The nylon rope sleeve 201 is made of nylon rope sleeve with diameter of 25-40 mm, in this embodiment, nylon rope sleeve with diameter of 35mm is preferred, the gasket 202 is made of rubber sheet with thickness of 8-12 mm, in this embodiment, rubber sheet with thickness of 10mm is preferred, the limit post 203 is made of hollow rubber cylinder with bottom end of wedge-shaped structure, outer diameter of the hollow rubber cylinder is 16-20 mm, in this embodiment, hollow rubber cylinder with outer diameter of 18mm is preferred, inner diameter of the hollow rubber cylinder is 3mm larger than bottom end diameter of the wedge-shaped structure, a circle of groove is arranged in middle of the wedge-shaped structure, and width of the groove is matched with thickness of the gasket 202.
The directional wheels 401 and the universal wheels 402 are all 6 inches in size and are respectively connected with the upright post 101 in a welding mode.
The beneficial technical effects obtained by the embodiment are as follows:
(1) In the movable lifting silkworm bench disclosed by the application, the joints of the structural units are connected in a welding mode, the upright posts are made of angle steel, the supporting frame is made of square steel pipes, and the silkworm bench is made of square steel pipes and steel grids, so that the durability of the movable lifting silkworm bench is greatly improved.
(2) In the movable liftable silkworm bench disclosed by the application, the limit column is made of the hollow rubber cylinder with the wedge-shaped bottom end, and when the rope sleeve is tightened by the driving unit, the wedge-shaped structure at the bottom end of the limit column is connected with the hollow rubber cylinder at the top end of the limit column below the limit column in a joggle manner, so that the structural stability of the movable liftable silkworm bench is greatly improved.

On the basis of embodiment 2, this embodiment further provides a method for using the movable and liftable silkworm rack, which is the same technical features and technical description as embodiment 2, and is not described in detail in this embodiment.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the use method of the movable and liftable silkworm bench specifically comprises the following steps:
step 1: placing silkworm boards filled with young silkworms on movable silkworm tables 104, respectively;
step 2: when young silkworms develop to a cocooning period, taking out the cocooning frame placed on the lowest layer of fixed silkworm platform 104, and leading the cocooning frame to cocooning on the cocooning frame;
step 3: the movable silkworm platform 104 moves downwards along the upright post 101, and the movable silkworm platform 104 is fixed on the rope sleeve 201 in a mode of connecting the limiting posts 203 with the gaskets 202, so that the height between each layer of silkworm platform 104 is ensured to be enough for hanging the square cocooning frame;
step 4: suspending the cluster below the movable silkworm platform 104;
step 5: after cocoons in the cocooning frame are ripe, removing the cocooning frame, taking out cocoons from the cocooning frame and cleaning the cocooning frame;
step 6: the connection between the limit post 203 and the gasket 202 is released, the motor 304 is turned on, and the driving unit 3 tightens the rope sleeve 201;
step 7: under the action of the tension of the rope sleeve 201, the wedge-shaped structure at the bottom end of the limiting column 203 is connected with the hollow rubber column at the top end of the limiting column 203 below the wedge-shaped structure in a joggle joint manner, and at the moment, the motor 304 is turned off;
step 8: the cleaned cluster tiles are placed on the lowermost stationary silkworm table 104.

The using method of the movable liftable silkworm bench is characterized in that the movable liftable silkworm bench comprises a structural unit (1), a connecting unit (2), a driving unit (3) and casters (4), wherein the structural unit (1) adopts a cube frame structure with a plurality of layers of silkworm benches (104) and is used for bearing silkworm boards and square clusters, one end of the connecting unit (2) is connected with the structural unit (1), the other end of the connecting unit is connected with the driving unit (3) and is used for adjusting and controlling the height of the silkworm benches (104) of the structural unit (1), the driving unit (3) is arranged on the left side and the right side of the structural unit (1) and is connected with the connecting unit (2) and is used for controlling the lifting of the silkworm benches (104) of the structural unit (1), and the casters (4) are arranged at the bottom of the structural unit (1) and are connected with the structural unit (1) and are used for driving the silkworm benches to move;
the structure unit (1) comprises upright posts (101), supporting frames (102), pulleys (103) and silkworm tables (104), wherein the number of the upright posts (101) is four, the four upright posts are respectively arranged at four corners of the structure unit (1), the supporting frames (102) comprise two transverse supporting rods and two longitudinal supporting rods, the transverse supporting rods and the longitudinal supporting rods are connected in pairs to form a rectangular frame structure, and the rectangular frame is arranged at the top end of the upright post (101) and is connected with the upright post (101);

the connecting unit (2) comprises rope loops (201), gaskets (202) and limiting columns (203), wherein the number of the rope loops (201) is consistent with that of the pulleys (103), the rope loops (201) are vertically arranged below the pulleys (103), one ends of the rope loops (201) are connected with the silkworm table (104), the other ends of the rope loops penetrate through the pulleys (103) and are connected with the driving unit (3), the number of the gaskets (202) is the product of the number of the silkworm tables (104) and the number of the rope loops (201), a square sheet-shaped structure with round holes in the center is adopted, the square sheet-shaped structure is located below each connecting position of the rope loops (201) and the silkworm tables (104), the rope loops (201) penetrate through the round holes in the center of the gaskets (202), the number of the limiting columns (203) is consistent with that of the gaskets (202), and the square sheet-shaped structure is arranged above each connecting position of the rope loops (201) and the silkworm tables (104) and is arranged inside the rope loops (201).
The driving unit (3) comprises gears (301), bearing seats (302), bearings (303) and motor motors (304), wherein the number of the gears (301) is two, the gears (301) are respectively arranged on the inner sides of the longitudinal supporting rods, the rope sleeves (201) are wound on the gears (301) along the same direction, the number of the bearing seats (302) is two, the two bearing seats are respectively arranged on the outer sides of the longitudinal supporting rods, the two bearings (303) are respectively connected with the gears (301) through the bearing seats (302), and the two motor motors (304) are respectively arranged at two ends of the bearings (303);
the caster wheel (4) comprises two directional wheels (401), two universal wheels (402) and two brakes (403), wherein the number of the directional wheels (401) is two, the two directional wheels are respectively arranged below the two left upright posts (101), the number of the universal wheels (402) is two, the two universal wheels are respectively arranged below the two right upright posts (101), and the two brakes (403) are respectively arranged outside the universal wheels (402);
the application method of the movable liftable silkworm rack comprises the following steps of:
a. placing silkworm boards filled with young silkworms on movable silkworm tables (104) respectively;
b. when young silkworms develop to a cocooning period, taking out a cocooning frame placed on a fixed silkworm platform (104) at the lowest layer, and leading silkworms to the cocooning frame for cocooning;
c. the movable silkworm platform (104) moves downwards along the upright post (101), and the movable silkworm platform (104) is fixed on the rope sleeve (201) in a mode of connecting the limit post (203) with the gasket (202), so that the height between each layer of silkworm platform (104) is ensured to be enough to hang the square cluster;
d. suspending the cluster of squares below a movable silkworm platform (104);
e. after cocoons in the cocooning frame are ripe, removing the cocooning frame, taking out cocoons from the cocooning frame and cleaning the cocooning frame;
f. the connection between the limit column (203) and the gasket (202) is released, the switch of the motor (304) is opened, and the driving unit (3) tightens the rope sleeve (201);
