In order to improve the modification efficiency and accuracy of the object format and improve the office efficiency and the user experience, an embodiment of the present invention further provides an electronic device, as shown in fig. 9, including a processor 901, a communication interface 902, a memory 903 and a communication bus 904, where the processor 901, the communication interface 902, and the memory 903 complete mutual communication through the communication bus 904,
a memory 903 for storing computer programs;
the processor 901 is configured to implement the steps of the method for modifying any object format described above when executing the program stored in the memory 903.
The communication bus mentioned in the electronic device may be a Peripheral Component Interconnect (PCI) bus, an Extended Industry Standard Architecture (EISA) bus, or the like. The communication bus may be divided into an address bus, a data bus, a control bus, etc. For ease of illustration, only one thick line is shown, but this does not mean that there is only one bus or one type of bus.
The communication interface is used for communication between the electronic equipment and other equipment.
The Memory may include a Random Access Memory (RAM) or a Non-Volatile Memory (NVM), such as at least one disk Memory. Optionally, the memory may also be at least one memory device located remotely from the processor.
The Processor may be a general-purpose Processor, including a Central Processing Unit (CPU), a Network Processor (NP), and the like; but also Digital Signal Processors (DSPs), Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs) or other Programmable logic devices, discrete Gate or transistor logic devices, discrete hardware components.
In another embodiment of the present invention, a computer-readable storage medium is further provided, in which a computer program is stored, and the computer program, when executed by a processor, implements the steps of the method for modifying an object format.
In a further embodiment of the present invention, there is also provided a computer program product containing instructions which, when run on a computer, cause the computer to perform the method for modifying the format of any one of the objects in the above embodiments.
In the above embodiments, the implementation may be wholly or partially realized by software, hardware, firmware, or any combination thereof. When implemented in software, may be implemented in whole or in part in the form of a computer program product. The computer program product includes one or more computer instructions. Claims (12)

1. A method for modifying an object format, the method comprising:
determining a designated object in the electronic document;
receiving a first enabling instruction for a format brush function in the electronic document;
generating a format brush drop-down menu including a format of the specified object based on the first enabling instruction;
determining a target format from formats included in the format drop-down menu;
and extending the target format to a first target object in the electronic document.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the step of generating a format brush pull-down menu including a format of the specified object based on the first enabling instruction comprises:
acquiring the use frequency of each format of the specified object based on the first enabling instruction;
sorting the formats of the designated objects according to the sequence of the use frequency from high to low to obtain a sorting result;
and generating a format brush pull-down menu comprising the sequencing result.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the format brush drop down menu includes a full selection option;
the step of determining the target format from the formats included in the format drop-down menu includes:
receiving a first selection instruction aiming at the full selection option;
and determining all formats included in the format brush pull-down menu as target formats based on the first selection instruction.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the step of determining a target format from the formats included in the format-swipe-down menu comprises:
if a second selection instruction aiming at the format included by the format drop-down menu is received within a preset time length, determining that the format pointed by the second selection instruction is a target format;
and if the second selection instruction is not received after the preset time length, determining all formats included in the format pull-down menu as target formats.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein after determining the designated object, the method further comprises:
receiving a second enabling instruction for a format brush function in the electronic document;
and based on the second enabling instruction, extending a preset default format included in the format of the specified object to a second target object in the electronic document.
6. An apparatus for modifying an object format, the apparatus comprising:
the first determining module is used for determining a specified object in the electronic document;
the first receiving module is used for receiving a first enabling instruction aiming at the format brush function in the electronic document;
a generating module, configured to generate a format brush pull-down menu including a format of the specified object based on the first enabling instruction;
the second determining module is used for determining a target format from formats included in the format drop-down menu;
and the first delay module is used for delaying the target format to a first target object in the electronic document.
7. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the generating module comprises:
the obtaining sub-module is used for obtaining the use frequency of each format of the specified object based on the enabling instruction;
the ordering submodule is used for ordering the formats of the specified objects according to the sequence of the use frequency from high to low to obtain an ordering result;
and the generation submodule is used for generating a format brush pull-down menu comprising the sequencing result.
8. The apparatus of claim 7, wherein the format brush drop down menu comprises a full selection option;
the second determining module is specifically configured to:
receiving a first selection instruction aiming at the full selection option;
and determining all formats included in the format brush pull-down menu as target formats based on the first selection instruction.
9. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the second determining module comprises:
the first determining submodule is used for determining that the format pointed by the second selecting instruction is the target format if the second selecting instruction aiming at the format included by the format brush pull-down menu is received within the preset time length;
and the second determining submodule is used for determining all formats included in the format drop-down menu as target formats if the second selection instruction is not received after the preset time length.
10. The apparatus of claim 6, further comprising:
the second receiving module is used for receiving a second enabling instruction for the format brush function in the electronic document after the specified object is determined;
and the second delaying module is used for delaying the preset default format included in the format of the specified object to a second target object in the electronic document based on the second enabling instruction.
11. An electronic device, characterized in that the electronic device comprises a processor, a communication interface, a memory and a communication bus, wherein the processor, the communication interface and the memory are communicated with each other through the communication bus;
a memory for storing a computer program;
a processor for implementing the method steps of any one of claims 1 to 5 when executing a program stored in the memory.
