Background
Under the comprehensive action of traffic load, environment and natural factors, the asphalt pavement can generate diseases such as ruts, cracks, water damage, loosening, oil bleeding and the like, and gradually aggravate along with the increase of service time until losing the use function. Asphalt pavements typically require extensive repair or refurbishment before they are useful. According to the actual use condition of the asphalt pavement, the asphalt pavement needs to be renovated once in about 10 years, namely, the waste asphalt pavement is planed and then a new asphalt pavement is paved again. According to statistics, the waste asphalt mixture produced in China each year exceeds 200 ten thousand tons, and 10 more than ten thousand tons of asphalt are contained in the waste asphalt mixture. In general, the actual mixing time is only 50 to 70 seconds. Because the mixing time is short, the regenerant is difficult to rapidly permeate into the aged asphalt, so that the regenerated asphalt cannot effectively play a role, and the performance and the structure of the aged asphalt are poor in recovery; the waste asphalt can not be effectively regenerated, and the pavement performance of the regenerated asphalt mixture is poor. The regenerant should have good permeability to effectively improve the properties of the aged asphalt.

Finally, the components in the invention can play a role in mutual promotion, and the penetrating agent can accelerate the interaction rate of the components and the waste asphalt mixture; the base oil and the structure repairing agent are used for respectively carrying out physical repairing and chemical structure repairing on the aged asphalt; the anti-aging agent can improve the anti-aging performance of each component and the regenerated asphalt.

Firstly, mixing light base oil, a plasticizer and an anti-aging agent, and stirring for 1h at 150 ℃ by using a high-speed shearing machine, wherein the stirring speed of the high-speed shearing machine is 800 r/min; naturally cooling the mixed solution to room temperature; keeping the temperature at 100 ℃, adding the structure repairing agent and the penetrating agent into the mixed solution, and then continuing stirring for 1h at the speed of 300-500 r/min; and cooling to room temperature to obtain the high-permeability asphalt regenerant.

The high-permeability asphalt regenerant of the present invention was subjected to a performance verification test. The asphalt used is SK70# road petroleum asphalt.
(2) Effect of asphalt recycling agent
The aging test of SK70# road petroleum asphalt is carried out, and the aging asphalt is prepared by referring to a pressure aging container accelerated asphalt aging test (PAV) method described in T0630-2011 of road engineering asphalt and asphalt mixture test regulation (JTG E20-2011) of Ministry of transportation. The effect of the rejuvenating agent was evaluated by measuring the penetration, softening point, ductility and Brookfield viscosity of each asphalt sample before and after rejuvenation, and the results are shown in Table 2.

As can be seen from Table 2, with the increase of the addition amount of the high-permeability asphalt recycling agent, the penetration degree of the aged asphalt is remarkably increased, and the softening point and the viscosity are continuously reduced, which shows that the light component in the asphalt recycling agent reduces the asphaltene in the aged asphalt, increases the peptization capacity of the aged asphalt, and softens the aged asphalt with higher hardness. Ductility is a reaction of low-temperature properties of asphalt, and the higher ductility the better low-temperature flexibility and ductility of asphalt, the stronger low-temperature cracking resistance. When the addition amount of the asphalt recycling agent is in the range of 7-10%, the indexes of the needle penetration degree, the softening point, the ductility and the viscosity of the recycled asphalt are relatively close to those of the base asphalt.
In the using process of the regenerant, the old asphalt mixture is directly put into an asphalt mixture stirring cylinder, the operating temperature is about 160 ℃, and the regenerant is required to have low volatility and good ageing resistance in order to ensure the safety of construction operation. The regenerated asphalt is prepared according to the blending proportion of 7 percent. The aging resistance of the recycled asphalt was evaluated by measuring the penetration, softening point, ductility, mass loss, viscosity and other indicators of the recycled asphalt after aging in a rotary film oven at 163 ℃ for 85min, and the results are shown in table 3, comparing with the specifications.

As shown in Table 3, the anti-aging performance of the prepared recycled asphalt can meet the specification requirement at a blending ratio of 7%. The penetration ratio, the quality loss and the residual ductility of the regenerated asphalt added with the high-permeability regenerant are all in the median values, but all meet the specification requirements. Therefore, the recycled asphalt has good anti-aging performance. Can meet the requirement of regenerating the waste asphalt pavement.
