Abstract

Background
When the graphite electrode is produced in the carbon industry, the electrode in the prior art is usually sealed and insulated by coke powder during roasting, and the coke powder is adhered to the surface of the electrode during high-temperature roasting, and the coke powder adhered to the surface can influence the dipping effect of the electrode, so the electrode needs to be cleaned as much as possible. In the prior art, the equipment for cleaning coke powder attached during production of the graphite electrode is used, an automatic coke removing device is not added between roasting and dipping in the graphite electrode process flow, and the using effect and the working efficiency are both limited. Therefore, an electrode slag removing machine which can be used for removing coke powder on the surface of a graphite electrode and has good technical effect is needed.

Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention provides the electrode slag remover for removing the coke powder on the surface of the graphite electrode, which can effectively remove the coke powder on the surface of the graphite electrode and increase the production efficiency and the product quality.
An electrode slag remover for removing coke powder on the surface of a graphite electrode comprises a coke removing chamber consisting of a dust collection cover, a rack, a cleaning part and rollers, wherein the rack is arranged on the ground, the rollers are arranged at the lower part of the rack, and electrodes to be cleaned are positioned above two rows of rollers, namely two rows of rollers, and are contacted with the outer edges of the rollers; the cleaning component for cleaning the surface of the electrode is arranged on the lifting platform, the lifting platform is arranged on the rack and positioned above the electrode to be cleaned, and the dust hood is arranged above the cleaning component and fixed on the rack.

The cleaning part is a wheel pendulum bob and comprises a wheel shaft, two wheel discs, pendulum spindles, pendulum bobs, a driving motor A and a driving motor B, wherein the wheel shaft is a shaft-shaped structural part, the two wheel discs are coaxially sleeved on the wheel shaft, the pendulum spindles are arranged between the two wheel discs in parallel to the axis of the wheel shaft, and each pendulum spindle is provided with one pendulum bob sleeved on the pendulum spindle; the wheel shaft is in transmission connection with the output end of the driving motor A through a belt.

The pendulum bob is a plate-shaped structural member, and the outer surface of the pendulum bob is provided with a convex rib or a groove which is vertical to the axial direction of the pendulum shaft.
The lead screw is installed at the two ends of the rack, the lead screw motor is installed at the top of the lead screw, the lead screw penetrates through the lifting platform and is in threaded connection with the lifting platform, the lead screw motor drives the lead screw to rotate, and the lifting platform moves axially along the lead screw.

The device cleans the surface of the coke powder electrode to be clean and smooth, and is especially suitable for the electrode which is bent and deformed during roasting; meanwhile, the feeding vehicle is adopted, so that the working efficiency is improved, and the labor intensity of workers is reduced; and a dust removal device is installed, so that the working environment is improved.

As shown in fig. 1-7, an electrode slag remover for removing coke powder 2.1 on the surface of a graphite electrode comprises a coke removing chamber consisting of a dust hood 4, a frame 5, a cleaning part 6 and rollers 8, wherein the coke removing chamber is a core part of the slag remover, the frame 5 is arranged on the ground, the rollers 8 are arranged at the lower part of the frame 5, in the embodiment, two rows of rollers 8 are arranged on the rollers 8, each row of rollers 8 are coaxially arranged, one row of rollers 8 is connected with the output end of a driving motor C17 through a driving rod, the two rows of rollers 8 are connected through belt transmission, the driving motor C17 rotates to drive one row of rollers 8 to rotate, and the other row of rollers 8 is driven to rotate through belt transmission; the electrodes to be cleaned are positioned above two rows of rollers 8 and are contacted with the outer edges of the rollers 8; the cleaning component 6 for cleaning the electrode surface is arranged on the lifting platform 14, the lifting platform 14 is arranged on the frame 5 and is positioned above the electrode to be cleaned, and the dust hood 4 is arranged above the cleaning component 6 and is fixed on the frame 5.
Preferably, the slag cleaning machine further comprises a feeding platform 1 and a discharging platform 9 which are arranged on the ground at the feeding side and the discharging side of the rack 5 respectively; the feeding platform 1 and the discharging platform 9 are close to the near end part of the frame 5 and are arranged at the electrode cleaning position formed by the two groups of rollers 8.
As shown in fig. 6, the cleaning component 6 is a wheel pendulum 13, and includes an axle 10, wheel discs 11, pendulum shafts 12, pendulum 13, a driving motor a23, and a driving motor B24, where the axle 10 is a shaft-shaped structural member, the wheel discs 11 are coaxially sleeved on the axle 10, the pendulum shafts 12 are arranged between the two wheel discs 11 parallel to the axis of the axle 10, the number of the pendulum shafts is 2-20, and each pendulum shaft 12 is provided with one pendulum 13 sleeved thereon. The axle 10 is connected with the output end of the driving motor A23 through belt transmission, and the rotation of the driving motor A23 drives the axle 10 to rotate through the belt transmission. The working principle of the wheel pendulum bob 13 is as follows: the wheel disc 11 rotates around the wheel shaft 10, the pendulum bob 13 freely rotates around the pendulum shaft 12, after the wheel disc 11 reaches a certain rotating speed, the pendulum bob 13 is perpendicular to the wheel shaft 10 under the action of centrifugal force, the outer edge of the pendulum bob 13 rotates tangentially with the outer edge of the electrode along with the rotation of the wheel disc 11, and when the surface of the electrode has coke powder 2.1, the pendulum bob 13 can repeatedly knock the coke powder 2.1 until the coke powder 2.1 falls off.
The pendulum bob 13 is a plate-shaped structural member, and the outer surface of the pendulum bob is provided with a rib or a groove perpendicular to the axial direction of the pendulum shaft 12.
The lead screw 15 is installed at the two ends of the rack 5, the lead screw motor 16 is installed at the top of the lead screw 15, the lead screw 15 penetrates through the lifting platform 14 and is in threaded connection with the lifting platform 14, the lead screw motor 16 rotates to drive the lead screw 15 to rotate, and the lifting platform 14 moves axially along the lead screw 15 to drive the cleaning component 6 to be close to the electrode 2 to be cleaned or to adjust the distance between the pendulum bob 13 and the electrode, so that the electrode cleaning device is suitable for electrodes of different specifications. The distance between the wheel pendulum bob 13 and the electrode is properly adjusted, so that the wheel pendulum bob 13 rotates to be tangent to the outer edge of the electrode.
As shown in fig. 4-5, the lifting platform 14 comprises a lifting platform 19 and a sliding platform 20, and the cleaning component 6 and the driving motor a23 are mounted on the sliding platform 20; the lifting platform 19 is provided with sliding grooves which are oppositely arranged along the axial direction of the electrode 2 to be cleaned, rollers 21 are arranged in the sliding grooves, the rollers 21 between the two opposite sliding grooves are connected through a connecting shaft 22, and a first chain wheel 26 is arranged on the connecting shaft 22; the sliding platform 20 is provided with a driving motor B24, the output end of the driving motor B24 is connected with a second chain wheel 25, and the lifting platform 19 and the sliding platform 20 are connected through chain transmission of the first chain wheel 26 and the second chain wheel 25. Two 25 rotations of driving motor B24 driving sprocket, two 25 drive sprockets of sprocket rotate 26 to drive connecting axle 22 rotates, and then realizes the removal of running roller 8 in the spout, clearance part 6 removes on elevating platform 19 along with sliding platform 20 promptly, realizes clearance part 6 along treating clearance electrode 2 axial displacement, thereby clears up the fine coke 2.1 at different positions.

as shown in fig. 8, the graphite electrode is firstly conveyed into a decoking chamber consisting of a dust hood 4, a frame 5, a cleaning component 6 and rollers 8 through a feeding platform 1, the electrode is clamped between two groups of rollers 8, and the distance between a wheel pendulum 13 and the electrode is adjusted through a lead screw 15, so that the wheel pendulum 13 rotates to be tangent to the outer edge of the electrode; the driving motor C17 drives the roller 8 to rotate, and the roller 8 rotates to drive the electrode to rotate anticlockwise along the radial direction; the wheel pendulum bob 13 is driven by a driving motor A23 to rotate clockwise along the radial direction of the electrode, and simultaneously driven by a driving motor B24 to reciprocate along the axial direction of the electrode, so that the coke powder 2.1 on the surface of the electrode is cleaned.
