The embodiment provides a detergent box liquid level detection system, as shown in fig. 1-3, comprising a detergent box, a laser emitting device 1, a photosensitive device 2 and a developing panel 5; the laser emitting device 1 is arranged on the inner side wall surface of the detergent box and emits laser to the liquid level in the detergent box; the photosensitive device 2 is arranged on the opposite side wall surface of the detergent box corresponding to the installation surface of the laser emitting device and receives laser signals emitted by the laser emitting device; the display panel 5 is arranged at one or more positions on the wall surface of the detergent box and receives laser signals emitted by the laser emitting device; laser emitted by the laser emitting device is reflected on the liquid level of the liquid to emit a laser signal to the photosensitive device and/or the developing panel; and receiving laser signals reflected by liquid levels of different liquid levels through the photosensitive device and/or the developing panel, and detecting the signals through the photosensitive device and/or developing through the developing panel to obtain the actual liquid level in the detergent box.
Preferably, the display panel 5 is disposed at a position where it can receive the laser signal emitted from the laser emitting device 1; the plurality of display panels 5 correspond to the liquid level positions in the plurality of detergent boxes, and when the laser signals are reflected by the liquid level at any liquid level, the laser signals are transmitted to one display panel to form visible signals.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 2, one or more laser emitting devices 1 may be provided, and when the number of the laser emitting devices is multiple, the liquid level in the detergent box is accurately obtained after multiple pre-judgment calculations are performed by emitting multiple laser signals.
Preferably, the laser signal emitted by the laser emitting device 1 may propagate in air and/or a liquid medium.
Preferably, the detergent box level detection system comprises a reflection device floating on the detergent level in the detergent box; when the laser emitting device sends out a laser signal to the liquid level of the detergent, the laser signal is reflected by the reflecting device.
Preferably, the photosensitive device receives and processes the laser signal using one or more photo-resistors, as shown in fig. 4.
Further, the embodiment also provides a detergent box liquid level detection method, which adopts the liquid level detection system; specifically, the method comprises the following steps:
the laser emitting device 1 is used for emitting laser to the liquid level in the detergent box, and the laser is reflected by the liquid level and emitted to the wall surface of the detergent box to form a laser signal; the laser signal forms a visible signal through the photosensitive device 2 and/or through the developing panel 5; the positions of different display panels 5 correspond to different detergent liquid levels 3, and the display panels 5 generate visual signals to indicate that the actual detergent liquid levels 3 are located at the corresponding liquid level positions.
Further, as shown in fig. 6, the present embodiment also provides a laundry treating apparatus, a method for detecting a liquid level of a detergent box and a detecting system thereof. Specifically, the detecting step when the laundry treating apparatus detects the detergent box liquid level includes:
s01: starting a liquid level detection system, and emitting a prediction laser signal by a laser emitting device;
s02: if the light sensing device receives the predicted laser signal, the liquid level allowance is small at the moment;
if the light sensing device does not receive the predicted laser signal, the liquid level allowance is large at the moment;
s03: when the step S02 detects that the liquid level allowance is small, the laser emitting device continues to emit detection laser signals;
s04: the display panel receives the detection laser signal and then processes the detection laser signal to form a visual signal to represent the actual liquid level;
s05: when the step S02 detects that the liquid level is too much, the display panel receives the detection laser signal and then processes the detection laser signal to form a visual signal representing the actual liquid level.
Preferably, according to an aspect of the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, two laser emitting devices, namely a first laser emitter 101 and a second laser emitter 102, which form a fixed angle α with the vertical direction, are installed at a position of a middle point on the left side inside the detergent box, and when there is no liquid inside the detergent box, laser signals emitted by the two laser emitting devices can be reflected to the middle point on the right side of the detergent box through the middle point on the top and the middle point on the bottom of the detergent box, respectively. A reflecting device floats above the liquid in the detergent box, is a light-tight object block with two surfaces close to a smooth mirror surface and a hollow interior, can float above the liquid level of the detergent and provides conditions for the laser signal to reflect on the liquid level.
Further, the detergent box of the embodiment has five laser signal receiving areas, and provides visual signals for users through the display panel 5, so that the users are accurately prompted about the liquid level in the detergent box. A third development panel 503 having laser signal receiving areas respectively provided in the right half of the middle point of the cassette top; a fourth display panel 504 in the upper half of the middle point on the right side in the cassette; a first display panel 501 at the lower half of the right middle point in the cassette; the photosensitive device 2 at the middle point of the right side in the box preferably uses a photoresistor in the embodiment; a second display panel 502 in the right half of the bottom center of the cassette. The laser signal passes through the five laser receiving areas to judge the liquid residual quantity or the liquid level position of the detergent box.
When a user gives a demand command of liquid level detection, a first laser transmitter 101 of the detection system transmits a laser signal to form a first prejudgment light path 405; at this time, the photoresistor 2 at the right middle point in the detergent box starts to process whether the laser signal is received, if the photoresistor 2 cannot detect the laser signal, the fact that the detergent liquid level allowance is above the middle point of the detergent box is judged because the reflection block above the liquid level is also above the middle point, the first pre-judging light path 405 of the laser emitter 1 is reflected to other areas by the reflection block, and the photoresistor 2 cannot receive the signal. At this time, the first laser emitting device 101 continues to emit the laser signal to start the specific range judgment display of the liquid level margin.
If the photo-resistor 2 detects a laser signal, it indicates that the liquid level remaining amount in the detergent box is below the middle point because the reflection block above the liquid level is above the middle point, the first predetermined optical path 405 of the first laser transmitter 101 is not reflected by the reflection block, and the photo-resistor 2 receives the signal. At this time, the first laser transmitter 101 stops transmitting, and the second laser transmitter 102 starts transmitting a laser signal to start the specific range judgment display of the liquid level margin.
And after the allowance pre-judging process is carried out, the liquid level allowance judging and displaying process is started to be executed. As shown in fig. 7, when the first display panel 501 in the laser receiving area receives a signal, the processor issues an instruction of "sufficient" liquid level remaining amount to the display module, and the user can check that the detergent liquid level remaining amount is in the "sufficient" state; when the second display panel 502 of the laser receiving area receives the signal, the processor gives a command of more liquid level allowance to the display module, and the user can check that the detergent liquid level allowance is more; when the third display panel 503 of the laser receiving area receives the signal, the processor gives an instruction of "small amount" of liquid level allowance to the display module, and the user can check that the detergent liquid level allowance is in the "small amount" state; when the fourth display panel 504 in the laser receiving area receives the signal, the processor gives an instruction that the liquid level residual amount is insufficient to the display module, and the user can check that the detergent liquid level residual amount is insufficient.
Further, according to an aspect of the present embodiment, the laser receiving area may be installed with a plurality of closely arranged photo resistors as the receiving laser signal, but may cause inaccurate measurement in consideration of the precision of the photo resistors; however, due to the fact that the number of the photoresistors is large, after the detergent is used for one time or multiple times, the next or a certain photoresistor can detect a laser signal, and then liquid level allowance is displayed. But may affect the user experience.
At this time, as shown in fig. 4, there are several closely arranged photo resistors a, B and C in the laser receiving area, and accordingly, laser signals can be emitted as an optical path a, an optical path B and an optical path C. Suppose that the photo-resistor a has a problem in quality but the photo-resistor B has a good quality, or the photo-resistor A, B has a problem in quality accuracy but the photo-resistor C has a good quality. When the light path enters the receiving area, the corresponding light path a is reflected by the liquid level allowance at the moment, and the laser signal of the light path a cannot be received due to the quality problem of the photoresistor A, so that the real-time liquid level allowance measurement cannot be completed. After the user uses the laundry detergent once or several times, the corresponding light path B or the corresponding light path C is reflected by the liquid level allowance after the user uses the laundry detergent once or several times, and the photosensitive resistor B or C can detect the signal of the area and indicate that the state of the receiving area is sufficient.
Further, in an embodiment of the display panel device 5 shown in fig. 5, in order to enable a user to have more detailed liquid level residual amount display information, each region may be divided into three parts, that is, each region has three shift positions for liquid level residual amount, when the first display panel 501 in the laser receiving region displays "sufficient", when the light path enters the "1" shift position of the "sufficient" region, the "sufficient" two-character ground color of the display module displays green, and when the light path enters the "2" shift position, the "sufficient" two-character ground color displays yellow; when the gear 3 is entered, the background color of the Chinese character 'fu' is displayed in red. The detergent allowance at the 1 gear is larger than that at the 2 gear and is larger than that at the 3 gear. Similarly, other laser receiving areas may use the above prompting method.
According to the liquid level detection system, the photosensitive device and/or the display panel are used for receiving laser signals reflected by liquid levels of different liquid levels, the actual liquid level in the detergent box is obtained through the photosensitive device detection signals and/or the display panel display, the liquid level in the detergent box is accurately determined, a user is reminded of the detergent liquid level before each washing process, and the use experience of the user on the washing process is improved.
