Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the present invention is directed to a fresh air device and a fresh air method for a drying and washing system, so as to solve the problems of bacteria breeding caused by the reuse of the drying air and the influence of indoor air discharge on human health.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme of the invention is realized as follows:

The invention also discloses a fresh air method of the drying and washing system, which comprises one or more than two of a clothes treatment device, a washing system, a clothes drying system, a nursing system and an airing system, and a fresh air system connected with the clothes treatment device, wherein the fresh air system is connected with the air treatment device, a plurality of control valve bodies, a temperature and/or humidity sensor and the clothes treatment device which needs hot air to work, and at least one end of the fresh air system is interacted with outdoor ambient air.
Compared with the prior art, the fresh air device and the fresh air method of the drying, washing and protecting system have the following advantages:
(1) the fresh air device of the drying and washing protection system comprises two or more combined devices of a washing system, a drying system, a clothes care system and a clothes drying system, wherein gas required by the washing protection system enters an air treatment device from an air inlet, the heated gas enters a corresponding washing protection system through a valve body according to the needs of a user to be washed and protected, the treated gas is discharged out of the washing protection system through a control valve and a conveying system, the high-efficiency utilization of the dried gas is realized, the influence of gas discharged in the clothes drying and nursing process on the indoor environment is reduced, the influence of waste gas generated in the clothes drying and nursing process on the body health of the user is eliminated, and the clothes washing and protecting efficiency can be improved through the fresh air mode.
(2) According to the fresh air device and the fresh air method of the drying and washing system, the problems of bacteria breeding caused by the repeated utilization of the drying air and the influence on human health caused by the indoor air exhausted are solved through the fresh air mode from the indoor to the outdoor or from the outdoor to the outdoor, so that better use experience is brought to users.
(3) The fresh air method of the drying and washing system is realized by adopting a fresh air method from indoor to outdoor or from outdoor to outdoor.

In order to make the technical means, objectives and functions of the present invention easy to understand, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the specific drawings.

Embodiment 1, as shown in fig. 2 to 11, the present invention discloses a fresh air device of a drying and washing system, including an air processing device 7, a clothes processing device and a conveying system 12, where the air processing device 7 includes at least one chamber 212, a heating device is disposed in at least one of the chambers 212, the heating device can heat air entering the chamber 212, the conveying system 12 is used to convey air to the air processing device 7 and convey air entering the air processing device 7 to the clothes processing device, and at least one end of the conveying system 12 is communicated with the outside.
The conveying system 12 inputs air to the air treatment device 7 through the air inlet pipe, the heating device arranged in at least one chamber 212 of the air treatment device 7 can heat the air entering the chamber 212 according to the requirement, when the fresh air device of the drying and washing system starts to work, the conveying system 12 conveys the air to the air treatment device 7, the air entering the chamber 212 is heated in at least one chamber 212 of the air treatment device 7 to change the air into high-temperature gas, the heated high-temperature gas enters the clothes treatment device under the control of the conveying system 12 to treat clothes, the gas after the treatment is discharged from the clothes treatment device under the control of the conveying system 12, at least one end of the conveying system 12 is communicated with the outside, so that a fresh air inlet and outlet mode of air inlet, heating and air outlet is formed in the air treatment device 7.
The air entering the clothes treatment device carries out clothes care work such as drying, wrinkle removal, deodorization and the like on clothes in the clothes treatment device, air after the clothes are treated in the clothes treatment device is discharged out of the clothes treatment device under the control action of the conveying system 12, at least one end of the conveying system 12 is communicated with the outdoor, so that the interaction between the drying and cleaning system and the air of the outdoor environment is realized, the fresh air function of the drying and cleaning system is realized, and the influence of the discharged air on the indoor environment in the clothes drying and cleaning process is reduced.
Preferably, the output end of the conveying system 12 is communicated with the outside of the room, a gas discharge pipe 11 is connected to the end of the conveying system 12, and the gas discharge pipe 11 is directly discharged to the outside of the room. Specifically, the air outlet 9 of the gas discharge pipe 11 is disposed on an indoor/outdoor separation structure 8, and the indoor/outdoor separation structure 8 may be a wall, glass, or any structure that separates indoor and outdoor environments.
As an example of the invention, the air treatment device 7 draws in air from the indoor environment and/or from the outdoor environment. Preferably, an air inlet 10 for sucking air into the air treatment device 7 is also arranged on the indoor and outdoor separation structure 8.
According to the fresh air device of the drying and washing system, the air inlet and the air outlet for nursing air can be communicated with each other in the external environment, so that the influence of the air exhausted in the clothes drying and nursing process on the indoor environment is avoided, and the influence of waste gas generated in the washing and nursing process on the body health of a user is eliminated.
Preferably, the clothes treatment device comprises one or more than two of a washing system device, a drying system device, a clothes care system device and a clothes drying system device, and one or more than two of the washing system device, the drying system device, the clothes care system device and the clothes drying system device are arranged.
Preferably, the air treatment device 7 is disposed inside any one of the clothes treatment devices, or the air treatment device 7 is disposed outside the clothes treatment device.
As an example of the present invention, the laundry treating apparatus includes a first laundry treating system 1 and a second laundry treating system 2, the first laundry treating system 1 and the second laundry treating system 2 are the same apparatus or different apparatuses, the air inlet ports of the first laundry treating system 1 and the second laundry treating system 2 are separately communicated with the air treating apparatus 7, and the air outlet ports of the first laundry treating system 1 and the second laundry treating system 2 are separately communicated with the air outlet pipe 11. For example, the first laundry treating system 1 is a clothes dryer or a washing and drying all-in-one machine, the second laundry treating system 2 is a clothes care machine, the structures of the two are different, and the exhaust outlet of the first laundry treating system 1 is communicated with the gas exhaust pipe 11 through the first exhaust pipe 4.
Preferably, as an example of the present invention, the air processing device 7 includes a first air inlet 213, a chamber 212, a first air outlet 271 and a second air outlet 331, a fan 28 and a heating device are disposed inside the chamber 212, the fan 28 is used for guiding the inlet air, and the normal temperature air enters the chamber 212 through the first air inlet 213, is heated, and is then discharged through the first air outlet 271 and/or the second air outlet 331. The first air inlet 213 is communicated with the external environment through the air inlet 10, the first exhaust port 271 is communicated with the second clothes treating system 2, the second clothes treating system 2 is communicated with the air exhaust pipe 11 through the first air outlet 21, the second exhaust port 331 is communicated with the first clothes treating system 1 through the first conveying pipeline 33, and the air outlet of the first clothes treating system 1 is communicated with the air exhaust pipe 11 through the first exhaust pipe 4.
Preferably, a first control valve 27 is disposed at the first exhaust port 271, a third control valve 332 is disposed at the second exhaust port 331, the first control valve 27 is used for controlling the on/off of the high-temperature gas entering the second laundry treating system 2, and the third control valve 332 is used for controlling the on/off of the high-temperature gas entering the first laundry treating system 1, so as to facilitate the execution of the corresponding drying or nursing operation according to the user's instruction. Preferably, the first control valve 27 may also be provided at the air inlet of the second laundry treating system 2, and the third control valve 332 may also be provided at the air inlet of the first laundry treating system 1 or the first conveying pipe 33.
Preferably, a first filtering device 5 is provided at a front end of the air treatment device 7, and a second filtering device 6 is provided at a rear end of the laundry treatment device. As an example of the present invention, the first filter device 5 is disposed at the position of the air inlet 10, and the second filter device 6 is disposed at the position of the air outlet 9.
Preferably, an aromatherapy module and/or a sterilization module 25 is arranged in the cavity of the air treatment device 7 and/or the cavity of the clothes treatment device. As an example of the present invention, the second laundry treating system 2 is a nursing machine, and includes a nursing cavity 210, the lower end of the nursing cavity 210 is communicated with an air treatment device 7 through a first air outlet 271, the air treatment device 7 is disposed outside the nursing cavity 210, and an aromatherapy module and/or a sterilization module 25 is disposed inside the nursing cavity 210.
As an example of the present invention, the aromatherapy module and/or the sterilization module 25 is an ultraviolet lamp provided at an upper end of the care chamber 210, and the ultraviolet lamp sterilizes the inside of the care chamber 210.
As a part of the embodiment of the invention, the nursing machine further comprises a PCB box 22 for controlling the whole operation of the nursing machine, an illuminating lamp 23, a clothes hanger 24 and fixing ribs 26 are further arranged inside the cavity of the nursing machine, the illuminating lamp 23 is used for illuminating the inside of the nursing cavity 210, the clothes hanger 24 is used for hanging clothes, and the fixing ribs 26 increase the strength of the nursing machine body.
Preferably, a control valve capable of controlling the on-off of the air is arranged between the air treatment device 7 and the clothes treatment device.
Specifically, as an example of the present invention, a second control valve 215 is disposed at the first air outlet 21 of the second laundry treating system 2 or on the air outlet pipeline of the second laundry treating system 2, and the second control valve 215 is used for opening or closing the air outlet channel in the cavity of the second laundry treating system 2, so as to control the exhaust process of the second laundry treating system 2. Preferably, the second control valve 215 is opened and closed by controlling the operation of the motor 214.
Preferably, as an example of the present invention, a third sensor 2141 is further disposed at the first air outlet 21, and the third sensor 2141 is an air outlet temperature controller/humidity sensor for detecting the temperature or humidity of the air at the air outlet of the second laundry treating system 2, so as to adjust the working time of the nursing machine and the high temperature air generating device according to the temperature or humidity difference between the air inlet and the air outlet of the nursing machine.
Preferably, as an example of the present invention, a second sensor 2121 is disposed in the chamber 212, the second sensor 2121 is disposed near the first exhaust port 271, and the second sensor 2121 is used for detecting the temperature of the gas entering the cavity of the second clothes treatment system 2 and feeding the temperature back to the control system to control the on/off of the first control valve 27 and/or the third control valve 332.
Preferably, as an example of the present invention, a fourth sensor 333 is disposed in the first conveying pipe 33, and the fourth sensor 333 is used for detecting the temperature of the gas entering the first conveying pipe 33, feeding the temperature back to the control system, and controlling the on/off of the third control valve 332.
Preferably, the air processing device 7 further includes a first air inlet 213 communicated with the air inlet 10, and at least one of the air inlet 10 and the first air inlet 213 has a control valve capable of controlling on/off of air.
Preferably, each device of the clothes treatment device is provided with a gas inlet and a gas outlet, and at least one of the gas inlet and the gas outlet is provided with a control valve capable of controlling the on-off of gas.
Preferably, the end of the pipeline of the conveying system 12 is communicated with a gas discharge pipe 11, and the gas discharge pipe 11 extends to the outdoor space part and is inclined to the vertical direction. At this time, the gas discharge pipe 11 extends to the outdoor space portion to form an angle of less than 90 ° with the indoor-outdoor partitioning structure 8.
As part of the embodiment of the present invention, the washing and caring system further includes a water tank 3, and a water tap 31 is provided at one side of the water tank 3 to provide water source for the laundry treating apparatus and the air treating apparatus 7.
As a part of the embodiment of the present invention, the first laundry treating system 1 is a washing machine, the second laundry treating system 2 is a nursing machine, the nursing machine is disposed at one side of the washing machine, the water tank 3 is disposed above the washing machine, and a detergent box 32 is disposed at a position near the top of the washing machine.
According to the fresh air device of the drying, washing and protecting system, high-temperature gas generated in the air processing device 7 is directly discharged outdoors without being recycled after entering the clothes processing device for nursing, so that the influence of the gas discharged in the clothes drying and nursing process on the indoor environment is reduced, and the influence of waste gas generated in the washing and protecting process on the body health of a user is eliminated; and the air treatment device 7 of the fresh air device of the drying and washing system is independent of the outside of the clothes treatment device, and one air treatment device 7 can simultaneously or independently provide high-temperature gas or water vapor for a plurality of clothes treatment devices, and the hot and humid air passing through the clothes treatment devices is directly discharged outdoors, so that the arrangement of a condensation system is omitted.
The invention also discloses a fresh air method of the drying and washing system, which comprises one or more than two of a clothes treatment device, a washing system, a clothes drying system, a nursing system and an airing system, and a fresh air system connected with the clothes treatment device, wherein the fresh air system is connected with an air treatment device 7, a plurality of control valve bodies, temperature and humidity sensors and the clothes treatment device which needs hot air to work, and at least one end of the fresh air system is interacted with outdoor ambient air.
As an example of the present invention, the fresh air method includes an indoor space, an outdoor space, an air processing device 7, a clothes processing device and a conveying system 12, where the air processing device 7 includes at least one cavity and a first air inlet 213 communicated with the cavity, a heating device is disposed in at least one of the cavities, the conveying system 12 conveys air into the cavity through the first air inlet 213, the air processing device 7 and/or the clothes processing device determines on/off of the heating device, the air processing device 7 and/or the clothes processing device can perform on/off control of the heating device through a received control signal to further determine whether to heat the cavity, the air processed by the air processing device 7 enters the clothes processing device and is then discharged through the conveying system 12, at least one end of the conveying system 12 is directly communicated with the outdoor space, so that the air taken in by the delivery system 12 comes from the outdoor space and/or the air discharged is discharged to the outdoor space.
When a user sets the function in the clothes processing device to be a clothes drying function or the clothes processing device is a clothes dryer or a washing and drying all-in-one machine, namely the clothes processing device is clothes drying equipment, after the heating device in the air processing device 7 enables the temperature of the heated air in the cavity 212 to reach a set temperature, a clothes drying control valve in the conveying system 12 communicated with the clothes drying equipment is opened, the generated hot air enters the clothes drying equipment to dry clothes, at the moment, the clothes drying equipment operates according to a clothes drying program, when the air temperature in the clothes drying equipment reaches the set value, the humid air control valve is opened, and the air after the clothes are dried is discharged out of the room after being filtered by the control valve body and the filtering device.
As an example of the present invention, the air treatment device 7 is further provided with a water inlet, at which a water inlet valve 29 is provided, the water inlet valve 29 being used to open or close the passage of water into the air treatment device 7. A first sensor 211 is arranged at a position close to the water inlet valve 29, and the first sensor 211 is a thermostat, so that the water inlet valve 29 can control the water inlet quantity according to the set temperature of the thermostat.
As an example of the invention, at least one end of the fresh air device of the drying and cleaning system is communicated with the atmosphere of the outdoor part, so that the exchange of indoor and outdoor air is realized. As an example of the invention, the exhaust end of the fresh air device of the drying and cleaning system is communicated with the outdoor environment, the indoor air is sealed and does not leak in the flowing process, and the sealing device is arranged at the end of the fresh air device connected with the outdoor environment, so that the fresh air device is interacted with the outside air only when in use.
As an illustration of the invention, the gas discharge pipe 11 of the fresh air device extends out of the outdoor space and comprises a bent section and/or an inclined section. This arrangement prevents foreign matter from outside the room from directly entering the fresh air device through the gas discharge pipe 11. As an example of the present invention, the portion of the gas discharge pipe 11 extending out of the outdoor space is disposed to be inclined from the vertical direction. Preferably, the gas discharge pipe 11 extends out of the outdoor space and is arranged in an inclined downward manner, and an included angle formed by the gas discharge pipe 11 extending out of the outdoor space and the indoor-outdoor separation structure 8 is smaller than 90 degrees, so that even if foreign matters enter the gas discharge pipe 11 from the tail end discharge port of the gas discharge pipe 11, under the inclined downward structural design, the foreign matters can be discharged from the tail end discharge port of the gas discharge pipe 11 under the action of self weight, and the reliability of the use of the fresh air device of the dry cleaning and protecting system is ensured.
Other system functions of the laundry treating apparatus or the operation of the device are the same as above.
Specifically, when in use, the fresh air device of the drying and washing system of the invention filters the air entering the fresh air device through the first filtering device 5 arranged at the front end of the air processing device 7.
Through a humidity sensor arranged in the fresh air device, when the humidity sensor detects that the humidity of air entering the fresh air device is larger than the maximum threshold value of preset gas humidity during clothes nursing, a drying device is started to work according to the difference value between the preset gas humidity and the detected humidity of the air entering the fresh air device, and clothes nursing is started until the humidity of the air entering the fresh air device is detected by the humidity sensor and reaches a preset gas humidity interval during nursing; when humidity sensor detects that the humidity of entering fresh air device gas is less than the minimum threshold value of the gas preset humidity during nursing, the drying device needs to control the water inlet to increase the humidity of entering fresh air device gas, so that after the humidity of entering fresh air device gas reaches the gas preset humidity interval during nursing, clothes nursing is started. The preset gas humidity interval is a gas humidity interval for clothes care, the maximum threshold and the minimum threshold of the interval can be modified as required, and the gas humidity interval for clothes care can adopt different numerical value intervals under different care conditions.
The fresh air method of the drying and washing system comprises the following steps:
step S1: the dry cleaning protection system receives a starting instruction, and the air processing device starts to work;
the control device controls at least one of the dryer, the washing and drying integrated machine and the nursing machine in the clothes treatment device 7 to be turned on according to the instruction input by the user.
Step S2, the user determines whether to operate the nursing machine, if yes, step S31 is executed, and if no, step S32 is executed.
And step S31, operating the nursing machine, controlling the high-temperature gas generating device to be started by the control device, and controlling a control valve between the high-temperature gas generating device and the nursing machine to be opened. The high-temperature gas generated by the high-temperature gas generating device enters the nursing machine to nurse the clothes, the gas entering the nursing machine is discharged out of the room through the conveying system 12, and after the operation of the nursing machine is finished, the step S32 is executed.
And S32, weighing the drying load of the clothes dryer and/or the washing and drying integrated machine.
Step S33, the control device controls the interior of the equipment with smaller load weight to be dried first, and controls the control valve between the high temperature gas generating device and the corresponding clothes processing device to be opened.
Step S34, the control device controls the drying of the inside of the equipment with heavy load, and controls the opening of the control valve between the high temperature gas generating device and the corresponding clothes processing device.
Preferably, the high temperature gas generating device performs the air supply operation to the corresponding laundry care devices according to the sequence selected by the user in steps S33 and S34.
