In the embodiment of the invention, the water heater acquires the image information sent by the user terminal to which the user belongs, and the image information comprises the image content of a fault maintenance or inspection point in the water heater. The image information can be obtained by a user through a photographing device of the terminal. The server modifies the initial fault maintenance or troubleshooting information according to the image information, so that the initial fault maintenance or troubleshooting information is closer to the actual reason of the fault of the water heater.
According to the embodiment, the image information with the fault is sent to the server by the water heater, so that the server modifies the initial fault maintenance or troubleshooting information according to the image information, the initial fault maintenance or troubleshooting information is closer to the actual reason of the fault of the water heater, the accuracy of conducting fault processing on the water heater according to the initial fault maintenance or troubleshooting information and guiding a user through voice is improved, and the fault processing efficiency of the water heater is improved.
Fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of a processing device based on a water heater fault according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 4, the processing device 40 based on the water heater fault includes: a self-test module 41 and a guidance module 42.
And the self-checking module 41 is used for starting fault self-checking processing when a fault of the water heater is detected and/or the water heater is identified to be detected or maintained by a user, and sending a detection result to the server so that the server generates initial fault maintenance or troubleshooting information according to the detection result.
And the guiding module 42 is used for receiving the initial fault maintenance or troubleshooting information returned by the server and performing voice playing on the initial fault maintenance or troubleshooting information so as to guide a user to perform fault maintenance or troubleshooting on the water heater.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the processing device 40 based on the water heater fault further includes a processing module, and the processing module is configured to activate a microphone on the water heater to obtain voice information of the user; and performing semantic recognition processing on the voice information, acquiring keywords related to detection or maintenance, and sending the keywords to the server so that the server can modify the initial fault maintenance or troubleshooting information according to the keywords.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the processing apparatus 40 based on the water heater fault further includes an obtaining module, where the obtaining module is configured to obtain image information sent by a user terminal to which a user belongs, and the image information includes image content of a fault maintenance or inspection point in the water heater; and sending the image information to a server so that the server can modify the initial fault maintenance or troubleshooting information according to the image information and the detection result or the key word.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the processing apparatus 40 based on the water heater fault further includes a generating module, where the generating module is configured to, after a preset time period, obtain current fault information of the water heater and maintenance or troubleshooting information if it is detected that the fault of the water heater is not repaired; and generating and sending an after-sale maintenance request message to the server according to the current fault information, the maintenance or troubleshooting information and the equipment number information of the water heater.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the processing device 40 based on the water heater fault further includes a monitoring module, and the monitoring module is configured to monitor a maintenance or inspection operation performed by a user on the water heater, and generate an alarm voice prompt when the maintenance or inspection operation is monitored to be a dangerous operation.
Fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of a water heater according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 5, the water heater 50 of the present embodiment includes: a wireless transmission module 501, a voice playing module 502 and a controller 503.
And the wireless transmission module 501 is configured to send the detection result to the server and receive initial fault maintenance or troubleshooting information returned by the server.
A voice playing module 502, configured to play voice.
In one possible design, the water heater further includes a microphone, wherein the microphone is used for acquiring voice information of a user.
A controller 503, wherein the controller 503 comprises at least one processor 5031 and a memory 5032. A processor 5031, a memory 5032, and a computer program stored in the memory 5032 and operable on the processor 5031, the processor 5031 when executing the computer program realizes the following steps: when a fault of the water heater is detected and/or the water heater is identified to be detected or maintained by a user, starting fault self-detection processing, and sending a detection result to a server so that the server generates initial fault maintenance or troubleshooting information according to the detection result; and initial fault maintenance or troubleshooting information returned by the server is received, and voice playing is carried out on the initial fault maintenance or troubleshooting information so as to guide a user to carry out fault maintenance or troubleshooting on the water heater.
In one possible design, the processor 5031, when executing the computer program, further performs the following steps: starting a microphone on the water heater to acquire voice information of the user; and performing semantic recognition processing on the voice information, acquiring keywords related to detection or maintenance, and sending the keywords to the server so that the server can modify the initial fault maintenance or troubleshooting information according to the keywords.
In one possible design, the processor 5031, when executing the computer program, further performs the following steps: acquiring image information sent by a user terminal to which the user belongs, wherein the image information comprises image content of a fault maintenance or inspection point in the water heater; and sending the image information to the server so that the server can modify the initial fault maintenance or troubleshooting information according to the image information and the detection result or the keyword.
In one possible design, the processor 5031, when executing the computer program, further performs the following steps: after a preset time period, if the fault of the water heater is detected not to be repaired, acquiring current fault information of the water heater and maintenance or troubleshooting information; and generating and sending an after-sale maintenance request message to the server according to the current fault information, the maintenance or troubleshooting information and the equipment number information of the water heater.
In one possible design, the processor 5031, when executing the computer program, further performs the following steps: and monitoring the maintenance or troubleshooting operation of the user on the water heater, and generating an alarm voice prompt when the maintenance or troubleshooting operation is monitored to belong to dangerous operation.
Reference may be made in particular to the description relating to the method embodiments described above.
In one possible design, the memory 5032 can be separate or integrated with the processor 5031.
When the memory 5032 is separately provided, the server further includes a bus 83 for connecting the memory 5032 and the processor 5031.
The embodiment of the present invention further provides a computer-readable storage medium, where the computer-readable storage medium stores computer execution instructions, and when a processor executes the computer execution instructions, the method for processing based on a water heater fault as described above is implemented.
In the embodiments provided in the present invention, it should be understood that the disclosed apparatus and method may be implemented in other ways. For example, the above-described device embodiments are merely illustrative, and for example, the division of the modules is only one logical division, and other divisions may be realized in practice, for example, a plurality of modules may be combined or integrated into another system, or some features may be omitted, or not executed. In addition, the shown or discussed mutual coupling or direct coupling or communication connection may be an indirect coupling or communication connection through some interfaces, devices or modules, and may be in an electrical, mechanical or other form.
The modules described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and parts displayed as modules may or may not be physical units, may be located in one place, or may be distributed on a plurality of network units. Some or all of the modules may be selected according to actual needs to implement the solution of the present embodiment.
In addition, functional modules in the embodiments of the present invention may be integrated into one processing unit, or each module may exist alone physically, or two or more modules are integrated into one unit. The unit formed by the modules can be realized in a hardware mode, and can also be realized in a hardware and software functional unit mode.
The integrated module implemented in the form of a software functional module may be stored in a computer-readable storage medium. The software functional module is stored in a storage medium and includes several instructions for causing a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device) or a processor to execute some steps of the methods described in the embodiments of the present application.
It should be understood that the Processor may be a Central Processing Unit (CPU), other general purpose Processor, a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), etc. A general purpose processor may be a microprocessor or the processor may be any conventional processor or the like. The steps of a method disclosed in connection with the present invention may be embodied directly in a hardware processor, or in a combination of the hardware and software modules within the processor.
The memory may comprise a high-speed RAM memory, and may further comprise a non-volatile storage NVM, such as at least one disk memory, and may also be a usb disk, a removable hard disk, a read-only memory, a magnetic or optical disk, etc.
The bus may be an Industry Standard Architecture (ISA) bus, a Peripheral Component Interconnect (PCI) bus, an Extended ISA (Extended Industry Standard Architecture) bus, or the like. The bus may be divided into an address bus, a data bus, a control bus, etc. For ease of illustration, the buses in the figures of the present application are not limited to only one bus or one type of bus.
The storage medium may be implemented by any type or combination of volatile or non-volatile memory devices, such as Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), electrically erasable programmable read-only memory (EEPROM), erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM), programmable read-only memory (PROM), read-only memory (ROM), magnetic memory, flash memory, magnetic or optical disks. A storage media may be any available media that can be accessed by a general purpose or special purpose computer.
An exemplary storage medium is coupled to the processor such the processor can read information from, and write information to, the storage medium. Of course, the storage medium may also be integral to the processor. The processor and the storage medium may reside in an Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASIC). Of course, the processor and the storage medium may reside as discrete components in an electronic device or host device.
Those of ordinary skill in the art will understand that: all or a portion of the steps of implementing the above-described method embodiments may be performed by hardware associated with program instructions. The program may be stored in a computer-readable storage medium. When executed, the program performs steps comprising the method embodiments described above; and the aforementioned storage medium includes: various media that can store program codes, such as ROM, RAM, magnetic or optical disks.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above embodiments are only used to illustrate the technical solution of the present invention, and not to limit the same; while the invention has been described in detail and with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some or all of the technical features may be equivalently replaced; and the modifications or the substitutions do not make the essence of the corresponding technical solutions depart from the scope of the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. A water heater fault-based processing method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
when the water heater fault is detected and/or the water heater is identified to be detected or maintained by a user, starting fault self-detection processing and sending a detection result to a server so that the server generates initial fault maintenance or troubleshooting information according to the detection result;
and receiving the initial fault maintenance or troubleshooting information returned by the server, and carrying out voice playing on the initial fault maintenance or troubleshooting information so as to guide the user to carry out fault maintenance or troubleshooting on the water heater.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
starting a microphone on the water heater to acquire voice information of the user;
and performing semantic recognition processing on the voice information, acquiring keywords related to detection or maintenance, and sending the keywords to the server so that the server can modify the initial fault maintenance or troubleshooting information according to the keywords.
3. The method of claim 2, further comprising:
acquiring image information sent by a user terminal to which the user belongs, wherein the image information comprises image content of a fault maintenance or inspection point in the water heater;
and sending the image information to the server so that the server can modify the initial fault maintenance or troubleshooting information according to the image information and the detection result or the keyword.
4. The method of claim 3, further comprising:
after a preset time period, if the fault of the water heater is detected not to be repaired, acquiring current fault information of the water heater and maintenance or troubleshooting information;
and generating and sending an after-sale maintenance request message to the server according to the current fault information, the maintenance or troubleshooting information and the equipment number information of the water heater.
5. The method of claim 3, further comprising:
and monitoring the maintenance or troubleshooting operation of the user on the water heater, and generating an alarm voice prompt when the maintenance or troubleshooting operation is monitored to belong to dangerous operation.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein the detection results include at least one of a temperature sensor parameter, a fan status parameter, an ignition pin status parameter, a motor speed parameter, and an air pressure parameter.
7. A water heater fault-based handling device, comprising:
the self-detection module is used for starting fault self-detection processing when a fault of the water heater is detected and/or the water heater is identified to be detected or maintained by a user, and sending a detection result to the server so that the server can generate initial fault maintenance or troubleshooting information according to the detection result;
and the guiding module is used for receiving the initial fault maintenance or troubleshooting information returned by the server and carrying out voice playing on the initial fault maintenance or troubleshooting information so as to guide the user to carry out fault maintenance or troubleshooting on the water heater.
8. A water heater, comprising:
the wireless transmission module is used for sending the detection result to a server and receiving the initial fault maintenance or troubleshooting information returned by the server;
the voice playing module is used for playing voice;
a controller, wherein the controller comprises at least one processor and a memory;
the memory stores computer-executable instructions;
the at least one processor executing the memory-stored computer-executable instructions cause the at least one processor to perform the water heater fault-based handling method of any one of claims 1 to 6.
9. The water heater of claim 8, further comprising:
and the microphone is used for acquiring the voice information of the user.
10. A computer readable storage medium having stored thereon computer executable instructions which, when executed by a processor, implement the method of water heater fault based handling as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6.
