Each door is provided with a manually operated isolator, which is mechanical and can be operated either inside or outside the train.
After the door is closed, the isolation device can take measures. When the door cannot be closed and is in a locked state or has a fault, the operator can use a key to operate the isolation device. After the isolating device is triggered, the door and a power supply loop thereof are disconnected, so that the door is kept in a continuous closing state; the emergency unlocking device fails and all control functions of the door are disabled, separating the door from the control system. The stop running indicator lamp is still lighted, and a driver display screen in the cab displays that the vehicle door is in an isolation state. The door in the isolated state cannot be opened automatically or manually, and even the emergency unlocking device cannot be opened, before the resetting operation of the dismounting device is performed. After the door is removed and locked, the door can be activated by a key.
After isolating the gate, the DCU will send the gate's off state to the TCMS through the MVB network.
And arranging a safety interlocking circuit of the door, wherein the door safety interlocking circuit of each vehicle is installed in series to start all left/right door monitoring relays of the whole train. These two relays will be connected in series in the traction loop and the train cannot start when its doors are open. The TCMS also collects the safety circuit status of each vehicle in the monitoring loop.
In addition, the technical terms are uniformly explained here:
DTC: a trailer with a cab; TC: trailers without cabs; MC: a motor car without a cab; and (3) EDCU: a door control unit; MDCU: an MVB door control unit; the LDCU: a local door control unit; MVB: a train control bus; CAN: a controller area network bus; HMI: a human-machine interface/display interface; and (3) PIS: a passenger information system; TCMS: train network and monitored control system.
The invention carries out optimization design aiming at the vehicle door control of 8 marshalling subway trains, can also meet the requirements of other arbitrary marshalling forms, and has higher applicability;
the double-button and double-channel vehicle door control circuit has originality and error-proofing function, so that the train door control is safer and more reliable;
according to the invention, the double redundancy design of the EDCU control network is considered, the car door control and the state data can be transmitted to the TCMS in a double way, and even if any fault or damage occurs on the intranet, the normal car door opening and closing of the train can be ensured during operation, so that the reliability and the safety of the train door opening and closing action are ensured;
the invention considers the interlocking function of the vehicle door and the traction system, is compatible with other protection and emergency device boxes, and reduces the potential safety hazard when passengers get on or off the vehicle.
Although the present invention has been described with reference to the preferred embodiments, it is not intended to be limited thereto. Those skilled in the art can make numerous possible variations and modifications to the present invention, or modify equivalent embodiments to equivalent variations, without departing from the scope of the invention, using the teachings disclosed above. Therefore, any simple modification, equivalent change and modification made to the above embodiments according to the technical spirit of the present invention should fall within the protection scope of the technical scheme of the present invention, unless the technical spirit of the present invention departs from the content of the technical scheme of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. A train door control system is characterized by comprising at least two sets of door opening train lines, at least one set of door closing train lines, at least one set of door zero-speed train line and at least one set of door safety ring train line;
each set of the door-opening train line comprises a left door-opening train line for controlling the left door of the train to be opened and a right door-opening train line for controlling the right door of the train to be opened;
each left-side door opening train line is provided with a left-side door opening switch which is arranged in the cab and used for controlling the on-off of the left-side door opening train line;
each right side door opening train line is provided with a right side door opening switch which is arranged in the cab and used for controlling the on-off of the right side door opening train line;
each left-side door open train line and each right-side door open train line are connected with the door control unit on the corresponding side;
the door control unit controls the corresponding left side door to be opened when receiving the connection signals of at least two sets of train lines opened by the left side door; and controlling the corresponding right side door to be opened when receiving at least two sets of connection signals of the train line opened by the right side door.

The train door control system of claim 1, wherein the door control units in each car are interconnected and at least two are main door control units, and the other door control units are local door control units; each main door control unit exchanges information with the train network and the monitoring system respectively so as to provide information of different states and door diagnosis information; the main door control units are mutually redundant.
3. The train door control system of claim 2, wherein each door control unit in each car constitutes an intranet.
4. A train door control system according to claim 1, 2 or 3, wherein each set of the door closing train lines includes a left door closing train line for controlling the closing of a left door of the train and a right door closing train line for controlling the closing of a right door of the train;
each left side door closing train line is provided with a left side door closing switch which is arranged in the cab and used for controlling the on-off of the left side door closing train line;
each right door closing train line is provided with a right door closing switch which is arranged in the cab and used for controlling the on-off of the right door closing train line;
each left side door-closing train line and each right side door-closing train line are connected with a door control unit;
the door control unit controls the corresponding left door to close when receiving a switch-on signal of at least one set of left door closing train line; and controlling the corresponding right door to close when receiving a switch-on signal of at least one set of right door closing train line.
5. The train door control system according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the number of the door closing train line, the door zero-speed train line and the door safety loop train line is at least two; the corresponding train lines are mutually redundant.
6. A control method based on the train door control system according to any one of claims 1 to 5,
when the left side doors of the train need to be opened, at least two corresponding left side door opening switches are pressed simultaneously, the corresponding left side doors open the train line to be connected, and the corresponding door control units receive connection signals of at least two sets of left side doors opening the train line to control the left side doors of the train to be opened;
when the right side doors of the train need to be opened, at least two corresponding right side door opening switches are pressed simultaneously, the corresponding right side doors open the train line to be connected, and the corresponding door control units receive connection signals of at least two sets of right side doors opening the train line to control the right side doors of the train to be opened.

The control method according to claim 6, wherein when the left side door of the train needs to be closed, a corresponding left side door closing switch is pressed, the corresponding left side door closes the train line, and the door control unit receives a closing signal corresponding to the left side door closing the train line and controls the left side door of the train to be closed;
when the right door of the train needs to be closed, a corresponding right door closing switch is pressed, the corresponding right door closes the train line, and the door control unit receives a closing signal corresponding to the right door closing train line and controls the right door of the train to be closed.
8. The control method according to claim 6 or 7, wherein each door control unit in each carriage forms a CAN intranet through a CAN bus; each door control unit in each carriage is mutually connected, at least two door control units are MVB door control units, and the other door control units are local door control units; the MVB door control units are mutually redundant; each MVB door control unit exchanges information with the train network and the monitoring system through the MVB bus respectively so as to provide information of different states and door diagnosis information.
9. The control method according to claim 6 or 7, wherein the number of the cars is eight, and the formation of the group is, in order, DTC1+ MC1+ MC2+ TC1+ TC2+ MC3+ MC4+ DTC 2; wherein DTCs 1 and DTCs 2 are trailers with cabs, MC1-MC4 are motor cars without cabs, and TC1 and TC2 are trailers without cabs.
10. The control method according to claim 6 or 7, wherein when the direction of the doors of one or more of the cars is not in agreement with the direction of the doors of the other cars, the doors on the left side of the train are made to correspond to the left-side door open trainline and the left-side door closed trainline, and the doors on the right side of the train are made to correspond to the right-side door open trainline and the right-side door closed trainline.
