本发明公开了一种液压管路直角管接头,包括直角接头体,所述直角接头体的输出端设有管道连接头,所述管道连接头包括接头体、管道、密封圈和螺母,所述接头体包括设有外螺纹的连接部,所述连接部上设有前小后大的台阶孔,所述台阶孔的后端为锥形孔,所述管道的管端通过冷成型工艺形成有环状防脱凸起,所述环状防脱凸起前方的管道上设有与锥形孔相配合的密封圈,所述环状防脱凸起后方的管道上套设有与连接部螺纹连接的螺母,所述直角接头体包括空腔体、缓冲板、若干弹性支撑体和若干分流柱体,与现有技术相比,能够提高抗冲击力,降低对管子精度和硬度的要求,降低安装力矩,减少零部件。

【技术领域】
本发明涉及管接头的技术领域,特别是一种液压管路直角管接头的技术领域。
【背景技术】
直角管接头的作用是为了改变管道的走向,进而使管道内流通的介质改变流向。现有技术中,直角管接头在经过长时间使用后,直角管接头上会出现裂缝甚至会因压力过大而破裂;因此,对直角管接头内部进行改造,提高抗冲击力显得尤为必要;由于直角管接头与管子的连接方式一般采用卡套式连接,其具有连接、密封好,安装操作方便快捷等优点,其应用范围和使用数量不断增加,也提出了更高的要求。如原来的双卡套式连接对管子精度和硬度的要求较高,才能保证其连接强度和密封性,并且所需安装力矩较大,零部件多等不利因素,影响了更大范围的普及应用。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的就是解决现有技术中的问题,提出一种液压管路直角管接头,能够提高抗冲击力,降低对管子精度和硬度的要求,降低安装力矩,减少零部件。
为实现上述目的,本发明提出了一种液压管路直角管接头,包括直角接头体,所述直角接头体的输出端设有管道连接头,所述管道连接头包括接头体、管道、密封圈和螺母,所述接头体包括设有外螺纹的连接部,所述连接部上设有前小后大的台阶孔,所述台阶孔的后端为锥形孔,所述管道的管端通过冷成型工艺形成有环状防脱凸起,所述环状防脱凸起前方的管道上设有与锥形孔相配合的密封圈,所述环状防脱凸起后方的管道上套设有与连接部螺纹连接的螺母,所述直角接头体包括空腔体、缓冲板、若干弹性支撑体和若干分流柱体,所述空腔体的内部下端设有倾斜设置的弹性支撑体,所述弹性支撑体的上端均与缓冲板固定连接,所述缓冲板的上端设有均匀分布的分流柱体。
作为优选,所述空腔体由上壳体和下壳体通过螺纹密封连接在一起构成,所述上壳体的上端设有竖直设置的进口,所述下壳体的下端设有横向设置的出口。
作为优选,所述环状防脱凸起的前端设有与锥形孔紧密接触的锥形密封部。
作为优选,所述密封圈位于锥形密封部的前端。
作为优选,所述螺母的后端内侧面与防脱凸起的后端相配合。
作为优选,所述密封圈内设有弹性加强体,所述弹性加强体包括锥形环状体,所述锥形环状体上通过弯折形成有若干C形槽状结构。
本发明的有益效果:本发明通过将空腔体的内部下端设有倾斜设置的弹性支撑体,弹性支撑体的上端均与缓冲板固定连接,缓冲板的上端设有均匀分布的分流柱体,能够卸去输送介质的冲击力,从而降低直角管接头受到的冲击力;管道的管端通过冷成型工艺形成有环状防脱凸起,取消了传统卡套式管接头的卡套,不需要在安装过程中迫使金属管变形,并且降低对管子精度和硬度的要求;通过密封圈和锥形密封部形成双重密封,提高密封性;密封圈内设有弹性加强体,进一步提高密封性,提高适应范围;与现有技术相比,能够提高抗冲击力,降低对管子精度和硬度的要求,降低安装力矩,减少零部件。

参阅图1、图2和图3,本发明一种液压管路直角管接头,包括直角接头体1,所述直角接头体1的输出端设有管道连接头2,所述管道连接头2包括接头体21、管道22、密封圈23和螺母24,所述接头体21包括设有外螺纹的连接部211,所述连接部211上设有前小后大的台阶孔212,所述台阶孔212的后端为锥形孔213,所述管道22的管端通过冷成型工艺形成有环状防脱凸起25,所述环状防脱凸起25前方的管道22上设有与锥形孔213相配合的密封圈23,所述环状防脱凸起25后方的管道22上套设有与连接部211螺纹连接的螺母24,所述直角接头体1包括空腔体11、缓冲板12、若干弹性支撑体13和若干分流柱体14,所述空腔体11的内部下端设有倾斜设置的弹性支撑体13,所述弹性支撑体13的上端均与缓冲板12固定连接,所述缓冲板12的上端设有均匀分布的分流柱体14,所述空腔体11由上壳体111和下壳体112通过螺纹密封连接在一起构成,所述上壳体111的上端设有竖直设置的进口113,所述下壳体112的下端设有横向设置的出口114,所述环状防脱凸起25的前端设有与锥形孔213紧密接触的锥形密封部26,所述密封圈23位于锥形密封部26的前端,所述螺母24的后端内侧面与防脱凸起25的后端相配合,所述密封圈23内设有弹性加强体27,所述弹性加强体27包括锥形环状体271,所述锥形环状体271上通过弯折形成有若干C形槽状272结构。
本发明工作过程:
本发明一种液压管路直角管接头在工作过程中,将空腔体11的内部下端设有倾斜设置的弹性支撑体13,弹性支撑体13的上端均与缓冲板12固定连接,通过弹性支撑体13变形进行缓冲,缓冲板12的上端设有均匀分布的分流柱体14,分流柱体14可对输送介质进行分散,能够卸去输送介质的冲击力,从而降低直角管接头受到的冲击力;管道22的管端通过冷成型工艺形成有环状防脱凸起,取消了传统卡套式管接头的卡套,不需要在安装过程中迫使金属管变形,并且降低对管子精度和硬度的要求;通过密封圈13和锥形密封部16形成双重密封,提高密封性;密封圈13内设有弹性加强体17,进一步提高密封性,提高适应范围;与现有技术相比,能够提高抗冲击力,降低对管子精度和硬度的要求,降低安装力矩,减少零部件。

1.一种液压管路直角管接头,其特征在于:包括直角接头体(1),所述直角接头体(1)的输出端设有管道连接头(2),所述管道连接头(2)包括接头体(21)、管道(22)、密封圈(23)和螺母(24),所述接头体(21)包括设有外螺纹的连接部(211),所述连接部(211)上设有前小后大的台阶孔(212),所述台阶孔(212)的后端为锥形孔(213),所述管道(22)的管端通过冷成型工艺形成有环状防脱凸起(25),所述环状防脱凸起(25)前方的管道(22)上设有与锥形孔(213)相配合的密封圈(23),所述环状防脱凸起(25)后方的管道(22)上套设有与连接部(211)螺纹连接的螺母(24),所述直角接头体(1)包括空腔体(11)、缓冲板(12)、若干弹性支撑体(13)和若干分流柱体(14),所述空腔体(11)的内部下端设有倾斜设置的弹性支撑体(13),所述弹性支撑体(13)的上端均与缓冲板(12)固定连接,所述缓冲板(12)的上端设有均匀分布的分流柱体(14)。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种液压管路直角管接头,其特征在于:所述空腔体(11)由上壳体(111)和下壳体(112)通过螺纹密封连接在一起构成,所述上壳体(111)的上端设有竖直设置的进口(113),所述下壳体(112)的下端设有横向设置的出口(114)。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种液压管路直角管接头,其特征在于:所述环状防脱凸起(25)的前端设有与锥形孔(213)紧密接触的锥形密封部(26)。

5.如权利要求1所述的一种液压管路直角管接头,其特征在于:所述螺母(24)的后端内侧面与防脱凸起(25)的后端相配合。
6.如权利要求1至5中任一项所述的一种液压管路直角管接头,其特征在于:所述密封圈(23)内设有弹性加强体(27),所述弹性加强体(27)包括锥形环状体(271),所述锥形环状体(271)上通过弯折形成有若干C形槽状(272)结构。
