All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Example one
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the massager includes a massage member 1, a driving mechanism 3 for driving the massage member 1 to extend and retract, and a housing 5 for accommodating and fixing the massage member 1 and the driving mechanism 3.
The massage member 1 has an opening 11 at one end. As shown in fig. 1 and 4, the massager further includes a cover 7 covering the housing 5 to seal the opening 11.
In this embodiment, the massage member 1 is connected with an annular frame 8, and the annular frame 8 is fixed on the housing 5.
The drive mechanism 3 includes a first member 31 fixed to the housing 5, a second member 33 opposed to the first member 31 and spaced apart from the first member, and an elastic member 35 connecting the first member 31 and the second member 33.
As shown in fig. 4, an annular plate 9 is disposed between the first member 31 and the annular frame 8, and the annular plate 9 is fixedly connected to the first member 31 and the annular frame 8, respectively, so as to fix the first member 31 to the housing 5. Specifically, the annular plate 9 may be fixedly connected to the first member 31 and the annular frame 8, respectively, by fasteners.
The first part 31 and the second part 33 are both ring-shaped and arranged around the massage member 1, and the first part 31 is closer to the opening 11 than the second part 33.
In other embodiments, the first member 31 and the annular frame 8 may be disposed at an end remote from the opening 11, while the second member 33 is disposed at an end adjacent to the opening 11.
The elastic member 35 is injection molded in the massage member 1, the elastic member 35 has at least one arc portion 351 bent in a direction close to the axis of the first member 31, and the inner wall of the massage member 1 has a contour conforming to that of the elastic member 35. When a portion to be massaged is placed in the massage member 1 and moved relative to the massage member 1, the arc portion 351 is changed between a force-applied state and a force-lost state. The arc-shaped part 351 is elastically deformed under the action of an external force to drive the second member 33 to move in a direction away from the first member 31, and after the external force is removed, the second member 33 is driven to move in a direction close to the first member 31, so that the driving mechanism 3 drives the massage part 1 to stretch and contract.
Specifically, when the arc portion 351 of the elastic member 35 is acted by external force, since the two ends of the elastic member 35 are respectively connected to the first member 31 and the second member 33, and the first member 31 is fixed to the housing 5, the elastic member 35 can only be stretched and deformed in a direction away from the first member 31, so as to drive the second member 33 to move in a direction away from the first member 31. When the external force applied to the arc-shaped portion 351 of the elastic member 35 is removed, the arc-shaped portion 351 of the elastic member 35 drives the second member 33 to retract due to the elastic force (i.e., the arc-shaped portion 351 is deformed again).
As shown in fig. 4, four elastic members 35 are provided, and the four elastic members 35 are spaced around the axis of the first member 31; the arc-shaped parts 351 are formed by bending parts of the elastic members 35 in the axial direction close to the first member 31, each elastic member 35 has two arc-shaped parts 351 arranged at intervals, and the bending degree and the area of the arc-shaped parts 351 are the same; the part of the elastic member 35 between the two arc-shaped portions 351 is further bent towards the axial direction away from the first member 31 to form a protruding portion 352, that is, the elastic member 35 is wavy, correspondingly, the contour of the inner wall of the massage member 1 is also wavy, and the wavy elastic member 35 is beneficial to improving the touch feeling when the inner wall of the massage member 1 contacts with the massage part, so as to be beneficial to improving the massage experience.
