaged on two sides of the clamping rotating screw 0205B, and a moving clamping handle 0205E is fixedly disposed at the front end of the clamping rotating screw 0205B, so that when the clamping handle 0205E is rotatably moved, the first clamping moving block 0205C and the second clamping moving block 0205D move in opposite directions in the groove of the clamping fixed block 0205A along the clamping rotating screw 0205B, thereby clamping or loosening the welding circular tube 0214 disposed on the clamping fixed block 0205A.
Referring to fig. 8 again, in this embodiment, the rotary clamper 0503 includes a rotary clamping fixed block 0503A, the rotary connecting rod 0509 is fixed at the upper end of the rotary clamping fixed block 0503A, the rotary clamping rotary lead screw 0503B is axially and fixedly installed at the lower end, the first rotary clamping moving block 0503C and the second rotary clamping moving block 0503D which are oppositely disposed and provided with opposite screw threads are engaged at both sides of the rotary clamping rotary lead screw 0503B, and the rotary clamping handle 0503E is fixed at the front end of the rotary clamping rotary lead screw 0503B, when the rotary clamping handle 0503E is rotated, the first rotary clamping moving block 0503C and the second rotary clamping moving block 0503D move in opposite directions along the rotary clamping rotary lead screw 0503B in the groove of the rotary clamping fixed block 0503A, so that the rotary clamper 0503 clamps or loosens the welding pipe 0214.
Referring to fig. 6, 7 and 9 again, the left side of the locking telescopic rod 0501 and the right side of the locking telescopic barrel 0502 of the present embodiment are provided with locking mechanisms having the same function and being symmetrical left and right. A front and rear locking male screw member 0528 and a left and right locking male screw member 0529 are respectively surrounded on the periphery of the front and rear telescopic cylinders 0507B and the periphery of the left and right telescopic cylinders 0508B at the right side of the locking telescopic cylinder 0502, and the front and rear locking male screw member 0528 and the left and right locking male screw member 0529 are respectively engaged with a front and rear locking female screw member 0530 and a left and right locking female screw member 0531 which are fixedly installed on the front and rear telescopic cylinders 0507B and the left and right telescopic cylinders 0508B in the axial direction of the peripheries thereof. A front locking bevel gear 0532 and a left locking bevel gear 0533 are fixedly arranged on the peripheries of the front locking internal thread part 0530 and the left locking internal thread part 0531 respectively, so that when the front locking bevel gear 0532 and the left locking bevel gear 0533 are rotated, the front locking external thread part 0528 and the left locking external thread part 0529 move on the peripheries of the front telescopic barrel 0507B and the left telescopic barrel 0508B. Thin-wall elastic hexagonal blocks are arranged at one end of the front and rear telescopic barrels 0507B and the left and right telescopic barrels 0508B, and when the front and rear locking external screw thread pieces 0528 and the left and right locking external screw thread pieces 0529 move to or away from the thin-wall elastic hexagonal blocks of the front and rear telescopic barrels 0507B and the left and right telescopic barrels 0508B, the front and rear telescopic barrels 0507B and the left and right telescopic barrels 0508B clamp or loosen the follow-up telescopic rod 0511, so that the horizontal position of the rotary clamping device 0503 rotating along with the supporting shaft 0203B is determined or adjusted. The left and right locking bevel gears 0533 are mutually meshed with a first linkage bevel gear 0535 fixed at the rear end of a longitudinal linkage telescopic cylinder 0534, a protrusion at the inner side of the longitudinal linkage telescopic cylinder 0534 is sleeved in a groove at the periphery of a longitudinal linkage telescopic rod 0536 to form rotary transmission, a second linkage bevel gear 0537 is fixed at the front end of the longitudinal linkage telescopic rod 0536 and is mutually meshed with a third linkage bevel gear 0539 fixed at the right end of a transverse linkage telescopic rod 0538, a groove at the periphery of the transverse linkage telescopic rod 0538 penetrates through a protrusion at the inner side of the transverse linkage telescopic cylinder 0540 to form rotary transmission, a fourth linkage bevel gear 0541 fixed at the left end of the transverse linkage telescopic cylinder 0540 is mutually meshed with a front and rear locking bevel gear 0532, the front and rear locking bevel gears 0532 are mutually meshed with a fifth linkage bevel gear 0543 fixed at the right end of the transverse linkage shaft 0542 at the left end, a sixth linkage bevel gear 0544 is fixed at the left end of the transverse linkage shaft 0542 and is mutually meshed with a seventh linkage bevel gear 0546, an eighth linkage bevel gear 0547 is fixed at the front end of the longitudinal linkage shaft 0545 and is meshed with a ninth linkage bevel gear 0548 fixed at the right end of the locking telescopic cylinder 0502. The first longitudinal linkage supporting sleeve rod 0549 is fixed in the lifting connecting shaft 0508A and is sleeved between the two bosses at the rear end of the longitudinal linkage telescopic cylinder 0534, so that the first linkage bevel gear 0535 is positioned and is always meshed with the left and right locking bevel gears 0533. The first longitudinal linkage supporting rod 0549 is sleeved on the periphery of the first longitudinal linkage supporting telescopic rod 0550, the first longitudinal linkage supporting telescopic rod 0550 is sleeved between two bosses at the right end of the transverse linkage telescopic rod 0538 in a loop mode, and therefore the third linkage bevel gear 0539 is located and is enabled to be always meshed with the second linkage bevel gear 0537. The second longitudinal linkage supporting telescopic rod 0551 is fixed in a transverse rod of the follow-up telescopic rod 0511 and penetrates into the second longitudinal linkage supporting sleeve rod 0552, the second longitudinal linkage supporting sleeve rod 0552 is arranged in a sliding groove of the front and back locking bevel gear 0532 in a sliding mode, when the front and back locking bevel gear 0532 rotates, the second longitudinal linkage supporting sleeve rod 0552 is kept still, and the second longitudinal linkage supporting sleeve rod 0552 is sleeved between two bosses at the left end of the transverse linkage telescopic cylinder 0540 in a sleeved mode, so that the fourth linkage bevel gear 0541 is located, and the fourth longitudinal linkage supporting sleeve rod and the front and back locking bevel gear 0532 are always kept meshed. The second longitudinally-linked supporting rods 0552 are simultaneously looped around the laterally-linked supporting rods 0553 along the lateral direction, and the laterally-linked supporting rods 0553 are looped between the two bosses at the front end of the longitudinally-linked telescopic rods 0536, so that the second linked bevel gear 0537 is positioned and always engaged with the third linked bevel gear 0539. The fixed-length linkage support rod 0554 is slidably disposed in a sliding groove of the front and rear locking bevel gears 0532, when the front and rear locking bevel gears 0532 rotate, the fixed-length linkage support rod 0554 remains stationary, and the fixed-length linkage support rod 0554 is sleeved between two bosses at the left end of the transverse linkage shaft 0542, between two bosses at the front end of the longitudinal linkage shaft 0545, and between two bosses at the right end of the locking telescopic cylinder 0502, so as to position the fifth linkage bevel gear 0543, the sixth linkage bevel gear 0544, the seventh linkage bevel gear 0546, the eighth linkage bevel gear 0547, and the ninth linkage bevel gear 0548, and keep all engaged state. The arrangement ensures that the longitudinal rod and the transverse rod of the follow-up telescopic rod 0511 are simultaneously clamped or loosened by the thin-wall elastic hexagonal blocks of the front and rear telescopic barrels 0507B and the left and right telescopic barrels 0508B. The left and right locking bevel gears 0533 are engaged with the telescopic locking force transmission bevel gear 0555, and a telescopic locking rotating hand wheel 0556 is fixed at the rear end of the telescopic locking force transmission bevel gear 0555, so that the telescopic locking rotating hand wheel 0556 is used as a thin-wall elastic hexagonal block of the front and rear telescopic cylinders 0507B and the left and right telescopic cylinders 0508B to simultaneously clamp or loosen the power input of the longitudinal rod and the transverse rod of the follow-up telescopic rod 0511. The first end of the telescopic lock dead support frame 0557 is fixed in the lifting connecting shaft 0508A, and the second end ring is sleeved on the periphery of the telescopic lock dead force transmission bevel gear 0555 to axially position and radially position the telescopic lock dead force transmission bevel gear 0555. The locking telescopic rod 0501 penetrates through the locking telescopic barrel 0502, so that the rotary clamp 0503 is not limited when rotating along with the supporting shaft 0203B. Meanwhile, the groove on the periphery of the locking telescopic rod 0501 is matched with the protrusion on the inner side of the locking telescopic cylinder 0502, power input from the telescopic locking rotary hand wheel 0556 is transmitted to the left side of the locking telescopic rod 0501 from the right side of the locking telescopic cylinder 0502, and when the telescopic locking rotary hand wheel 0556 is rotated, the longitudinal rod and the transverse rod of the follow-up telescopic rod 0511 on the left side and the right side of the device are clamped or released by the corresponding front telescopic cylinder 0507B and the corresponding left telescopic cylinder 0508B.
Referring to fig. 15 again, in the present embodiment, the size adjusting threaded shaft 0813 is rotatably mounted on the lower portion of the size adjusting block 0716, and the size adjusting moving block 0718 is slidably disposed on the size adjusting block 0716 and is engaged with the threaded shaft at the right end of the size adjusting threaded shaft 0813 through the threaded through hole disposed on the lower portion thereof, and when the size adjusting threaded shaft 0813 rotates, the size adjusting moving block 0718 slides on the size adjusting block 0716. The protrusion on the periphery of the adjusting cam supporting shaft 0714 forms a sliding fit with the groove of the inner ring of the angle adjusting cam 0717, and the angle adjusting cam 0717 is arranged between the limiting rods at the two ends of the size adjusting moving block 0718. The power transmitted to the rotation of the size adjusting screw shaft 0813 through the rotation of the adjusting rocking post 0407 realizes that the angle adjusting cam 0717 moves on the adjusting cam supporting shaft 0714 along with the movement of the size adjusting moving block 0718, and determines the moving position and the rotating position of the angle adjusting cam 0717 when the welding circular pipe 0214 of a certain size rotates for a certain angle by combining the rotation of the angle adjusting cam 0717 along with the rotation of the transmission bevel gear 0701 to the rotating angle of the welding circular pipe 0214 during welding, so that under the condition that the long shaft generating block 0911B is tightly attached to the upper edge of the angle adjusting cam 0717, the position of the long shaft generating block 0911B in the outer frame 0911A of the generator can be determined.
Referring to fig. 14-18 again, in the present embodiment, the short axis generating block 0911C is located above the long axis generating block 0911B, the left and right inner sides of the generator outer frame 0911A are provided with protrusions, the grooves on the two sides of the long axis generating block 0911B and the short axis generating block 0911C are sleeved on the periphery of the protrusion on the inner side of the generator outer frame 0911A, so as to limit and prevent the long axis generating block 0911B and the short axis generating block 0911C from moving out of the generator outer frame 0911A. The long axis block sliding axis 0911D passes through the long axis generating block 0911B and the short axis generating block 0911C, and is fixed vertically in the generator outer frame 0911A. The long axis generating block 0911B is provided with a threaded hole on the side close to the long axis block sliding shaft 0911D, the generator outer frame 0911A is provided with a through groove on the side close to the long axis block sliding shaft 0911D, and the long axis fixing bolt 0925 is engaged with the threaded hole in the long axis generating block 0911B through the through groove on the generator outer frame 0911A, and the two are detachably connected. When the position of the long axis generation block 0911B in the generator outer frame 0911A is determined, the long axis fixing bolt 0925 is screwed into the long axis generation block 0911B to fix the position of the long axis generation block 0911B, and when the position of the long axis generation block 0911B in the generator outer frame 0911A is not determined, the long axis fixing bolt 0925 is screwed out of the long axis generation block 0911B to make the long axis generation block 0911B closely contact the upper edge of the angle adjustment cam 0717, so that the position of the long axis generation block 0911B is adjusted. The short shaft determining lead screw 0911E is vertically and axially fixedly arranged in the generator outer frame 0911A, penetrates through the long shaft generating block 0911B and is meshed with a threaded through hole in the short shaft generating block 0911C, meanwhile, the short shaft determining lead screw 0911E penetrates through a through groove of the sliding support frame 0912, a seventh short shaft adjusting bevel gear 0824 is fixed at the lower end of the short shaft determining lead screw 0911E, and the seventh short shaft adjusting bevel gear 0824 is rotated to enable the short shaft generating block 0911C to move on the short shaft determining lead screw 0911E, namely the rotation of the short shaft determining lead screw 0911E drives the short shaft generating block 0911C to move on the short shaft determining lead screw 0400911E, and the position of the short shaft generating block 0911C in the generator outer frame 0911A is determined by combining the power transmitted to the rotation of the short shaft determining. A counter bore is arranged at the lower part of the short shaft determining lead screw 0911E, a short shaft longitudinal limiting telescopic cylinder 0926 is rotatably arranged in the counter bore of the short shaft determining lead screw 0911E, the inner part of the short shaft longitudinal limiting telescopic rod 0927 is provided with an internal spline, is matched with an internal spline of the short shaft longitudinal limiting telescopic cylinder 0926 and penetrates into the short shaft determining lead screw 0911E, when the short shaft determining lead screw 0911E rotates, the short-axis longitudinal position-limiting telescopic cylinder 0926 and the short-axis longitudinal position-limiting telescopic rod 0927 are kept against rotation, meanwhile, the lower end of the short-shaft longitudinal limiting telescopic rod 0927 is provided with a longitudinal limiting ring 0928, the longitudinal limiting ring 0928 is sleeved on the front end of the short-shaft adjusting longitudinal telescopic rod 0822, so that when the compensation generator 0911 slides in the slide groove of the slide holder 0912 and the compensation implementing block 0913, the sixth stub shaft adjustment bevel gear 0823 is restrained from moving left and right but not up and down so that it reengages with the seventh stub shaft adjustment bevel gear 0824.
In this embodiment, the left and right portions of the pointing assembly 10 are functionally identical and are symmetrically disposed. The rotation center up-down regulation scale 1001 is engraved on the double regulation rod 0404, the rotation center up-down regulation scale pointer 1002 is fixed on the regulation rod 0402 around the double regulation rod 0404, and the position of the rotation welding center shaft can be regulated according to the radius of the welding circular tube 0214, so that the welding rotation center shaft coincides with the normal of the welding elliptical oblique section. The clamping elevation adjustment scale 1003 is engraved on the elevation support shaft 0512, and the clamping elevation adjustment scale pointer 1004 is arranged on a peripheral block at one end of the elevation connection shaft 0508A, meshed with the elevation lead screw shaft 0513 and positioned behind the clamping elevation adjustment scale 1003, so that the distance which should be reduced when the rotary clamping device 0503 clamps the welding round pipe 0214 can be adjusted. The angle compensation long shaft dial 1005 is engraved on the angle adjusting cam 0717, and the angle compensation long shaft dial pointer 1006 is fixed on the upper part of the size adjusting moving block 0718 and is positioned in front of the angle adjusting cam 0717, and can display the rotating angle during circular tube welding. The size compensation long-axis scale 1007 is carved on the lower part of a size adjusting block 0716, the size compensation long-axis scale pointer 1008 is arranged on the lower part of a size adjusting moving block 0718, the size compensation short-axis scale 1009 is carved on a generator outer frame 0911A and is close to one side of the short-axis determination lead screw 0911E, and the size compensation short-axis scale pointer 1010 is arranged on one side of a short-axis generation block 0911C and is close to the short-axis determination lead screw (0911E), so that the size of the radius size of the welding circular tube 0214 can be displayed. The lifting adjusting scale 1011 is engraved on the lifting adjusting rod 0514, and the lifting adjusting scale pointer 1012 is fixed on the double adjusting rod 0404 around the lifting adjusting rod 0514 and is used for adjusting the position of the welding initial point, so that the rotary welding initial point, namely the short shaft edge point of the elliptic inclined section of the welding circular tube 0214 and the laser focus position keep a proper distance under the condition of different welding circular tube radiuses. An angle change dial 1013 is engraved on the upper surface of the rotation center adjustment ellipse 0301, an angle change dial pointer 1014 is fixed in a rotary disk pointer fixing shaft 0309 above the angle change dial 1013, and the rotary disk pointer fixing shaft 0309 is rotatably installed in an adjustment support shaft 0307 to be coaxial with the adjustment support shaft 0307 and is fixedly installed on a support base 0101, thereby displaying and adjusting an angle to be rotated when a circular pipe is welded.
In this embodiment, the left and right sides of the device are functionally identical, symmetrically arranged. The welding head is arranged at the symmetrical center of the device, is positioned above the device and vertically faces downwards, and takes the axis of the rotary welding shaft 0602 as a welding rotary central shaft. Before welding, when the angle adjusting rotating component 02 does not rotate for a certain angle, the automatic limiting telescopic rod 0213 completely extends into the automatic limiting telescopic cylinder 0211, the clamping moving device 0205 is positioned at the top end of the thread of the butt joint lead screw 0206 close to one side of the butt joint advancing hand wheel 0210, the longitudinal central plane of the sliding bottom plate 0102 is superposed with the rotary welding central shaft, the vertical adjusting scale pointer 1002 of the rotary center, the angle compensating long-axis dial pointer 1006, the size compensating long-axis scale pointer 1008, the size compensating short-axis scale pointer 1010, the lifting adjusting scale pointer 1012 and the angle changing dial 1014 all point to zero scale lines, the clamping lifting adjusting scale pointer 1004 is positioned at the top end of the lifting lead screw shaft 0513, the rotary supporting lead screw shaft 0505 extends out of the supporting shaft 0503B to the maximum height, the rotary supporting and connecting bracket 0504 is supported, and the connection between the rotary clamping device 0503 and the, the rotary clamper 0503 can rotate around the rotary connecting hole 0507A, the screw shaft at the lower end of the lifting adjusting rod 0514 completely extends into the cylindrical hole at the upper end of the double adjusting rod 0404, and the long shaft fixing bolt 0925 is screwed out of the long shaft generating block 0911B.
When the welding is to be carried out, firstly, the rotating angle adjusting rotating hand wheel 0103 is rotated to drive the worm 0105 to rotate, so that the rotating disc 0204 is driven to rotate clockwise, the automatic limiting telescopic rod 0213 is pulled out from the automatic limiting telescopic cylinder 0211, after the rotating disc 0204 rotates to a welding rotation angle, the welding circular tube 0214 is placed in the clamping moving device 0205 and clamped by the clamping moving device 0205, the laser head moves rightwards (and leftwards) for a certain distance, a part of the welding circular tube 0214 is cut off, the welding circular tube 0214 containing an elliptical oblique cross section is obtained, and the welding circular tube 0214 is aligned and fixed with the automatic limiting telescopic cylinder 0211. While the rotating disc 0204 rotates, the rotary clamper 0503 rotates clockwise along with the rotating disc 0204 under the linkage rotation of the supporting shaft 0203B and the support of the rotary support connecting bracket 0504. In order to enable the normal line of the welded elliptical oblique section formed after laser cutting and the welding rotation central axis to be located in the same vertical plane, when the angle adjusting rotating hand wheel 0103 is rotated, the power transmission driving spur gear 0303 fixed on the angle adjusting rotating hand wheel 0103 drives the rotation center adjusting ellipse 0301 to rotate anticlockwise and drags the sliding bottom plate 0102 to move forwards, so that the normal line of the welded elliptical oblique section is far away from the vertical plane where the welding rotation central axis is located, and therefore the backward movement of the normal line of the welded elliptical oblique section caused by the operation that the elliptical oblique sections of the subsequent welded circular tube 0214 are completely overlapped is compensated, and the angle of the welding rotation can be displayed through the angle change dial 1013 engraved on the rotation center adjusting ellipse 0301 and the angle change dial 1014 located above the angle change dial 1013. In linkage with the angle adjustment rotating hand wheel 0103, the angle adjustment cam 0717 rotates, the angle compensation long axis dial indicator 1006 rotates corresponding to the welding angle to determine the rotating position of the angle adjustment cam 0717, and the long axis generating block 0911B tightly attached to the angle adjustment cam 0717 moves up and down in the generator outer frame 0911A along with the rotation of the angle adjustment cam 0717. Under the rotation regulation of the angle regulation rotating hand wheel 0103, after the rotation of the welding angle is completed, the laser head is moved back to the original position, the butt joint advancing hand wheel 0210 is rotated, the clamping moving device 0205 drives the welding circular tube 0214 to move on the butt joint lead screw 0206 until the automatic limiting telescopic rod 0213 completely extends into the automatic limiting telescopic tube 0211 again, the elliptical oblique sections of the welding circular tube 0214, which are aligned and fixed with the automatic limiting telescopic tube 0211 at two sides, are completely overlapped, the normal line of the welding elliptical oblique section moves backwards, the normal line of the welding elliptical oblique section and the welding rotating central shaft are located in the same longitudinal vertical plane, and the center of the welding elliptical oblique section and the laser head are located on the same vertical line in the symmetrical plane of the device. In addition, the rotary fixing handle 0510 is rotated to form clamping connection between the rotary clamping device 0503 and the rotary connecting hole 0507A, so that the rotary clamping device 0503 cannot rotate, the rotary hand wheel 0556 is locked by rotating and telescoping, the front and rear telescopic cylinders 0507B and the left and right telescopic cylinders 0508B clamp the follow-up telescopic rod 0511, the rotary clamping device 0503 cannot move, and the position of the rotary clamping device 0503 is determined; the support adjusting handle 0506 is rotated to draw out the rotation support screw shaft 0505 from the hole of the rotation support connecting bracket 0504 and completely extend into the threaded hole of the support shaft 0203B. Subsequently, the adjusting rocker 0407 is rotated to move the double adjusting rod 0404 up and down, so that the rotating center up-down adjusting scale pointer 1002 is located at the scale mark corresponding to the radius of the welding round tube 0214, and the welding rotating center axis coincides with the normal of the welding elliptic oblique section. In linkage with the rotation of the adjusting rocking post 0407, the size adjusting moving block 0718 pushes the angle adjusting cam 0717 to move along the adjusting cam supporting shaft 0714, the size compensation long-axis scale pointer 1008 points to the graduation line corresponding to the radius of the welding circular tube 0214 to determine the moving position of the angle adjusting cam 0717, the long-axis generating block 0911B tightly attached to the angle adjusting cam 0717 moves along with the angle adjusting cam 0717 to move up and down in the generator outer frame 0911A, the rotating position determined by the rotation of the angle adjusting cam 0717 along with the angle adjusting rotating hand wheel 0103 is combined, so that the position of the long-axis generating block 0911B in the generator outer frame 0911A is determined, and at the moment, the long-axis fixing bolt 0925 is screwed into the long-axis generating block 0911B to determine the position of the long-axis generating block 0911B. Further, as the adjustment rocker 0407 rotates, the short axis determination lead screw 0911E rotates, that is, the short axis generation block 0911C moves in the generator outer frame 0911A, and the size compensation short axis scale pointer 1010 points to the graduation mark corresponding to the radius of the welded round tube 0214, so as to determine the position of the short axis generation block 0911C in the generator outer frame 0911A. Subsequently, the lifting adjusting hand wheel 0525 is rotated to enable the front and rear telescopic devices 0507, the left and right telescopic devices 0508, the follow-up telescopic rod 0511 and related components to move downwards along the lifting screw shaft 0513 to the position where the pointer 1004 clamping the lifting adjusting scale points to the scale mark corresponding to the radius of the welded circular pipe 0214, at the moment, the rotary clamping device 0503 moves to the position of the welded circular pipe 0214, the rotary clamping handle 0503E is rotated to clamp the welded circular pipe 0214, and after the welded circular pipe 0214 is clamped, the clamping handle 0205E is rotated and moved to enable the clamping moving device 0205 to loosen the welded circular pipe 0214. The rotating disengagement adjustment rocking post 0526 makes the welding circular tube 0214 far away from the clamping moving device 0205 to prevent the structure interference, at this moment, the rotating motor 0608 drives the welding circular tube 0214 and the connected components to rotate, and the circular welding of the welding circular tube 0214 is completed.
Because the welding circular tube 0214 size is different, the welding rotation angle is different, and the major axis and the minor axis of the welding edge ellipse of the welding circular tube 0214 oblique cross-section are different, namely during spin welding, under the fixed condition of laser head, the distance of ellipse edge welding point to the laser head changes along with the rotation during spin welding, has changed the distance between each welding point and the laser focus position to make the laser energy that each welding point of welding circular tube 0214 absorbed different, influence welding quality. In order to solve the problem, laser energy absorbed by each welding point of a welding circular tube 0214 is the same, and a rotating motor 0608 rotates to drive a compensation rotating disc 0910 to rotate in the welding process, so that on the basis of determining the positions of a long shaft generating block 0911B and a short shaft generating block 0911C in a generator outer frame 0911A in the previous period, the compensation generator 0911 moves up and down while moving left and right in sliding chutes of a sliding support frame 0912 and a compensation implementing block 0913, and then drives the compensation implementing block 0913 to move up and down; through the lever action of the compensation reverse lever 0918, the support bottom plate 0101 moves up and down opposite to the compensation implementation block 0913, namely, when the welding circular tube 0214 rotates in a welding mode, the support bottom plate 0101 moves up and down to drive the welding circular tube 0214 to move up and down (ellipse adjustment) in the same mode, so that the distance between each welding point of the welding circular tube 0214 and the laser focus position is kept unchanged in the welding rotating process, and circular tube angle welding with good quality is completed.
While the foregoing is directed to the preferred embodiment of the present invention, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications may be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined in the appended claims.

Claims (10)

1. The device for adjusting the welding of the circular tube at different angles is characterized in that the oblique sections of the circular tube different angle welding adjusting device for clamping and driving the welding circular tube (0214) are overlapped to form an annular welding line, the normal line of the oblique section is overlapped with the welding rotation central axis, and the device can control the position change of each welding point of the annular welding line in the rotary welding process, so that the distance between each welding point and the laser focus position is kept unchanged.
