发明内容
本发明的基本的目的是提供一种具有简单构造的可靠的板式热交换器。

所述外壁的所述波浪形状改变了所述间隙的大小,或在优选实施例中使所述间隙很小以至于所述垫片不能被按压出所述凹槽。因而,显著降低了由这样的热交换器板所形成的热交换器的泄漏的风险。
在本发明的实施例中,所述波浪形状包括波峰部和波谷部,其中所述波峰部比所述波谷部更靠近所述边缘,并且其中至少在所述边缘的中间段中,波峰部的数目与顶部的数目相对应。因而,可以减少每个顶部处的所述间隙的大小。
在本发明的实施例中,所述波峰部被布置在所述顶部的区域中。因而,所述间隙在需要的位置处被精确地减少。
在本发明的实施例中,所述波峰部至少延伸至所述波纹状区域的内边界。特别地,所述波峰部可以延伸超过所述波纹状区域的内边界。因而,可以完全闭合所述间隙。
在本发明的实施例中,所述凹槽包括变化的宽度。这种变化的宽度是由于以下事实:所述外壁呈波浪形状的形式并且所述内壁不遵循同样的形状。
在本发明的实施例中,所述内壁至少在所述内壁的长度的一部分上是直的。这简化了所述热交换器板的生产。
在本发明的额外的或可替代的实施例中,所述内壁至少在所述内壁的长度的一部分上不是直的。然而,可以将所述内壁的直的部分和非直的部分组合。所述内壁的特定形式依赖于所使用的垫片。
在本发明的实施例中,所述波峰部和波谷部是圆化的。因而,不存在可能损伤所述垫片的锐利边缘。

图1以立体图示出热交换器板1的边缘段,所述热交换器板1包括边缘2、凹槽3和波纹状区域4,所述凹槽3平行于所述边缘2延伸,所述波纹状区域4具有位于所述凹槽3与所述边缘2之间的顶部5和谷部6。
所述顶部5大体垂直于所述边缘2延伸。所述凹槽3包括邻近于所述波纹状区域4的外壁7和在所述外壁7的相反侧上的内壁8。
所述外壁7呈波浪形状的形式,即,它是波浪式的。所述外壁7包括波峰部9和波谷部10。所述波峰部9比所述波谷部10更靠近所述边缘2。
至少在所述边缘2的中间段中,波峰部9的数目与顶部5的数目相对应。
波峰部9被布置在所述顶部5的区域中。在优选实施例中,所述波峰部9的最靠近所述边缘2的点与所述顶部5的中间(在平行于所述边缘2的方向上)相对应。
所述波峰部9尽可能靠近所述顶部5而延伸。在示出的实施例中,在所述波纹状区域4的内边界11与所述内壁7的所述波峰部9之间存在较小的间距A。然而,所述波峰部9可能至少延伸至所述波纹状区域4的所述内边界11。
由于外边界7的所述波浪形状,所述凹槽3的宽度变化。换句话说,所述外壁7与所述内壁8之间的间距变化。
在示出的实施例中,所述内壁8是直的。然而,可以使用仅在内壁8的长度的一部分上是直的或不是直的内壁8。此外,可以将所述内壁8的直的段和所述内壁的不是直的段相组合。
所述波峰部9和波谷部10是圆化的。可以将所述外壁7设计成正弦波的形式,或将所述外壁设计成一系列正方形或矩形。

上述的间距A被选择成很小以使得被布置在所述凹槽3中的垫片不能被按压通过间隙。所述间距A越小,所述间隙就越小并且发生泄漏的风险越小。
图5a示出了第二实施例的两个热交换器板1a、1b的组件的波峰部和顶部的相互关系。所述上热交换器板1a的部分用虚线示出,所述下热交换器板1b的相应的部分用实线示出。
所述外壁7的波浪形状是正方形的或近似正方形的,而不是正弦形的,如图4所示。
图5b示出沿图5a的线A-A和B-B截取的截面图。可以看出,在截面A-A中,所述间隙已经消失。
图6示意性地示出了第三实施例的两个热交换器板1a、1b的组件的波峰部和顶部的相互关系。

边界线7a、7b的形状被图示为正方形,但还可以具有正弦形状或任何其它曲线形式。所述形状可以移位。

Claims (10)
