The quality management cloud platform for the smart factory solves the problem of forward and reverse quality tracing from raw materials to products through the cooperation of the application layer, the data layer and the equipment layer, can realize digital production and quality management digitalization by utilizing hardware equipment conforming to field industrial bus communication, a data analysis management module and a data sharing module, and solves the problems of data transmission and sharing of discrete measuring equipment in a production line.

the application layer comprises a data analysis management module and a data sharing module, the data analysis management module processes the data stored in the storage resource pool node, and the data analysis management module checks the processed data at the intelligent terminal through the data sharing module.

the data layer is composed of a plurality of servers, a plurality of storage resource pool nodes are arranged in the data layer, and correspondingly defined data can be stored in corresponding storage resource pools according to the types of the data;
the application layer comprises a data analysis management module and a data sharing module, the data analysis management module processes the data stored in the storage resource pool node, and the data analysis management module checks the processed data at the intelligent terminal through the data sharing module.
2. The intelligent factory-oriented quality management cloud platform as claimed in claim 1, wherein the communication protocol adopted by the hardware device is one or more of TCP/IP, MODBUS and Profinet.

The intelligent factory-oriented quality management cloud platform of claim 1, wherein the hardware devices comprise direct-connection type devices and non-direct-connection type devices, the direct-connection type devices are connected through a MODBUS bus, and the non-direct-connection type devices are connected through a TCP/IP permission protocol.
