Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
In order to automatically clear ink drawn by a user without interrupting the thought of a speaker and a viewer, the embodiment of the invention provides an ink clearing method, an ink clearing device, electronic equipment and a storage medium.
First, the ink removing method provided by the embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail.
As shown in fig. 1, the ink removing method provided by the embodiment of the present invention includes the following steps:
s101: an instruction is received that ink is to be entered.
S102: and detecting whether the current ink mark is drawn completely.
In this step, the ink may be ink drawn by a user of the document presentation software, such as: and when the user clicks the mouse again, the position of the mouse pointer is the end point of the ink mark, and one ink mark is drawn.
In other embodiments, a set of ink drawn within a predetermined time interval may also be considered an ink. When the ink mark is drawn, the drawing time is monitored, and when the drawing time reaches a preset time interval, all the ink marks drawn in the time interval are considered as one ink mark.
In other implementations, the document presentation software used to draw the ink may also support the user to customize an ink: after the user draws a plurality of pieces of ink continuously, the user selects and determines that one piece of ink is input to be finished in the document demonstration software. At this time, a plurality of ink traces drawn by the user are regarded as one ink trace. Such as: the user writes a 'win' word on the demonstration interface of the document demonstration software by using the ink drawing function, and selects 'confirm one ink input is completed' in the document demonstration software after the user writes the word. At this time, the "win" word drawn by the user is an ink mark.
S103: if the drawing is completed, the current ink is recorded.
In this step, the current ink recording mode is executed according to the mode that the document demonstration software used for drawing the ink stores the ink data.
S104: taking the current ink as the ink to be removed, and starting a timer; the timing time of the timer is the preset ink clearing time.
In this step, the timer may count up or down. Further, as mentioned in step S102, a timer may be started for the user to click on a piece of ink drawn by the mouse; or a timer can be started for all ink marks drawn within a preset time interval; a timer may also be started for ink that is drawn by the user as multiple pieces of ink but is customized by the user as one piece of ink.
In other embodiments, after an ink is drawn in the user presentation document, a selection may be made in the document presentation software as to whether to start a timer for the ink. If the user chooses not to start the timer, then the ink is not cleared.
S105: and when the timer finishes timing, clearing the ink to be cleared.
In this step, the ink whose timing is finished may be deleted according to the manner of starting the timer used in step S104.
The method for removing the ink marks provided by the embodiment of the invention can start the timer for the ink marks after the ink marks are drawn, and automatically remove the ink marks when the timer finishes timing. Compared with the method for manually removing the ink by the user in the prior art, the method for removing the ink provided by the embodiment of the invention can automatically remove the ink without interrupting the thinking of the speaker and the audience.
In other embodiments, receiving an instruction to have ink input may include: an instruction is received for a user to select a functional option in the document presentation software to draw ink. Here, the document presentation software may be WPS presentation software.
Accordingly, the selection of the function option of drawing ink in the document presentation software may be a function of the user selecting "pen" or "highlighter" in the pointer option in the WPS presentation software.
Of course, the document presentation software may be other software that supports document presentation in addition to the WPS presentation software.
In other embodiments, the predetermined time for clearing ink may include: a preset default ink removal time or a user entered ink removal time.
In practical applications, the default ink clearing time is the default time of the document presentation software. In addition, the document presentation software may include a feature option for the user to configure the time to clear ink. Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of a configuration interface when a user inputs a default ink removal time according to the ink removal method provided by the embodiment of the invention, as shown in fig. 2. The user inputs the time for removing the ink, and after the click is determined, the document demonstration software starts a timer for the corresponding time for the ink drawn by the user according to the time for removing the ink input by the user. However, if the user does not enter a clear ink time, the document presentation software will start a timer for the corresponding time for the user-drawn ink based on its default time.
In other embodiments, before removing the ink to be removed, the following steps may be further included:
judging whether the document demonstration page where the ink marks to be removed are located is a current display page or not;
if yes, all document objects in the document demonstration page where the ink to be cleared is located and other ink in the page are obtained.
In practice, all document objects in a document presentation page may be the slide template background used by a user in making a presentation document on the document presentation page, as well as other document objects edited or inserted on the slide template background. Specifically, the document object may include: text boxes, pictures, clip art, self-selected graphics, tables, charts, headers, footers, artistic words, dates, times, slide numbers, and slide template backgrounds used by slides, etc.
Accordingly, removing ink to be removed may include:
and when the document demonstration page where the ink marks to be removed are located is the current display page, redrawing and displaying all document objects in the document demonstration page where the ink marks to be removed are located and other ink marks in the page, wherein the redrawn image does not contain the ink marks to be removed.
Here, the redrawn image is distinguished from the displayed image of the document presentation page before the ink to be removed is removed only in that: the former does not include ink to be removed.
In practical applications, after a user has drawn ink on a certain page of a presentation document, the user may switch to another page of the presentation document for the purpose of speech. At this time, the time for removing the ink marks drawn on the original page can be continuously timed, but the redrawn image can be displayed to the user only when the user returns to the page, namely, the document demonstration page where the ink marks are located becomes the current display page again. Therefore, even if the timing time of a certain ink mark is over, as long as the document presentation page where the ink mark is located is not the currently displayed page, there is no operation of generating and displaying the redrawn image of the document presentation page where the ink mark is located. Therefore, meaningless software operation can be avoided, and computer memory resources consumed by software are saved.
In other embodiments, before removing the ink to be removed, the following steps may also be included:
judging whether the document demonstration page where the ink marks to be removed are located is a current display page or not;
if so, determining a redisplay area of the current display page; the redisplay area is determined based on the position of the ink to be removed on the current display page, and is more than or equal to the display area occupied by the ink to be removed on the current display page; document objects and other ink in the redisplay area are retrieved.
In practical application, the current display page may be divided into a plurality of sub-areas according to a preset dividing manner and a preset dividing number. For example, the currently displayed page is divided into 4, 6, 8, 9, or 16 rectangular regions. Accordingly, the redisplay area of the currently displayed page is determined, i.e., the sub-area or sub-areas where ink is determined to be cleared.
In other embodiments, a minimum area of a rectangle or an ellipse that can include the ink to be removed and is tangent to an edge of the ink to be removed may also be determined based on the display area occupied by the ink to be removed on the currently displayed page. Then, the minimum area is used as a redisplay area.
In actual practice, only a portion of a document object or other ink may be located within the redisplay area. At this time, the document object and other ink in the redisplay area are acquired, and besides acquiring the document object and other ink all located in the redisplay area, the document object and other ink partially located in the redisplay area need to be acquired.
Accordingly, removing ink to be removed may include:
when the document demonstration page where the ink marks to be removed are located is the current display page, redrawing a redrawn image which contains the document objects and other ink marks in the redisplay area and does not contain the ink marks to be removed;
Acquiring an image of an area overlapped with the redisplay area from the redrawn image as a redisplay image;
in the redisplay area, the redisplayed image is displayed.
In practical applications, since document objects may include a slide template background, and some document objects and other ink may only be partially within the redisplay area. Thus, redrawn images redrawn using such document objects and other ink are likely to be larger in size than the redisplay area, and even equal in size to the currently displayed page of the document presentation page. However, because the document objects and other ink marks in the redrawn image are located at the same positions and in the same proportions as those of the document objects and other ink marks in the document presentation page, the redrawn image differs from the displayed image of the document presentation page before the ink to be removed is removed only in the redisplay area: the former does not include ink to be removed.
In other embodiments, the ink to be removed has an initial transparency.
After the timer is started and before the timer expires, it is further possible to:
Detecting whether the timing progress of the timer reaches any one of a plurality of preset target progresses; the preset target schedules correspond to the preset transparencies one by one;
if any target progress is reached, changing the transparency of the ink to be removed according to the preset transparency corresponding to the target progress;
judging whether the document demonstration page where the ink marks to be removed are located is a current display page or not;
if yes, obtaining all document objects in the document demonstration page where the ink to be removed is located and all ink in the page; and redrawing and displaying the image containing all the document objects and all the ink in the document demonstration page where the ink to be removed is located.
In practical application, a plurality of preset target schedules correspond to a plurality of preset transparencies one to one. The closer the timing progress of the timer is to the end of timing, the greater the transparency. So that the display effect that the user can see is: the ink to be removed becomes gradually lighter as the timing progress increases. As shown in fig. 3, fig. 3 is a diagram illustrating an effect of gradually fading the transparency of the ink before the ink is removed according to the method for removing the ink provided by the embodiment of the present invention. As can be seen from fig. 3, the ink is darker when it has just been drawn. As the timing progress increases, the ink is gradually faded out. When the timing progress reaches 80%, the ink color is already very pale.
In this embodiment, the redrawn image differs from the displayed image of the document presentation page before the transparency of the ink to be removed has not changed only in that: the transparency of the ink to be removed is different.
In this embodiment, the ink to be cleared is displayed faded, so that the presenter and the audience can roughly know how long the ink is expected to be cleared; and before the ink is cleared, the content of the original document presentation page below the ink is not completely blocked while the audience is given enough time to understand the meaning of the ink to be expressed.
In addition, the image including all document objects and all ink marks in the document presentation page where the ink mark to be removed is located is redrawn and displayed, which is the same as the implementation manner of the above-mentioned embodiment of removing ink marks, and is not described here again.
In other embodiments, the transparency of the ink to be cleared may be modified to be fully transparent when the timer expires.
Then, judging whether the document demonstration page where the ink marks to be removed are located is a current display page or not; if yes, all document objects in the document demonstration page where the ink to be cleared is located and all ink in the page are obtained.
Accordingly, removing ink to be removed may include:
And when the document demonstration page where the ink marks to be removed are located is the current display page, redrawing and displaying the images containing all document objects and all ink marks in the document demonstration page where the ink marks to be removed are located, wherein the transparency of the ink marks to be removed is full transparency.
Here, the ink to be removed is completely transparent, and the ink to be removed is removed.
In connection with the above-described embodiment of clearing ink to be cleared, in another embodiment, when the timer expires, the document presentation software may first ask the user whether the ink is to be retained. If the user chooses to clear the ink, then the ink is cleared again. If the user chooses to retain ink, the ink will be retained in the presentation document.
In other embodiments, when the user selects to close the presentation document, if the timer for ink has not expired, the document presentation software queries the user whether ink remains unremoved and then performs the corresponding action in accordance with the user's selection.
According to the ink removing method provided by the embodiment of the invention, a timer is started for the ink drawn into the demonstration document by the user according to the preset default ink removing time or the ink removing time input by the user, and when the timer finishes timing, a redrawn image is redrawn and displayed according to the document object and other ink of the document demonstration page where the ink is located. The redrawn image is different from the original document demonstration page only in that the redrawn image does not contain the ink, so that the effect of automatically clearing the ink is achieved. And before the ink is removed, the ink can be faded and displayed, so that the content of the original document demonstration page below the ink can not be completely blocked while the audience is provided with enough time to understand the meaning of the ink to be expressed. In addition, the method for removing the ink provided by the embodiment of the invention can also set the transparency of the ink to be completely transparent when the timer finishes timing, and also achieves the effect of removing the ink to be removed.
Next, the ink removing apparatus according to the embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail.
As shown in FIG. 4, an ink removing apparatus 400 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes:
a receiving module 401, a detecting module 402, a recording module 403, a timing module 404, and a clearing module 405.
The receiving module 401 is configured to receive an instruction that ink is to be input.
A detecting module 402, configured to detect whether the current ink is completely drawn.
Here, the ink may be ink drawn by user input, such as: and when the user clicks the mouse again, the position of the mouse pointer is the end point of the ink mark, and one ink mark is drawn.
Such as: the user writes a 'win' word on a demonstration interface line of the document demonstration software by using the ink drawing function, and selects 'determining the completion of the input of one ink' in the document demonstration software after the user writes the word. At this time, the "win" word drawn by the user is an ink mark.
And a recording module 403, configured to record the current ink after the current ink is completely drawn. Specifically, the recording module 403 records the current ink mode, and executes the current ink mode according to the mode that document demonstration software used for drawing the ink stores the data of the ink.
A timing module 404, configured to take the current ink as the ink to be cleared, and start a timer; wherein, the timing time of the timer is the preset ink clearing time. Here, the timer may count up or down.
In addition, the timing module 404 may start a timer for an ink mark drawn by a mouse clicked by a user, corresponding to the detection module 402 detecting whether the ink mark is drawn; or a timer can be started for a plurality of ink marks drawn within a preset time interval; a timer may also be started for ink that is drawn by the user as multiple pieces of ink but is customized by the user as one piece of ink.
In other embodiments, after a user has entered an ink in a document presentation, a choice may be made in the document presentation software as to whether to start a timer for the ink. If the user chooses not to start the timer, then the ink is not cleared.
And a clearing module 405, configured to clear the ink to be cleared when the timer expires. Specifically, the ink that is timed out may be deleted according to the manner of starting the timer used by the timing module 404.
The ink mark clearing device provided by the embodiment of the invention can start the timer for the ink mark after the ink mark is drawn, and automatically clear the ink mark when the timer finishes timing. Compared with the method for manually removing the ink by the user in the prior art, the device for removing the ink provided by the embodiment of the invention can remove the ink without interrupting the thinking of the speaker and the audience.
In other embodiments, the receiving module 401 receives an instruction of an upcoming ink input, which may include: an instruction is received for a user to select a functional option in the document presentation software to draw ink.
In other embodiments, the preset ink clearing time may include: a preset default ink removal time or a user entered ink removal time.
In practical applications, the default ink clearing time is the default time of the document presentation software. In addition, the document presentation software may include a feature option for the user to configure the time to clear ink as shown in FIG. 2. If the user does not enter the time to clear ink, the document presentation software will start a timer for the corresponding time for the ink drawn by the user based on its default time. If the user enters a clear ink time, the document presentation software starts a timer for the corresponding time for the user-drawn ink based on the clear ink time entered by the user.
In other embodiments, the purge module 405 is further configured to:
before removing the ink marks to be removed, judging whether the document demonstration page where the ink marks to be removed are located is a current display page or not; if yes, all document objects in the document demonstration page where the ink to be cleared is located and other ink in the page are obtained.
Correspondingly, the clearing module 405, clearing the ink to be cleared, may specifically be:
and when the document demonstration page where the ink marks to be removed are located is the current display page, redrawing and displaying all document objects in the document demonstration page where the ink marks to be removed are located and other ink marks in the page, wherein the redrawn image does not contain the ink marks to be removed.
At this time, the time for removing the ink marks drawn on the original page can be continuously timed, and the redrawn image can be displayed to the user only when the user returns to the page again, namely, the document demonstration page where the ink marks are located becomes the current display page again.
In other embodiments, the purge module 405 is further configured to:
before removing the ink marks to be removed, judging whether the document demonstration page where the ink marks to be removed are located is a current display page or not;
if so, determining a redisplay area of the current display page; the redisplay area can be determined based on the position of the ink to be removed on the current display page, and is more than or equal to the display area occupied by the ink to be removed on the current display page; document objects and other ink in the redisplay area are retrieved.
In practical application, the current display page may be divided into a plurality of sub-areas according to a preset dividing manner and a preset dividing number. For example, the current display page is divided into 4, 6, 8, 9, or 16 rectangular regions. Accordingly, the redisplay area of the currently displayed page is determined, i.e., the one or more sub-areas in which ink is determined to be cleared.
In other embodiments, a minimum area of a rectangle or an ellipse that can include the ink to be removed and is tangent to an edge of the ink to be removed may also be determined based on the display area occupied by the ink to be removed on the currently displayed page. Then, the minimum area is used as a redisplay area.
In actual practice, only a portion of a document object or ink may be located within the redisplay area. At this time, the document object and other ink in the redisplay area are acquired, and besides acquiring the document object and other ink all located in the redisplay area, the document object and other ink partially located in the redisplay area need to be acquired.
Correspondingly, the way for the erasing module 405 to erase the ink to be erased may specifically be:
When the document demonstration page where the ink marks to be removed are located is the current display page, redrawing a redrawn image which contains the document objects and other ink marks in the redisplay area and does not contain the ink marks to be removed;
acquiring an image of a region overlapping with the redisplay region from the redrawn image as a redisplay image;
in the redisplay area, a redisplay image is displayed.
In other embodiments, the ink to be removed has an initial transparency.
Accordingly, as shown in fig. 4, the ink removing apparatus 400 according to the embodiment of the present invention may further include: a desalination module 406.
Wherein the fade module 406 is configured to:
after the timer module 404 starts the timer, and before the timer expires,
detecting whether the timing progress of the timer reaches any one of a plurality of preset target progresses; the preset target schedules correspond to the preset transparencies one by one;
if any target progress is reached, changing the transparency of the ink to be removed according to the preset transparency corresponding to the target progress;
judging whether the document demonstration page where the ink marks to be removed are located is a current display page or not;
If yes, obtaining all document objects in the document demonstration page where the ink to be removed is located and all ink in the page;
and when the document demonstration page where the ink marks to be removed are located is the current display page, redrawing and displaying the images containing all document objects and all ink marks in the document demonstration page where the ink marks to be removed are located.
In practical application, the preset target schedules correspond to the preset transparencies one by one. The closer the timing progress of the timer is to the end of timing, the greater the transparency. So that the display effect that the user can see is: the ink to be removed becomes gradually lighter as the timing progress increases.
In this embodiment, the redrawn image differs from the displayed image of the document presentation page before the transparency of the ink to be removed has not changed only in that: the transparency of the ink to be removed is different.
In this embodiment, the fade module 406 fades the ink to be cleared to show that, firstly, the presenter and the audience can roughly know how long the ink is expected to be cleared; and before the ink is cleared, the audience is given enough time to understand the meaning of the ink to be expressed, and simultaneously the content of the original document presentation page below the ink is not completely blocked.
In addition, the image of all document objects and all ink in the document presentation page containing the ink to be removed is redrawn and displayed, which is substantially the same as the embodiment of removing the ink by the removing module 405, and is not described herein again.
In other embodiments, the fade module 406 may modify the transparency of the ink to be cleared to be fully transparent when the timer expires.
Then, the fade module 406 determines whether the document presentation page where the ink mark to be removed is the current display page; if yes, all document objects in the document demonstration page where the ink to be cleared is located and all ink in the page are obtained.
Correspondingly, the erasing module 405 may erase the to-be-erased ink mark specifically by:
and when the document demonstration page where the ink marks to be removed are located is the current display page, redrawing and displaying the images containing all document objects and all ink marks in the document demonstration page where the ink marks to be removed are located, wherein the transparency of the ink marks to be removed is full transparency.
Here, the ink to be removed is also removed in a manner of completely transparentizing the ink to be removed.
In the ink removing device provided by the embodiment of the invention, the timing module 404 starts a timer for the ink drawn into the demonstration document by the user according to the preset default ink removing time or the ink removing time input by the user, and when the timer finishes timing, the removing module 405 redraws and displays the redrawn image according to the document object and other ink of the document demonstration page where the ink is located. The redrawn image is different from the original document demonstration page only in that the redrawn image does not contain the ink, so that the effect of automatically clearing the ink is achieved. Moreover, before the ink is cleared, the fading module 406 in the device may fade the ink to display, so that the viewer is given enough time to understand what the ink is intended to express, and at the same time, the document content of the original document presentation page below the ink is not completely blocked. In addition, the ink removing device provided by the embodiment of the invention can also set the transparency of the ink to be completely transparent when the timer finishes timing, and also achieves the effect of removing the ink to be removed.
