1. The feeding effect is as follows:
the freeze-dried raw bone meat main food for dogs and cats prepared in examples 1-5 and comparative examples 1-5 and a control group (currently marketed dog and cat food) were fed to 20 dogs and cats (selected dogs and cats are the same in age and health status) respectively, and palatability verification and health status monitoring were performed, and the results are shown in table 1.
TABLE 1
Figure BDA0003007355640000061
Figure BDA0003007355640000071
From the figure, the health condition of dogs and cats eating the dog and cat food prepared by the invention is good, the nutrient substances are not lost, and the food intake is relatively large; the defects of poor palatability, poor immunity and the like of dog and cat foods which are not prepared according to the preparation method disclosed by the invention can be caused, for example, the microcapsule technology is not adopted in comparative example 1, so that the structures of the sheep colostrum and the sodium selenite can be partially destroyed, and the dog and cat foods can not completely absorb the nutrients provided by the sheep colostrum and the sodium selenite, so that the immunity is reduced, and the problems of bacterial infection and the like can be caused; the obtained dog and cat food does not exert all effects, and has poor palatability and deficient nutritional ingredients; the dog and cat food (control group) sold in the market is unbalanced in nutrition, so that the function of the dog and cat after eating the food is reduced, the immunity is poor, and the growth is retarded.
2. Stability test
The freeze-dried raw bone meat staple food for dogs and cats prepared in examples 1 to 5 and comparative examples 1 to 5 and the control dog and cat food (the existing market-sold dog and cat food) were stored in the same environment for 3 months, and the nutrient content before and after storage was measured. As a result, it was found that the nutrients of the canine/feline food prepared in examples 1 to 5 were not substantially lost, while the nutrient loss of comparative examples 1 and 3 was severe, and the analysis was probably due to the fact that the nutrients, particularly the immunoglobulin Ig structure, were changed in temperature, pH, freeze-drying, sterilization and storage conditions without microencapsulation, and were likely to suffer from partial denaturation and inactivation and partial structural destruction. Compared with the directly added sheep colostrum, the nutritional ingredients are protected by adopting a microencapsulation technology, the stability of immunoglobulin in the sheep colostrum is improved, the sustained release of nutritional factors is realized, the absorption rate is improved, the exposed sodium selenite is easy to be weathered and easy to generate oxidation-reduction reaction, and after microencapsulation, the sodium selenite is protected, the structural damage is avoided, and the bioavailability is enhanced. The nutritional ingredients of the dog and cat food of the control group are greatly reduced after the dog and cat food is stored for three months, and the nutritional value is obviously reduced.
The above description is only for the purpose of illustrating the preferred embodiments of the present invention and is not to be construed as limiting the invention, and any modifications, equivalents and improvements made within the spirit and principle of the present invention are intended to be included therein.
