Detailed Description
< this embodiment > [ peripheral structure of vehicle body structure 2 ]
Fig. 1 is a diagram showing a state of a vehicle provided with a vehicle body structure 2 of the present embodiment. Fig. 2 is a diagram showing the structure of a partial region of the floor panel 21 and the reinforcing member 22. Fig. 2 is a view showing a structure of a portion of the floor panel 21 shown in fig. 1, which is viewed from below in the height direction of the vehicle.
The vehicle has a frame 1, a vehicle body structure 2, and an elastic member 3. The frame 1 extends in the front-rear direction of the vehicle. The frame 1 includes, for example, a plurality of side members extending in the front-rear direction of the vehicle, and a plurality of cross members extending in the vehicle width direction of the vehicle between the plurality of side members. The frame 1 is provided with, for example, a vehicle body structure 2 described later, and vehicle components such as an engine and a transmission, not shown. The vehicle body structure 2 is a vehicle body provided above the frame 1 in the vehicle height direction. The vehicle body structure 2 constitutes, for example, an engine room, a vehicle cabin, a cargo compartment, and the like. The details of the vehicle body structure 2 will be described later.
The elastic member 3 is provided between the frame 1 and the vehicle body structure 2. Specifically, the plurality of elastic members 3 are provided between each of the plurality of mounting portions 211 of the floor panel 21, which will be described later, and the frame 1. The elastic member 3 is formed of, for example, rubber. In the vehicle, the elastic member 3 is provided between the frame 1 and the vehicle body structure 2, and thus, for example, the elastic member 3 absorbs vibration generated in the frame 1 during traveling of the vehicle, whereby vibration of the vehicle body structure 2 due to the vibration of the frame 1 can be suppressed. The details of the elastic member 3 will be described later.
[ Structure of vehicle body Structure 2 ]
The vehicle body structure 2 includes a floor panel 21 and a reinforcement member 22. The floor panel 21 is a member that forms the floor of the vehicle compartment. The floor panel 21 is, for example, a flat plate shape, and forms a lower surface of the vehicle body structure 2 in the vehicle height direction. The floor panel 21 is provided above the frame 1 in the vehicle height direction. The floor panel 21 has a flat plate shape, for example, but may have irregularities.
The floor panel 21 has a plurality of mounting portions 211 and coupling portions 213. The mounting portion 211 is a portion for coupling the frame 1 to the floor panel 21. As the plurality of mounting portions 211, for example, 2-row portions are provided in the vehicle width direction of the vehicle and 4-row portions are provided in the vehicle front-rear direction, so that the mounting portions 211 are provided at 8 positions of the floor panel 21.
Specifically, as the plurality of mounting portions 211, a 1 st left mounting portion 211a, a 2 nd left mounting portion 211b, a 3 rd left mounting portion 211c, and a 4 th left mounting portion 211d are provided on the left side in the vehicle width direction of the vehicle in this order from the front to the rear in the front-rear direction of the vehicle. Further, as the plurality of mounting portions 211, a 1 st right mounting portion 211e, a 2 nd right mounting portion 211f, a 3 rd right mounting portion 211g, and a 4 th right mounting portion 211h are provided in this order from the front to the rear in the front-rear direction of the vehicle on the right side in the vehicle width direction of the vehicle.
The 1 st left mounting portion 211a and the 1 st right mounting portion 211e are provided near the front end of the vehicle in the floor panel 21, for example. The 2 nd left mounting portion 211b and the 2 nd right mounting portion 211f are provided in the vicinity of the front wheel between the front wheel and the rear wheel of the vehicle in the floor panel 21, for example. The 3 rd left mounting portion 211c and the 3 rd right mounting portion 211g are provided in the vicinity of the rear wheel between the front wheel and the rear wheel of the vehicle in the floor panel 21, for example. The 4 th left mounting portion 211d and the 4 th right mounting portion 211h are provided near the rear end of the vehicle in the floor panel 21, for example.
The mounting portion 211 has a hole 212. Specifically, the 8-part mounting portions 211 have holes 212, and the 1 st left mounting portion 211a to the 4 th right mounting portion 211h have the 1 st left hole 212a to the 4 th right hole 212h, respectively. The hole 212 is, for example, a hole into which a bolt is inserted. The floor panel 21 is fixed to the frame 1 with the elastic member 3 interposed therebetween by inserting bolts into holes formed in the frame 1, the elastic member 3, and the mounting portion 211, and fastening nuts to the inserted bolts.
As the elastic member 3, for example, 8 elastic members, i.e., the 1 st left elastic member 3a to the 4 th right elastic member 3h are provided. Specifically, the 1 st left elastic member 3a to the 4 th right elastic member 3h are respectively provided below the 1 st left mounting portion 211a to the 4 th right mounting portion 211h in the vehicle height direction.
The coupling portion 213 couples the plurality of mounting portions 211. Specifically, the joint portion 213 extends in the vehicle width direction of the vehicle at the rear end of the floor panel 21 in the vehicle front-rear direction, and joins the 4 th left attachment portion 211d and the 4 th right attachment portion 211 h.
The reinforcement member 22 reinforces the floor panel 21. The reinforcing member 22 has a reinforcing member 221 and a 1 st joint portion 224. The reinforcement 221 is, for example, convex downward in the height direction of the vehicle, and is fixed to the lower surface of the floor panel 21. The reinforcement 221 is provided with, for example, 2 rows in the vehicle width direction of the vehicle. Specifically, the 1 st reinforcement 221a and the 2 nd reinforcement 221b are provided as the reinforcements 221. The 1 st reinforcement 221a is a reinforcement provided on the left side of the vehicle. The 2 nd reinforcement 221b is a reinforcement provided on the right side of the vehicle.
Since the reinforcement member 22 includes the 2-row reinforcement 221, that is, the 1 st reinforcement 221a and the 2 nd reinforcement 221b in the vehicle width direction of the vehicle, the rigidity of the floor panel 21 in the vicinity of the mounting portion 211 of the vehicle body structure 2 can be further improved.
The stiffener 221 includes a 1 st region 222 and a 2 nd region 223. The 1 st region 222 is a region extending in the front-rear direction of the vehicle. Specifically, the 1 st region 222 extends rearward of the 3 rd left mounting portion 211c and the 3 rd right mounting portion 211g in the front-rear direction of the vehicle, for example.
The 2 nd region 223 is a region which is provided between the rear end of the 1 st region 222 in the vehicle front-rear direction and the rearmost rear end mounting portion of the plurality of mounting portions 211, and whose distance from the rear end mounting portion in the vehicle width direction of the vehicle decreases toward the rear of the vehicle. Specifically, in the case of the 1 st reinforcement 221a provided on the left side of the vehicle, the rear end mounting portion is the 4 th left mounting portion 211 d. In the case of the 2 nd reinforcement 221b provided on the right side of the vehicle, the rear end mounting portion is the 4 th right mounting portion 211 h. The end of the 2 nd region 223 opposite to the side coupled to the rear end of the 1 st region 222 is fixed to the coupling portion 213.
The 1 st joint 224 joins the 1 st stiffener 221a and the 2 nd stiffener 221b at the joint between the 1 st region 222 and the 2 nd region 223. The 1 st joint portion 224 is convex toward the lower side in the height direction of the vehicle, for example, and extends in the vehicle width direction of the vehicle. The 1 st joint 224 is fixed to the lower surface of the floor panel 21.
In the vehicle body structure 2, the 1 st reinforcement 221a and the 2 nd reinforcement 221b are joined by the 1 st joining portion 224 at the joining position of the 1 st region 222 and the 2 nd region 223 in this way, whereby the bent portion of the reinforcement 221 can be reinforced. Thus, the vehicle body structure 2 can further improve the rigidity of the floor panel 21 by having the 1 st joint portion 224.
In the above embodiment, the example in which the reinforcing member 22 has the 2-row reinforcement 221 in the vehicle width direction of the vehicle is shown, but the present invention is not limited thereto. The reinforcing member 22 may have 3 or more rows of reinforcements 221 in the vehicle width direction of the vehicle.
[ Effect of the vehicle body Structure 2 of the present embodiment ]
The vehicle body structure 2 of the present embodiment includes: a floor panel 21 provided above the frame 1 extending in the front-rear direction of the vehicle in the height direction of the vehicle; and a reinforcing member 22 that reinforces the floor panel 21. The floor panel 21 has a plurality of attachment portions 211 for coupling the frame 1 to the floor panel 21. Further, the reinforcement member 22 has a reinforcement 221 including a 1 st region 222 and a 2 nd region 223, the 1 st region 222 extending in the front-rear direction of the vehicle, the 2 nd region 223 being provided between a rear end of the 1 st region 222 in the front-rear direction of the vehicle and a rear end mounting portion provided rearmost among the plurality of mounting portions 211, and a distance from the rear end mounting portion in the vehicle width direction of the vehicle decreases toward the rear of the vehicle.
The vehicle body structure 2 has a reinforcement member 22, the floor panel 21 is reinforced by the reinforcement member 22, the reinforcement member 22 has a reinforcement 221 including a 1 st region 222 and a 2 nd region 223, the 1 st region extending in the front-rear direction of the vehicle, the 2 nd region 223 being provided between a rear end of the 1 st region 222 and a rear end mounting portion provided rearmost among the plurality of mounting portions 211, and a distance from the rear end mounting portion in the vehicle width direction of the vehicle decreases toward the rear of the vehicle.
In this way, in the vehicle body structure 2, the reinforcement 221 is brought close to the rear end mounting portion of the floor panel 21, whereby the rigidity of the floor panel 21 can be improved. As a result, the vehicle body structure 2 can suppress vibration of the floor panel 21 and suppress sound generated by vibration of the floor panel 21 by increasing the rigidity of the floor panel 21.
