As shown in fig. 4, the system of the display device is divided into three layers, an application layer, a middleware layer, and a hardware layer, from top to bottom.
The application layer mainly comprises common applications on the television, and an application framework (Application Framework), wherein the common applications are mainly applications developed based on Browser, such as: HTML5 APPs; native applications (Native APPs);
The application framework (Application Framework) is a complete program model with all the basic functions required by standard application software, such as: file access, data exchange, and the interface for the use of these functions (toolbar, status column, menu, dialog box).
Native applications (Native APPs) may support online or offline, message pushing, or local resource access.
The middleware layer includes middleware such as various television protocols, multimedia protocols, and system components. The middleware can use basic services (functions) provided by the system software to connect various parts of the application system or different applications on the network, so that the purposes of resource sharing and function sharing can be achieved.
The hardware layer mainly comprises a HAL interface, hardware and a driver, wherein the HAL interface is a unified interface for all the television chips to be docked, and specific logic is realized by each chip. The driving mainly comprises: audio drive, display drive, bluetooth drive, camera drive, WIFI drive, USB drive, HDMI drive, sensor drive (e.g., fingerprint sensor, temperature sensor, pressure sensor, etc.), and power supply drive, etc.
Before enjoying the functions of video and audio, game, etc. of the display device, the user needs to register and log in the media resource platform on the display device. The conventional mode of registering and logging in the media resource platform of the display device is generally that a user operates on the media resource platform interface of the intelligent electronic device, or operates on the media resource platform interface of the display device by utilizing a remote controller, inputs information such as a user name, a password and the like, and completes registration or logging in.
However, in the existing display device registration and login scheme, if registering or logging on the media platform of the intelligent electronic device, the intelligent electronic device needs to be relied on. People who are unfamiliar with the operation of intelligent electronic equipment have difficulty in completing the whole registration and login process. If the remote controller is used for registering or logging in the media resource platform interface of the display equipment, the operation steps are more, and the operation process is complicated. Existing schemes for display device registration and login have a poor use experience for the user.
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present application provides a media asset platform registration system, such as a framework diagram of the media asset platform registration system shown in fig. 5, which includes a client 600, a display device 200, and a server 400. The user terminal 600 is a device for inputting instructions and voice data by a user, and may be one device or a plurality of devices. The display device 200 is used for displaying the media asset platform and various prompt messages. The server 400 is used to provide registration and login functions.
The process of registering by the user by using the media resource platform registration system of the embodiment specifically includes:
the user side sends the registration request to the display device, and the user can select the registration option through the control device, so that the registration request is sent to the display device. The display device transmits the registration request to the server, at which time the registration request includes the device ID of the display device for registration.
After receiving the registration request, the server generates a registration verification code and registration prompt information, and simultaneously sends the registration verification code and the registration prompt information to the corresponding display equipment according to the equipment ID. The registration prompt information is used for prompting the user to dial a registration call. The display device displays the registration verification code and the registration prompt information on a user interface after receiving the registration verification code and the registration prompt information. As shown in the user interface schematic diagram in the display device of FIG. 6, the registration prompt may include the prompt "please dial a registration phone for registration" and a registration phone.
After the user checks the registration prompt information and the registration verification code on the display device, the user dials a registration call according to the registration prompt information. The mobile terminal that the user uses to make a registered call at this time may not be an intelligent electronic device. The user dials the registration telephone while sending a registration request to the server. After receiving the registration request, the server prompts the user to input voice data containing the verification code.
After the server collects the voice data input by the user, the verification code is extracted from the voice data. Judging whether the extracted verification code is matched with the registration verification code, if the extracted verification code is matched with the registration verification code, sending registration success information to display equipment by the server, and displaying the registration success information on a display by the display equipment at the same time so as to ensure that a user confirms that the registration of the media resource platform is successful.
In some embodiments, server 400 includes a customer service telephone sub-server 400A, a voice recognition sub-server 400B, a device management sub-server 400C, and an account management sub-server 400D. The customer service telephone sub-server 400A is configured to receive voice data or voice commands input by a user, send the received voice data or voice commands to other sub-servers for processing, and simultaneously is configured to feed back the processed information to the user. The voice recognition sub-server 400B is used to process voice data input by the user. The account management sub-server is used for managing account numbers of the media resource platform registered by the user. The device management sub-server is used for managing the device ID of the registered media asset platform.
The process of registering by the user by using the media resource platform registration system of the embodiment specifically includes:
the user terminal sends the registration request to the display device, and the user can select the registration option of the media resource platform through the control device, so that the registration request is sent to the display device. The display device sends the registration request (containing the device ID of the display device) to the device management sub-server. The device management sub-server generates a unique registration verification code according to the registration request, and establishes an association relation between the registration verification code and the device ID. And then, the device management sub-server feeds back the registration verification code and the registration prompt information to the corresponding display device according to the device ID.
After receiving the registration verification code and the registration prompt message, the display device displays the registration verification code and the registration prompt message on a display. After the user checks the registration verification code and the registration prompt information, the user registers according to the registration telephone number included in the registration prompt information. Specifically, the user dials the registered phone number by using the mobile terminal, and after dialing the registered phone, the customer service phone sub-server prompts the user to dial the number related to registration through voice broadcasting. For example, a voice prompt "register please 1.
After receiving the registration instruction input by the user (the user can press the number 1 key or input the number 1 through voice), the customer service telephone sub-server sends the telephone number used by the current call of the user to the account management sub-server. After receiving the telephone number used by the current call of the user, the account management sub-server judges whether the telephone number is registered. And the account management sub-server sends the judging result to the customer service telephone sub-server.
If the telephone number is registered, the customer service telephone sub-server prompts the user that the telephone number is registered, the user can log in the media resource platform through a login function, and the call is ended.
If the telephone number is not registered, the client telephony sub-server voice prompts the user to speak a registration verification code displayed on the display device.
After the user speaks the registration verification code displayed on the display device according to the prompt, the customer service telephone sub-server collects voice data input by the user and sends the voice data to the voice recognition sub-server. After receiving the voice data, the voice recognition sub-server extracts the verification code spoken by the user from the voice data. And feeding the extracted verification code back to the customer service telephone sub-server.
And the customer service telephone sub-server sends the extracted verification code and the telephone number used by the current call of the user to the equipment management sub-server. The device management sub-server judges whether the verification code extracted from the sound data matches the registered verification code.
In some embodiments, if the verification code extracted from the sound data does not match the registered verification code (the reason for the mismatch may be a user input error), the device management sub-server transmits the result of the verification mismatch to the customer service telephone sub-server. After receiving the unmatched result, the customer service telephone sub-server further judges whether the number of times of inputting the sound data by the user exceeds a preset number of times (a preset threshold of times of inputting the sound data).
If the number of times of voice data input by the user does not exceed the preset number of times, the customer service telephone sub-server prompts the user to speak the verification code again by voice, and the verification code verification process is repeated.
If the number of times of voice data input by the user exceeds the preset number of times, the customer service telephone sub-server prompts the user that the registration fails in a voice mode, prompts the user to acquire the verification code again to attempt registration, and ends the call.
In some embodiments, if the verification code extracted from the sound data matches the registered verification code, the device management sub-server establishes an association between the phone number currently used by the user and the device ID, and transmits the result of the judgment to the customer service phone sub-server.
After receiving the matching result, the customer service telephone sub-server prompts the user to speak the key words for starting the intelligent voice function of the television, and in an exemplary manner, sends out a voice prompt of "if the user wants to start the voice function, please speak the start voice". After the user speaks the key words according to the voice prompt, the customer service telephone sub-server collects the voice data input by the user and sends the voice data to the voice recognition sub-server. The voice recognition sub-server carries out voiceprint recognition on the voice data, extracts voiceprint data and feeds the voiceprint data back to the customer service telephone sub-server.
After receiving the voiceprint data, the customer service telephone sub-server sends the telephone number used by the current user and the voiceprint data to the account management sub-server, and the account management sub-server establishes an association relation between the telephone number of the current user and the voiceprint data and stores the telephone number used by the current user, the voiceprint data and the established association relation. The account management sub-server then sends a registration success message to the customer service telephony sub-server.
After receiving the registration success message, the customer service telephone sub-server prompts the user that the registration is successful by voice, and simultaneously sends the registration success message and the current telephone number used by the user to the equipment management sub-server. Because the telephone number and the device ID are established in the prior association relationship, the corresponding device ID is searched according to the telephone number, and the registration success information is sent to the corresponding display device according to the searched device ID, so that the registration success information is displayed on the display device. The user may further confirm that registration was successful by viewing the message on the display device. And finally, the system can end the call, or the user hangs up the call to end the pass, so as to finish the registration of the media resource platform.
In some embodiments, the device management sub-server sends the registration verification code and the registration prompt information to the display device and also sends the registration expiration time period to the display device so that the registration expiration time period is displayed on the display device. The registration expiration time is used to prompt the user for the longest time from when the expiration time information is received by the display device to when registration is completed.
The login process of the user by using the media information platform registration system of the embodiment specifically comprises the following steps:
the user side sends a login request to the display device, and the user can select a login option of the media resource platform through the control device, so that the login request is sent to the display device. The display device sends the login request (containing the device ID of the display device) to the device management sub-server. The equipment management sub-server generates a login verification code according to the login request, and establishes an association relation between the login verification code and the equipment ID. And then, the device management sub-server feeds back a login verification code and login prompt information to the corresponding display device according to the device ID.
After receiving the login verification code and the login prompt information, the display device displays the login verification code and the login prompt information on a display. After the user checks the login verification code and the login prompt information, the user performs login according to the login telephone number (which may be the same telephone number as the login telephone number) included in the login prompt information. Specifically, the user dials the login telephone number by using the mobile terminal, and after dialing the login telephone, the customer service telephone sub-server prompts the user to dial the number related to the login by voice broadcasting. For example, a voice prompt "register with 1, register with 2.
After receiving the login instruction input by the user (the user can press the number 2 key or input the number 2 through voice), the customer service telephone sub-server sends the telephone number used by the current call of the user to the account management sub-server. After receiving the telephone number used by the current call of the user, the account management sub-server judges whether the telephone number is registered. And the account management sub-server sends the judging result to the customer service telephone sub-server.
If the telephone number is not registered, the customer service telephone sub-server prompts the user to register the media resource platform by voice, and the call is ended.
If the telephone number is registered, the client telephony sub-server voice prompts the user to speak a login authentication code displayed on the display device.
After the user speaks the login verification code displayed on the display device according to the prompt, the customer service telephone sub-server collects voice data input by the user and sends the voice data to the voice recognition sub-server. And feeding the extracted verification code back to the customer service telephone sub-server.
And the customer service telephone sub-server sends the extracted verification code and the telephone number used by the current call of the user to the equipment management sub-server. The device management sub-server judges whether the verification code extracted from the sound data matches the login verification code.
In some embodiments, if the verification code extracted from the sound data does not match the login verification code, the device management sub-server transmits a result of the verification mismatch to the customer service telephone sub-server.
If the number of times of voice data input by the user exceeds the preset number of times, the customer service telephone sub-server prompts the user that the login fails in a voice mode, prompts the user to acquire the verification code again to attempt the login, and ends the conversation.
In some embodiments, if the verification code extracted from the sound data matches the login verification code, the device management sub-server establishes an association between the phone number currently used by the user and the device ID, and transmits the result of the judgment to the customer service phone sub-server.
And after receiving the voiceprint data, the customer service telephone sub-server sends the telephone number and the extracted voiceprint data to the account management sub-server. The account management sub-server judges whether the extracted voiceprint data is matched with the voiceprint data which is stored before and establishes an association relation with the telephone number. And the customer service telephone sub-server sends the result of judging whether the customer service telephone sub-server is matched or not to the customer service telephone sub-server.
If the extracted voiceprint data and the voiceprint data which is stored before and establishes the association relation with the telephone number are in a non-matching relation, the customer service telephone sub-server prompts the user that the login fails in a voice mode. And simultaneously, sending a login failure message to the device management sub-server. Because of the association relationship between the telephone number and the device ID, according to the association relationship, searching the device ID which is associated with the telephone, and according to the searched device ID, sending a login failure message to the corresponding display device. And finally displaying the login failure message on a display device. And ending the call.
