The herbicide composition prepared in the embodiments 1-5 has obvious synergistic effect on the alternanthera philoxeroides, has good prevention and control effect on the regeneration of underground rhizomes of the alternanthera philoxeroides, has the effect remarkably superior to that of a single-agent use and a conventional removal formula, and has the advantages of high prevention effect and long lasting period.

The application of the pesticide later than the flowering period (7 months and 15 days) reduces the sensitivity to the pesticide with the increase of the age of the aquatic flowers, so that the pesticide has poor control effect and has no remarkable control effect on the whole growth period.
The weeding composition preparation can obtain an ideal control effect by selecting a specific period and spraying for 1 time, so that the application times are reduced, the labor intensity is reduced, water and medicine resources are saved, more importantly, the application amount is reduced by reducing the application times, and the residual amount of pesticide in a farm land is obviously lower than that of multiple applications.
