Detailed Description
In order that the present invention may be more readily and clearly understood, a more particular description of the invention briefly described above will be rendered by reference to specific embodiments that are illustrated in the appended drawings.
Example 1:
referring to fig. 1 to 18, the present embodiment provides a dish washing block dispensing structure, including: a distributor 1 for storing the dish washing blocks, a feeding port 11 arranged at the bottom of the distributor 1, a cover body 3 which is arranged at the feeding port 11 and is suitable for covering and opening the feeding port 11, and a material control arm 2 which is arranged in the distributor 1 and is close to the feeding port 11; of course, in the case of the dispenser 1 herein, the dispenser 1 is further provided with a loading opening 12 adapted to load the dishwashing tablet into the dispenser 1, and the loading opening 12 is provided with a cover door 13 adapted to close the loading opening 12, the loading opening 12 being optionally provided at the top of the dispenser 1.
For convenience of description, the present embodiment is agreed with the view point of fig. 2: the positive direction of the x-axis is the front, and the negative direction is the rear, also called the thickness direction of the distributor 1; the positive y-axis direction is the right and the negative y-axis direction is the left, also referred to as the width direction of the dispenser 1; the positive z-axis direction is upward and the negative z-axis direction is downward, and is also referred to as the depth direction of the dispenser 1.
The plurality of dish washing blocks stored in the distributor 1 of the embodiment are sequentially stacked along the depth direction of the distributor 1, so that in the throwing process of the plurality of dish washing blocks, the dish washing blocks which are closer to the position of the feeding port 11 in the plurality of dish washing blocks are thrown earlier, namely, the throwing sequence of the plurality of dish washing blocks is sequentially thrown from the feeding port 11 to the direction of the feeding port 12.
For the material control arm 2, when the cover 3 moves to open the feeding port 11, the material control arm 2 can control the dish-washing blocks in the distributor 1, which are adjacent to the thrown dish-washing block, to prevent the dish-washing blocks from sliding down to the feeding port or all the dish-washing blocks except the thrown dish-washing block to prevent the dish-washing blocks from sliding down to the feeding port; the material control arm 2 is adapted to release the control of any one of the dishwashing blocks when the lid 3 is moved to close the dispensing opening 11. The material control arm 2 releases the control of any one dish washing block, and the material control arm 2 can be directly separated from any one dish washing block, or the material control arm 2 can be only slightly contacted with the dish washing block so as not to influence the gliding throwing of the dish washing block. That is to say, the material control arm 2 can only control the dish-washing block when the cover 3 opens the material feeding opening 11. And, make under this condition finally the dish wash piece that slides down to dog-house 11 and throw in can only be one, the condition that can not appear throwing in the polylith dish wash piece in proper order to realize the effect of throwing in one by one to a plurality of dish wash pieces in distributor 1.
It should be noted that the present embodiment is only exemplified by the case that the material control arm 2 controls the dish-washing block in the dispenser 1, which is adjacent to the dropping one, to prevent the dish-washing block from sliding down to the material dropping port. On the basis, it should be further explained that, in the present embodiment, the material control arm 2 may selectively adopt means such as, but not limited to, pressing and adsorbing means for controlling the dish-washing block immediately adjacent to the dropped dish-washing block to prevent the dish-washing block from sliding down to the material dropping port, and the drawing of the present embodiment only takes the pressing means as an example.
In detail, the structures of the dish washing block distributing and throwing structure of the embodiment are that firstly, the distributor 1 is provided with a hollow storage cavity 15 suitable for storing a plurality of dish washing blocks, the throwing port 11 is positioned on one side end of the storage cavity 15, and in an optional situation, in combination with the attached drawings, in consideration of the smoothness and convenience of throwing the dish washing blocks in the storage cavity 15 from the throwing port 11 arranged on the side end of the storage cavity 15, the bottom end of the distributor 1 is provided with an inclined transition plate 17 connected with the throwing port 11, so that the dish washing blocks can rapidly enter the throwing port 11 along the inclined transition plate 17.
Next, referring to the material control arm 2 of the embodiment, the material control arm 2 is connected to the side end of the storage cavity 15, which is provided with the material inlet 11; the control arm 2 comprises a movable plate 21 which is hinged with the inner cavity wall of the storage cavity 15 and a control piece 23 which is arranged on one side of the movable plate 21 facing the dish-washing blocks and is suitable for controlling the dish-washing blocks; the movable plate 21 is further connected to the lid 3 such that the movable plate 21 moves synchronously with the movement of the lid 3; here, the connection relationship between the movable plate 1 and the cover 3 may be a matching relationship in which the two are in contact with each other, or a connection matching relationship between the two through a third-party transitional connection structure, which is not absolutely limited in this embodiment. That is, the control member 23 can be separated from any dish washing block when the cover body 3 moves to make the cover body 3 cover the feeding opening 11; and when the lid 3 is moved such that the lid 3 opens the dispensing opening 11, the control member 23 may be adapted to control the dishwashing block in the dispenser 1 immediately adjacent to the throwing dishwashing block or all but the throwing dishwashing block to prevent it from sliding down to the dispensing opening.
The present embodiment is illustrated in an alternative implementation case with reference to the attached drawings, and the connection between the cover 3 and the movable plate 21 is specifically realized by the following manner: a contact member 22 is provided on the side of the movable plate 21 facing the lid 3. In an alternative mode, the middle position of the movable plate 21 is hinged to the inner cavity wall of the storage cavity 15, so that the integral movable plate 21 forms a structure similar to a seesaw in the storage cavity 15, and the control and release effects on the dish washing blocks are realized in the tilting process of the movable plate 21 along two different directions.
For the control member 23 and the touching member 22 of the present embodiment, the control member 23 and the touching member 22 may both adopt a straight plate structure, an arc structure or a spherical structure, and the fitting angle formed between the control member 23 and the touching member 22 and the movable plate 21 may be a right angle, or an acute angle and an obtuse angle structure relatively close to the right angle, which is not absolutely limited in this embodiment.
It should be noted that, since the material control arm 2 of the present embodiment is disposed in the storage chamber 15, and the dish washing blocks are stored in the storage chamber 15, the material control arm 2 also needs to tilt through the movable plate 21 to realize the corresponding function during the use process, this requires the space for tilting the movable plate 21 of the arm 2 in the storage chamber 15, the dispenser 1 of this embodiment is therefore provided with an extension chamber 16, adjacent the dispensing opening 11, for receiving the control arm 2, which extends in a raised manner relative to the storage chamber 15 for storing the dishwashing tablet, where the extension chamber 16 is provided at the side of the storage chamber 15 where the dispensing opening 11 is provided, and the extension cavity 16 is communicated with the storage cavity 15, so that the extension cavity 16 not only can provide an accommodating area of the material control arm 2, but also can realize the control function of the material control arm 2 on the extension block through the communication between the extension cavity 16 and the storage cavity 15. It should be noted here that, in the dispensing opening 11 of the present embodiment, the end surface of the dispensing opening 11 adapted to be covered by the cover 3 is flush with the end surface of the extension cavity 16 facing the cover 3 along the thickness direction of the storage cavity 15.
On the basis of the above structure, the specific tilting power during the tilting of the specific movable plate 21 in the storage cavity 15 is realized by the following structure: an elastic structure is further disposed between the movable plate 21 and the cover 3, where the elastic structure may be an elastic member independently existing with the movable plate 21 and the cover 3, or a structure integrated on the movable plate 21 and having an elastic function, and the present embodiment is not limited thereto. The present embodiment is only exemplified by the elastic member independently existing between the movable plate 21 and the cover 3 in conjunction with the drawings, i.e., the elastic member forms a motive force for tilting the movable plate 21. In detail, when the cover 3 is moved to cover the feeding opening 11 with the cover 3, the cover 3 is adapted to abut against the pressing member 22, the elastic member is compressed to contract, and the control member 23 is separated from any one of the dish-washing blocks, so that the power of the elastic member for tilting the movable plate 21 is pressed by the abutting of the cover 3 and the pressing member 22 and cannot be released when the cover 3 covers the feeding opening 11. When the cover 3 moves to open the feeding opening 11, the elastic member is released and stretched, and the control member 23 presses against the dish-washing block adjacent to the thrown dish-washing block to prevent the dish-washing block from sliding down to the feeding opening 11, so that the elastic member becomes the driving force of the control member 23 of the movable plate 21 of the material control arm 2 to move towards the dish-washing block.
Next, a specific assembly structure between the cover 3 and the dispenser 1 will be described:
in a first alternative embodiment, the cover 3 is adapted to rotate with respect to the side of the storage chamber 15 provided with the dispensing opening 11 to open the dispensing opening 11; and the cover 3 is hinged with the outer wall of the distributor 1 through the first rotating shaft 6, in this case, a first shaft hole 71 suitable for the first rotating shaft 6 to insert is correspondingly arranged on the cover 3 and the distributor 1. The cover body 3 in this case is rotated relative to the dispenser 1 so that the feeding opening 11 is opened by the cover body 3, and the rotation is convenient for the whole operation, but the disadvantage is that the dish washing block distribution and feeding structure in the whole structure occupies a relatively large space.
The power for the rotation of the cover 3 relative to the dispenser 1 in this embodiment can be achieved by means of the motor 5 or another actuator or a gear train transmission coupled to the first shaft 6, i.e. the first shaft 6 is rotated by means of the motor 5 or another actuator or a gear train transmission, which brings about a simultaneous rotation of the cover 3 during the rotation of the first shaft 6 and opens the dispensing opening 11.
In a second alternative embodiment, the cover 3 is adapted to be provided with the lateral end of the dispensing opening 11 with respect to the storage chamber 15 and to move in the thickness direction of the storage chamber 15 to open the dispensing opening 11; and the cover body 3 is connected with the outer wall of the dispenser 1 through a connecting piece. In this case, the lid 3 is opened in a translational manner relative to the dispensing opening 11, and the overall dishwashing block dispensing structure requires a relatively smaller amount of space than in the first embodiment, in which the lid 3 is rotated relative to the dispensing opening 11.
For the connecting member herein, as an alternative structure, for example, the connecting member includes a connecting rod assembly rotatably coupled to two outer sidewalls opposite to the cover body 3; and the connecting rod assemblies respectively positioned on the two outer side walls of the cover body 3 are symmetrically arranged; the connecting rod assembly here comprises a pair of connecting rods 72 juxtaposed in the depth direction of the reservoir 15 on one outer side wall of the cover 3, that is to say the connecting rod assemblies located on the two outer side walls of the cover 3 respectively comprise a total of four connecting rods 72; one end of any one of the links 72 is rotatably coupled to the cover 3, and the other end is rotatably coupled to the outer wall of the dispenser 1. The four links 72 are adapted to bring the cover 3 into a translationally open configuration with respect to the dispensing opening 11 by deformation of the parallelogram, as the links 72 rotate with respect to the outer wall of the dispenser 1.
The power for the translational movement of the cover 3 with respect to the dispenser 1 in this embodiment can be achieved by means of the motor 5 or another actuator or a gear train energy transmission mechanism connected to any of the links 72, i.e. by means of the motor 5 or another actuator or a gear train energy transmission mechanism, any of the links 72 is rotated with respect to the dispenser 1, and during the rotation of the links 72 the translational movement of the cover 3 is carried out to open the dispensing opening 11.
In the case of the cover 3 in the first and second alternative embodiments, the cover 3 in both embodiments may be the same structure, and in detail, the cover 3 in both cases includes a cover plate 31 adapted to cover the dispensing opening 11, and a support plate 32 protruding from an end surface of the cover plate 31 facing the storage cavity 15 and adapted to be inserted into the storage cavity 15 to support the dish-washing blocks to be dispensed, and the cover plate 31 is adapted to abut against the pressing member 22. The supporting plate 32 is optionally vertically distributed with the cover plate 31, and for the position of the supporting plate 32 inserted into the storage cavity 15, it is preferable that the end of the supporting plate 32 away from the cover plate 31 is directed to the corner between the inner cavity wall of the storage cavity 15 and the inclined transition plate, so that the inclined transition plate is not contacted during the process that the dish-washing block is not thrown, and the shape of the dish-washing block is not easily damaged, i.e. the shape of the dish-washing block in the storage cavity 15 is effectively maintained. Of course, the supporting plate 32 and the cover plate 31 may be in other angle fitting states, and the use requirement of the embodiment is met as long as the supporting plate 32 can support the dish-washing block to effectively keep the dish-washing block in the storage cavity 15.
In addition to the two alternative embodiments described above, the manner of opening the lid 3 relative to the dispensing opening 11 can also be a third embodiment described below. In the third case of implementation, the cover 3 is adapted to be provided with the lateral end of the dispensing opening 11 with respect to the storage chamber 15 and to move in the depth direction of the storage chamber 15 to open the dispensing opening 11; the cover 3 in this case is slidably engaged with the outer wall of the dispenser 1. In this case, a rail structure adapted to define a moving track of the cover body 3 may be provided between the outer sidewall of the dispenser 1 and the cover body 3. Specifically, a guide rail 18 may be provided on the outer side wall of the dispenser 1, and a guide groove 19 that engages with the guide rail 18 may be provided on a portion of the cover body 3 that contacts the outer side wall of the dispenser 1.
The specific structure of the cover 3 in this embodiment is as follows:
the cover 3 comprises a cover plate 31 adapted to cover the dispensing opening 11, and a baffle provided on the end surface of the cover plate 31 facing the storage chamber 15 for insertion into the storage chamber 15; the baffle plate comprises a first stop block 33 connected with the cover plate 31 in a bending way, and a second stop block 34 connected with one end of the first stop block 33 far away from the cover plate 31 in a bending way; and the second stopper 34 is adapted to stop the dishwashing block from a side end surface thereof; and the first block 33 is also connected with a thrust plate 35 which is suitable for being parallel to the cover plate 31; the part of the thrust plate 35 far from the first block 33 is adapted to abut against the contact member 22, and the thrust plate 35 is further provided with a strip-shaped movable groove 36 adapted to be inserted by the contact member 22, the strip-shaped movable groove 36 does not penetrate through the thrust plate 35, but is only recessed at the end surface of the thrust plate 35 facing the movable plate 21 so that the strip-shaped movable groove 36 forms a recessed groove structure. As an alternative to the above, the second stop 34 and the thrust plate 35 of the present embodiment are parallel to each other, and both of them are parallel to the cover plate 31, and the thrust plate 35 is located in the area between the cover plate 31 and the second stop 34 in the thickness direction of the storage cavity 15, and the material control arm 2 is located in the area between the thrust plate 35 and the second stop 34 when the cover plate 31 covers the material inlet 11.
The arrangement of the strip-shaped movable groove 36 enables the cover body 3 to move relative to the dispenser 1 and along the depth direction of the storage cavity 15, specifically, the cover body 3 moves towards the direction of the feed opening 12 to enable the cover plate 31 to gradually open the feed opening 11, and the touch pressing piece 22 is gradually inserted into the strip-shaped movable groove 36, so that the abutting effect of the thrust plate 35 on the touch pressing piece 22 disappears, and the movable plate 21 of the control arm 2 can tilt in the extension cavity 16 under the action of the elastic piece, so that the control piece 23 has a control effect of preventing the corresponding dish-washing block from sliding downwards and dropping. It should be noted that, in this process, the second stopper 34 in this embodiment mainly functions as a stopper when the dish-washing block is not thrown in, and considering that, in the process of moving the cover plate 31 toward the direction of the feed opening 12, the thrust plate 35 and the second stopper 34 both move toward the direction of the feed opening 12 along with the cover plate 31, in this way, considering that the influence of the movement of the second stopper 34 on the tilting of the control member 23 of the movable plate 21 of the material control arm 2 toward the dish-washing block side is avoided, the height of the second stopper 34 relative to the first stopper 33 designed in this embodiment is only required to be a limit stopper for the side end surface of the dish-washing block, and is not required to be too high, so that the influence of the second stopper 34 on the use process of the material control arm 2 can be avoided.
In the third embodiment, when the cover 3 is adapted to be provided with the side end of the feeding port 11 relative to the storage cavity 15 and move along the depth direction of the storage cavity 15 to open the feeding port 11, the power for moving the cover 3 in this case may be driven by the linear motor 5 or an electromagnet, or the motor 5 may be provided with a rack-and-pinion transmission mechanism, which is not limited in this embodiment.
In summary, for the material controlling arm 2 under the opening condition of the cover 3 relative to the material feeding port 11 in three different implementation conditions of the embodiment, the movable plate 21 of the material controlling arm 2 can be hinged to the side end of the storage cavity 15, which is provided with the material feeding port 11, through the second rotating shaft 81; and the side end face of the movable plate 21, which faces the storage cavity 15 and is provided with the feeding port 11, is provided with a pair of hinge lugs 25 for matching with the rotating shaft.
For the material control arm 2 with the above structure, the elastic member may be a torsion spring 82 wound on the second rotating shaft 81; one end of the torsion spring 82 abuts against the movable plate 21, and the other end of the torsion spring 82 abuts against the inner cavity wall of the extension cavity 16.
The elastic element can also be a tension spring 83 arranged between the movable plate 21 and the inner cavity wall of the extension cavity 16; one axial end of the tension spring 83 abuts against the inner cavity wall of the extension cavity 16, and the other axial end of the tension spring 83 abuts against the movable plate 21. For the tension spring 83, a specific location of the tension spring 83 may be disposed near the control member 23, or may be disposed near the touch member 22, which is not limited in this embodiment, and for the assembly of the tension spring 83, positioning posts 85 for mounting the limit tension spring 83 may be disposed on the inner cavity wall of the extension cavity 16 and the opposite facing end surface of the movable plate 21, respectively.
The material control arm 2 of this embodiment can also be made of an elastic material, so that the material control arm 2 and the cover body 3 are fixedly connected or integrally formed.
Finally, in relation to the dispenser 1 of the present embodiment in combination with a specific alternative, the present embodiment provides the storage chamber 15 with a rectangular cross section in a cross section perpendicular to the z-axis; the thickness of the storage chamber is set to be 16-25 mm. With the structure shown in fig. 6, when the cover 3 covers the material inlet 11 in the initial state, the distance L between the control member 23 of the material control arm 2 and the support plate 32 is set to be 30-60 mm. The control part 23 of the material control arm 2 is designed to be sharp so as to directly nail the dish washing block to be limited and controlled. The thickness of the storage chamber is set to be 16-25 mm, the design limits that the thickness direction of the dish washing blocks can only be consistent with that of the distributor 1 when the dish washing blocks are stored, so that the dish washing blocks are prevented from being overlapped along the thickness direction of the distributor 1, and the distributor 1 can be adapted to almost all dish washing blocks on the market (except for non-soluble plastic packages); meanwhile, the distributor 1 is thinner, so that the distributor can be conveniently embedded into the door 91 or the body of the dishwasher 9, thereby reducing the space occupation of a washing chamber; in addition, the design does not need to consider the placement direction when a user adds the dish washing block, and the correct feeding guide is provided for the user.
To the structure of puting in of the dish washing piece distribution of this embodiment, no matter which lid 3 under the above-mentioned three kinds of implementation circumstances is adopted for the opening mode of dog-house 11, all can only realize opening of lid 3 to dog-house 11 with a power structure, and can realize storing a plurality of dishes pieces and throw out automatically one by one the dish washing piece many times at the input in-process of the dish washing piece, have simple structure, with low costs, space utilization is high, suitability is wide advantage.
