The following description of the embodiments of the present invention will be made clearly and fully with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is evident that the embodiments described are only some, but not all embodiments of the invention. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
Example 1
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the massager includes a massage member 1, a driving mechanism 3 for driving the massage member 1 to extend and retract, and a housing 5 for accommodating and fixing the massage member 1 and the driving mechanism 3.
The massage element 1 has an opening 11 at one end. As shown in fig. 1 and 4, the massage machine further includes a cover 7 that covers the housing 5 to seal the opening 11.
In this embodiment, the massaging element 1 is connected to an annular frame 8, and the annular frame 8 is fixed to the housing 5.
The driving mechanism 3 includes a first member 31 fixed to the housing 5, a second member 33 disposed opposite to the first member 31 with a space therebetween, and an elastic member 35 connecting the first member 31 and the second member 33.
As shown in fig. 4, an annular plate 9 is disposed between the first component 31 and the annular frame 8, and the annular plate 9 is fixedly connected with the first component 31 and the annular frame 8 respectively, so as to fix the first component 31 to the housing 5. In particular, the annular plate 9 may be fixedly connected to the first part 31 and the annular frame 8, respectively, by means of fasteners.
The first part 31 and the second part 33 are both annular and arranged around the massaging element 1, and the first part 31 is closer to the opening 11 than the second part 33.
In other embodiments, the first member 31 and the annular frame 8 may be disposed at an end remote from the opening 11, while the second member 33 is disposed at an end near the opening 11.
The elastic member 35 is injection molded in the massage member 1, the elastic member 35 has at least one arc portion 351 formed by bending in a direction approaching the axis of the first member 31, and the inner wall of the massage member 1 has a contour conforming to the elastic member 35. When a part to be massaged is placed in the massage device 1 and moves relative to the massage device 1, the arc portion 351 is changed between a stressed state and a non-stressed state. The arc portion 351 is elastically deformed by an external force, and can drive the second part 33 to move away from the first part 31, and after the external force is removed, drive the second part 33 to move towards the first part 31, so as to realize that the driving mechanism 3 drives the massage member 1 to stretch.
Specifically, when the arc portion 351 of the elastic member 35 is subjected to an external force, since both ends of the elastic member 35 are respectively connected to the first member 31 and the second member 33, and the first member 31 is fixed to the housing 5, the elastic member 35 can be deformed to be stretched only in a direction away from the first member 31, thereby driving the second member 33 to move in a direction away from the first member 31. When the external force applied to the arc-shaped portion 351 of the elastic member 35 is removed, the arc-shaped portion 351 of the elastic member 35 drives the second member 33 to retract due to the elastic force (i.e., the arc-shaped portion 351 is deformed in a recovery manner).
As shown in fig. 4, the elastic members 35 are provided with four, and the four elastic members 35 are disposed at intervals around the axis of the first member 31; the arc-shaped parts 351 are formed by bending parts of the elastic pieces 35 in the direction close to the axis of the first component 31, each elastic piece 35 is provided with two arc-shaped parts 351 which are arranged at intervals, and the bending degree and the bending area of the arc-shaped parts 351 are the same; the portion of the elastic member 35 located between the two arc-shaped portions 351 is further bent away from the axial direction of the first member 31 to form a protruding portion 352, that is, the elastic member 35 is wavy, accordingly, the contour of the inner wall of the massage member 1 is wavy, and the wavy elastic member 35 is beneficial to improving the touch feeling when the inner wall of the massage member 1 contacts with the massage portion, thereby improving the massage experience. Specifically, when the arc portion 351 is elastically deformed by an external force to drive the second member 33 to move away from the first member 31, the second member 33 compresses the spring 393, so that the spring 393 generates an elastic force in a direction from the second member 33 to the first member 31, and when the arc portion 351 is removed from the external force, the spring 393 provides a restoring force for the second member 33 to move toward the first member 31, so that a retraction response of the second member 33 can be increased. The guiding and supporting functions for the fixing frame 3 are enhanced by providing the guiding posts 391 and the elastic frames 395.
In the present embodiment, a plurality of elastic pieces 397 are formed to extend from the elastic frame 395, which are injection molded in the massage device 1 and generate elastic force in a direction perpendicular to the axis of the first member 31.
