Referring to fig. 1 to 5, in an embodiment of the present invention, a household appliance 100 is provided, the household appliance 100 is formed with an accommodating space 101 and a conveying channel 301 communicated with the accommodating space 101, the household appliance 100 includes a power device 60 and a movable member 40, and the power device 60 is configured to convey an object through the conveying channel 301 and make the object enter the accommodating space 101. The movable element 40 is used for blocking or penetrating the conveying channel 301, and when the movable element 40 blocks the conveying channel 301, the power device 60 is used for conveying the object in the conveying channel 301 to the accommodating space 101.
In the household appliance 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention, the power device 60 can transport the object in the transportation channel 301 to the accommodating space 101 under the condition that the movable member 40 blocks the transportation channel 301, so that the residual amount of the object in the transportation channel 301 is reduced or the object is completely cleaned, and a certain cleanliness degree in the transportation channel 301 is ensured.
Referring to fig. 3, in the present embodiment, the household electrical appliance 100 can process an object falling into the accommodating space 101, for example, for an electric rice cooker, the object can be rice, the electric rice cooker includes a quantitative cavity 104, the accommodating space 101 can be a space in the quantitative cavity 104, the quantitative cavity 104 can quantify the rice, the power device 60 is used for sending the rice into the accommodating space 101 of the quantitative cavity 104 through the conveying channel 301, and then the rice in the accommodating space 101 enters the inner container 103 of the electric rice cooker through the quantitative cavity 104, so that the electric rice cooker can cook the rice in the inner container 103.
Of course, referring to fig. 4, in other embodiments, the rice cooker may not be provided with the quantitative cavity 104, in such embodiments, the accommodating space 101 may be a space inside the inner container 103 of the rice cooker, and the power device 60 is used for sending rice into the accommodating space 101 through the conveying channel 301, so that the rice cooker can cook rice in the inner container 103.
Of course, in other embodiments, the accommodating space 101 may also be a space in a rice washing device of the electric rice cooker, the rice washing device can wash rice, the power device is used for sending the rice into the accommodating space in the rice washing device through the conveying channel, and then the washed rice enters the inner container of the electric rice cooker through the rice washing device, so that the electric rice cooker can cook the rice in the inner container.
Further, when rice remains in the transfer passage 301, the rice is liable to mold and the transfer passage 301 is contaminated, which causes the inside of the electric rice cooker to be soiled and affects the health of the user. The power device 60 can enable the rice remained in the conveying channel 301 to enter the accommodating space 101 under the condition that the movable piece 40 cuts off the conveying channel 301, so that the residual quantity of the rice in the conveying channel 301 is reduced or the rice is completely cleaned, and a certain cleanliness degree in the conveying channel 301 is ensured. It is understood that, in other embodiments, the object is not limited to rice, but may be beans, meat, kitchen waste, etc. that can be processed by the home appliance 100.
In some embodiments, the household appliance 100 includes a storage device 20, the storage device 20 is formed with a storage space 201, the storage space 201 is communicated with the accommodating space 101 through a conveying channel 301, and the power device 60 is used for conveying the object in the storage space 201 through the conveying channel 301 and making the object enter the accommodating space 101.
As such, a convenient object is added to the home appliance 100.
Specifically, the storage device 20 can store objects, and the objects in the storage device 20 can be conveyed into the accommodating space 101 through the conveying passage 301. After the object in the storing device 20 is used up, the user can directly add the object into the storing device 20, which is convenient for the user to add the object to the storing device 20.
In some embodiments, the storage device 20 is detachably connected or fixedly connected to the household appliance 100. In some embodiments, the household appliance 100 may omit the storage device 20, and the storage device 20 may be detachably mounted to the household appliance 100 as an external component of the household appliance 100. In use, the storage device 20 loaded with the object can be detachably mounted to the household appliance 100 at a preset position, so that the power device 60 can convey the object from the storage device 20 to the accommodating space 101 through the conveying channel 301. When the storage device 20 needs to be replaced when the object in the storage device 20 is used up, the storage device 20 is detached from the household appliance 100, and another storage device 20 containing the object is mounted to the household appliance 100. In this way, the object may be pre-processed (e.g., cleaned and dried) and then the storage device 20 is packaged, and the household appliance 100 may directly process the object from the storage device 20 (e.g., directly perform water injection cooking on rice), which may reduce the time for the household appliance 100 to process the object and improve the efficiency.
Specifically, the storage device 20 is provided with a storage space 201, and the power device 60 can convey the object in the storage space 201 to the accommodating space 101 when the movable member 40 penetrates the conveying passage 301. When the movable member 40 blocks the conveying passage 301, the object in the storage space 201 is not conveyed to the accommodating space 101, but the object remaining in the conveying passage 301 and located between the movable member 40 and the accommodating space 101 is conveyed to the accommodating space 101.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, in some embodiments, the movable member 40 blocks the conveying passage 301, which means that the position of the movable member 40 is such that an object is blocked by the movable member 40 at a position of the conveying passage 301 and cannot pass through. For example, the movable member 40 may be at least partially located in the conveying channel 301 to separate the conveying channel 301, in such a case, the portion of the movable member 40 located in the conveying channel 301 can block the object in the storage space 201 on one side of the movable member 40, so as to prevent the object in the storage space 201 from entering the accommodating space 101, thereby achieving the function of partition.
In some embodiments, the movable member 40 may be disposed at an end of the conveying channel 301 close to the storage space 201, and more specifically, the movable member 40 may be disposed at an inlet of the conveying channel 301, so that in a case that the conveying channel 301 is blocked, the object in the storage space 201 does not enter the conveying channel 301, and the object remaining in the conveying channel 301 may be conveyed to the accommodating space 101, so that the residual amount of the object in the conveying channel 301 is reduced or the object is completely cleaned, and a certain cleanliness degree in the conveying channel 301 is ensured.
It is understood that the movable member 40 may be disposed not only at the inlet of the conveyance path 301, but also the specific position of the movable member 40 may be set according to various situations. For example, in one example, the moveable member 40 may also be disposed at any location within the delivery channel 301 (e.g., an intermediate location of the delivery channel 301). The specific position of the movable member 40 can be set according to different situations. The specific location of the moveable member 40 is not limited herein.
Referring to fig. 7 and 10, the movable member 40 is used to pass through the conveying passage 301, and refers to a position of the movable member 40 such that an object can pass through without being blocked by the movable member 40 at a certain position of the conveying passage 301. In this case, the objects in the storage space 201 can pass through the conveyance path 301, and thus a through function is realized.
That is, in a case where the movable member 40 blocks the conveying passage 301, the object in the storage space 201 may be blocked by the movable member 40 so that the blocked object may not enter the accommodating space 101. When the movable member 40 penetrates the conveyance path 301, the object in the storage space 201 can move in the conveyance path 301 and enter the accommodation space 101.
Referring to fig. 1 to 9, in some embodiments, the household appliance 100 includes a body 10 and a delivery pipe 30, the delivery pipe 30 is connected to the body 10, the body 10 forms an accommodating space 101, and the delivery pipe 30 forms a delivery channel 301. The movable member 40 is movably connected with the conveying pipe 30, the movable member 40 can move relative to the conveying pipe 30 to block or penetrate the conveying channel 301, and under the condition that the movable member 40 blocks the conveying channel 301, the power device 60 is used for conveying the objects in the conveying channel 301 to the accommodating space 101.
In this way, the movable member 40 can move relative to the conveying pipe 30 to control the communication and the partition of the conveying channel 301, the position of the movable member 40 can be designed by referring to the position of the conveying pipe 30, and the design mode can be flexible and changeable.
Specifically, when the position of the delivery pipe 30 is determined, the delivery pipe 30 may be configured according to the spatial configuration inside the household appliance 100, for example, the delivery pipe 30 may be designed in different shapes to meet the spatial configuration requirement inside the household appliance 100, and after the position of the delivery pipe 30 is determined, the position of the movable member 40 may be configured differently according to different requirements along the extending direction of the delivery pipe 30.
In the illustrated embodiment, the delivery tube 30 is connected to the storage device 20 such that the body 10 and the storage device 20 can be connected through the delivery tube 30, that is, the delivery tube 30 is connected to the storage device 20 and the body 10 such that the objects in the storage device 20 can be fed into the accommodating space 101 of the body 10 through the delivery tube 30. In this way, the object in the storage device 20 can enter the accommodating space 101 through the conveying pipe 30.
In some embodiments, the body 10 is detachably connected to the delivery tube 30, so that the storage device 20, the body 10, and the delivery tube 30 can be detached for maintenance or replacement, respectively. Wherein, the detachable connection can be screw connection, clamping connection and the like. The specific type of detachable connection is not limited herein.
Further, the delivery tube 30 may be made of plastic. The plastic is easy to form, has high plasticity and is easy to realize in shape. It will be appreciated that the delivery tube 30 may also be made of metal or rubber material, and is not limited to plastic.
Wherein the planar shape of the movable member 40 may be circular, so that the movable member 40 can be better fitted with the inside of the transmission pipe 30.
It will be appreciated that the planar shape of the moveable member 40 is not merely circular. The particular shape of the moveable member 40 can be configured according to different circumstances. For example, in other embodiments, the planar shape of the moveable member 40 may also be rectangular, triangular, polygonal, etc. The specific shape of the movable member 40 is not limited herein.
Referring to fig. 6, 8 and 10, in some embodiments, the conveying pipe 30 is formed with a sliding channel 70 communicated with the conveying channel 301, and the movable member 40 is configured to move into the conveying channel 301 through the sliding channel 70 to block the conveying channel 301, or move outward from the conveying channel 301 through the sliding channel 70 to communicate the conveying channel 301.
In this manner, movement of moveable member 40 is facilitated.
Specifically, the sliding channel 70 may guide the movement of the movable member 40 during the movement of the movable member 40, so as to prevent the movement of the movable member 40 from deviating or deviating a relatively large amount, so that the movable member 40 cannot block the conveying channel 301.
When the sliding channel 70 is provided, the movable member 40 moves along the sliding channel 70 to realize the penetration or the blocking of the conveying channel 301, and the structure is simple and easy to realize.
Referring to FIG. 11, in some embodiments, the movable member 40 is pivotally connected to the delivery tube 30, and the movable member 40 can pivot relative to the delivery tube 30 to block or open the delivery passage 301.
In this way, the movable member 40 can block or penetrate the conveyance passage 301 when rotating, and is simple in structure and easy to implement.
Specifically, the movable member 40 may be rotatably coupled to the transmission pipe 30 by a rotating shaft 402. For example, the rotating shaft 402 is disposed in the conveying pipe 30 and located inside the conveying passage 301, the movable member 40 is fixedly connected to the rotating shaft 402, and the rotating shaft 402 rotates to drive the movable member 40 to rotate. Referring to fig. 11, the movable element 40 can be located at a first position P1 and a second position P2, and can be switched between a first position P1 and a second position P2, and in the case of the first position P1, the movable element 40 blocks the conveying passage 301, an object located on the left side of the movable element 40 is blocked by the movable element 40 and cannot pass through, and an object located on the right side of the movable element 40 can be conveyed to the accommodating space 101 by the power device 60. When the movable element 40 is located at the second position P2, the conveyance path 301 is penetrated by the movable element 40, and an object can pass through the conveyance path. It should be noted that fig. 11 only shows one of the first positions P1 and one of the second positions P2. It is understood that the first position P1 may be a plurality of positions and the second position P2 may be a plurality of positions, such that objects located to the left of the moveable member 40 cannot pass through the moveable member 40 when the moveable member 40 is in one of the first positions P1 and objects located to the left of the moveable member 40 can pass through the moveable member 40 when the moveable member 40 is in one of the second positions P2. In addition, the rotating shaft 402 can be connected to an electric driving member, and the electric driving member drives the movable member 40 to rotate back and forth, or the electric driving member drives the rotating shaft 402 to rotate in one direction, and the reset member drives the rotating shaft 402 to rotate in the opposite direction, or the rotating shaft 402 can be connected to an operating member, which can be operated by a user to drive the rotating shaft 402 to rotate back and forth. The electric drive includes, but is not limited to, an electric motor, a solenoid valve, and the like. The restoring member includes, but is not limited to, a spring, a coil spring, a torsion spring, a cylinder, a hydraulic cylinder, etc.
In some embodiments, the moveable member 40 is rotatably disposed within the transfer passage 301.
As such, the arrangement of the movable member 40 in the conveying channel 301 enables the overall structure of the household appliance 100 to be more compact, which in turn facilitates the miniaturized production of the household appliance 100.
Specifically, the rotating shaft 402 can extend into the conveying passage 301 and connect with the movable member 40 to drive the movable member 40 to rotate.
It is understood that in other embodiments, the moveable member 40 may not be disposed solely within the delivery channel 301. In some embodiments, the moveable member 40 may rotate out of the delivery channel 301, and in some embodiments, a portion of the moveable member 40 may rotate out of the delivery channel 301.
Under the condition that the movable member 40 can rotate to the outside of the conveying passage 301, the rotating shaft 402 is arranged on the conveying pipe 30, the movable member 40 is fixedly connected with the rotating shaft 402, the movable member 40 can rotate relative to the conveying pipe 30, at the moment, an opening can be formed in the conveying pipe 30, the movable member 40 can rotate to the outside of the conveying passage 301 of the conveying pipe 30, and the movable member 40 can rotate to enter the conveying passage 301 through the opening to block the conveying passage 301.
When the movable member 40 is located in the duct 301 of the conveying pipe 30, the movable member 40 can be rotated out of the conveying passage 301 through the opening, so that the conveying passage 301 is communicated.
Of course, the above description merely illustrates two rotational modes of the movable member 40. In other embodiments, the rotation mode of the movable member 40 may not be limited to the above two modes, and specifically, the rotation mode of the movable member 40 may be set according to different situations. The particular manner of rotation of the moveable member 40 is not limited herein.
In some embodiments, the household appliance 100 includes a driving member 50, and the driving member 50 is used for driving the movable member 40 to move relative to the transmission pipe 30 so that the movable member 40 blocks or penetrates the transmission passage 301.
Thus, the driving member 50 can drive the movable member 40 to move, and the movable member 40 does not need to be manually controlled to move, so that the household appliance 100 is intelligent.
Specifically, in the above-described embodiment, the movable member 40 may block or penetrate the conveyance passage 301 by translating within the slide passage 70, or the movable member 40 may block or penetrate the conveyance passage 301 by rotating. The type of drive member 50 is different depending on the movement pattern.
The type of the driving member 50 will be explained below in the case where the movable element 40 blocks or penetrates the conveyance passage 301 by means of translation.
In one embodiment, the driving part 50 may include a hydraulic assembly, the hydraulic assembly includes a hydraulic cylinder and a hydraulic rod, the hydraulic cylinder is used for controlling the hydraulic rod to move telescopically, and the movable member 40 is fixedly connected to the hydraulic rod, so that the hydraulic cylinder can make the hydraulic rod move telescopically to drive the movable member 40 to move horizontally in the sliding channel 70, so that the movable member 40 can enter the conveying channel 301 along the sliding channel 70 to block the conveying channel 301, or the movable member 40 can leave the conveying channel 301 along the sliding channel 70 to penetrate the conveying channel 301.
In another embodiment, the driving part 50 may include a solenoid valve assembly, the solenoid valve assembly includes a valve seat, a connecting rod and a spring disposed between the valve seat and the connecting rod, when the solenoid valve assembly is powered on, the electromagnetic force may make the connecting rod translate relative to the valve seat, and the movable member 40 is fixedly connected to the connecting rod, so that after the solenoid valve assembly is powered on, the connecting rod may move towards a direction away from the valve seat, at this time, the movement of the connecting rod may drive the movable member 40 to enter the conveying passage 301 along the sliding passage 70 to block the conveying passage 301, in which case, the spring is in an extended state. Under the condition of the power failure of the electromagnetic valve assembly, the electromagnetic force disappears, at the moment, the spring needs to return to the original state, and a pulling force is given to the connecting rod, so that the connecting rod moves towards the direction close to the valve seat, and at the moment, the movement of the connecting rod can drive the movable piece 40 to enter the conveying channel 301 along the sliding channel 70 so as to penetrate through the conveying channel 301.
Of course, in the case where the movable element 40 movably blocks or penetrates the conveying passage 301, the driving member 50 may not only include a solenoid valve assembly or a hydraulic assembly, and the specific type of the driving member 50 may be set according to different situations, but only the movable element 40 may be moved in the sliding passage 70. For example, in other embodiments, the drive member 50 may also include a pneumatic assembly. The specific type of the driving member 50 is not limited herein.
The type of the driving member 50 will be explained below in the case where the movable element 40 blocks or penetrates the conveyance path 301 by rotating.
In one embodiment, the driving member 50 may comprise a motor assembly including a motor and a shaft 402, wherein the motor is used for driving the shaft 402 to rotate. The movable member 40 is fixedly connected to the rotating shaft 402, and when the movable member 40 is disposed in the conveying passage 301, the motor can drive the movable member 40 to rotate through the rotating shaft 402 to pass through or block the conveying passage 301.
Of course, in the case that the movable element 40 blocks or penetrates the conveying passage 301 in a rotating manner, the driving member 50 may not only include a motor assembly, but also may be a specific type of the driving member 50 according to different situations, and only the movable element 40 needs to be capable of rotating. The specific type of the driving member 50 is not limited herein.
In some embodiments, the household appliance 100 comprises an elastic element connected to the moving part 40, which is intended to exert a force on the moving part 40 to maintain the moving part 40 blocked and/or with a tendency to pass through the delivery channel 301.
In this way, the structure that keeps the mobile element 40 blocked and/or tends to penetrate the conveyor channel 301 is relatively simple and easy to implement.
Specifically, the elastic element, when compressed or stretched by an external force, can provide an opposite force, and when the external force is removed, the force makes the elastic element return to the state before the external force acts on the elastic element, so as to maintain the tendency of the movable member 40 to block or penetrate the conveying passage 301, or to maintain the tendency of the movable member to block or penetrate the conveying passage 301, according to the requirement. In the case of the tendency of the elastic elements to keep the movable member 40 blocked and pass through the conveying passage 301, the number of the elastic elements may be two, one elastic element keeps the movable member 40 blocked and the other elastic element keeps the movable member 40 passed through the conveying passage 301, and the switching of the state of the movable member 40 may be realized by another external force, for example, an external force provided by the motor assembly, the solenoid valve assembly, and the like of the above-described embodiments.
In particular, the movable member 40 is normally an electric driving member, which needs to be energized to perform the action of the movable member 40, and if the movable member 40 keeps blocking the conveying passage 301 and penetrating the conveying passage 301, which needs to be maintained by the electric driving member, this inevitably results in long working time of the electric driving member and large power consumption, so in this case, the elastic element can keep the movable member 40 in blocking and/or penetrating the conveying passage 301 without consuming power, which is beneficial to reducing the energy consumption of the household appliance 100 and prolonging the service life of the electric driving member.
The elastic element includes, but is not limited to, a spring, a torsion spring, and the like, which are capable of elastically deforming.
The tendency of the movable member 40 to remain blocked or to pass through the transfer passage 301 is explained below. In the following description, the movable member 40 is translationally moved to block or pass through the conveyance path 301.
Specifically, in the case of a partition, the movable member 40 is located in the conveying channel 301, and at this time, the elastic element can apply an acting force to the movable member 40, so that the movable member 40 can be stably maintained in the conveying channel 301, and the movable member 40 is prevented from accidentally leaving the conveying channel 301, for example, one end of the elastic element abuts against one end of the movable member 40 or a portion protruding from the movable member 40, and the other end of the elastic element abuts against a fixed part outside the conveying pipe 30. Under the condition that external force acts on the movable piece 40 and overcomes the acting force of the elastic element to enable the movable piece 40 to extend out of the conveying channel 301, the elastic element is compressed, and at the moment, the movable piece 40 extends out of the conveying channel 301 to enable the conveying channel 301 to be communicated. When the external force is removed, the elastic element recovers and drives the movable member 40 to enter the conveying passage 301 again to block the conveying passage 301.
In some embodiments, the household appliance 100 is provided with a vent 401, and the vent 401 is used for providing airflow to the power device 60 to draw an object between the movable member 40 and the accommodating space 101 into the accommodating space 101 under the condition that the movable member 40 blocks the conveying channel 301.
In this way, the power device 60 can convey the object by means of the air flow, and the air flow can enter the conveying channel 301 from the air vent 401 to form convection in the conveying channel 301, so that the power device 60 can move the object by the air flow.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the power device 60 can convey the object by sucking air in the conveying passage 301. The vent 401 is used for introducing air into the conveying channel 301 to provide air flow for the power device 60, so that, when the power device 60 works, the power device 60 can establish air flow in the direction from the movable element 40 to the accommodating space 101, so that an object located between the movable element 40 and the accommodating space 101 can move in the direction of the air flow to enter the accommodating space 101. Moreover, in some cases, the vent 401 is also used for blocking the object from passing through, so that when the movable member 40 blocks the conveying channel 301 and the power device 60 is in operation, the vent 401 blocks the object on the side of the vent 401 close to the storage space 201, and thus the object in the storage space 201 can be prevented from passing through the vent 401 to enter the accommodating space 101.
In this embodiment, the power plant 60 comprises a fan. For example, a fan may be disposed on a side of the conveying pipe 30 away from the storage device 20, the fan is communicated with the conveying pipe 30 and establishes an air flow in the conveying pipe 30 so that the objects in the storage space 201 can enter the conveying channel 301 along the air flow direction and then be conveyed to the accommodating space 101. In another embodiment, a blower may be positioned at a side of the conveying pipe 30 close to the storage device 20, the blower is communicated with the conveying pipe 30 and establishes an air flow in the conveying pipe 30 so that the objects in the storage space 201 are blown to the accommodating space 101.
In other embodiments, the power device 60 may include a conveyor belt, the conveyor belt may be located in the conveying channel 301, and the power device 60 is configured to drive the conveyor belt to move the objects located on the conveyor belt, and enter the accommodating space 101 after the objects move a certain stroke.
It is to be understood that the above description is merely illustrative of two different types of power plant 60. In other embodiments, the power plant 60 does not include only the two types described above. In other embodiments, the power device 60 may further include a retractable plate, the retractable plate is located in the conveying channel 301, and the power device 60 is configured to drive the retractable plate to perform a retractable motion so as to move the object located on the retractable plate, and the object enters the accommodating space 101 after moving a certain stroke. The specific type of power plant 60 is not limited herein.
It will be appreciated that in embodiments where the power plant 60 includes a conveyor belt, the moveable member 40 may be disposed above the conveyor belt and be capable of moving in a direction toward and away from the conveyor belt. In embodiments where the power device 60 includes a retractable plate, the moveable member 40 may be disposed above the retractable plate and movable in a direction toward and away from the retractable plate.
In this manner, in the case where the movable member 40 moves in a direction to approach the conveyor belt or the expansion plate, the movable member 40 can approach the conveyor belt or the expansion plate to block the conveyance passage 301. In the case where the movable member 40 moves in a direction away from the conveyor belt or the expansion plate, the movable member 40 can move away from the conveyor belt or the expansion plate to pass through the conveyance passage 301.

In the embodiment where the accommodating space 101 is a space in the quantitative cavity 104, the quantitative cavity 104 may be disposed in the upper body 1011, the accommodating space 101 is disposed in the upper body 1011, the quantitative cavity 104 is disposed above the inner container 103 of the electric rice cooker, the conveying pipe 30 is partially disposed in the upper body 1011 and conveys objects into the quantitative cavity 104, the movable member 40 is movably connected to a portion of the conveying pipe 30, the portion of the conveying pipe 30 may be disposed in the upper body 1011 and is as far away from the middle of the accommodating space 101 as possible, the power device 60 is capable of establishing an air flow in the conveying pipe 30 toward the power device 60, so that the objects in the conveying pipe 30 can move into the accommodating space 101 along the direction of the air flow, thereby avoiding objects remaining in the conveying pipe 30 or reducing the amount of objects remaining in the conveying pipe 30. The movement of the upper body 1011 may include rotation, or sliding, or both. Specifically, the upper body 1011 is rotatably connected to the main body 10, and the upper body 1011 is rotatable relative to the main body 10 to open or close the top opening of the inner container 103. For another example, the upper body 1011 is slidably provided to the connecting body 10, and the upper body 1011 is slidable relative to the connecting body 10 to open or close the top opening of the inner container 103. For another example, the upper body 1011 can be rotatably and slidably connected to the main body 10, and the upper body 1011 can be slidably moved relative to the main body 10 to open or close the top opening of the inner container 103, and can be rotatably provided at the side of the main body 10 relative to the main body 10.
Referring to fig. 4, taking the electric cooker as an example of the household appliance 100, the household appliance 100 may include an upper body 1011 disposed above the accommodating space 101, wherein the upper body 1011 is movable, and the upper body 1011 can be used to open or close the opening of the inner container 103. In the embodiment where the accommodating space 101 is a space inside the inner pot 103 of the rice cooker, the inner pot 103 is disposed below the upper body 1011, and the accommodating space 101 is located below the upper body 1011. Wherein, part of the conveying pipe 30 can be arranged in the upper body 1011, the movable part 40 can be movably connected with a part of the conveying pipe 30, the part of the conveying pipe 30 can be positioned in the upper body 1011 and far away from the middle of the accommodating space 101 as far as possible, so that when the power device 60 works, the power device 60 can establish an air flow towards the power device 60 in the conveying pipe 30, thereby enabling objects in the conveying pipe 30 to move into the accommodating space 101 along the direction of the air flow, further avoiding the objects remaining in the upper body 1011, or reducing the amount of the objects remaining in the upper body 1011.
In some embodiments, the upper body 1011 is removably connected to the body 10. Specifically, an accommodating space is provided below the upper body 1011, a circumferential opening is provided in the accommodating space, and the main body 10 can be taken out of and put into the accommodating space from the circumferential opening of the accommodating space.
The top of the body 10 is provided with a body opening, the body opening is communicated with the top opening of the inner container 103, and when the body 10 is located in the accommodating space, the conveying channel 301 can be communicated with the space in the body 10 through the body opening, so that the objects in the conveying channel 301 can be conveyed into the body 10, for example, the inner container 103.
Referring to fig. 12-15, in some embodiments, the vent 401 is implemented by at least one of:
the vent hole is arranged in the movable piece 40;
the vent hole is arranged on the pipe wall of the conveying pipe 30;
the vent hole is arranged in the connecting pipe 80, and two ends of the connecting pipe 80 are connected with the outer wall of the conveying pipe 30;
the vent is formed by the gap between the moveable member 40 and the inner wall of the delivery tube 30.
Therefore, the realization mode of the vent hole is flexible and changeable, and the vent hole is suitable for different requirements.
Specifically, referring to fig. 12, the vent 401 is opened on the movable member 40. As can be seen from the above, when the moving member 40 blocks the conveying passage 301, the moving member 40 is located on the conveying passage 301, the vent hole 401 is disposed on the moving member 40, and can block the passage of the object while introducing the air flow into the conveying passage 301, so that when the moving member 40 blocks the conveying passage 301, the power device 60 can draw the object located between the moving member 40 and the accommodating space 101 into the accommodating space 101, and the object in the storage space 201 cannot be drawn into the accommodating space 101, thereby ensuring a certain cleanliness of the conveying passage 301 located between the moving member 40 and the accommodating space 101.
Further, in the above example, the vent 401 may be a circular hole. It is understood that the shape of the vent 401 may not be circular. The specific shape of the vent 401 may be set according to different situations. For example, in other embodiments, the vent 401 may also be triangular, square, polygonal, or the like. The specific shape of the vent 401 is not limited herein.
Further, the number of the ventilation holes 401 may be plural, and the ventilation holes 401 may be distributed in an array, and each ventilation hole 401 may penetrate the movable member 40. In one example, the size of the vent 401 is smaller than the size of the object. It should be noted that the above examples are merely illustrative of one alternative size of vent and should not be construed as limiting the invention. The size of the vent 401 should be selected according to the size of the object so that the object (or most of the object) cannot pass through the vent 401 with the shutter 40 in the conveyance passage 301.
Referring to fig. 13, the vent 401 is formed in the wall of the duct 30. In the illustrated embodiment, the vent 401 is closer to the accommodating space 101 than the movable member 40 in the airflow direction. Under the condition that the movable piece 40 cuts off the conveying channel 301, the external air flow of the conveying pipe 30 can enter the conveying channel 301 through the vent hole 401, and under the condition that the power device 60 works, the air flow which is from the movable piece 40 to the direction of the accommodating space 101 is formed in the conveying channel 301, so that the object between the movable piece 40 and the accommodating space 101 can be drawn into the accommodating space 101, the object in the storage space 201 cannot be drawn into the accommodating space 101, and further certain cleanliness of the conveying channel 301 between the movable piece 40 and the accommodating space 101 is guaranteed.
In the above embodiment, the air vent 401 also has a function of blocking objects, and the air vent 401 can block objects in the conveyance path 301 from passing through the air vent 401.
Further, in the above example, the vent 401 may be circular. It is understood that the shape of the vent 401 may not be circular. The specific shape of the vent 401 may be set according to different situations. For example, in other embodiments, the vent 401 may also be triangular, square, polygonal, or the like. The specific shape of the vent 401 is not limited herein.
Further, the number of the vent holes 401 may be plural, and each vent hole 401 penetrates the surface of the movable member 40. For example, in this example, the number of vent holes 401 is two.
Referring to fig. 14, the vent 401 is formed in the connection pipe 80, and both ends of the connection pipe 80 are connected to the outer wall of the transmission pipe 30. The two ends of the connecting pipe 80 are connected to the outer wall of the conveying pipe 30, so that the connecting pipe 80 is communicated with the conveying passage 301, at this time, one side of the connecting pipe 80 is connected to the outer wall of the conveying pipe 30 between the movable member 40 and the storage space 201, and the other side of the connecting pipe 80 is connected to the outer wall of the conveying pipe 30 between the movable member 40 and the accommodating space 101, so that, when the movable member 40 blocks the conveying passage 301, the conveying pipe 30 between the movable member 40 and the storage space 201 can be communicated with the conveying pipe 30 between the movable member 40 and the accommodating space 101 through the connecting pipe 80, so that, when the movable member 40 blocks the conveying passage 301, the conveying passage 301 can obtain the airflow through the connecting pipe 80 to enable the power device 60 to establish the airflow from the movable member 40 toward the accommodating space 101, and at this time, the vent 401 is opened, this can prevent the object in the storage space 201 from passing through the connection tube 80 to enter the accommodating space 101. At this time, the size of the air vent 401 is also smaller than the size of the object.
Referring to fig. 15, the vent 401 is formed by a gap between the movable member 40 and the inner wall of the transmission pipe 30. With such an arrangement, the connecting pipe 80 does not need to be additionally added, or the vent hole 401 is arranged on the movable element 40, or the vent hole 401 is arranged on the pipe wall of the conveying pipe 30, and only by changing the size of the movable element 40, a gap is formed between the movable element 40 and the inner wall of the conveying pipe 30 under the condition that the conveying channel 301 is blocked by the movable element 40, so that the object in the storage space 201 can be prevented from passing through the gap to enter the accommodating space 101 while the storage space 201 is communicated with the accommodating space 101. Simple structure and easy realization.
It is understood that in other embodiments, the vent 401 may be provided by a combination of openings in the moveable member 40 and in the wall of the delivery tube 30, or the vent 401 may be provided by a combination of openings in the moveable member 40 and the gap between the moveable member 40 and the inner wall of the delivery tube 30, or the vent 401 may be provided by a combination of openings in the wall of the delivery tube 30 and in the connector tube 80. As can be seen from the above description, the implementation of the vent 401 may be set according to different situations, and the specific implementation of the vent 401 is not limited herein.
