The gravity settling type gas-liquid separator has the advantages of long separation time, poor gas-liquid separation effect, high filtration type gas-liquid separation efficiency and high operation cost.
The liquid removing element is a group of metal corrugated plates with multi-fold structure, mainly utilizes the difference of gas and liquid density, when the liquid and gas are mixed and flow together, if the liquid and gas are blocked, the gas can be baffled and moved away, the liquid drops formed by mist can be moved forward along with the air flow to the turning position of the corrugated plates, and the liquid drops can be converged together and can be fallen downwards until the converged liquid drops are larger than the lifting force of the gas, so that the separation effect can be achieved.
