Detailed Description
In order to make the technical solutions better understood by those skilled in the art, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present application, and not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
With the rapid development of terminal technology, more and more functions are supported by the terminal. For example, a user may use a terminal to send a mail to other users, and compared with the case where the user makes a call to notify other users one by one, the communication efficiency between users may be improved by using the mail to perform notification.
Before the user sends the mail to other users, the user can set the signature of the mail. For example, the user may enter the signature information directly in the mail signature area and edit the mail signature format. The signature information may include, for example, name information, user contact information, mailbox account information, address, and other information. When the user inputs the completed signature information, the user can change the format of the signature information. For example, the signature information is formatted in a font of a regular script and a font size of 12. When the user edits the completed mail signature format, the terminal may generate a mail signature. When the user sends the mail to other users, the mail carrying the mail signature can be sent to other users.
According to some embodiments, fig. 1 is a schematic view illustrating an application scenario of a mail signature generation method or a mail signature generation apparatus applied to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 1, the sending terminal can acquire the mail signature information and the mail information input by the sender on the terminal. The mail information may be, for example, text information, voice information, video information, or the like. The mail signature information may include, for example, the name of the sender and the sender's user contact information. When the sending terminal receives the voice mail information input by the sender, the sending terminal can generate a mail based on the received voice mail information and send the mail carrying the mail signature to the corresponding receiving terminal through the server and the network. When the receiving terminal receives the mail, the mail can be displayed on a display interface of the receiving terminal. The receiver can obtain the mail signature of the sender through the mail information displayed by the receiving terminal and contact according to the mail signature.
It is easy to understand that when a user sends a mail to other users, the receiver can be selected, and mail information is input on the body part of the mail, wherein the mail carries a mail signature, and the mail signature can contain user contact information, for example. When the mail information is input, the user can click the sending control, and the terminal where the user is located sends the mail carrying the mail signature to other users. When other users receive the mail, the user can be contacted according to the mail signature. Because the format of the mail signature is simple and single, the user needs to change the mail signature format continuously to show the characteristics of the mail signature of the user, and the user operation is complex, so that the use experience of the user is poor.
Optionally, when the signature information input by the user is more, due to the limitation of the size of the terminal display screen, the user is difficult to edit and typeset the signature information, so that the mail signature is not matched with the mail content, and the use experience of the user is further influenced.
According to some embodiments, the terminal may obtain signature information based on the associated social account number of the mailbox account, and automatically generate a mail signature based on the obtained signature information. However, when the mailbox account is not associated with the social account, the terminal cannot acquire the signature information and cannot automatically generate the mail signature, so that the time for the user to wait for the terminal to automatically generate the mail signature is increased, the mail carrying the mail signature cannot be sent in time, and the use experience of the user is poor.
The method for generating a mail signature according to the embodiment of the present application will be described in detail below with reference to fig. 2 to 11. The execution bodies of the embodiments shown in fig. 2-11 may be terminals, for example.
Referring to fig. 2, a flow chart of a method for generating a mail signature is provided in the embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 2, the method of the embodiment of the present application may include the following steps S101 to S103.
S101, receiving a signature command input by aiming at the mail signature inlet, and displaying a mail signature interface.
According to some embodiments, the terminal executing the subject according to the embodiments of the present application is a terminal that can support generation of a mail signature, and the terminal includes, but is not limited to, a smart phone, a tablet computer, an automobile, an audio playing device, a video playing device, a notebook, a desktop computing device, a wearable device such as an electronic watch, an electronic glasses, an electronic helmet, an electronic bracelet, an electronic necklace, an electronic article of clothing, and the like. The operating system of the terminal includes, but is not limited to, a system based on Android system deep development, an IOS system developed by apple inc, a system based on IOS system deep development, or other systems.
It will be readily appreciated that a mail signature portal refers to a portal that can trigger a mail signature interface. The mail signature includes, but is not limited to, a mail signature entry prompted before the mail is sent, a mail signature entry added to a mail page, and a mail signature entry of an account setting page. The mail signature portal of the embodiment of the present application may be, for example, a mail signature portal prompted before mail transmission. When the user sends the mail opening instruction to the terminal, the terminal can open the mail and display the initial page of the mail. After the terminal displays the initial page of the mail, the terminal can send out prompt information for editing the signature of the mail. The prompt message may be displayed in the form of a floating window, for example. The floating window is the mail signature entrance.
The terminal can display a mail signature interface comprising at least one signature template, wherein the at least one signature template can be the signature templates with different style typesetting styles, because of good compatibility of the MJM L tool, the terminal can write the signature templates by adopting the MJM L tool, so that the terminal can not shield the mail signature when sending the mail carrying the mail signature to other terminals.
According to some embodiments, a user may set a mail signature before the user sends mail to other users. When a user sends an email opening instruction to a terminal, the terminal may add an email signature control on an email display interface after opening an email, and at this time, an example schematic diagram of the terminal interface may be as shown in fig. 3. When the user sets the mail signature, the user may enter a signature instruction for the mail signature control. The signature directive may be, for example, a click signature directive. When the terminal detects that the user clicks the mail signature control, the terminal can receive a signature clicking instruction, and the terminal can perform mail signature on the interface. At this time, an example schematic diagram of the terminal interface may be as shown in fig. 4.
S102, obtaining the signature information input in the mail signature interface, and receiving a selection instruction aiming at a target signature template in at least one signature template.
According to some embodiments, the signature information includes, but is not limited to, name information, mailbox account number, avatar information, user contact information, job title information, company information, and the like.
The terminal can display a name information item, a mailbox account number item, an avatar information item, a user contact information item, a position information item and a company name item on the mail signature interface, for example, the signature information input by the user according to the self requirement can be name information, a mailbox account number and user contact information, the terminal can set hyper text Markup language (html) in the terminal, and the terminal can acquire the signature information input by the user by using html and add the signature information to the corresponding signature information item.
According to some embodiments, when the terminal acquires the signature information input by the user in the mail signature interface, the user can input a selection instruction for a target signature template in the at least one signature template in the mail signature interface. The selection instructions include, but are not limited to, text selection instructions, voice selection instructions, and click selection instructions. At least one of the signature templates may be, for example, platinum texture, natural cloud white, zero matte black, delicate emerald blue, and matte gilding. When the user clicks the target signature template with the zero degree matte black, the terminal can detect that the user clicks the target signature template with the zero degree matte black, and the terminal can receive a click selection instruction for the target signature template with the zero degree matte black.
And S103, generating a mail signature based on the signature information and the target signature template.
According to some embodiments, when the terminal acquires the signature information input in the mail signature interface and receives a selection instruction for a target signature in at least one signature template, the terminal can acquire the signature information and the target signature template, and the terminal can generate the mail signature.
It is easy to understand that the signature information acquired by the terminal may be, for example, name information, a mailbox account, and user contact information, and the selection instruction received by the terminal for a target signature template of the at least one signature template may be, for example, a voice selection instruction. When the user selects the target signature template with the zero degree matte black, the user can send a voice selection instruction of selecting the zero degree matte black template to the terminal. When the terminal receives the voice selection instruction, the terminal can generate the mail signature by the acquired signature information and the zero-degree matte black target signature template.
Optionally, when the terminal acquires the signature information and the target signature template, the user may click a completion control of the terminal email signature interface. When the terminal detects that the user clicks the completion control, the terminal may generate a mail signature.
The embodiment of the application provides a method for generating a mail signature, and a terminal can display a mail signature interface when receiving a signature instruction input by aiming at a mail signature inlet, acquire signature information input by the mail signature interface, and receive a selection instruction aiming at a target signature template in at least one signature template so as to complete a generation process of the mail signature. Because various signature templates are arranged in the mail, a user can generate diversified mail signatures only by inputting signature information and selecting favorite signature templates, and the user can independently select the mail signature template belonging to the user, so that the mail signature is personalized on the basis of displaying the signature information. In addition, because the user is not required to edit the mail signature format and frequently check whether signature information is omitted or not, the operation of the user for editing the mail signature format can be reduced, and the use experience of the user can be improved.
Referring to fig. 5, a flowchart of a method for generating a mail signature is provided in an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 5, the method of the embodiment of the present application may include the following steps S201 to S206.
S201, receiving a signature command input by aiming at the mail signature inlet, and acquiring historical signature information.
According to some embodiments, the historical signature information refers to historical signature information stored in a terminal memory or historical signature information that can be acquired by the terminal before the terminal receives a signature instruction input for a mail signature entry. The historical signature information includes, but is not limited to, historical signature information entered at a mail signature interface, social account information associated with the mail account, signature information entered by the user in other applications, and the like.
It is easy to understand that the signature command received by the terminal for the mail signature portal input may be, for example, a voice signature command. When the terminal receives the voice signature instruction, the terminal can read the historical signature information input by the user in the mail signature interface from the memory.
S202, displaying a mail signature interface containing historical signature information.
According to some embodiments, when the terminal receives a signature instruction input by aiming at the mail signature inlet and acquires historical signature information, the terminal can display a mail signature interface, wherein the mail signature interface contains the historical signature information.
It is easy to understand that when the terminal displays the mail signature interface containing the history signature information, the terminal may display the mail signature containing the history information under a default signature template, and may also display the mail signature containing the history information under a signature template corresponding to the last selection instruction.
According to some embodiments, please refer to fig. 6, which provides a flowchart of a method for generating a mail signature according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 6, the method of the embodiment of the present application may include the following steps S301 to S302. S301, receiving a signature instruction input by aiming at a mail signature inlet, and acquiring a mailbox account corresponding to a mail; and S302, displaying a mail signature interface containing the mailbox account.
According to some embodiments, when the terminal receives a signature instruction input by aiming at a mail signature inlet, a mailbox account corresponding to a mail is obtained, and a mail signature interface containing the mailbox account is displayed. For example, when the terminal receives a signature instruction input by a mail signature entry of an account setting page, the terminal may acquire a mailbox account corresponding to a mail. The terminal may, for example, obtain a mailbox account to which the current mail application is logged. When the terminal acquires the mailbox account, the terminal can display a mail signature interface containing the mailbox account.
It is easy to understand that when the terminal receives a mail opening instruction input by a user, the terminal may also obtain a mailbox account to which the current mail application program logs in, and generate an initial mail signature. The terminal may display the initial mail signature on the initial page of the mail. When the user is not satisfied with the initial mail signature, the user can send a modification instruction of the initial mail signature to the terminal. The terminal may receive the modification instruction, i.e. the terminal may receive a signature instruction entered for the mail signature portal.
S203, acquiring the signature information input in the mail signature interface, and receiving a selection instruction aiming at a target signature template in at least one signature template.
The specific process is as described above, and is not described herein again.
And S204, receiving a replacing instruction aiming at the target signature template, and replacing the target signature template.
According to some embodiments, when the user needs to replace the target signature template after the user selects to complete the target signature template, the user may input a replacement instruction for the target signature template. When the terminal detects that the user inputs a replacement instruction for the target signature template, the terminal can replace the target signature template with a target signature template corresponding to the replacement instruction. Wherein the replacing command includes but is not limited to a voice replacing command, a text replacing command and a click replacing command. In addition, the terminal can also receive a replacement instruction for the signature background picture. When the terminal receives the instruction, the signature background image can be replaced by the signature background image corresponding to the replacement instruction.
It is easy to understand that, after a user selects a target signature template with platinum texture, the user can input a replacement instruction for the target signature template when the user needs to replace the target signature template with a target signature template with zero degree matte black according to the needs of the user. The replacement instruction may be, for example, a click replacement instruction, which may be, for example, to replace the target template from textured platinum to zero degree matte black. When the terminal receives the replacement instruction, the terminal may replace the target signature template from the texture platinum to zero-degree matte black.
And S205, adding the signature information to the signature information item under the replaced target signature template.
According to some embodiments, when the terminal receives a replacement instruction for the target signature template and completes replacement of the target signature template, the terminal can add the signature information to the signature item under the replaced target signature template, so that the operation of editing the signature information by a user can be reduced, and the use by the user is facilitated. For example, when the terminal changes the target signature template from texture platinum to zero degree matte black, the terminal may add the signature information under the target signature template of texture platinum to the signature information item under the target signature template of zero degree matte black.
And S206, generating a mail signature based on the signature information and the target signature template, and synchronously displaying the mail signature in a preview area on a mail signature interface.
According to some embodiments, when the terminal acquires the signature information input in the mail signature interface and receives a selection instruction for a target signature template in at least one signature template, the terminal can determine the signature information and the target signature template. When the terminal determines the signature information and the target signature template, the terminal can synchronously display the mail signature in a preview area on a mail signature interface, so that a user can visually edit the mail signature.
It is easy to understand that the signature information acquired by the terminal may be, for example, name information, a mailbox account number, and user contact information, and the selection instruction received by the terminal for the target signature template in the at least one signature template may be, for example, a selection instruction of a zero-degree matte black target signature template. When the terminal determines the signature information and the zero-degree matte black target signature template, the terminal can synchronously display the mail signature in a preview area on a mail signature interface, and a user can timely acquire the preview effect of the mail signature. At this time, an example schematic diagram of the terminal interface may be as shown in fig. 7. When the user does not need to display the signature information in the preview area of the terminal, the user can click the non-display control. When the terminal detects that the user clicks the non-display control, the terminal can cancel the mail signature synchronously displayed in the preview area on the mail signature interface.
According to some embodiments, please refer to fig. 8, which provides a flowchart of a method for generating a mail signature according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 8, the method of the embodiment of the present application may include the following steps S401 to S402. S401, synchronously displaying the mail signature in a preview area according to a preset display proportion; and S402, if all the signature information in the mail signature is not displayed, responding to the first operation aiming at the preview area, and enlarging the preview area to display all the signature information in the mail signature.
According to some embodiments, when the terminal synchronously displays the mail signature in the preview area on the mail signature interface, the terminal can synchronously display the mail signature in the preview area according to the preset display scale. When the preview area of the terminal does not display all signature information in the mail signature, the user may input a first operation for the preview area. When the terminal receives a first operation of a user for the preview area, the terminal responds to the first operation for the preview area, the terminal can expand the preview area to display all signature information in the mail signature, so that the signature preview area is highly adaptive to the signature information, and the user can freely and fully make an exclusive mail signature.
It is easy to understand that when the terminal does not display all signature information in the mail signature, the user can click on the preview area. When the terminal detects that the user clicks the preview area, the terminal can display a zoom cursor around the preview area. The user may press and move the zoom cursor using a finger (which may be a thumb, for example). When the terminal detects that the user moves the zoom cursor, the terminal can receive a first operation of the user on the preview area, and the terminal can enlarge the preview area to display all signature information in the mail signature. For example, the terminal may enlarge the preview area shown in fig. 7 to display all signature information in the mail signature, and in this case, an example schematic diagram of the terminal interface may be as shown in fig. 9.
Optionally, when the terminal detects that the preview area of the terminal does not display all the signature information in the email signature, the terminal may further adjust the preview area based on the number of items of signature information items or the terminal may further set a slider so that the user can preview all the signature information displayed in the preview area by moving the slider. For example, when the terminal detects that the signature information item input by the user is 5 items when the preset number of items of the signature information item displayed in the preview area according to the preset ratio set by the terminal is 3 items, the terminal may expand the preview area to display all signature information in the mail signature based on the ratio of the number of items of the signature information item input by the user to the preset number of items.
According to some embodiments, please refer to fig. 10, which provides a flowchart of a method for generating a mail signature according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 10, the method of the embodiment of the present application may include the following steps S501 to S502. S501, synchronously displaying the mail signature in a preview area according to a preset display proportion; and S502, if all signature information in the mail signature is not displayed, responding to a second operation aiming at the mail signature, and reducing the mail signature to display all signature information in the mail signature.
According to some embodiments, when the terminal synchronously displays the mail signature in the preview area on the mail signature interface, the terminal can synchronously display the mail signature in the preview area according to the preset display scale. When the preview area of the terminal does not display all signature information in the mail signature, the user may input a second operation for the preview area. When the terminal receives a second operation of the user for the preview area, the terminal may reduce the mail signature to display all signature information in the mail signature in response to the second operation for the preview area.
It is easy to understand that when the terminal does not display all signature information in the mail signature, the user can set the reduction ratio of the mail signature, that is, the user can input the second operation for the preview area. When the terminal receives the second operation of the user for the preview area, the terminal can display the mail signature according to the reduction scale set by the user in response to the second operation for the preview area, namely, the terminal can reduce the mail signature to display all signature information in the mail signature.
Optionally, the terminal may further receive a reduction instruction of the mail signature by the user. The zoom-out command may be, for example, a zoom-out command input by the user by pressing the preview area mail signature with two fingers. When the terminal receives the reduction instruction, the terminal may reduce the mail signature to display all signature information in the mail signature.
According to some embodiments, please refer to fig. 11, which provides a flowchart of a method for generating a mail signature according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 11, the method of the embodiment of the present application may include the following steps S601 to S602.
