The support plate has the function of being controllable in height expansion, the sleeve is pulled through the movable pressing plate, the distance between the adjacent sleeves is stretched, meanwhile, the distance between the sleeves cannot be extended infinitely, when the sleeves are expanded to the limiting sections of the connecting columns, the sliding blocks of the connecting columns are matched with the limiting blocks for use, the sleeves are continuously moved, the pressing plate is compressed through the compression device, the pressing plate compresses and draws in the sleeves, the distance between the sleeves is reduced, the door plate on the support plate is in positive contact with the support plates on two sides, compression is started, and the timer is started to record compression time.

Background
In the production process of the fireproof door, a layer of fireproof plywood is firstly paved, glue is brushed, a fireproof plate is paved, then glue is brushed on the plywood, the fireproof plate is covered with glue, then the semi-finished fireproof door with glue is subjected to pressing treatment, and the fireproof door is required to be placed into a fireproof door hot press for hot press gluing treatment in the pressing treatment process. At present, when the fireproof door is glued, the fireproof door is mainly pushed to the inside of the fireproof door hot press by a hydraulic cylinder to carry out high-temperature setting gluing in the pressing process, but the deviation can occur in the process of moving the fireproof door of the semi-finished product in the mode, so that the gluing of the fireproof door is uneven, and the fireproof performance of the fireproof door is affected.
The fireproof door comprises an outer protection plate and an inner fireproof core material, and the core material coated with glue is manually paved during preparation, and a combined blank formed by the core material, the panel, the back plate and the core plate enters a carrier plate of a hot press, and side edges are coated with glue. The assembly is enabled to solidify and adhere glue between the core board and the panel and the back board under the action of pressure and heating, but the existing fireproof door can only be used for a single door board in the hot pressing process, the door board can be shaped only by keeping hot pressing for a long time, generally about 12-24 hours, the long time can only be used for a single door board, and the efficiency is very low. On the contrary, the compression device compresses the pressing plate, the pressing plate compresses and closes the sleeves, the distance between the sleeves is reduced, the door plate on the carrier plate is in contact with the front surfaces of the carrier plates on the two sides, the compression is started, and the timer is started to record the compression time.

The support plate is an electric heating plate body, and heating resistance wires are arranged in the support plate and used for controlling the heating temperature of the support plate.
As shown in fig. 4: the upper side of the carrier plate 8 is provided with a clamping plate 81 for clamping and fixing the door plate 10, the clamping plate 81 moves in cooperation with the carrier plate 8 through a screw rod 83, and the upper side of the carrier plate 8 is provided with a dovetail groove 82 for the clamping plate 8 to move. When the carrier plate compresses the door plates, the carrier plate is used for preventing the layer frame structure between the door plates from deviating and preventing the position of the door plates from deviating.
