The insulation block sorting device 120 is provided with an insulation block clamp 2, and the elastic strip homing device 130 is provided with an elastic strip clamp 3; the section of the insulating block 109 is approximate to L shape and is composed of an inserting block 111 and a pressing block 112 which are mutually vertical and integrally formed, when in operation, the insulating block clamp 2 clamps two ends of the insulating block 109, the inserting block 111 is inserted between the rail bottom 105 of the rail 104 and the limiting boss 103 of the iron base plate 102, the pressing block 112 is pressed on the upper top surface of the rail bottom 105, a nail screwing device 110 unscrews a rail nail 108 preassembled on the preassembled sleeper 101, the elastic strip clamp 3 clamps two sides of the elastic strip 106 to move forwards, a lower jaw 107 at the front end of the elastic strip 106 presses the pressing block 112 of the insulating block 109 to finish the arrangement of the elastic strip, the nail screwing device 110 screws the rail nail 108 to press the pressing block 112 of the insulating block 109, and the rail bottom of the rail 104 is pressed by pressing the pressing block 112 of the insulating block 109 to realize the fastening of the rail and the insulating block 109.
The inside and outside of the rail 104 are provided with the insulation block placement positions, which require the insulation blocks 109 to be placed, and correspondingly, the elastic bars 106 and the spikes 108 are also provided, and the actuators are required to perform corresponding actions.
The above-mentioned operations of placing the insulating blocks 109 and fastening the fasteners (the elastic strips 106 and the spikes 108) are performed simultaneously by the same devices provided on both sides of the operation vehicle on both sides of the track bed, and of course, controlled by the intelligent control system, the simultaneous operations do not necessarily require that the same mechanisms on both sides are performed completely in synchronization.
Through the above setting, obtain preliminary fixed back at rail 104, the operation is carried by control system control and is carried out the operation by oneself to the operation car is walked on the preliminary fixed rail of railway roadbed both sides, except that vehicle-mounted monitoring personnel, other operations need not artifical the participation, insulating block cartridge, bullet strip are put in order and railway spike screws up etc. and all under automatic control system control, can be orderly, normal, quick going on, realize high quality, efficient fastener fastening operation.
The following are further improvements of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 6 to 9, a common longitudinal movement mounting rack 4 for mounting the elastic strip homing device 130 and the screw device 110 is arranged on both sides of the frame body 1 of the working vehicle, and the longitudinal movement mounting rack 4 comprises a longitudinal movement top plate 5, and a left side plate 6 and a right side plate 7 fixed below both ends of the longitudinal movement top plate 5; the lower parts of the end parts of the two ends of the longitudinal moving top plate 5 are provided with slide blocks 8, and the longitudinal moving mounting frame 4 can slide forwards or backwards on a longitudinal rail I9 arranged on the frame body 1 through the slide blocks 8 at the two ends of the longitudinal moving top plate 5; one end of the longitudinal moving top plate 5 is provided with a longitudinal moving motor 11, a driving gear 12 driven by the longitudinal moving motor 11 and a driving rack 13 arranged on the longitudinal rail I9. The arrangement is that the mounting positions of the elastic strips 106, the spikes 108 and the insulating blocks 109 on the two sides of the steel rail 104 are all on the same transverse central line, a longitudinal moving mounting frame 4 is arranged, and the elastic strip arranging device 130 and the nail screwing device 110 are arranged in the longitudinal moving mounting frame 4, and the longitudinal moving mounting frame 4 can be always positioned above a working area when seen from the transverse position, so that the transverse moving is not needed during the working, and the design, the manufacture and the application of the elastic strip arranging device 130 and the nail screwing device 110 are all convenient.
A rectangular lifting frame 14 is arranged in the longitudinal moving mounting frame 4, a left end plate 15 and a right end plate 16 are respectively arranged at the left end and the right end of the lifting frame 14, groove plates 17 with right-angle notches are respectively vertically arranged at the front and the back of the inner sides of the left side plate 6 and the right side plate of the longitudinal moving mounting frame 4, a left front guide groove 18 and a left back guide groove 19 are formed at the inner side of the left side plate 6, a right front guide groove 21 and a right back guide groove 22 are formed at the inner side of the right side plate 7, the front end and the back end of the left end plate 15 of the lifting frame 14 are respectively positioned in the left front guide groove 18 and the left back guide groove 19 and can slide up and down, and the front end and the back end of the right end plate 16 are respectively positioned in the right front guide groove 21 and the right back guide groove 22 and can slide up and down; a first lifting propulsion cylinder 23 is arranged on the longitudinal moving top plate 5 of the longitudinal moving mounting frame 4, and a propulsion rod of the first lifting propulsion cylinder 23 is connected with the lifting frame 14. The crane 14 is arranged such that, in addition to the specific actions that require the actuators to perform lifting, all the actuators are required to be at a height above the running surface of the rail 104 to pass when the working vehicle passes through a switch.
The elastic strip homing device 130 further comprises a transverse pushing cylinder 26, a transverse sliding plate 24 connected with the transverse pushing cylinder and a transverse sliding surface 25 arranged on the front and rear frame beams of the lifting frame 14 for transverse sliding of two ends of the transverse sliding plate 24, and the elastic strip clamping hand 3 is fixedly arranged on the lower bottom surface of the transverse sliding plate 24. This is so because the elastic strip gripper 3 has an action of moving the elastic strip laterally forward after gripping the elastic strip 106.
One lifting frame 14 is provided with two sets of elastic strip homing devices 130 which are respectively arranged at the left end and the right end in the lifting frame 14, and the transverse propelling cylinders 26 thereof are respectively arranged on the left end plate 15 and the right end plate 16 of the lifting frame 14. This is arranged to simultaneously advance and position the elastic strips 106 on both sides of the rail by using two sets of elastic strip homing devices 130.
The elastic strip clamping hand 3 comprises a horizontal cylinder module 27 and two clamping jaws 28 in an L shape, telescopic parts are arranged at two ends of the horizontal cylinder module 27, the two clamping jaws 28 are respectively installed on the telescopic parts at two ends of the horizontal cylinder module 27, clamping friction force of the two clamping jaws 28 is increased, clamping of the elastic strip 106 is facilitated, and elastic clamping pieces 29 are respectively arranged on the inner sides, opposite to the lower portions, of the two clamping jaws 28. The L-shaped configuration of the jaws 28 is intended to extend the transverse length of the lower portion of the jaws 28 and to fully grip the front and rear sides of the spring 106.
The screw-driving device 110 is a screw-driving sleeve 31 with a polygonal inner wall section and driven by a motor; a left screw-driving sleeve 31 and a right screw-driving sleeve 31 are arranged between the two elastic strip clamping hands 3 under one lifting frame 14. As with the design of the two sets of elastic strip homing devices 130 on the lifting frame 14, the arrangement is that the left and right nail screwing sleeves 31 are used for simultaneously unscrewing or screwing the spikes 108 on the two sides of the steel rail respectively.
As shown in fig. 1, 9, 10; the insulation block picking and loading device 120 further comprises a transverse moving guide rail module 32 and a vertical guide rail module 33, the two ends of the transverse moving guide rail module 32 are arranged on two longitudinal rails 34 arranged on the frame body 1, the vertical guide rail module 33 can slide transversely on the transverse moving guide rail module 32, and the insulation block clamp 2 is downwards installed on the vertical guide rail module 33 through an installation body 35 and can slide vertically on the vertical guide rail module 33. This arrangement enables the insulation block clamp 2 to be moved to any position within the operating area.
As shown in fig. 4-10; the mounting body 35 is formed by two connecting plates connected at right angles. The insulating block clamp 2 is a horizontal pneumatic claw.
The second longitudinal rail 34 and the first longitudinal rail 9 may be designed as one rail.
Two insulation block picking devices 120 are arranged at the front and the back of the same side of the working vehicle, so that the operation of picking the insulation blocks 109 can be simultaneously carried out on two front and back adjacent preassembled sleepers 101.
Two longitudinal moving mounting frames 4 are arranged at the front and the back of the same side of the working vehicle, so that the operation of loosening and tightening the spikes 108 and the resetting elastic strips 106 can be simultaneously carried out on two front and back adjacent preassembled sleepers 101.
As shown in fig. 9-13; the working vehicle further comprises an insulating block and insulating block supply device 140140, the insulating block supply device 140 comprises a vibration disk 36, the vibration disk 36 is provided with a vibration channel I37 and a vibration channel II 38, and the two vibration channels are in a double-spiral shape in a clockwise or anticlockwise rotation direction in the vibration disk 36; the first vibration channel 37 and the second vibration channel 38 are provided with a different-direction block rejecting plate 39 positioned above the two vibration channels in the vibration disk 36; the first vibration channel 37 and the second vibration channel 38 respectively have a first output port 41 and a second output port 42 outside the vibration disk 36.
The principle of the arrangement is that the insertion block grooves 43 for accommodating the insertion blocks 111 are formed in the bottom sides of the first vibration channel 37 and the second vibration channel 38, in the continuous vibration process of the plurality of insulation blocks 109 stacked in the vibration disc 36, the insertion blocks 111 of a part of the insulation blocks 109 always fall into the insertion block grooves 43 of the first vibration channel 37 and the second vibration channel 38 when the insulation blocks are shaken and turned over, and the insulation blocks can continuously move forwards in the first vibration channel 37 and the second vibration channel 38 in a clockwise or counterclockwise direction to finally reach the first output port 41 and the second output port 42 in a qualified posture when the vibration disc 36 vibrates in the clockwise or counterclockwise direction. However, a part of the insert blocks 111 of the insulation blocks 109 falling into the first vibration channel 37 and the second vibration channel 38 will not fall into the insert block groove 43, and they will also move forward with the clockwise or counterclockwise vibration of the vibration plate 36 in an unqualified different-direction posture, because the insert blocks 111 of the insulation blocks 109 in different-direction posture do not fall into the insert block grooves 43 of the first vibration channel 37 and the second vibration channel 38, the insulation blocks 109 are higher than the first vibration channel 37 or the second vibration channel 38 in the first vibration channel 37 or the second vibration channel 38, and they will touch the different-direction block eliminating plate 39 to be kicked out when moving forward, and the kicked insulation blocks 109 participate in the vibration plate 36.
The insulation block supply device 140 further comprises a supply plate 44 capable of sliding transversely, and the supply plate 44 is provided with a supply pushing cylinder 45 for pushing the supply plate 44 to transversely move upwards the steel rail; the supply dividing plate 44 is divided into a supply dividing section 46 and a supply blocking section 47, the supply dividing section 46 is provided with a supply dividing groove I48 and a supply dividing groove II 49, and the supply dividing groove I48 and the supply dividing groove II 49 can be in butt joint with a first output port 41 and a second output port 42 of two vibration channels outside the vibration disk 36; after the first sub-supply groove 48 and the second sub-supply groove 49 are connected to the insulation blocks 109, the sub-supply plate 44 transversely slides upwards the steel rail so as to facilitate the insulation block clamp 2 to clamp the insulation blocks 109 in the first sub-supply groove 48 and the second sub-supply groove 49. At this time, the blocking section 47 moves to the positions of the first outlet 41 and the second outlet 42, and the edge thereof can block the first outlet 41 and the second outlet 42.
As shown in fig. 6, 14 and 15, the working vehicle further includes a vehicle body centering device 150 disposed at two ends of the working vehicle for centering and aligning the vehicle body, the vehicle body centering device 150 includes a lifting and lowering type mounting mechanism, the lifting and lowering type mounting mechanism includes a first left sleeve column 51 and a first right sleeve column 52 fixed at the upper end thereof on the frame body 1 of the working vehicle, a first left lifting column 53 and a first right lifting column 54 respectively located in the first left sleeve column 51 and the first right sleeve column 52, a first left slide rail seat 55 and a second right slide rail seat 56 respectively fixed at the lower end of the first left lifting column 53 and the first right lifting column 54, a second left lifting and pushing cylinder 57 and a second right lifting and pushing cylinder 58 respectively connected with the left end of the first left slide rail seat 55 and the right end 56 of the right slide rail seat, and the upper ends of the second left lifting and pushing cylinder 57 and the second right lifting and pushing cylinder 58 are respectively mounted on the frame body 1. Because the steel rail for the operation vehicle to run is only preliminarily fixed, and the track gauge precision of the steel rails on the two sides of the steel rail is not very high in the curve position, when the wheel of the operation vehicle is designed, the tread of the wheel is designed to be wider, so that the wheel can run on the steel rail when the operation vehicle runs. However, the vehicle body is easy to deviate due to the wide tread of the wheels, and after the vehicle body deviates, the elastic strip clamping hand 3 and the screw sleeve 31 deviate from the corresponding positions, so that the centering correction needs to be continuously carried out on the working vehicle. The function of the mounting mechanism is not described in archives, and the lifting function is still considered to be suitable for the turnout traffic.
The left slide rail seat 55 and the right slide rail seat 56 are respectively provided with a front side plate 59 and a rear side plate 61 which are arranged in a front-rear symmetrical mode; a distance is reserved between the front side plate 59 and the rear side plate 61 to form a push arm groove 62, and the front side plate 59 and the rear side plate 61 are fixedly connected on the upper sides of the front side plate 59 and the rear side plate 61 through an upper connecting plate 63; the lower bottom edges of the front side plate 59 and the rear side plate 61 are provided with lower connecting plates, the lower connecting plates extend forwards at the lower bottom edge of the front side plate 59 to form a front slide rail edge 64, and the lower connecting plates extend backwards at the lower bottom edge of the rear side plate 61 to form a rear slide rail edge 65.
The left and right rail seats 55 and 56 are also mounting seats for the components described later, and the components mounted on the left and right rail seats 55 and 56 are also capable of sliding laterally on the left and right rail seats 55 and 56.
The vehicle body centering device 150 further comprises an inner supporting mechanism for pushing the left side steel rail 104 or the right side steel rail 104 from inside to outside; the inner supporting mechanism comprises a front supporting column 66 and a rear supporting column 67, the upper ends of which are symmetrically fixed on the frame body 1 of the operation vehicle, a fulcrum 68 which is longitudinally arranged on coaxial axle holes at the lower ends of the front supporting column 66 and the rear supporting column 67, a rotating arm 69 which is arranged on the fulcrum 68 between the front supporting column 66 and the rear supporting column 67 through the axle holes, a centering propulsion cylinder 71, a left propulsion arm 72, a right propulsion arm 73, a left sliding piece 74, a right sliding piece 75, a left supporting wheel 76 and a right supporting wheel 77, the centering and pushing cylinder 71 is connected with the upper end of the rotating arm 69 through a first rotating shaft 78, the right end of the left pushing arm 72 is connected with the rotating arm 69 between the first rotating shaft 78 and the fulcrum 68 through a second rotating shaft 79, the left end of the left push arm 73 is connected with the left slider 74 through a rotating shaft seat and a rotating shaft arranged on the left slider 74, the left end of the right push arm 73 is connected with the lower end of the rotating arm 69 below the fulcrum 68 through a rotating shaft III 81, the right end of the right slider 75 is connected with the right slider 75 through a rotating shaft seat and a rotating shaft arranged on the right slider 75; the left supporting wheel 76 and the right supporting wheel 77 are respectively arranged on the components at the lower ends of the left slider 74 and the right slider 75;
the maximum distance from the left outer peripheral surface of the left support wheel 76 to the right outer peripheral surface of the right support wheel 77 is equal to the distance from the inner side surface of the rail head of the left rail to the inner side surface of the rail head of the left rail.
The upper ends of the left slider 74 and the right slider 75 are respectively provided with a transverse sliding plate 24, the front side of the top surface of the transverse sliding plate 24 is provided with a sliding groove 83 with a backward opening, the rear side of the top surface is provided with a sliding groove 83 with a forward opening, the front sliding rail edge 64 of the front side plate 59 is positioned in the sliding groove 83 at the front side of the top surface of the transverse sliding plate 24, and the rear sliding rail edge 65 of the rear side plate 61 is positioned in the sliding groove 83 at the rear side of the top surface of the transverse sliding plate 24.
The function principle of the internal supporting mechanism is that when the working vehicle runs, the left supporting wheel 76 and the right supporting wheel 77 are in a relative contraction state so as not to interfere with the normal running of the working vehicle, when the working vehicle stops and starts to work, if the vehicle body deviates at the moment, the left supporting wheel 76 and the right supporting wheel 77 respectively move towards two sides under the action of thrust exerted by the centering propulsion cylinder 71, one of the left supporting wheel 76 and the right supporting wheel 77 always touches the inner side of one steel rail firstly, the vehicle body is forced to move towards the other side, when the vehicle body moves to the middle position, the other left supporting wheel 76 or the right supporting wheel 77 also touches the inner side of the other steel rail, and at the moment, the centering operation is completed. The front and rear ends of the work vehicle are provided with various devices that are operated simultaneously by the front and rear body centering devices 150.
As shown in fig. 1, 6, 16, 17; the working vehicle further comprises a steel rail micro-moving device 160 for forcing the rail to generate recoverable elastic deformation, wherein the steel rail micro-moving device 160 comprises a lifting beam frame, the lifting beam frame comprises a left sleeve column II 84 and a right sleeve column II 85, the upper ends of which are fixed on two sides of the working vehicle frame body 1, a left lifting column II 86 and a right lifting column II 87, the upper ends of which are respectively positioned in the left sleeve column II 84 and the right sleeve column II 85, a cross beam 88, the two ends of which are fixed on the lower ends of the left lifting column II 86 and the right lifting column II 87, and a lifting propulsion cylinder III 89, the upper end of which is arranged on the working vehicle frame body 1, and the lower end of which is connected with the middle part of the cross beam 88.
The rail micro-moving device 160 further comprises a transverse rail pushing mechanism, the transverse rail pushing mechanism comprises a left sliding seat 91, a left pushing cylinder 92, a right sliding seat 93 and a right pushing cylinder 94, the left sliding seat 91 and the right sliding seat 93 are respectively installed at the left end and the right end of the lower bottom surface of the cross beam 88 and can slide left and right on the lower bottom surface of the cross beam 88, and the left pushing cylinder 92 and the right pushing cylinder 94 are installed on the cross beam 88 and respectively control the lower left sliding seat 91 and the lower right sliding seat 93; the lower bottom surfaces of the left sliding seat 91 and the right sliding seat 93 are respectively provided with an inner pushing pulley 95 and an outer pushing pulley 96, and the distance between the inner pushing pulley 95 and the outer pushing pulley 96 is larger than the width of the rail head of the steel rail.
The purpose of the upper setting is to transversely push the steel rail 104 to enable the steel rail 104 to generate tiny recoverable elastic deformation, increase the distance between the rail bottom 105 on one side of the steel rail 104 and the limiting lug boss 103 and facilitate the insertion of the insertion block 111 of the insulating block. This increase in spacing, while minimal, is necessary, particularly on the trajectory curve.
The function principle of the above arrangement is that when the left and right push cylinders 92 and 94 push the left and right sliders 91 and 93 to the left and right, respectively, the inner push pulleys 95 of the left and right sliders 91 and 93 push the inner sides of the left and right rails 104 and 104 from the inside to the outside, respectively, to force the rails 104 to be shifted from the inside to the outside. When the left and right push cylinders 92 and 94 push the left and right sliders 91 and 93 to the right and left, respectively, the outward-pushing pulleys 96 of the left and right sliders 91 and 93 push the outer side of the left rail 104 and the outer side of the right rail 104 to the outside and the inside, respectively, to force the rails 104 to be shifted from the outside to the inside.
The various propulsion cylinders described herein may be oil, gas, or electromagnetic propulsion cylinders.

The work vehicle for automatically placing the insulation blocks and fastening the fasteners as claimed in claim 8, wherein: the left slide rail seat (55) and the right slide rail seat (56) are respectively provided with a front side plate (59) and a rear side plate (61) which are symmetrically arranged in front and back; a distance is reserved between the front side plate (59) and the rear side plate (61) to form a push arm groove (62), and the front side plate (59) and the rear side plate (61) are fixedly connected at the upper edges of the front side plate (59) and the rear side plate (61) through an upper connecting plate (63); the lower bottom edges of the front side plate (59) and the rear side plate (61) are provided with lower connecting plates, the lower connecting plates extend forwards from the lower bottom edge of the front side plate (59) to form a front sliding rail edge (64), and the lower connecting plates extend backwards from the lower bottom edge of the rear side plate (61) to form a rear sliding rail edge (65).

The work vehicle for automatically placing the insulation blocks and fastening the fasteners as claimed in claim 9, wherein: the vehicle body centering device (150) further comprises an inner supporting mechanism for pushing the left side steel rail (104) or the right side steel rail (104) from inside to outside; the inner supporting mechanism comprises a front supporting column (66) and a rear supporting column (67) of which the upper ends are symmetrically fixed on a frame body (1) of the operation vehicle, a fulcrum shaft (68) longitudinally arranged at the lower ends of the front supporting column (66) and the rear supporting column (67) and coaxial mandrel holes, a rotating arm (69) arranged on the fulcrum shaft (68) between the front supporting column (66) and the rear supporting column (67) through the mandrel holes, a centering propulsion cylinder (71), a left propulsion arm (72), a right propulsion arm (73), a left slider (74), a right slider (75), a left supporting wheel (76) and a right supporting wheel (77), wherein the centering propulsion cylinder (71) is connected with the upper end of the rotating arm (69) through a rotating shaft I (78), the right end of the left propulsion arm (72) is connected with the rotating arm (69) between the rotating shaft I (78) and the rotating shaft (68) through a rotating shaft II (79), and the left end of the left supporting arm is connected with the left slider (74) through a rotating shaft seat and a rotating shaft arranged on the left supporting column (74), the left end of the right push arm (73) is connected with the lower end of a rotating arm (69) below the fulcrum (68) through a rotating shaft III (81), and the right end of the right push arm is connected with a right slider (75) through a rotating shaft seat and a rotating shaft which are arranged on the right slider (75); the left supporting wheel (76) and the right supporting wheel (77) are respectively arranged on the parts at the lower ends of the left slider (74) and the right slider (75);
the maximum distance from the left outer peripheral surface of the left support wheel (76) to the right outer peripheral surface of the right support wheel (77) is equal to the distance from the inner side surface of the rail head of the left steel rail to the inner side surface of the rail head of the left steel rail.
