The outlet of the fan can be connected with the outlet of the carbon box through flexible connection.

The environment-friendly purification process comprises the following steps: opening a carbon box descaling control valve, a reflux control valve (water drops can be generated in the running process of equipment, and a water drop reflux pipe refluxes the water drops into a spray tower to reduce the running load of the equipment) and a second steam descaling control valve, opening a spray tower water pump and a fan in the carbon box, starting the plasma incinerator, closing a high-temperature steam inlet control valve, and closing a first steam descaling control valve and a third steam descaling control valve. Through workshop exhaust gas collection system, the contaminated air who collects is carried to the spray column in through sealed pipeline and is intake water and spray for the acid and alkali class, heavy metal class and some chemical pollutants that contain in the clear away air are administered, are neutralized preliminarily, thereby get rid of in the abandonment most can hold the pollutant in aqueous.
The residual stubborn pollutant molecules flow through the pipeline under negative pressure, firstly enter the rotary air inlet device after being dried and filtered twice, so that the rotary air inlet device rotates directionally, the rotary waste gas enters the high-temperature plasma incinerator to be burnt at the high temperature of more than 1600 ℃, and the staying and burning time of the air in the combustion chamber of the plasma incinerator is longer than that of the air in a straight-through manner when the air passes through the high-temperature plasma incinerator in a rotating manner, so that the air is more fully burnt, and the effect after the burning is better than that of the straight-through type waste gas.
The air after high-temperature plasma combustion is conveyed to the activated carbon adsorption box through a sealed pipeline, and the pollutants in the polluted air are adsorbed and treated by the activated carbon, so that the pollutants in the waste gas are further purified. The activated carbon box is adsorbed and purified layer by layer (a plurality of carbon plates), and is discharged into the atmosphere layer by a fan and a gas outlet chimney.

1. An environment-friendly purification device comprises a spray tower, wherein the lower part of the spray tower is provided with an air inlet, an outlet at the upper end of the spray tower is connected with an inlet of a plasma incinerator through a pipeline, an outlet of the plasma incinerator is connected with an inlet of a carbon box through a second steam descaling control valve, a steam outlet is arranged on the pipeline between the outlet of the plasma incinerator and the second steam descaling control valve, and a third steam descaling control valve is arranged at the steam outlet;
the carbon box is provided with a high-temperature steam inlet and a carbon box descaling steam outlet which are used for descaling carbon blocks in the carbon box;
a pipeline between an outlet at the upper end of the spray tower and an inlet of the plasma incinerator is connected with a descaling steam outlet of the carbon box through a first connecting pipe, a first steam descaling control valve is arranged on the first connecting pipe, and an air outlet is arranged at the lower end of the carbon box;
a carbon box descaling control valve is arranged on a pipeline between an outlet at the upper end of the spray tower and an inlet of the plasma incinerator, and the carbon box descaling control valve is arranged on a pipeline on the front side of a first connecting pipe and a pipeline connector;
a drying filter screen is arranged at the upper part of the inner side of the spray tower, and a spray head is arranged below the drying filter screen; a pipeline between an outlet at the upper end of the spray tower and an inlet of the plasma incinerator is connected with a reflux port at the lower part of the spray tower through a second connecting pipe, and a reflux control valve is arranged on the second connecting pipe; the interface of the second connecting pipe and the pipeline is arranged at the front side of the interface of the first connecting pipe and the pipeline and at the rear side of the carbon box descaling control valve;
the pipeline between the outlet at the upper end of the spray tower and the inlet of the plasma incinerator extends upwards, then is bent towards the side of the plasma incinerator, then is bent downwards to the lower part of the spray tower, then is bent towards the side of the plasma incinerator, then is bent upwards to the position of the inlet of the plasma incinerator, and then is bent towards the inlet of the plasma incinerator and is connected with the inlet of the plasma incinerator;
a rotary air inlet device is arranged at the inlet of the plasma incinerator;
the rotary air inlet device comprises a connecting pipe, flanges are arranged at two ends of the connecting pipe, a fixed and non-rotating spiral blade structure is arranged in the connecting pipe, and the windward side of the spiral blade faces the axial direction of the pipeline;
carbon box descaling process: closing the carbon box descaling control valve, the reflux control valve and the second steam descaling control valve, starting the plasma incinerator, inputting high-temperature steam into the carbon box, opening the first steam descaling control valve and the third steam descaling control valve, increasing the atom clearance when activated carbon atoms pass through the high-temperature flowing steam, taking away some adsorbed pollutants after loosening and falling by airflow, entering the plasma incinerator, and discharging the pollutants through a steam outlet after combustion;
the environment-friendly purification process comprises the following steps: opening a carbon box descaling control valve, a reflux control valve and a second steam descaling control valve, starting the plasma incinerator, closing a high-temperature steam inlet, and closing a first steam descaling control valve and a third steam descaling control valve; the collected polluted air is conveyed into a spray tower through a pipeline and is sprayed by water; waste gas enters the high-temperature plasma incinerator, air after plasma incineration is conveyed to the carbon box through a pipeline, pollutants in the polluted air are adsorbed through activated carbon and are discharged from the air outlet.

The environmental protection purification apparatus according to claim 1, wherein a secondary drying filter screen is disposed in a portion of the pipe between the outlet at the upper end of the spray tower and the inlet of the plasma incinerator, which portion is bent upward to the position of the inlet of the plasma incinerator.

The environmental protection purification apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the outlet of the plasma incinerator and the inlet of the carbon box are located at the same side, opposite to the inlet of the plasma incinerator; the outlet of the plasma incinerator is connected with the upper end of a lower bent pipe, the lower end of the lower bent pipe is connected with the upper end of a connecting vertical pipe through a flange, the lower end of the connecting vertical pipe is connected with the upper end of an upper bent pipe through a flange, and the lower end of the upper bent pipe is connected with the inlet of a carbon box; the steam outlet is arranged in the middle of the lower bent pipe, and the second steam descaling control valve is arranged at the lower part of the connecting vertical pipe.
4. The environmental protection purification device of claim 2, wherein the drying filter screen is of a white steel wire winding and rolling flattened structure; the secondary drying filter screen adopts a white steel wire winding group columnar structure.

The environmental protection purification equipment of claim 1, wherein the carbon box comprises a housing, a fan is arranged in the housing, an inlet of the fan is connected with an outlet of the carbon box assembly through a shock absorption connecting piece, an inlet of the carbon box assembly is connected with an inlet of the carbon box, and an outlet of the fan is connected with an outlet of the carbon box;
the carbon box component comprises a plurality of carbon blocks which are transversely arranged, adjacent carbon blocks are connected through fasteners, the outer frame of each carbon block is a closed outer frame, the carbon blocks at two transverse ends are respectively connected with an inlet of the carbon box and one end of the damping connecting piece through funnel-shaped connecting covers, and the large head ends of the funnel-shaped connecting covers are connected with the carbon blocks; the carbon plate is connected with the funnel-shaped connecting cover through a fastener; the shock absorption connecting piece adopts rubber flexible connection.

The environmental protection purification apparatus according to claim 5, wherein the inlet funnel-shaped connecting cover of the carbon tank is provided with a high temperature steam inlet, the blower funnel-shaped connecting cover is provided with a high temperature steam outlet, the high temperature steam inlet on the funnel-shaped connecting cover is connected with the high temperature steam inlet on the outer shell, the high temperature steam inlet on the outer shell is provided with a high temperature steam inlet control valve, and the funnel-shaped connecting cover is provided with a high temperature steam outlet connected with the carbon tank descaling steam outlet.
