Abstract
一种安全无毒的驱蚊组合物,包含以下重量份数的组分:流体特性调节剂91.04~99.33份;第一驱蚊剂2.6~3.6份;抗菌消炎舒缓剂0.4~0.8份;PH调节剂0.06~0.07份;第二驱蚊剂0.7~1.4份;其中,流体特性调节剂为水、卡波姆、甲基丙二醇、海藻糖的混合物;第一驱蚊剂包含苦油树籽油、孟二醇;抗菌消炎舒缓剂为水、丙二醇、甘草根提取物、龙胆根提取物、苦参根提取物、蛇床果提取物、青蒿提取物的混合物;所述PH调节剂至少用于调节组合物酸碱度;第二驱蚊剂包含亚香茅油。利用多种具有驱蚊效果的植物萃取物以协同达到驱蚊效果,具有安全、无毒的特点。在多个层面上实现蚊虫防治,包括驱蚊、蚊虫叮咬舒缓等。

技术领域
本发明涉及日用品领域,更具体地,涉及一种安全无毒的驱蚊组合物及其制备方法、应用。
背景技术
蚊虫能够传播疟疾、登革热、寨卡病毒等多种疾病,在盛发季节更是干扰人们的正常生活和身心健康。如,在春夏季节随着气温回暖时,蚊虫滋生,虫咬性皮炎出现的频率显著增高,在蚊虫叮咬处常出现丘疹、水肿性红斑等症状,伴有不同程度的刺痛、奇痒等感受,给人们生活带来极大困扰。且蚊虫的影响对婴幼儿更大,因为婴幼儿皮肤娇嫩、身体免疫力差,敏感脆弱,所以蚊虫叮咬后的变应性反应会更加明显,受到蚊虫叮咬后轻则红肿,重则细菌感染,更甚者还可能导致脑炎。所以,蚊虫的驱除和叮咬的防治,对于人们的正常生活和健康都显得至关重要。
长期以来,化学合成的杀虫成分由于驱灭蚊虫的效果好、持续时间长,一直占据主要地位,但其也存在相应的一些缺陷,如:长期使用下可能会使蚊虫产生抗药性,还会造成环境污染。也可能会对人体产生较大毒副作用,如,现有技术中常用的电蚊香中驱蚊成分一般是以避蚊胺(DEET)为主,避蚊胺驱蚊虽然效果好,但是长期使用会造成对环境的污染,其毒副作用也不断有报道,如出现神经系统症状、皮肤损害、引起儿童脑病、引起荨麻疹综合症、血压低和心率下降等。
所以,亟需一种能起到良好的避蚊效果,并且毒副作用小、安全的,同时对环境友好的驱蚊产品。目前,发现许多植物精油对蚊虫具有一定的毒杀和驱避效果,驱避机理是蚊虫选择避开含有植物精油的信号源或是被植物精油所排斥而减少对人类的侵袭,使人们免遭蚊虫骚扰,减少虫媒疾病的传播。因为主要成分作为一种植物萃取物,无论是对人还是对环境,都相对更为友好。所以,以植物萃取物作为驱蚊产品的有效成分已成为一种趋势。
但是,现有的相关驱蚊制剂,往往驱蚊成分单一、不稳定,且单纯的采用植物萃取物,效果也较为有限,驱蚊效果不佳。同时,由于部分成分在含量上升后仍然会有明显的毒副作用,现有技术为了适应人体皮肤和避免毒副作用,往往使用含量也是有限的,即无法完全规避蚊虫的靠近;而目前的驱蚊制剂也未考虑到蚊虫靠近后的防治,如未考虑蚊虫叮咬后的症状缓解等。所以,现有技术亟需一种性质稳定、安全高效低毒、不局限于只驱避蚊虫的、更为有效的驱蚊组合物或相关产品。
发明内容
本发明旨在克服上述现有技术的至少一种不足,提供一种安全无毒的驱蚊组合物及其制备方法、产品,能应用于驱蚊防治中有效驱除蚊虫,且驱蚊组合物或相应产品对人体皮肤高度亲和,具有较高的安全性,也能舒缓蚊虫叮咬后的症状,改善蚊虫围绕或叮咬后造成的不利影响。
本发明采取的技术方案是,一种安全无毒的驱蚊组合物,包含以下重量份数的组分:
其中,流体特性调节剂为水、卡波姆、甲基丙二醇、海藻糖的混合物;第一驱蚊剂包含苦油树籽油、孟二醇;抗菌消炎舒缓剂为水、丙二醇、甘草根提取物、龙胆根提取物、苦参根提取物、蛇床果提取物、青蒿提取物的混合物;所述PH调节剂至少用于调节组合物酸碱度;第二驱蚊剂包含亚香茅油。
所述流体特性调节剂,主导整体组合物的流体特性调节,所述卡波姆至少作为增稠剂;一方面,通过添加适量的卡波姆,能降低组合物的黏稠性,有助于维持有效物质的稳定。同时,卡波姆自身也是一种天然药用成分,不仅对皮肤具有一定的亲和力,加入后有利于减少刺激性物质对皮肤的刺激和伤害,且本身也具有消炎杀菌的作用,有利于对已叮咬部分的舒缓。所述甲基丙二醇作为溶剂存在,进一步促进整体组合物的调和。所述海藻糖至少作为皮肤调理剂存在,由于海藻糖分子量小,易于被皮肤吸收,所以,其能进入细胞内发挥其独特的水替代应激因子作用和保护细胞膜的功能,提高皮肤适应环境能力,并起到保护表皮细胞膜结构的作用。同时,通过海藻糖也有助于抑制产品的氧化酸败,提高产品稳定性。
所述第一驱蚊剂包含苦油树籽油、孟二醇;所述苦油树籽油具有良好的渗透性和舒敏性能,且其本身同样也是一种天然的驱蚊剂,有助于协同其他驱蚊剂提高驱蚊效果。所述孟二醇是美国EPA/CDC推荐的五种驱蚊剂中唯一来源于天然植物提取的驱蚊剂,对人体皮肤安全,驱蚊效果好,是绿色环保驱蚊剂。但是,现有技术中孟二醇的挥发性太高,无法保留较长的时间,驱蚊效果不明显。而本申请则利用油相与其混合,不仅有利于使第一驱蚊剂具有相对独立、稳定的特点外,还能减少其挥发程度,从而延长其作用时长。同时,第一驱蚊剂中的孟二醇能够结合第二驱蚊剂中的亚香茅油,以相对亚香茅油较多的比例配合,以充分发挥其驱蚊效果。使用第一、第二驱蚊剂配合,相比于现有技术单独采用孟二醇等驱蚊组合物,能够起到协同驱蚊效果。
所述抗菌消炎舒缓剂用于已被叮咬部位的消炎、舒缓,能有效止痒、防止细菌感染,所述抗菌消炎舒缓剂中功能成分主要包括甘草根提取物、龙胆根提取物、苦参根提取物、蛇床果提取物、青蒿提取物,采用多种植物提取物复方,在减少皮肤瘙痒、抑制炎症方面具有良好效果。甘草根提取物具有抗发炎及降低氧化速度的功能,能防御肌肤敏感现象,安抚舒缓过敏或受刺激的皮肤;龙胆根提取物对特异性皮炎和过敏有缓解效果,起到抗炎的作用,能显著改善皮肤红肿、痒等不适。苦参根提取物具有消炎抗菌的功能,杀虫止痒,对皮肤瘙痒有很好的缓解作用。蛇床果提取物具有良好的保湿和抗菌、抗氧化效果,对受刺激的皮肤起到保护作用。青蒿提取物具有抗疟、抗菌、抗病毒、抗炎、和镇痛等药理作用;在抗菌消炎舒缓剂中,通过多种中药植物提取物的配合,调配出具有止痒舒缓效果的成分,不仅原料天然,长期使用也不会产生药物依赖性,且安全性得以保障。在抗菌消炎舒缓剂中,还包括丙二醇,所述丙二醇和水混合,能延缓包括上述中草药有效成分的水解,增强其稳定性。
即本发明将多个组分分配以形成多个相对独立的组合,不仅有利于多组分之间的稳定性,也有利于相互配合以相互促进其在驱蚊组合物中的稳定性、驱蚊效果、抗菌消炎舒缓效果。更重要的是,较于现有技术只采用单独驱蚊成分的传统驱蚊剂,不仅使用多样成分提高驱蚊性能,更便于实现多个维度的蚊虫防治,包括在驱蚊方面、止痒舒缓方面。且主要作用成分为植物萃取物,对人体的亲和性也高,基本实现安全无毒。
进一步地,所述流体特性调节剂包含水86.9~92.1份、卡波姆0.06~0.09份、甲基丙二醇4~7份。
进一步地,还包括防蚊剂3~10份,所述防蚊剂为L-PDMS低粘度聚二甲基硅氧烷。所述低粘度聚二甲基硅氧烷购自于Shin-Etsu Chemical Co.,Ltd。部分研究表明,疏水性液体会影响蚊虫着陆后腿部及其他肢体的动作,在此情况下,蚊虫则会快速逃离该来疏水性液体的接触。现有的驱蚊剂,尤其是植物萃取物为主要驱蚊成分的制剂,往往基于其驱蚊原理,如掩盖人体皮肤表面乳酸等味道或散发蚊虫不喜的气味的驱蚊原理,在关于蚊虫叮咬的防治中,只能从驱避蚊虫方面实现防治。然而,驱蚊效果往往不仅和驱蚊成分种类有关,和驱蚊成分含量也是密切相关,但随着驱蚊成分的含量增高、驱蚊效果提高,则不可避免的也会产生皮肤刺激、过敏等不适反应,所以,现有技术难以同时实现驱蚊效果的提高和驱蚊成分含量的下降。所以,往往无法达到百分百驱蚊的效果,尤其是在蚊虫密集处。此时,蚊虫在叮咬前还需停留于皮肤表面,本申请利用L-PDMS则能在已无法驱避时,进一步提供蚊虫停留层面的防护。更进一步地,结合驱蚊、抗菌消炎舒缓,实际上本发明驱蚊组合物实现了自蚊虫靠近至蚊虫叮咬所有中间过程的防护和处理。所以,通过该驱蚊组合物能够实现多个层面的蚊虫防治。进一步地,聚二甲基硅氧烷对皮肤也没有毒性,能保证形成的驱蚊组合物的安全性。
进一步地,抗菌消炎舒缓剂中水、丙二醇、甘草根提取物、龙胆根提取物、苦参根提取物、蛇床果提取物、青蒿提取物的比例为35:60:1:1:1:1:1。正如前述内容,将水和丙二醇按所述比例以配置时,有助于减缓包括甘草根提取物、龙胆根提取物、苦参根提取物、蛇床果提取物、青蒿提取物的水解,从而延长作用时效和长期使用稳定性。
进一步地,第一驱蚊剂包含乳化剂0.4~0.6份、苦油树籽油0.1~0.2份、1,2己二醇0.3份~0.6、孟二醇1.8~2.2份。所述1,2-己二醇为保湿剂,且能带来抑菌效果。
进一步地,乳化剂为山梨坦橄榄油酸酯、鲸蜡硬脂基葡糖苷的混合物,比例为1:1。所述山梨坦橄榄油酸酯属于非离子型的亲油乳化剂,其添加于本组合物中,稳定性不会受苦油树籽油的油相极性的影响,也不会受两相含量比例的影响,即能够提高本组合物保湿型以提高肤感的同时,也不会对原组分产生不良影响,并能提高稳定性。鲸蜡硬脂基葡糖苷同样作为乳化剂的一部分,能增强组合物的保湿效果,使其质感良好。即本发明将该包含山梨坦橄榄油酸酯、鲸蜡硬脂基葡糖苷的乳化剂与苦油树籽油混合作为第一驱蚊剂,既能使第一驱蚊剂内驱蚊组分具有相对独立的稳定性,又能与第二驱蚊剂相互配合提高驱蚊效果。
进一步地,第二驱蚊剂包含防腐剂0.4~0.6份、亚香茅油0.3~0.8份。
进一步地,防腐剂为苯氧乙醇、乙基己基甘油混合物,比例为9:1。所述苯氧乙醇属于低度皮肤敏感的防腐剂,乙基己基甘油通过降低微生物细胞壁表面张力,降低细菌的活性使得防腐体系更有效,能增强苯氧乙醇效果,以便减少产品中苯氧乙醇的用量,增加产品的安全性。所述亚香茅油(即香茅油)常用作于驱虫剂,在本发明中,则能配合第一驱蚊剂提高整体驱蚊效果。
进一步地,PH调节剂为氨丁三醇。因为组分种类繁多,pH变化较大,所以需要pH调节剂以调节。采用氨丁三醇调节pH,则能维持整个体系不发生大幅度变化,并提供一定的保湿效果。

进一步地,流体特性调节剂中水、卡波姆、甲基丙二醇、海藻糖重量份分别为90.106、0.08、5、0.1份;第一驱蚊剂中乳化剂、苦油树籽油、1,2己二醇、孟二醇重量份分别为0.5、0.15、0.5、2份,其中乳化剂为山梨坦橄榄油酸酯、鲸蜡硬脂基葡糖苷的混合物,山梨坦橄榄油酸酯、鲸蜡硬脂基葡糖苷比例为1:1;第二驱蚊剂中防腐剂、亚香茅油重量份分别为0.5、0.5份,其中防腐剂为苯氧乙醇、乙基己基甘油混合物,苯氧乙醇、乙基己基甘油比例为9:1。
在本发明的一个实施例中,该组分配方对应形成的组合物,效果较佳。
本发明的又一目的在于提供上述安全无毒的驱蚊组合物的制备方法,包括步骤:
S1、将流体特性调节剂、第一驱蚊剂物料分别搅拌均匀并加热至80-85℃后,将流体特性调节剂物料与第一驱蚊剂物料混合,均质乳化5min,搅拌保湿20min,进行冷却降温;
S2、待降温至60℃,加入抗菌消炎舒缓剂物料,搅拌均匀;
S3、继续降温至40℃以下,加入PH调节剂、第二驱蚊剂物料,缓慢搅拌至均匀,得驱蚊喷雾组合物。
本发明的再一目的在于提供一种包含上述安全无毒的驱蚊组合物的驱蚊和/或防蚊和/或舒缓止痒产品。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:相对于单一的驱蚊成分,本申请文件利用多种具有驱蚊效果的植物萃取物以协同达到驱蚊效果,具有安全、无毒的特点。同时,又将多个组分分配以形成多个相对独立的组合,不仅有利于多组分之间的稳定性,也有利于相互配合以相互促进其在驱蚊组合物中的稳定性、驱蚊效果、抗菌消炎舒缓效果。且相较于传统的驱蚊剂只是采用气味在驱离层面以驱除蚊虫,本申请在多个层面上实现蚊虫防治,包括驱蚊、蚊虫叮咬舒缓等。同时,本发明结合多种化合物的配合,即能延缓有效成分的水解,又能促进不同驱蚊成分之间的协同作用,提高整体驱蚊组合物的稳定性、时效持久性。使得驱蚊组合物得以有效防治蚊虫,并长期使用。基于本申请相应的驱蚊组合物、制备方法和应用,有利于提高有效、安全、无毒、持久的驱蚊方式,改善或规避目前蚊虫对人们带来的不利影响。

制备方法,S1、将流体特性调节剂、第一驱蚊剂物料分别搅拌均匀并加热至80-85℃后,将流体特性调节剂物料与第一驱蚊剂物料混合,均质乳化5min,搅拌保湿20min,进行冷却降温;S2、待降温至60℃,加入抗菌消炎舒缓剂物料,搅拌均匀;S3、继续降温至40℃以下,加入PH调节剂、第二驱蚊剂物料,缓慢搅拌至均匀,得驱蚊组合物。
对比例1~4驱蚊组合物配方(重量份),制备方法同实施例1~3。
具体的,还提供有实施例4~6的驱蚊组合物配方,较实施例1~3而言,对应添加了不同重量份的L-PDMS。且在制备方法上,相比于实施例1~3的制备方法,区别在于L-PDMS在步骤S2中搅拌均匀抗菌消炎舒缓剂后加入。
测试一、皮肤刺激性测试
1、测试准备:选择体重相近的豚鼠200只,随机分为10组,每组20只,记作实施例1~6、对比例1~4组;实验前48h剃除豚鼠背部左右侧毛发,去毛范围为2cm×2cm,并标记。
2、对应豚鼠的分组,分别采用相应的实验组样品2ml涂抹于豚鼠单侧裸露皮肤上,另一侧作为空白对照。在涂抹3h后进行清洗,于清洗的2h、12h、24h、48h后观察受试部位的皮肤局部反应。
3、按《化妆品卫生规范》皮肤刺激性试验进行皮肤反应评分,以受试动物积分的平均值进行综合评价,并观察除刺激性以外的其他毒副作用。
4、试验结果:实施例1~6组在各观察点最高积分均值均<0.5,属无刺激性,且无其他毒副作用,说明本发明驱蚊制剂成分温和,对皮肤无刺激性。对比例中,对比例2组豚鼠于清洗的2小时后在皮肤表面上出现部分泛红,并在第12h观察时消失;其他对比例组则未见明显反应。
测试二、止痒消肿测试
1、测试准备:
依据GB/T 13917.9-2009进行测试人员、试虫的筛选,并确定测试人员被蚊虫叮咬后有瘙痒感、皮肤起包发红症状。然后,选择符合合格条件的测试人员110名进行止痒测试。110名测试人员分为实施例1~6组、对比例1~4组和空白对照组,每组10名,测试人员手背露出5cm×5cm面积的测试区域,其余区域严密遮挡。测试人员将手放入蚊笼中,在蚊虫叮咬后20s取出,在测试区域涂抹实施例1~6、对比例1~4样品2ml,记录皮肤止痒时间和消肿时间,并计算各组平均值。

由上表可知,本发明驱蚊组合物能够很好地缓解蚊虫叮咬后皮肤出现的瘙痒,起疱红肿现象,与空白对照组存在显著性差异;对比例3组不含抗菌消炎舒缓剂,其止痒和消疱效果与实施例1相比存在显著性差异,这说明,抗菌消炎舒缓剂的加入起到了提高体系的止痒、消肿效果。
测试三、驱蚊效果测试
取实施例1~6以及对比例1~4组驱蚊组合物按照GB/T13917,9-2009方法进行试验
1、攻击力试验
蚊笼内放入200只试虫,测试人员手背暴露4cm×4cm皮肤,其余部分严密遮蔽。将手伸入蚊笼中停留2min,密切观察,发现蚊虫停落,在其口器将刺入皮肤前抖动手臂将其驱离,记为1只试虫停落。前来停落的试虫多于30只的测试人员和试虫为攻击力合格,此人及此笼蚊虫可进行驱避试验。
2、驱避试验
选择上述攻击力合格的测试人员100名(男女各半),测试人员双手手背露出4cm×4cm面积的测试区域,其余区域严密遮挡,其中一只手背按0.5ml/cm2的剂量在测试区域均匀涂抹试验组,另一只手作为空白对照组。涂抹2h,将手伸入放有攻击力合格的蚊虫笼内2min,观察有无蚊虫前来停落吸血,之后每隔1h测一次,有一只蚊虫前来吸血即判作驱避产品失效,记录有效保护时间(h),结果如表2所示。

测试四、长期稳定性试验
取实施例1~6以及对比例1~4得到的样品各100ml,在下表的不同条件下,进行长期稳定性试验,试验结果如下表3所示。

本发明实施例1~3制剂具有优异的稳定性,在15℃、25℃条件下储藏12个月后溶液仍然不会产生浑浊或沉淀,且未见分层现象;而对比例4在含量上与实施例1~3有较大的区别,且至少未加入海藻糖,通过稳定性测试可知,其稳定性不足,随着时间的推移,容易发生品质变化。而对比例1、2、3则因为部分组分含量难以配伍,也导致出现分层等品质变化的情况。
测试五、加入L-PDMS后的促逃逸效果测试和比较
蚊笼内放入100只试虫,测试人员手背暴露40mm×40mm皮肤,并涂抹实施1~6样品0.25ml,较于其他测试过程显著减少用量以便蚊虫靠近停留,测试L-PDMS在蚊虫停落后驱离蚊虫逃逸的效果,手背其余部分严密遮蔽。将手伸入蚊笼中停留3h,密切观察,发现蚊虫停落,计算3h内所有停落蚊虫的停留时间,计算均值。

实验结果中,实施例1~6的停留的蚊虫数为7±2只,计算每组停留蚊虫的停留时间均值。结果如表4所示,表明L-PDMS能够促进蚊虫的逃逸,使其停留后快速逃离被试者涂抹有驱蚊组合物的皮肤表面。
实施例7
一种安全无毒的驱蚊组合物制备方法,包括步骤:
S1、水锅中加入流体特性调节剂(A组)物料,然后搅拌升温至80-85℃,油锅中加入第一驱蚊剂物料(B组),然后搅拌升温至80-85℃。两相混合,均质乳化5分钟,搅拌保湿20分钟,冷却降温;
S2、降温至60℃,加入抗菌消炎舒缓剂(C组)物料,搅拌均匀;
S3、继续降温至40℃以下,加入PH调节剂(D组)、第二驱蚊剂物料(E组),缓慢搅拌至均匀;
S4、取料检验,合格后过滤出料;
S5、静置:出料后将料体静置12小时;
S6、化检:出料12小时后,取样化验;
S7、灌装、喷码:经检验合格后,灌装、喷码;
S8、成品:经检验合格的产品放置合格证后,封箱,入库。
所使用的的设备包括:纯水处理机、电子台称、自动乳化搅拌机、蒸汽加热发生器、臭氧消毒柜、自动灌装机、电子天平、激光喷码机。
显然,本发明的上述实施例仅仅是为清楚地说明本发明技术方案所作的举例,而并非是对本发明的具体实施方式的限定。凡在本发明权利要求书的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换和改进等,均应包含在本发明权利要求的保护范围之内。
Claims (10)
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种安全无毒的驱蚊组合物,其特征在于,抗菌消炎舒缓剂中水、丙二醇、甘草根提取物、龙胆根提取物、苦参根提取物、蛇床果提取物、青蒿提取物的比例为35:60:1:1:1:1:1。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种安全无毒的驱蚊组合物,其特征在于,第一驱蚊剂包含乳化剂0.4~0.6份、苦油树籽油0.1~0.2份、1,2己二醇0.3份~0.6、孟二醇1.8~2.2份。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种安全无毒的驱蚊组合物,其特征在于,乳化剂为山梨坦橄榄油酸酯、鲸蜡硬脂基葡糖苷的混合物,比例为1:1。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种安全无毒的驱蚊组合物,其特征在于,第二驱蚊剂包含防腐剂0.4~0.6份、亚香茅油0.3~0.8份。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种安全无毒的驱蚊组合物,其特征在于,防腐剂为苯氧乙醇、乙基己基甘油混合物,比例为9:1。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种安全无毒的驱蚊组合物,其特征在于,流体特性调节剂中水、卡波姆、甲基丙二醇、海藻糖重量份分别为90.106、0.08、5、0.1份;第一驱蚊剂中乳化剂、苦油树籽油、1,2己二醇、孟二醇重量份分别为0.5、0.15、0.5、2份,其中乳化剂为山梨坦橄榄油酸酯、鲸蜡硬脂基葡糖苷的混合物,山梨坦橄榄油酸酯、鲸蜡硬脂基葡糖苷比例为1:1;第二驱蚊剂中防腐剂、亚香茅油重量份分别为0.5、0.5份,其中防腐剂为苯氧乙醇、乙基己基甘油混合物,苯氧乙醇、乙基己基甘油比例为9:1。
9.权利要求1~8任一项所述安全无毒的驱蚊组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,包括步骤:
S1、将流体特性调节剂、第一驱蚊剂物料分别搅拌均匀并加热至80-85℃后,将流体特性调节剂物料与第一驱蚊剂物料混合,均质乳化5min,搅拌保湿20min,进行冷却降温;
S2、待降温至60℃,加入抗菌消炎舒缓剂物料,搅拌均匀;
S3、继续降温至40℃以下,加入PH调节剂、第二驱蚊剂物料,缓慢搅拌至均匀,得驱蚊喷雾组合物。
10.一种包含权利要求1~8任一项所述的安全无毒的驱蚊组合物的驱蚊和/或防蚊和/或舒缓止痒产品。
