and S3, transferring the products in the baking frame at the unloading position in the step S2 to the outside of the baking frame by using a lifting and dismounting device, and enabling the products in the baking frame at the unloading position to leave the baking frame.
In step S1, the baking frame is disposed on a rack, and the rack is disposed on one side of the curing oven; in step S2, another rack is disposed at the unloading position, and the rack is disposed at the other side of the curing oven.
The specific process of step S1 is as follows: the product is conveyed to a lifting loading device (plate feeding, namely the product is conveyed to a first loading rail), then the product is conveyed to a baking frame by the lifting loading device (in the step, a first driving mechanism drives a first loading module to move to a position (lifting upper plate) corresponding to the baking frame to be subjected to sheet loading along the height direction of the first lifting module, a second driving mechanism drives the product to move along the first loading rail, then a push rod pushes the product on the first loading rail to the position (frame loading) in the baking frame to be subjected to sheet loading), the baking frame is fixedly arranged in a storage rack, and the storage rack is arranged on the left side of the curing oven.
The specific process of step S2 is as follows: the baking frames (filled with products) in the storage rack in the step S1 are conveyed to the baking box (stacking upper frame) by utilizing the stacking device, the baking box heats (bakes) the products in the baking frames, each baking box can calculate baking time, the heating process is independent temperature rise, heat preservation and temperature reduction, the highest heating temperature required by different products is set randomly, the time required by raising the temperature from low temperature to high temperature is short, the temperature control deviation is +/-1 ℃, the temperature fluctuation is +/-2 ℃, the constant temperature is set for 1 second to 2 hours regularly, and the temperature control mode is PID double-digital display intelligent temperature control.
After the heating is finished, the baking frame which is heated is taken out of the baking box and conveyed to an unloading position (stacking lower frame) by utilizing the stacking device, another storage rack is arranged at the unloading position, the storage rack is arranged on the right side of the curing furnace, and the stacking device is used for placing the baking frame which is heated into the storage rack to wait for the product to be taken out.
The specific process of step S3 is as follows: lifting the lower plate: the lifting and disassembling device is used for grabbing the products in the baking frame located at the unloading position in the step S2 and making the products leave the baking frame, the lifting and disassembling device sequentially hooks out the products in the baking frame at the unloading position one by one, and the hooked products are conveyed to the next process, specifically, the fifth driving mechanism 52 drives the second loading module to move to a product position corresponding to the baking frame along the height direction of the third lifting module 51, the hook 55 transfers the product 6 to the second loading rail 54, and the sixth driving mechanism 53 drives the product 6 to move along the second loading rail 54.
The operation process comprises plate feeding, lifting of the upper plate, framing, stacking of the upper plate, baking, stacking of the lower plate, lifting of the lower plate and plate discharging, fine control of temperature rising, heat preservation and cooling in the baking process can be achieved, independent control among the devices can be achieved, automatic production is achieved, and product quality and production efficiency are improved.
The processing method of the product baking and conveying equipment provided by the invention is executed by the product baking and conveying equipment.
The product baking and conveying equipment further comprises a sliding rail, and the stacking device 4 can move along the length direction of the sliding rail.
The product baking and conveying equipment provided by the invention has small temperature difference (temperature control deviation +/-1 ℃, temperature measurement deviation +/-2 ℃ heating slope can be set to be 2 ℃ minimum), low failure rate (30% lower than that of the traditional vertical curing oven), support of various communication butt joints (MES, ERP, SECS/GEM), convenient modular design and maintenance and wide application (3C, baking, curing and aging in the fields of automobile electronics and semiconductor sealing and testing can be used).

one or more temperature zones are arranged in each baking oven (1), each baking oven (1) comprises an oven body and an oven door, the oven body and the oven door are enclosed to form a closed cavity for accommodating the baking frame (2), and a temperature control device for adjusting the temperature of each temperature zone is arranged in each baking oven (1);
the baking frame (2) comprises a box body, a hollow space is arranged in the box body, a plurality of supporting structures (21) are arranged in the hollow space from top to bottom along the height direction of the hollow space, and the supporting structures are used for placing products (6) to be heated.

the lifting loading device (3) is used for conveying the products (6) into the baking frame (2), and the stacking device (4) is used for conveying the baking frame (2) into the baking box (1) and conveying the heated baking frame (2) to an unloading position; the lifting and dismounting device (5) is used for grabbing the products (6) in the baking frame (2) at the unloading position and enabling the products to leave the baking frame (2).

the stacking device (4) comprises a second lifting module (41), a stacking assembly, a third driving mechanism (42) and a fourth driving mechanism (43), wherein the third driving mechanism (42) is used for driving the stacking assembly to move up and down along the height direction of the second lifting module (41), the stacking assembly comprises a fork connection platform (44) used for forking the baking frame (2), and the fourth driving mechanism (43) is used for driving the fork connection platform (44) to move along the horizontal direction;
the lifting and dismounting device (5) comprises a third lifting module (51), a second loading module, a fifth driving mechanism (52) and a sixth driving mechanism (53), wherein the fifth driving mechanism (52) is used for driving the second loading module to move in a lifting mode along the height direction of the third lifting module (51); the second loading module comprises a second loading track (54) and a hook (55), the hook (55) is used for transferring the products (6) which are positioned in the baking frame (2) and are heated to the second loading track (54), and the sixth driving mechanism (53) is used for driving the products (6) to move along the second loading track (54).

The product baking conveyor apparatus according to claim 5, wherein the first loading track (34) comprises two first horizontal tracks disposed opposite each other, and the lift loading device (3) further comprises a first adjusting mechanism (36) for adjusting a distance between the two first horizontal tracks;

s2, conveying the baking frame in the step S1 to a baking box of the curing oven by using a stacking device, heating the product in the baking frame by using the baking box, and conveying the heated baking frame to an unloading position by using the stacking device when the heating time of the baking box reaches a preset heating time threshold and the heating temperature reaches a preset heating temperature threshold;
and S3, transferring the product in the baking frame positioned at the unloading position in the step S2 to the outside of the baking frame by using a lifting and dismounting device.
9. The method as claimed in claim 8, wherein in step S1, the baking frame is located on a rack disposed on one side of the curing oven; in step S2, another rack is disposed at the unloading position, and the rack is disposed at the other side of the curing oven.
