Technical Field

The present application relates to the technical field of smart home appliances, for example, to a method and device for controlling an air conditioner, an air conditioner, and a storage medium.

Background technique

At present, air conditioners have become indispensable electrical appliances in people's office and life. In order to improve the interactive experience between users and air conditioners, most air conditioners are now equipped with voice modules to use voice as the main interaction method between air conditioners and users. The voice module is equipped with a speaker that broadcasts voice information and provides voice feedback to users. Every time the voice module is turned on, the speaker will broadcast a welcome message to remind users that the voice module can be used. However, when the wiring harness terminal connecting the voice module and the home appliance board of the air conditioner is loose, the voice module will be restarted continuously, causing the speaker to broadcast the opening welcome message continuously. The restart anomaly of the air conditioner voice module includes occasional restart anomalies and necessary restart anomalies. For occasional restart anomalies, the restart anomaly of the air conditioner voice module is accidental, and there is a high probability that the voice module can be successfully powered on when it is restarted again, and the voice module can operate normally. For necessary restart anomalies, the voice module of the air conditioner will fail every time it is powered on, that is, the air conditioner will restart every time it is powered on. It is a poor contact of the hardware circuit, which must be repaired by maintenance personnel to improve. In the related art, usually when it is detected that the voice module of the air conditioner is restarted multiple times in a short period of time, the voice function is directly turned off. For occasional restart anomalies, if the voice module is directly turned off, the voice module that is operating normally may be directly turned off, which reduces the user's experience of using the air conditioner voice module.

The home appliance board of the air conditioner is controlled to report the abnormal state to the voice module. When the voice module restarts again, the voice module is controlled to determine whether there is an abnormal state report, and the voice module is controlled to turn off the voice function when there is an abnormal state report. In this way, compared with directly turning off the voice module when it is determined that the voice module restarts abnormally. By setting the air conditioner to a preset abnormal state when it is determined that the voice module of the air conditioner restarts abnormally. And the abnormal state is reported to the voice module. When the voice module restarts again and there is an abnormal state report, the voice module is controlled to turn off the voice function. Only the necessary restart abnormality will be turned off, and the occasional and normally operating voice function will not be turned off, so that the user can use the voice module of the air conditioner normally. Thereby improving the user's experience of using the voice module of the air conditioner.

In conjunction with FIG. 1 , an embodiment of the present disclosure provides a method for controlling an air conditioner, including:

Step S101, when the air conditioner determines that the voice module of the air conditioner restarts abnormally, the air conditioner is set to a preset abnormal state.

Step S102, the air conditioner controls the home appliance board of the air conditioner to report the abnormal state to the voice module.

Step S103, when the voice module is restarted again, the air conditioner controls the voice module to determine whether there is an abnormal state to report.

Step S104, controlling the voice module to disable the voice function when an abnormal state is reported.

The method for controlling an air conditioner provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure is adopted. When it is determined that the voice module of the air conditioner restarts abnormally, the air conditioner is set to a preset abnormal state. The home appliance board of the air conditioner is controlled to report the abnormal state to the voice module. When the voice module restarts again, the voice module is controlled to determine whether there is an abnormal state report, and the voice module is controlled to turn off the voice function when there is an abnormal state report. In this way, compared with the case where the voice module restarts abnormally, the voice module is directly turned off. When it is determined that the voice module restarts abnormally, the air conditioner is set to a preset abnormal state. And the abnormal state is reported to the voice module. When the voice module restarts again and there is an abnormal state report, the voice module is controlled to turn off the voice function. Only the necessary restart abnormality will be turned off, and the occasional and normally running voice function will not be turned off, so that the user can use the voice module of the air conditioner normally. Thereby improving the user's experience of using the voice module of the air conditioner.

In some embodiments, the air conditioner sets the air conditioner to the default state when determining that the voice module of the air conditioner restarts abnormally. The air conditioner controls the home appliance board of the air conditioner to report the abnormal state to the voice module. If the air conditioner does not restart again, it is determined that the restart abnormality of the voice module of the air conditioner is an occasional restart abnormality, the voice module of the air conditioner can operate normally, and the user can use the voice module of the air conditioner normally.

In some embodiments, when the air conditioner determines that the voice module of the air conditioner restarts abnormally, the air conditioner is set to a preset abnormal state. The air conditioner controls the home appliance board of the air conditioner to report the abnormal state to the voice module. If the air conditioner restarts again, it is determined that the restart abnormality of the voice module of the air conditioner is a necessary restart abnormality, that is, the voice module of the air conditioner will fail every time it is powered on and will restart every time. Then the voice module is controlled to determine whether there is an abnormal state report, and if there is an abnormal state report, the voice module is controlled to turn off the voice function. The voice module with the necessary restart abnormality is turned off.

Optionally, the abnormal restart of the voice module of the air conditioner is determined by the following method: receiving information sent by a preset home appliance to characterize the abnormal restart of the voice module of the air conditioner, and determining that the voice module of the air conditioner is abnormally restarted. Further, the preset home appliance is equipped with a voice collection module and is in the same space as the air conditioner, such as a living room, bedroom or kitchen. In some embodiments, the preset home appliance is a smart TV, an induction cooker or a tea bar machine, etc.

In some embodiments, the smart TV is equipped with a voice collection module. When the voice collection module of the smart TV collects the welcome message broadcast by the voice module of the air conditioner multiple times within a preset time, it generates information for characterizing the abnormal restart of the voice module of the air conditioner. And send the information to the air conditioner. The air conditioner receives the information and determines that the voice module of the air conditioner restarts abnormally. Set the air conditioner to a preset abnormal state. Then control the home appliance board of the air conditioner to report the abnormal state to the voice module. When the voice module restarts again, control the voice module to determine whether there is an abnormal state report. Control the voice module to turn off the voice function when there is an abnormal state report.

In some embodiments, the smart TV is equipped with a voice collection module. The voice collection module of the smart TV collects the user's voice. When the user's voice includes a preset key sentence, information for characterizing the abnormal restart of the voice module of the air conditioner is generated. And the information is sent to the air conditioner. The air conditioner receives the information and determines that the voice module of the air conditioner is abnormally restarted. The air conditioner is set to a preset abnormal state. Then the home appliance board of the air conditioner is controlled to report the abnormal state to the voice module. When the voice module restarts again, the voice module is controlled to determine whether there is an abnormal state report. When the voice module is controlled to report an abnormal state, the voice function is turned off. Preset key sentences, such as: the air conditioner voice module restarts multiple times or the air conditioner keeps broadcasting a welcome message. In this way, when the user actively restarts the voice module frequently, compared with automatically determining the abnormal restart of the voice module of the air conditioner through the welcome message broadcast, the abnormal restart of the voice module of the air conditioner is determined by the user's voice. It can improve the accuracy of judging the abnormal restart of the voice module.

Optionally, the abnormal restart of the voice module of the air conditioner is determined by the following method: when receiving abnormal information sent by the control device corresponding to the air conditioner, the abnormal restart of the voice module of the air conditioner is determined. The abnormal information is used to characterize the abnormal restart of the voice module of the air conditioner. In this way, the abnormal information sent by the control device can determine whether the voice module of the air conditioner is abnormal. At the same time, when the user actively restarts the voice module frequently, compared with automatically determining the abnormal restart of the air conditioner's voice module through the welcome message broadcast situation, determining the abnormal restart of the air conditioner's voice module through the user's voice can improve the accuracy of judging the abnormal restart of the voice module.

Further, the control device corresponding to the air conditioner includes a remote controller or a user terminal. The remote controller is a remote controller corresponding to the air conditioner. The user terminal is installed with an application or a Bluetooth applet corresponding to the air conditioner. In some embodiments, the user terminal includes a mobile phone, a tablet, a smart watch and/or a computer.

In some embodiments, the remote controller corresponding to the air conditioner is provided with a voice module abnormality button.
